Nous proposons dans ce texte de definir les vecteurs de valorisation marketing pour une entreprise proposant des produits eco-concus. Nous commencerons par definir leco- conception en montrant en quoi cest une innovation technique et manageriale. Ensuite, nous presenterons notre cadre d'analyse : la RSE du point de vue de l'entreprise et la perception de la valeur environnementale par les consommateurs. Enfin, nous etudierons comment mettre sur le marche les produits eco-concus.

This paper examines the ethics of refugee aid, attempting to answer Why do States engage in refugee aid? Moving beyond the simplistic answer based on the notion of charity, which demonstrably fits ill with the essentially positivist methodology of conducting refugee aid, an ethical model is construed based on the Weberian concept of action as an instrument of rationality. This is supported with critical readings from Hannah Arendt, amongst others, and also my own experiences as a former UNHCR aid worker. However, although this model better captures ground realities, it negates the individuality and humanity of refugees. Thus refugee aid as a form of global, transnational justice will be presented, based on readings from Amartya Sen.
Les chartes pour un tourisme responsable : Vritable thique ou simple esthtique de la responsabilit ?

On assiste, depuis les annes 80, une multiplication des engagements des oprateurs et des organisations internationales pour la mise en oeuvre de pratiques responsables dans le secteur touristique. Face cette production exponentielle de chartes et de codes de bonne conduite, la question doit tre pose de la ralit de leur altruisme. En effet, lanalyse de la littrature sur la responsabilit sociale des entreprises dmontre amplement quelles sont avant tout les premires bnficiaires de tels engagements. Ainsi, la promulgation de chartes et de codes de bonne conduite, qui permet le maintien de lactivit dexploitation touristique, apparat plus comme un moyen pour les entreprises dapparatre thiquement correctes et de se donner bonne conscience que comme une prise en considration relle des demandes et des intrts des populations et des territoires exploits.

Le prsent article a pour objectif de mieux saisir les enjeux philosophiques qui sont intrinsquement lis la transformation progressive dune mga-corporation en entreprise mythique , et par consquent de dcrire les temporalits propres lentreprise mythique, de sorte pouvoir mieux reconnatre comment des mga-corporations sont en voie de devenir des entreprises dites mythiques . Nous ferons galement tat des dfis que la mga-corporation en voie de devenir mythique doit assumer afin dviter de tomber dans les piges idologiques typiques de sa mythicisation, plus spcifiquement le dfi dassumer un leadership thique de type transformationnel, en tant quexpression de lessence de lorganisation, ou de sa raison dtre.

This paper shows how Adam Smiths concept of moral motivation applies to business ethics and ethical consumption. Moral motivation for Smith is embedded in his moral psychology and his theory of virtue, particularly in terms of socialization and our social interactions and in his view that people always seek approval for their conduct, either though actual or ideal spectators. It follows that right conduct depends on the spectators awareness of ones conduct. Thus concerning business ethics, transparency and accountability are essential, as opposed to anonymity which is detrimental. Applying Smiths theory of motivation to consumption entails two further points: One, information concerning business conduct without consumers seeking it and acting accordingly will only have a limited effect. Two, peoples concern for the propriety of their action can and should include consumption, such that purchasing behavior becomes a moral issue rather than a mere economic one.

This paper offers an institutional approach to the problems raised by Mafia infiltration of legitimate businesses. It contributes to an economic theory that reconnects economics, law and ethics. It demonstrates that the efficiency criterion alone is not sufficient to correctly analyze the nature and consequences of Mafia infiltration on economies and societies. On the contrary, the reintroduction of ethics enables a better understanding of the phenomenon to the point that law driven by ethical and not only efficiency considerations is a necessary tool for those wanting to fight against the destruction of legal economies by Mafiosi.
