An��lisis organizacional del Partido de la Democracia Social Brasile��a en el Estado de San Pablo (1988-2006)

The article represents a theoretical and methodological approach to the analysis of organizational dynamics of political parties today, based on a study of the Party of Brazilian Social Democracy (PSDB) in the State of Sao P��ulo (period between 1988 to 2006). It is hypothesized that the structure and the institutional rules of a particular party, or even their election results, are insufficient to explain the inner workings, such as the role of party organization in the electoral system. An approach that articulates the relationship patterns, election results and posts held in the party, identified the factors that explain the political capital that circulated within the party and ensured its organizational dynamics over the period analyzed.

Boas pr��ticas de igualdade de g��nero e sua rela����o nos dom��nios da satisfa����o laboral e clima organizacional

A Igualdade entre Homens e Mulheres e a n��o discrimina����o constituem princ��pios fundamentais da Constitui����o da Republica Portuguesa e do Tratado que institui a Uni��o Europeia ��� Tratado de Lisboa. A desigualdade entre Homens e Mulheres constitui uma viola����o dos direitos fundamentais, e imp��e um pesado custo �� economia na medida em que se desaproveitam talentos em fun����o do g��nero. A promo����o de uma efetiva igualdade entre Homens e Mulheres constitui um dever fundamental do Estado. A promo����o da participa����o ativa de Homens e Mulheres na vida pol��tica, ao n��vel da administra����o central, regional e local, �� tamb��m um forte indicador da qualidade da democracia de um estado. Tomando por base a tem��tica da Igualdade de G��nero, o Roteiro para a Igualdade entre Homens e Mulheres (2006-2010), o pacto Europeu para a Igualdade entre os Sexos (2006), a Estrat��gia para a Igualdade entre Homens e Mulheres 2010-2015 que elencam a����es consideradas priorit��rias ��� igualdade na independ��ncia econ��mica; igualdade na remunera����o por trabalho igual e por trabalho de igual valor; igualdade na tomada de decis��es; promo����o da dignidade e a integridade, p��r fim �� viol��ncia de g��nero; e quest��es horizontais ��� pap��is desempenhados por Homens e Mulheres, legisla����o, governa����o e instrumentos no dom��nio da igualdade entre Homens e Mulheres, o objeto deste estudo centra-se na atividade do Estado Portugu��s, mais concretamente ao n��vel local. Procurou-se enquadrar esta tem��tica na Gest��o dos Recursos Humanos, na busca de um conhecimento mais aprofundado sobre a implementa����o de Boas Pr��ticas de Igualdade de G��nero e a sua rela����o nos dom��nios da Satisfa����o Laboral assim como no Clima Organizacional. O presente estudo exp��e uma abordagem quantitativa, de car��cter descritivo, explorat��rio, correlacional e preditivo. O tratamento estat��stico realizou-se com recurso ao programa IBM SPSS Statistics, vers��o 21. Os resultados encontrados apontam para uma associa����o positiva entre a exist��ncia de boas pr��ticas de igualdade de g��nero e a satisfa����o laboral dos trabalhadores, assim como do clima organizacional. S��o apresentadas pistas para a interven����o no dom��nio da fun����o da gest��o e desenvolvimento dos recursos humanos.

Estudio de la cultura, sus manifestaciones y efectos en una Red Inter-Organizacional

El presente trabajo tiene como prop��sito el estudio de la cultura, y el impacto que tiene esta en una red inter-organizacional. Para esto se realiz�� un estudio documental en el cual se hizo una revisi��n bibliogr��fica de los principales conceptos relacionados con la cultura y el enfoque de trabajo en red. Asimismo para dar cumplimiento al objetivo de la investigaci��n, se realiz�� el an��lisis de varios estudios emp��ricos que muestran las relaciones entre cultura y redes y que a su vez reflejan las diferentes formas que existen de comprobar la efectividad de una red. Los resultados mostraron que variables de la cultura como la confianza, la comunicaci��n y la similitud de las pr��cticas culturales influyen en el desempe��o y la duraci��n de la red inter-organizacional, de igual forma, se demostr�� que al momento de escoger un enfoque de trabajo en red, es importante tener en cuenta las diferencias entre las culturas organizacionales de los miembros de la red ya que es necesario hacer un ajuste cultural para garantizar el ��xito de la misma.

This article conducted an analysis of Portal Brazil, specifically in the areas of ���Education��� and ���Economy and Employment���, by according to the principles of e-engagement defined by the Organization for Economic Co- operation and Development (OECD). For understanding of this work, were elucidated concepts such as public communication - trajectory, principles and relations -, digital democracy, e-government and engagement and civic participation. Through this analysis was realized the importance of public communication in the processes of opinion formation and stimulus to citizen participation, as well as the performance of the internet as a facilitator instrument in the processes of relationship between State and Society

A internet como instrumento da democracia: um estudo comparativo entre as mem��rias virtuais dos parlamentos do Reino Unido e do Brasil

Preserving the organizational memory of public institutions means keeping the history of a society alive, managing communication, strengthening institutional image and thus build a good reputation. Therefore, institutions such as the Brazilian Senate and the United Kingdom Parliament are investing in virtual spaces to preserve the memory. A comparative study between those tools and the ways adopted for the memory preservation by both institutions is the main objective of the present work. The methodology consisted in the elaboration of categories that concern three priorities: democracy, internet and memory.

This thesis analyzes the global and Brazilian manifestations occurred since 2011, taking as a unifying and organizational element the social networks Facebook. The study was conducted through a literature survey about the protests in the streets and the Internet, in books, magazines, articles and academic papers, as well as comments on Facebook during the protests in Brazil.

Escola, democracia e a constru����o de personalidades morais

This article intends to discuss the relationship between morality, democracy and education within the perspective of the complex thinking, pointing to paths and proposals for its effective implementation in the educational routine, under the conviction that this is an imperative of the new social demands presented to the contemporary schooling. Understanding that one of the purposes of education is the ethical development, the author proposes intentional actions such that through them the school practices can offer to the subjects of education the necessary tools to build their cognitive, affective, cultural, and organic competence, thereby enabling them to act morally in the world. To that effect, seven aspects of school reality that hamper or contribute to school democratization are identified and discussed, which must be understood from the paradigm of complexity: school contents, classroom methodology, the nature of interpersonal relationships, the values, self-esteem and self-knowledge of the school community, as well as the school management processes.
