中国钢铁工业区域竞争力的人工神经网络判定

将人工神经网络和最优分割法相结合,构建竞争力评价模型,并对1995年和2000年中国钢铁工业区域竞争力进行了评价。模型运行结果表明,1995~2000年中国钢铁工业区域竞争力发生了显著分化,2000年以来钢铁工业发展态势也充分证明了这一点。沿海地区正成为中国钢铁工业发展的重点地区,优化钢铁工业布局是当前面临的一个重要任务。可见,将人工神经网络和最优分割法相结合的组合模型用于评价钢铁工业区域竞争力水平简便、实用,且避免了人工确定指标权重的主观性,是一种具有发展和应用前景的有效评价方法。

Investigation on charge transfer bands of Ce4+ in Sr2CeO4 blue phosphor

Bulk and nano-materials Sr2CeO4 were prepared by solid-state reaction and sol-gel technique, respectively. Photoluminescence shows that luminescence has the characteristic of a ligand-to-metal charge transfer (CT) emission. Compared with bulk Sr2CeO4, the nano-material exhibits stronger emission intensity, longer decay time, and higher CT excitation energy. Three CT excitation peaks were observed in both bulk and nano samples.

Bulk ultrafine binderless (W0.4Al0.6)C prepared by high pressure sintering

Pure (W0.4Al0.6)C powder of about 1 mu m in diameter was sintered by the high pressure sintering (HPS) process without the addition of any binder phase. The microstructure, Vickers micro hardness and density versus the sintering time and temperature are well described. The most suitable sintering condition under pressure of 4.5 GPa is 1873 K for 8 min. Under this sintering condition, the hardness can reach 2295 kg mm(-2) and the relative density can reach 98.6%.

Preparation, structure and dielectric properties of (Ba1-xSrx)(2)NaNb5O15 ceramics

In this study the tungsten-bronze type tetragonal (Ba1-xSrx)(2)NaNb5O15 system as a kind of lead-free ferroelectric ceramics has been synthesized by low-temperature combustion method. Microstructure and dielectric properties of (Ba1-xSrx)(2)NaNb5O15 system were also investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) study confirms the formation of single-phase tetragonal compounds in the crystal system at room temperature. The TEM photograph shows that the particles synthesized by low-temperature combustion method are uniform with an average particle size of 30nm in diameter.

Elastic anisotropy of OsB2 and RuB2 from first-principles study

The elastic anisotropy of the potential low compressible and hard materials OsB2 and RuB2 were studied by first-principles investigation within density functional theory. The structure, elastic constants, bulk modulus, shear modulus, Poisson's ratio and Debye temperature have been calculated within both local density approximation (LDA) and generalized gradient approximation (GGA). The results indicated that the calculated bulk modulus and shear modulus were in good agreement with the experimental and previous theoretical studies.

High-pressure sintered yttria stabilized zirconia ceramics

Fast densification of 8YSZ ceramics under a high pressure of 4.5 GPa was carried out at different temperatures (800, 1000, 1450 degrees C), by which a high relative density above 92% could be obtained. FT-Raman spectra indicate that the 8YSZ underwent a phase transition from partially tetragonal to partially cubic phase as temperatures increase from 1000 to 1450 degrees C when sintering under high pressure. The electrical properties of the samples under different high-pressure sintering conditions were measured by complex impedance method. The total conductivity of 0.92 x 10(-2) S cm(-1) at 800 degrees C has been obtained for 8YSZ under high pressure at 1450 degrees C, which is about 200 degrees C lower than that of the samples prepared by conventional pressureless sintering.

Direct electrochemical reaction of horseradish peroxidase immobilized on the surface of active carbon powders

It is reported for the first time that horseradish peroxidase (HRP) immobilized on the active carbon can undergo a direct quasi-reversible electrochemical reaction. In addition, the immobilized HRP showed the stable bioelectrocatalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2.

Determination of diphenhydramine by capillary electrophoresis with tris(2,2 '-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) electrochemiluminescence detection

Tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) electrochemiluminescence detection in a capillary electrophoresis separation system was used for the determination of diphenhydramine. In this study, platinum disk electrode (300 mum in diameter) was used as a working electrode and the influence of applied potential and buffer conditions were investigated. Under optimal conditions: 1.2 V applied potential, pH 8.50, 15 kV separation voltage and 10 mmol l(-1) running buffer, the calibration curve of diphenhydramine was linear over the range of 4 x 10(-8) to 1 x 10(-5) Mol l(-1). This technique gave satisfactory precision, and relative standard deviations of migration times and chemiluminescence peak intensities were less than 1 and 6%, respectively. The technique was applied to animal studies for determination of diphenhydramine extracted from rabbit plasma and urine samples, and the extraction efficiency were between 92 and 98.5%.

Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of bimetallic cluster complex [{Mn(phen)(2)}(2)V4O12]center dot 1/2 H2O

A new bimetallic cluster complex with the formula [(Mn(phen)(2))(2)V4O12].1/2 H2O has been synthesized through hydrothermal reaction of vanadate staring material with manganese cation in the presence of nitrogen donor chelating ligand and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR UV-vis, ESR spectrum and thermal analysis. The compound crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 18.475(4) Angstrom, b = 11.473(2) Angstrom, c = 23.667(5) Angstrom, beta = 97.76(3)degrees, V = 4971(2) Angstrom(3) and Z = 4. The structure of [{Mn(phen)(2)}(2)V4O12].1/2 H2O is composed of a discrete V4O124- cluster covalently attached to two [Mn(phen)(2)](2+) fragments.

Enhanced surface plasmon resonance immunoassay for human complement factor 4

Using an enhanced surface plasmon resonance (SPR) immunosensor, we have determined the concentration of human complement factor 4 (C4). Antibody protein was concentrated into a carboxymethyldextran-modified gold surface by electrostatic attraction force and a simultaneous covalent immobilization of antibody based on amine coupling reaction took place. The sandwich method was applied to enhance the response signal and the specificity of antigen binding assay. The antibody immobilized surface had good response to C4 in the range of 0.02-20 mug/ml by this enhanced immunoassay. The regeneration effect by pH 2 glycine-HC1 buffer was also investigated. The same antibody immobilized surface could be used more than 80 cycles of C4 binding and regeneration. In addition, the ability to determinate C4 directly from serum sample without any purification was investigated. The sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility of the enhanced immunoassay are satisfactory. The results clearly demonstrate the advantages of the enhanced SPR technique for C4 immunoassay.

The effect of pH difference between two phases on the partition of lysozyme in aqueous two-phase system

In the investigation of effect of KSCN on the partitioning of lysozyme in PEG2000/ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system, it was found that the KSCN could alter the pH difference between the two phases. and thus affect the partition of lysozyme. The relationship between partition coefficients of lysozyme and pH differences between two phases was discussed.

聚酰亚胺、聚砜、聚醚砜及其共混改性中空纤维膜用于醇/醚气相分离的研究

甲醇/甲基叔丁基醚的分离是目前具有实用意义的重要研究课题之一，采用气流吹扫式操作，研究了聚酰亚胺、不同结构的聚砜中空纤维膜在不同操作条件下，对甲醇/ 甲基叔丁基醚气相混合体系的分离性能，也研究共混改性对分离膜性能的影响。结果表明，各种材料的膜具有相近的分离行为，即随着气相中甲醇含量的增加，透过通量逐渐增大而分离系数逐渐减小，聚酰亚胺膜具有适中的透过通量，但具有很高的分离系数，在甲醇浓度低于20% 时，分离系数可达数千。采用聚醚砜共混改性的聚酰亚胺膜在未明显降低透过通量的条件下，使醇/ 醚分离系数大幅度提高，有很好的应用前景。

Synthesis and crystal structure of a polymeric erbium(III)-sodium(I) coordination complex of picolinic acid N-oxide

A new Er(III)-Na(I) coordination polymer of stoichiometry [NaEr2L5(H2O)(6)(NO3)](NO3). 3.5H(2)O (HL = picolinic acid N-oxide) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. Crystals are triclinic, P (1) over bar with a = 9.823(2), b = 12.453(2), c = 20.643(4) Angstrom; alpha = 98.49(3), beta = 101.40(3), gamma = 108.69(3)degrees; V = 2284(1) Angstrom(3); Z = 2. Of the two independent eight-coordinate erbium(III) ions in this complex, one is surrounded by four bidentate chelating L ligands, and the other by one bidentate chelating L ligand, four aqua ligands and two anti-carboxylate oxygen atoms from two neighboring [ErL4] units. The sodium(I) ion is in a distorted octahedral environment, being coordinated by a unidentate nitrate anion, three aqua ligands and two anti-carboxylate oxygen atoms from two adjacent [ErL4] units. The complex is built from zigzag chains of syn-anti carboxylate-bridged erbium(III) moieties directed in the a direction, which are cross-linked pairwise by aqua-bridged dimeric sodium(I) units. The resulting composite polymeric chains are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network.

Study on alternating LB films of charge-transfer complex of octadecyl-TCNQ and copper phthalocyanine derivative

Infrared spectra of alternating LB films of octadecyl-TCNQ/CuPc are studied. Charge-transfer complexes are formed in LB films and conductance increases about three orders than that of pure CuPc LB films.

甲烷氧化偶联含锂多元复合氧化物催化剂的失活机理

对甲烷氧化偶联反应活性较高的多元复合氧化物催化剂（Ｌｉ－Ｔｉ－Ｌａ．Ｌｉ－Ｍｎ－Ｌａ，Ｌｉ－Ｎｉ－Ｌａ）的稳定性和失活机理进行了初步探讨，利用ＸＲＤ，ＩＲ，ＸＰＳ和Ｏ２－ＴＰＤ等方法对催化剂进行了表征．结果表明，催化剂在高温及反应气氛的作用下，由于表面锂的流失，使体相晶格中的锂向表面扩散，导致含锂活性相结构的分解（或部分分解），从而减少了体相及表相氧空位和活性氧种的数量，降低了晶格氧的活动性，致使催化剂活性降低.
