从磷酸盐激光玻璃的成分和结构出发,分析了其化学机械抛光(CMP)机制。通过实验验证了磷酸盐激光玻璃对抛光液pH值具有较强的选择性,在微酸性和中性条件下磷酸盐激光玻璃具有较高的抛光效率,在抛光液中添加pH值调节添加剂会保持抛光环境的酸碱性从而影响抛光效率和抛光质量。通过对pH值和抛光剂浓度的控制获得了均方根(RMS)优于0.6 nm的磷酸盐激光玻璃的超光滑表面。

Nanopowder of Y(1.84)mLa(0.16)O(3) was prepared by oxalate co-precipitation method. The powder was characterized by TG-DTA, XRD and TEM. The results show that the precursor is Re-2 (NO3)(2) (C2O4)(2)center dot 2H(2)O (Re=Y, La), and the Y1.84La0.16O3 nanopowders produced by calcining the precursor at 1000 degrees C for 4 h are 20 similar to 40 nm spherical particles and well dispersed. The powders were with high sintering activity and could be fabricated to transparent ceramic without additive at 1450 similar to 1550 degrees C in H-2 atmosphere for 3 hours. The total transmission of the transparent ceramic could reach 80%.

Nd3+-doped Y2-2x La-2x O-3 (x = 0.08) transparent ceramics were fabricated by conventional fabrication process. Spectroscopic properties of the samples were investigated. The absorption band of Nd3+ : Y1.84La0.16O3 was broad covering the wavelength range 780-850 nm. When doped with 1.5at% Nd3+, the cross sections of the sample at 820 nm and laser diode pumped 808 nm were 1.81 x 10(-20) cm(2) and 1.54 x 10(-20) cm(2), respectively. The strongest emission peak of the sample was centered at 1078 mn with long fluorescent lifetime, broad emission bandwidth and high quantum efficiency. Because of the additive La2O3, the spectroscopic quality parameter (X-Nd) of matrix was' decreased from 1.6 to 0.46, thus the fluorescence branch ratio of F-4(3/2) - (4) I-11/2 transition was increased to 56.82%. These properties of Nd3' : Y1.84La0.16O3 transparent ceramic are benefitial to achieve high efficient laser output and ultrashort modelocked pulse.

The spectroscopic properties of (Y0.92-xLa0.08Ndx)(2)O-3 transparent ceramics were investigated. According to three intensity parameters (Omega(2),Omega(4),Omega(6)) fitted by the Judd-Ofelt theory, the spectroscopic quality parameter (X-Nd), branching ratio (beta(J,J')), and quantum efficiency (eta) of Nd3+ were determined. It was found that X-Nd of the host, owing to the additive La2O3, was decreased from 1.6 to 0.46; thus beta(J,11/2) was increased from 46% to 56.82%. A figure of merit of the specimens was discussed and compared with Nd:YAG transparent ceramic. (c) 2007 Optical Society of America.

采用传统无压烧结工艺制备了Er^3+/Yb^3+共掺的氧化镧钇透明陶瓷并对其光谱性能进行了研究.样品具有较大的吸收和发射截面.La2O3的添加使样品的荧光寿命(τs)与玻璃接近,当Yb^3+和Er^3+的掺杂量分别为5at%和0.5at%时,测得τs=9.65ms.这种荧光寿命长、发射截面大和线宽窄的特性有利于微型、可集成化和大功率激光输出的实现.

简要论述了标量散射理论的研究进展做,着重介绍了Beckman的一维标量散射理论和几种典型的多层膜散射模型-非相关表面粗糙度模型、附加表面粗糙度模型和非相关体内不均匀模型,比较了这些模型在中心波长为632.8nm的11层高反膜的散射特性.结果表明,非相关体内的不均匀性引起反射能带边缘散射,反射能带内的散射主要由附加表面粗糙度引起.理想粗糙度对膜系反射带内的散射影响很小,对反射带边缘几乎无影响.预测了标量散射理论的应用领域及前景.

Hot pressing (HP) at higher sintering temperature has been a traditional and prevalent technique for the fabrication of alpha-SiAlON. In order to prepare translucent SiAlON more easily, LiF was used as a non-oxide sintering additive to lower the sintering temperature to <= 1650 degrees C. As a result, all of the samples possessed a good hardness and fracture toughness. At the same time, the lower temperature sintered samples showed a higher optical transmittance in the range of 2.5-5.5 mu m wavelength (0.5 mm in thickness). The maximum infrared transmission reached 68% at a wavelength of 3.3 mu m. The present work shows that the sintering process has a strong effect on microstructure and property of alpha-SiAlON. To be exact, a lower sintering temperature and longer holding time can produce some fully-developed microstrcture, which is beneficial for the optical transmittance. 研究植被、物种分布与环境的关系一直是生态学中的重点。长期以来,在全球变化与陆地生态系统的研究中,主要研究重点是对大尺度植被分布的模拟和预测,并建立了大量的气候-植被分布关系模型。而对于物种潜在分布的模拟和预测,国内外相关的研究较少。近年来,随着统计技术和地理信息系统的发展,用于预测物种分布的统计模型技术得到了迅速的发展。统计模型技术已被广泛应用于生物地理分布、植物群落、生物多样性、气候变化影响评估等方面。 本论文基于当前在物种分布研究中应用广泛的广义线性模型、广义加法模型及分类回归树3种统计模型技术,对我国常见树种的地理分布进行模拟分析,并比较不同模型模拟精度的优劣,将模拟精度较高的模型应用于预测未来气候情景下我国几种主要树种的未来潜在地理分布。 基于建立的广义线性模型(GLM)、二次项逐步回归广义线性模型(SGLM)、广义加法模型(GAM)和分类回归树(CART)4个模型对我国20种常见树种地理分布进行模拟,结果表明,4个模型均有较高的模拟精度。GAM的模拟精度最高;添加二次项并进行逐步回归有效的提高了GLM的模拟精度;CART是一种基于规则的模型技术,模拟结果比GLM稍好,比GAM略差。 对不同树种的模拟分析表明,4个模型对于主要分布在暖温带落叶阔叶林区域的油松、辽东栎分布的模拟结果较差;GLM对分布在温带针阔混交林中红松、蒙古栎、胡桃楸和糠椴的模拟结果不太理想;4个模型对分布在中国亚热带常绿阔叶林区域的树种均表现出较高的模拟精度;对广布种也表现出很高的模拟精度。 结合地理信息系统,以地图形式将青冈、油松的模拟结果表示出来。结果表明:地理信息系统直观的反映出了模型模拟结果差异。4个模型均能很好模拟青冈的分布,且模拟结果接近;而对油松分布模拟结果4个模型均不甚理想,以GLM最差。这些结果与模型模拟评估结果相吻合。 在未来气候变化情景下,基于4个模型模拟结果优劣,以我国三种主要造林树种马尾松、油松、红松和两种常见树种青冈、蒙古栎为研究对象,分析其未来变化趋势。结果表明,未来气候变化情景下,对于马尾松而言,4个模型均预测马尾松在基本保持原有分布的基础上,其未来潜在分布区域均有所扩大,且有向西和向北扩展的趋势;对于油松而言,基于GLM、SGLM和GAM3个模型,油松的未来潜在分布除有北移的趋势外,其分布区还将向东北和西南两个方向扩展;对于红松而言,基于SGLM、GAM和CART3个模型的预测结果较为接近,即红松的未来潜在分布区域将有所减少;对蒙古栎而言,4个模型预测蒙古栎未来分布均将向西扩展;对青冈而言,4个模型预测青冈能基本保持其原有分布区,并向西和向北扩展,其中CART预测结果还表明,青冈在广东南部及广西南部的分布区域将消失。

凋落物的分解对生物地球化学循环起着重要的作用。本研究以位于中国北方农牧交错区(内蒙古多伦县)的半干旱克氏针茅(Stipa krylovii Roshev.)草原生态系统为背景,针对凋落物分解研究中的几个关键过程和问题进行了探讨。研究内容包括该生态系统中几种常见植物凋落物的分解速率,在分解过程中的养分动态,凋落物的混合效应(即非加性效应)及其机制,全球变化引起的土壤有效N、P和降水增加对凋落物分解的影响及其对草原生态系统碳储量的影响等。 通过对克氏针茅、糙隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa Trin.)、双齿葱(Allium bidentatum Fisch.)、野韭(Allium ramosum L. Sp. Pl.)和冰草(Agropyron cristatum Gaertn.)的叶、茎、根凋落物的研究发现,叶和茎的分解速率与凋落物初始N和P含量呈显著正相关,根系的分解速率与初始C/N比呈显著负相关。根系凋落物一般比叶和茎凋落物分解速率快,而且具有更快的养分周转速率。有些凋落物混合在一起分解后对分解速率产生了混合效应(混合凋落物的实际分解速率偏离于基于组分凋落物计算的预期分解速率),同时它们对养分(主要是N、P、Ca、Mg)的固定或释放被延后。混合效应发生与否以及混合效应的方向主要取决于组分凋落物的特点,而与凋落物多样性的高低没有明显的关系。混合凋落物对养分动态的负作用,能降低退化生态系统遭到干扰后养分的损失,而且养分释放时间的延后有助于某些植物更好地生长,有利于退化草原生态系统恢复过程中植被结构的改善。 由于凋落物的质量对分解速率的影响重大,凋落物的化学组成很可能对混合凋落物分解过程中的非加性效应起重要作用,然而迄今为止没有明确的结论。本文研究发现,具有不同初始N、P含量的凋落物(同一物种)混合在一起分解后产生了正的非加性效应,非加性效应的强弱与组分凋落物初始N、P含量的差异大小有关。而且,非加性效应与P含量差异大小的相关性比与N的强,这可能与研究地点土壤中P的含量相对更为缺乏有关。这一研究结果表明,凋落物的化学组成在有些情况下确实与非加性效应有关。 通过施肥和浇水试验,研究了全球变化引起的土壤有效N、P和水分的增加对具有不同生活型和化学组成的两种优势草原植物,即双齿葱和克氏针茅凋落物分解的直接影响。结果发现,向土壤中添加N肥或N、P复合肥,在短期内(100天)加速了这两种植物的分解速率。高质量凋落物(双齿葱)的分解更容易受到土壤水分条件的限制,而低质量凋落物(克氏针茅)的分解对土壤养分有效性更敏感。土壤中有效养分的增加会提高分解凋落物对养分的固定,有利于退化生态系统中养分的保持。双齿葱对内蒙古半干旱典型草原的碳循环和养分动态的贡献,比克氏针茅要更大。研究结果提示人们,对草原生态系统的碳循环和养分动态进行模拟时,需要对不同化学组成的凋落物分别加以考虑。 本文还探讨了土壤有效N长期增加后对两种优势草原植物(克氏针茅和冷蒿(Artemisia frigida Willd))凋落物分解的综合影响,并进一步区分了由土壤有效N增加引起的凋落物质量改变的间接作用和土壤状况改变的直接作用。结果发现,土壤有效N长期增加后对凋落物的分解速率没有明显影响,但是显著加速了分解凋落物对养分的固定,这可能是由于凋落物质量对分解的促进作用和土壤状况对分解的抑制作用相互抵消的原因所造成的。向土壤中添加N素后,地上部植被生产力不可避免的会提高,尽管短期内会加速凋落物的分解速率,但从长远来看,对凋落物的分解速率不会产生影响,所以估计土壤有效N增加后最终会提高草原生态系统的净碳储量。 通过本研究,对中国北方农牧交错区(内蒙古多伦县)半干旱克氏针茅草原生态系统的养分循环过程有了初步的了解,验证了混合凋落物分解过程中非加性效应发生的可能性,并且证明组分凋落物的初始化学组成对这种非加性效应确实起着重要作用。本研究说明全球变化对不同植物种凋落物分解的影响是不同的,而且因研究时间长短的不同对凋落物分解的影响会发生变化。研究结果为草原生态系统碳和养分循环过程的模拟提供了必要的基础资料,为混合凋落物分解过程中非加性效应发生的可能机制提供了强有力的证据,对在全球变化背景下人们对草原生态系统碳和养分循环过程的认识和模拟有着重要的参考价值。

生物多样性与生态系统功能紧密相关,而凋落物分解是生态系统主要功能之一,同时凋落物的分解反过来又影响了物种的组成和多样性。本研究在内蒙古草原应用分解网袋法,通过功能群去除产生不同的多样性梯度。研究了草原生态系统的生物多样性变化对凋落物分解过程的影响。实验分为相互补充的三个部分,(一)、分解微环境实验研究了功能群多样性变化引起的分解微环境变化对凋落物分解的影响;(二)、凋落物组成实验研究四个功能群的优势物种羊草(Leymus chinensis)、大针茅(Stipa grandis)、细叶葱(Allium tenuissimum)、刺穗藜(Chenopodium aristatum)的15种不同组合方式的单种或混合凋落物在相同的分解微环境下物种间的相互作用对凋落物分解的影响;(三)、综合分解微环境和凋落物组成两种影响凋落物分解的因素,从15种多样性组合的去除样方中收集的单种或混合凋落物放回原样方分解。研究结果表明,功能群多样性,相应地物种多样性高的样方中,其微环境有利于凋落物的分解,两个生物特性差异较大的物种木地肤(Kochia prostrata)和二裂委陵菜(Potentilla bifurca)在功能群多样性高的样方中与多样性低的样方相比均表现出高的分解速率;混合凋落物的分解具有非加和性效应。混合凋落物的分解速率与其初始碳含量呈负相关关系,与其初始氮、磷含量呈正相关;当混合凋落物在功能群多样性不同的环境中分解时,重量降解速率与环境中的功能群多样性没有显著的相关关系,氮流失与功能多样性成正相关。我们的研究表明,群落中凋落物组成和凋落物多样性相比,前者是影响凋落物分解的决定性因素;与地上存活植株的生物学过程相比,凋落物分解受生物多样性的影响较小;在生物多样性更高的区域,可以显著地增加氮的循环过程,有利于提高群落生产力。

The characterization of acid-sensing ion channel (ASIC)-like currents has been reported in hippocampal neurons in primary culture. However, it is suggested that the profile of expression of ASICs changes in culture. In this study, we investigated the properties of proton-activated current and its modulation by extracellular Ca2+ and Zn2+ in neurons acutely dissociated from the rat hippocampal CA1 using conventional whole-cell patch-clamp recording. A rapidly decaying inward current and membrane depolarization was induced by exogenous application of acidic solution. The current was sensitive to the extracellular proton with a response threshold of pH 7.0-6.8 and the pH(50) Of 6.1, the reversal potential close to the Na+ equilibrium potential. It had a characteristic of acid-sensing ion channels (ASICs) as demonstrated by its sensitivity to amiloride (IC50 = 19.6 +/- 2.1 muM). Either low [Ca2+](0) or high [Zn2+](0) increased the amplitude of the current. All these characteristics are consistent with a current mediated through a mixture of homomeric ASIC1a and heteromeric ASIC1a + 2a channels and closely replicate many of the characteristics that have been previously reported for hippocampal neurons cultured for a week or more, indicating that culture artifacts do not necessarily flaw the properties of ASICs. Interestingly, we found that high [Zn2+] (>10(-4) M) slowed the decay time constant of the ASIC-like current significantly in both acutely dissociated and cultured hippocampal neurons. In addition, the facilitating effects of low [Ca2+](0) and high [Zn2+](0) on the ASIC-like current were not additive. Since tissue acidosis, extracellular Zn elevation and/or Ca2+ reduction occur concurrently under some physiological and/or pathological conditions, the present observations suggest that hippocampal ASICs may offer a novel pharmacological target for therapeutic invention. Very low doses (0.00001 mg/kg) of the alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist, yohimbine, improved working memory performance in a subset of aged monkeys. Improvement appeared to result from increased norepinephrine (NE) release onto postsynaptic alpha-2 adrenoceptors, as the response was blocked by the ''postsynaptic'' alpha-2 antagonist, SKF104078. Cognitive-enhancing effects of low dose yohimbine treatment may depend on aged animals retaining an intact, endogenous NE system. In contrast to yohimbine, the alpha-2 agonist, clonidine, has improved working memory in air aged animals examined. In the present study, clonidine's beneficial effects were also blocked by the postsynaptic antagonists SKF104078 and SKF104856, suggesting that clonidine acts by directly stimulating postsynaptic alpha-2 adrenoceptors. Beneficial doses of clonidine (0.01 mg/kg) and yohimbine (0.00001 mg/kg) were combined to see if they would produce additive effects on memory enhancement. This strategy was successful in young monkeys with intact NE systems but was not effective in the aged monkeys. These findings demonstrate that drugs that indirectly stimulate postsynaptic alpha-2 receptors by increasing NE release are not as reliable in aged monkeys as directly acting agonists that can replace NE at postsynaptic alpha-2 receptors.

Hexabromocyclododecanes (HBCDs) are additive brominated flame retardants mainly used in plastics and textiles. At the present time, these compounds are found in almost all environmental and human samples. In order to evaluate the environmental safety and health risk of HBCDs, the enantiomerically pure alpha-, beta-, and gamma-HBCD were prepared using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a PM-P-CD column and the cytotoxicities of their enantiomers were evaluated in Hep G2 cells. Results from the 3-(4,5-dimethylthioazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT), resazurin reduction and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assays showed a good agreement that the order of cytotoxicity was gamma-HBCD >= beta-HBCD > alpha-HBCD, and that significantly lower cell viability and higher LDH release were observed in all (+)-enantiomers ((+) alpha-, (+) beta- and (+) gamma-HBCD) than the corresponding (-)-forms ((-) alpha-, (-) beta- and (-) gamma-HBCD). Additionally, the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) induced by these HBCD enantiomers were detected. The positive correlation between the LDH release and ROS formation demonstrated that the toxic mechanism might be mediated by oxidative damage. These results suggest that environmental and human health risks of HBCDs must be evaluated at the level of individual enantiomers. (C) 2008 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

The antibacterial drug furazolidone belonging to the group of nitrofuran antibacterial agents has been widely used as an antibacterial and antiprotozoal feed additive for poultry, cattle, and farmed fish in China. During application a large proportion of the administered drug may reach the environment directly or via feces. Although the use of furazolidone is prohibited in numerous countries, there are indications of its illegal use. It is known that furazolidone can be rapidly metabolized to 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (AOZ) in the body of the target organism. In this study, a total of 21 fish feed samples, including 17 commercial fish feeds from local markets in China (representing 15 different formulations) and 4 fish feeds obtained from Germany and Turkey, respectively, are analyzed to determine whether the drug is still illegally used or commercially available feeds are contaminated by this drug. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS) methods have been implemented to determine furazolidone and its metabolite AOZ in fish feeds containing animal protein, respectively. An efficient and convenient cleanup method for the determination of furazolidone in fish feeds is developed, and a simple cleanup method for the determination of AOZ is used. Method recoveries for samples used were determined as 87.7-98.3% for furazolidone at two spike levels of 2.0 and 5.0 ng g(-1) and as 95.6-102.8% for AOZ at spike levels of 0.4 and 0.8 ng g(-1). Limits of detections were 0.4 ng g(-1) for furazolidone and 0.05 ng g(-1) for AOZ. The established methods are therefore suitable for the determination of furazolidone and its metabolite AOZ in fish feeds at trace contamination levels. Using the established methods, all fish feed samples have been proved to be furazolidone negative; however, AOZ is tested in 16 of 17 fish feeds obtained from local markets in the Hubei province of China, with a positive rate as high as 94.1%.

Composite AlN powder, mixed with the sintering additive Y2O3, was synthesized by the direct nitridation of molten Al-Mg-Y alloys. The character of products was determined by means of electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, granularmetric analysis and chemical composition analysis etc. The results show that the nitridation rate of the raw alloys is higher, and the nitridation products axe porous enough to be easily crushed. Composite AlN powder, obtained by the Lanxide method, has excellent characters such as high purity, especially low oxygen content, and narrow well-distributed grain size and so on.
