Avalia����o de impacto do Programa Bilhete ��nico Intermunicipal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro

Este trabalho objetiva verificar o impacto na renda gerado pelo programa de subs��dio tarif��rio para passageiros de transporte intermunicipal da regi��o metropolitana do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (RMRJ), denominado Programa Bilhete ��nico Intermunicipal (BUI). Para c��lculo do impacto foi utilizada a arrecada����o do ICMS do com��rcio varejista como ���proxy��� da renda. O m��todo para c��lculo do impacto foi o de diferen��a de diferen��a (DD) para tr��s defini����es distintas de grupos de tratamento e controle, considerando o per��odo de janeiro de 2006 a janeiro de 2010 como pr��-interven����o e fevereiro de 2010 a dezembro de 2014 como p��s-interven����o. A primeira defini����o comparou a evolu����o de arrecada����o do tributo entre os munic��pios participantes do programa e os munic��pios fluminenses situados na regi��o lim��trofe �� RMRJ como grupo de controle. O segundo exerc��cio manteve o mesmo grupo de controle, por��m utilizou apenas os munic��pios sujeitos �� interven����o situados a mais de 30 km de dist��ncia da capital Rio de Janeiro como grupo de tratamento. Por fim, como teste de robustez, os grupos de tratamento e controle foram selecionados utilizando o m��todo de pareamento (matching). Atrav��s de tr��s varia����es do modelo de DD para cada defini����o, foi poss��vel encontrar resultados de impacto positivos na arrecada����o de ICMS do com��rcio varejista para os munic��pios participantes do programa, em especial para os segundo e terceiro exerc��cios, o que sugere um aumento na renda de seus habitantes ap��s a introdu����o do Bilhete ��nico.

This work is aimed at providing an interpretive study of the work for viola and piano titled Three Pieces, and work for solo viola titled Ticket of a Jogral, by Brazilian composer C��sar Guerra Peixe. This study will be divided into three parts: The first will bring a brief history of the composer focusing on his visit to Pernambuco in the late 1940s and early 1950s; the second shows the use of Pernambuco musical regionalism elements used by the composer in the aforementioned documents; the third will present a set of interpretive suggestions based: the analysis of regional musical elements identified in these works; the technical rudiments used in writing for viola depicting the arcades, dynamics, fingerings, articulations, phrasing; and the experiences lived by the author of this research as an interpreter of these works.

Sistematiza����o do dimensionamento t��cnico e econ��mico de sistemas fotovoltaicos isolados por meio de programa computacional

One of the main referring subjects to the solar energy is how to compare it economically with other sources of energy, as much alternatives as with conventionals (like the electric grid). The purpose of this work was to develop a software which congregates the technical and economic main data to identify, through methods of microeconomic analysis, the commercial viability in the sizing of photovoltaic systems, besides considering the benefits proceeding from the proper energy generation. Considering the period of useful life of the components of the generation system of photovoltaic electricity, the costs of the energy proceeding from the conventional grid had been identified. For the comparison of the conventional sources, electric grid and diesel generation, three scenes of costs of photovoltaic panels and two for the factor of availability of diesel generation had been used. The results have shown that if the cost of the panels is low and the place of installation is more distant of the electric grid, the photovoltaic system becomes the best option.

Uma observa����o sobre o lugar da teoria da liga����o e do crit��rio tem��tico dentro do programa minimalista

In this paper I present some evidencie that forces us to conclude that within the Minimalist Program (Chomsky 1993; 1995), Binding Theory (BT) should be computed after LF (Logical Form). I show that derivations leading to structures containing violations of BT-Principles must converge at LF, since less economical alternative derivations respecting those principles are also ungrammatical. Being irrelevant to the notion of convergence, BT must apply after LF. A similar reasoning reveals that the Theta-Criterion should have the status of a bare output condition appling at LF, since less economical derivations are allowed by the computational system to prevent violations of it.

Hist��ria, filosofia e sociologia da educa����o matem��tica na forma����o do professor: um programa de pesquisa

We present and discuss in this article some features of a research program whose central object of investigation is the way in which the recent fields of history, philosophy, and sociology of mathematical education could take part in a critical and qualified manner in the initial and continuing training of teachers in this area. For that, we endorse the viewpoint that the courses for mathematics teacher education should be based on a conception of specificity through which a new pedagogical project could be established. In such project those new fields of investigation would participate, in an organic and clarifying way, in the constitution of multidimensional problematizations of school practices, in which mathematics would be involved, and that would be guided by academic investigations about the issues that currently challenge teachers in the critical work of incorporation, resignification, production, and transmission of mathematical culture in the context of the school institution.
