基于CMOS器件的离散性机理及误差消除对策,研究了高速、高精度嵌入式CMOS数/模转换器(DAC)IP核的设计与实现。采用行、列独立译码的二次中心对称电流源矩阵结构,优化了电流源开关电路结构与开关次序;利用Cadence的Skill语言独立开发电流源矩阵的版图排序和布线方法。在0.6μm N阱CMOS工艺平台下,12-bitDAC的微分线性误差和积分线性误差分别为1LSB和1.5LSB,在采样率为150MHz、工作电源为3.3V时的平均耗为140mW。流片一次成功,主要性能指标满足设计要求。

Semi-insulating (SI) InP wafers of 50 and 75mm in diameter can be obtained by annealing of undoped liquid encapsulated Czochralski (LEC) InP at 930 ℃ for 80h. The annealing ambient can be pure phosphorus (PP) or iron phosphide (IP). The IP-SI InP wafers have good electrical parameters and uniformity of whole wafer. However, PP-SI InP wafers exhibit poor uniformity and electrical parameters, Photoluminescence which is subtle to deep defect appears in IP-annealed semi-insulating InP. Traps in annealed SI InP are detected by the spectroscopy of photo-induced current transient. The results indicate that there are fewer traps in IP-annealed undoped SI InP than those in as-grown Fe-doped and PP-undoped SI-undoped SI InP. The formation mechanism of deep defects in annealed undoped InP is discussed.

Scan test can be inserted around hard IP cores that have not been designed with DFT approaches. An 18x18 bits Booth Coding-Wallace Tree multiplier has been designed with full custom approach with 0.61 m CMOS technology. When we reuse the multiplier in another chip, scan chain has been inserted around it to increase the fault coverage. After scan insertion, the multiplier needs 4.7% more areas and 24.4% more delay time, while the fault coverage reaches to 95%.

Semi-insulating (SI) InP wafers of 2 and 3 in. diameters have been prepared by annealing undoped LEC InP at 930 degreesC for 80 h under pure phosphorus ambient (PP) and iron phosphide ambient (IP). The electrical uniformity of annealed undoped SI wafers, along with a Fe-doped as-grown SI LEC InP wafer, has been characterized by whole wafer PL mapping and radial Hall measurements. Defects in these wafers have been detected by photo-induced current transient spectroscopy (PICTS). The results indicated that the uniformity of IP wafer is much better than that of PP wafer and as-grown Fe-doped Si InP wafer. There are fewer traps in undoped SI InP IP wafer than in as grown Fe-doped and undoped SI InP PP wafer, as evidenced by PICTS. The good uniformity of the IP wafer is related to the nonexistence of high concentration of thermally induced defects. The mechanism for this phenomenon is discussed based on the results. 本文以组织培养技术为手段,在成功实现黄菠罗微体繁殖与植株再生的基础上,通过对5个发育阶段初始材料的继代培养和继代过程中异戊烯基型细胞分裂素(iP型CKs)、玉米素型细胞分裂素(Z型CKs)、赤霉素(GAs)、生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)和多胺的连续检测分析,初步确定了黄菠罗幼-成龄阶段转化与五种内源激素、多胺含量之间的关系,探讨了黄菠罗成龄材料复幼复壮的可能性,确定了黄菠罗幼-成龄阶段转化的生物学指标,其研究结果可为黄菠罗无性系快繁和优良繁殖材料选择提供一定的理论依据,同时也为黄菠罗进一步开发利用打下基础。 主要结论: 1. 黄菠罗组织培养获得成功,优化培养基为 MS+2.5mg/l6-BA+0.25mg/LNAA,且约30年生 树木腋芽或一年生嫩枝可作为黄菠罗快速繁 育较适龄的外植体。 2. 成龄阶段黄菠罗可以获得部分复幼或复壮。 3. 在黄菠罗幼-成龄发育阶段转化的过程中, IAA、Z型CKs/总CKs、IAA/ABA、 Spd-S、Spm-S、DAP-SH、Spm-SH、Put- PH、Spd-PH、总Spd和总Spm逐渐 升高,而Z型CKs、iP型CKs、总CKs、iP型 CKs/总CKs、iP型CKs/GAs、iP型CKs/IAA、 GAs/IAA、iP型CKs/ABA、Z型CKs/IAA、Z型 CKs/GAs、Z型CKs/ABA、DAP-S、Put-S、总 PAs-S、Put-SH、Spd-SH、DAP-PH、Spm- PH、总Put、总PAs、DAP-S/ Spd-S、DAP- S/Spm-S、Put-S/Spd-S、Put-S/Spm-S、 DAP-SH/ Spm-SH、DAP-S/(Spd-S+Spm-S)、 Put-S/(Spd-S+Spm-S)、Put-SH/Spm-SH、 (DAP-S+Put-S)/(Spd-S+Spm-S)和(DAP- SH+Put-SH)/(Spd-SH+Spm-SH)逐渐降低;在 整个继代过程中,Z型CKs、iP型CKs、总 CKs、Gas、IAA、IAA/ABA、iP型CKs/总 CKs、iP型CKs/GAs、Put-S、 Spd-S、总PAs-S、Put-SH、Spm-SH、DAP- PH、Spd-PH、总Put、Put-S/Spd-S、 Put-S/Spm-S、Put-SH/Spd-SH、Put- SH/Spm-SH、Put-S/(Spd-S+Spm-S)、Put- SH/(Spd-SH+Spm-SH)、(DAP-S+Put-S)/ (Spd-S+Spm-S)、(DAP-SH+Put-SH) /(Spd-SH+Spm-SH)和总PAs-S/总PAs-SH逐 渐升高,而ABA、Z型CKs/总CKs、iP型 CKs/IAA、GAs/IAA、Z型CKs/IAA、Z型 CKs/GAs、Z型CKs/iP型CKs、GAs/总CKs、 Spm-S、DAP-SH、Spd-SH、总PAs-SH、Put- PH、Spm-PH、总PAs-PH、总Spd、总Spm和总 PAs逐渐降低。 4. 培养物中5种内源激素代谢表明,Z型CKs/iP 型CKs、iP型CKs/总CKs的比值和GAs含量可 以作为黄菠罗幼-成龄阶段转化的指标,而 iP型CKs/GAs、iP型CKs、总CKs、GAs、iP型 CKs/IAA和IAA/总CKs则是成龄阶段黄菠罗复 幼的主要原因,且对复幼的影响依次降低。 5. 培养物内源多胺代谢表明,游离态和酸可溶 性Put/Spd和Put/( Spd+Spm)、Put-S/Spm- S、和总PAs-S/总PAs-SH可以作为幼-成龄阶 段转化的指标,而总PAs-S则是对成龄黄菠罗 复幼或幼龄黄菠罗保持较高分裂分化能力的 主导因素,依次是总PAs-S、Spd–S、总PAs- S/总PAs-SH、总PAs-SH、Put-S、Put-SH、 (DAP-S+Put-S)/(Spd-S+Spm-S)、Put-S/( Spd-S+Spm-S)、Put-SH/Spm-SH、Put- S/Spd-S。

First, recent studies on the information preservation (IP) method, a particle approach for low-speed micro-scale gas flows, are reviewed. The IP method was validated for benchmark issues such as Couette, Poiseuille and Rayleigh flows, compared well with measured data for typical internal flows through micro-channels and external flows past micro flat plates, and combined with the Navier-Stokes equations to be a hybrid scheme for subsonic, rarefied gas flows. Second, the focus is moved to the microscopic characteristic of China stock market, particularly the price correlation between stock deals. A very interesting phenomenon was found that showed a reverse transition behaviour between two neighbouring price changes. This behaviour significantly differs from the transition rules for atomic and molecular energy levels, and it is very helpful to understand the essential difference between stock markets and nature.

Our recent studies on kinetic behaviors of gas flows are reviewed in this paper. These flows have a wide range of background, but share a common feature that the flow Knudsen number is larger than 0.01. Thus kinetic approaches such as the direct simulation Monte Carlo method are required for their description. In the past few years, we studied several micro/nano-scale flows by developing novel particle simulation approach, and investigated the flows in low-pressure chambers and at high altitude. In addition, the microscopic behaviors of a couple of classical flow problems were analyzed, which shows the potential for kinetic approaches to reveal the microscopic mechanism of gas flows.

CSR控制系统是一个庞大的网络分布式控制系统,它是由许多子系统组成。大规模多级分布式数据交互系统是CSR控制系统中的核心。它是实现CSR束流多能量级连调的核心,它涉及整个CSR控制系统的数据传输以及数据结构定义。大规模多级分布式数据交互系统的开发是基于螺旋模型,采用螺旋模型进行开发能最优实现CSR控制系统的需求以及各开发阶段具有很大的设计灵活性。该大规模多级分布式数据交互系统完全实现了采集数据的上行和控制数据的下行,系统通过网页实现对控制数据的录入以及对采集数据的实时显示。CSR所有数据都存储于Oracle数据库系统,数据库系统是一个三级分布式数据库系统,这样能均衡各前端服务器的资源与性能。前端服务器COM组件通过TCP/IP与ARM控制器和多功能控制器进行数据上行下行的数据交互,以及通过PCI 接口实现与各FPGA板卡进行数据交互。 论文论述了对大规模多级分布式数据交互系统、网页系统、Oracle数据库系统、COM组件库、PCI驱动程序以及各软件系统的设计实现。对大规模多级分布式数据交互系统主要从系统的结构、各级硬件设计和各级软件系统的设计这几个方面进行论述;网页系统主要描述了该系统是基于MVC框架模型的开发设计并介绍了JavaBean与Oracle数据库系统的数据交互;Oracle数据库系统主要从二级Oracle数据库的自动实时更新,和各触发器系统这几方面进行论述;又从各COM接口的功能方法进行对COM组件库的全面论述;PCI驱动程序的设计开发是与各FPGA板卡的数据交互的必须条件。大规模多级分布式数据交互系统的软件开发都采用了螺旋模型对其进行开发。本文的工作是CSR控制系统中的核心部分,具有重要的意义,同时也给同行研究工作者提供了重要的参考。 本文核心及创新点:1、创造性地提出了大规模多级分布式数据交互系统软件工程。2、三级分布式数据库系统的自动实时更新。3、采用web+Oracle+COM+PCI+ARM+FPGA+DSP的多级数据传输。4、设计并实现虚拟加速器。 从现场调试运行和验收的情况来看,大规模多级分布式数据交互系统不论从结构设计,还是软硬件设计开发都达到了设计要求
