Analysis of experimental interlocking blocks of concrete with addition of residues of process the tires retreading production. With the population growth in recent years, industry in general has adjusted itself to resulting demand. the industry of tire retreading generates residues that have been discarded without any control. this adds to environmental pollution and promotes the proliferation of vectors harmful to health, aiming to find an application for this type of residues, this study presents experimental results to interlocking concrete block pavements, with addition of residues tires, interlocking blocks were built up and we determined, through laboratory tests, the need to set the mark that provide greater return regarding analyzed characteristics, there are four types of dosage of concrete with residues tires. We accomplished tests of compression strength, water absorption and resistance to impact. Through the preliminary results, we verified that are satisfactory, confirming the possibility of applying this type of interlocking block in environments with low demand, which would bring the economy of natural sources of aggregates, beyond ecological benefits through the reuse of residues from retreading of tires.

The primary objective of this investigation has been to develop more efficient and low cost adhesives for bonding various elastomer combinations particularly NR to NR, NR/PB to NR/PB, CR to CR,NR to CR and NR to NBR.A significant achievement of the investigation was the development of solventless and environment friendly solid adhesives for NR to NR and NR/PB to NR/PB particularly for precured retreading. Conventionally used adhesives in this area are mostly NR based adhesive strips in the presence of a dough. The study has shown that an ultra accelerator could be added to the dough just before applying it on the tire which can significantly bring down the retreading time resulting in prolonged tire service and lower energy consumption. Further latex reclaim has been used for the preparation of the solid strip which can reduce the cost considerably.Another significant finding was that by making proper selection of the RF resin, the efficiency and shelflife of the RFL adhesive used for nylon and rayon tire cord dipping can be improved. In the conventionally used RFL adhesive, the resin once prepared has to be added to the latex within 30 minutes and the RFL has to be used after 4 hours maturation time maximum shelf life of the RFL dip solution being 72 hours. In this study a formaldehyde deficient resin was used and hence more flexibility was available for mixing with latex and maturing. It also has a much longer shelf life. In the method suggested in this study, formaldehyde donors were added only in the rubber compound to make up the formaldehyde deficiency in the RFL. The results of this investigation show that the pull through load by employing this method and the conventional method are comparable. This study has also shown that the amount of RF resin with RFL adhesive can be partially replaced by other modifying agents for cost reduction.Cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) resin can be employed for improving the bonding of dipped nylon and rayon cord with NR.Since CNSL resin cannot be added in the dip solution since it is not soluble in water, it was added in the rubber compound. The amount of wood rosin in the rubber compound can be reduced by using CNSL resin.Another interesting result of the investigation was the use of CR based adhesive modified with chlorinated natural rubber for CR to CR bonding. Addition of chlorinated natural rubber was found to improve sea water resistance of CR based adhesive. In the bonding of a polar rubber like nitrile rubber or polychloroprene rubber to a non polar rubber like natural rubber, an adhesive based on polychloroprene rubber was found to be effective.

Se realiza este trabajo por medio del análisis estructural, interno y competitivo de la empresa Automundial S.A. para conocer su estado actual frente a sus propias actividades y funciones para de esta forma, poder dictaminar una serie de propuestas que contribuyan al mejoramiento de la empresa y conlleven a que el direccionamiento de las estrategias empresariales se enfoquen a un proceso de internacionalización. Con la necesidad de utilizar intermediarios que los introduzcan en las economías de los países extranjeros y obtener todo el conocimiento del mercado para reducir los riesgos de perdidas, al momento de instaurar una planta de producción en ese país. Para lograr tal fin se plantea la comparación de dos empresas participantes en el sector del reencauche de llantas en Colombia, como las multinacionales Michelín y Goodyear, quienes son los competidores directos de Automundial S.A. Dicho análisis funciona como paralelo para relacionar las actividades y los procesos de dichas empresas respecto al comportamiento y trayectoria que lleva Automundial S.A. en sus 100 años de funcionamiento, siendo la empresa pionera en la producción del reencauche de llantas en Colombia. De esta forma, se logra plantear un modelo de internacionalización a través de diversas teorías de la internacionalización expuestas en este trabajo, de las cuales se apoya y da sustento académico a la ruta de exportación que debe seguir la empresa Automundial S.A. Al final de este proceso efectuado por la misma, se podrá tomar este modelo de internacionalización como un patrón de exportación conformado por etapas y pasos a ejecutar, teniendo en cuenta el crecimiento y la madurez de la empresa perteneciente al sector frente al mercado local. Dicha empresa interesada en internacionalizarse, deberá contar con un direccionamiento a querer lograr un proceso de exportación de productos o servicios a mercados extranjeros hasta la etapa de llegar a producir localmente en dicho país objetivo.

El siguiente estudio de factibilidad para el montaje de una planta de reencauche en la ciudad de Bogotá busca dar al lector bases fuertes y solidad para estructurar una idea de negocio con base al reencauche de llantas. El estudio busca analizar que tan factible es el montaje de la planta, además abarca temas relacionados con la historia del reencauche, las normas legales mininas que hay para realizar procesos de este tipo, también dentro del estudio el lector podrá encontrar un estudio de mercados, en donde se especifican las preferencias de los posibles consumidores y de los actuales competidores. En términos generales se hace una clara referencia a los aspectos específicos referentes a la planta y procesos, de este modo se tiene una base solida para realizar un posterior análisis financiero en donde se evalúa la viabilidad del negocio, por medio de un análisis a cada una de las variables financieras más relevantes dentro de una proyección, para así implementar una estrategia que tenga una base solida de donde se espera que sea el punto de partida para la implementación como tal del estudio realizado.

Although already to exist alternative technique and economically viable for destination of used tires, quantitative data on properties of constructive elements that use the rubber waste as aggregate still are restricted. In the present work, the waste proceeding from industry of retreading as material for manufacture of composite destined to the production of constructive elements was considered. Mechanical and thermal properties of mortar had been analyzed Portland cement with addition of waste without treatment, in the ratios of 10%, 20% and 30% in mass in relation to the mass of the cement, substituting the aggregate in the trace in mortar 1:5 mass cement and sand. The size of the used residue varied between 0,30mm and 4,8mm (passing in the bolter 4,8mm and being restrained in the one of 0,30mm), being it in the formats fibers and granular. The influences of the size and the percentage of residue added to the mortar (in substitution to the aggregate) in the thermal and mechanical properties had been considered. Assays of body-of-test in thestates had been become fullfilled cool (consistency index) and hardened (absorption of water for capillarity, strength the compression, traction and strength flexural). The work is centralized in the problem of the relation thermal performance /strength mechanics of used constructive systems in regions of low latitudes (Been of the Piauí), characterized for raised indices of solar radiation.

Researches have shown that the introduction of rubber in concrete improves the features of its deformability, as well as contributes to environmental disposal of waste generated in the tire retreading process. Furthermore, there is a high availability of limestone within RN and CE country. Ignorance about this stone, does not allow its wide use as aggregate, leaving, this abundant supply idle. A composite of limestone gravel, with proportions of tire rubber waste which could be used as concrete would be an alternative to concrete for low applications. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the characteristics of concrete containing limestone gravel and proportions of little aggregate replacement (sand) by tire rubber waste. To this goal, the material components of the concrete were characterized, concrete specimens with limestone gravel were made, from the dash 1.0: 2.5: 3.5, varying the water/cement ratio, and inserting a commercial plasticizer, without a proportion of residue, known as reference. From this, concrete with and without the presence of the additive in the same proportions were chosen, as well as these with the use of granite gravel, for being the most used. Selected the references, to these, replacements of little aggregate (sand) were added replaced by rubber waste from the tire retreading process, treated with 1M NaOH in proportions from 5.0 to 20.0 % by mass, cured and exposed to the semiarid environment. The results indicate the possibility of using limestone gravel in the concrete composition with workability correction using plasticizer. There was a decrease in the mechanical properties of the concrete with increments of waste rubber, but there is an improvement in toughness and deformability of the composite, which makes it interesting for the construction of non-structural concrete floors, as well as, the rubber waste delayed the hardening process, continuing to gain resistance after 28 days

The project was made during the Erasmus+ Program in Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, Portugal. I had a pleasure to do this in Gislotica Mechanical Solution, Lda. This document presents a process of design a vertical inspection station for truck tires. The first part contains an introduction. There are information about Gislotica Company and also first analysis of problem. In next part is presented way to figured out the task and described all issues connected with designed machine. In last part were made some conclusions about problems and results. There is a place not only for sum up design process but also my develop during the project. I repeatedly pointed out which issues were new for me. A lot of times I focus on myself and gained experience and information about design process.
