The incursion into the historical area from Fortaleza´s downtown presents reminiscences of a heritage collection that can be recognized as city built heritage, in architectural and urban aspects. The neighborhood has in its urban tracing a synthesis of the various phases from the Brazilian architecture materialized in its tracing and built goods. This composition mainly covers the eclectic production, passing the time of art déco, including the period of modern production. This paper aims to identify the existing heritage collection. This study aims to identify the existing net assets, the temporality and spatiality that allow to recreate the neighborhood´s form urbain history. Based on the theoretical and methodological support of the urban morphology urban of authors such as Aldo Rossi (1966), Gordon Cullen (1971), José Lamas (1990), Kevin Lynch (1960), and Philippe Panerai (1999) was allowed on a predefined route, to build part of urban memory of Fortaleza. The historical and morphological study runs through a sequenced analysis developed on the articulated subsets, formed by the network neighborhood squares: Praça José de Alencar, Praça Capistrano de Abreu (Lagoinha), Praça Clóvis Beviláquia, Praça do Carmo, Praça Murilo Borges (BNB), Praça Coração de Jesus, Parque das Crianças, Praça do Riacho Pajeú, Praça dos Voluntários (Polícia), Praça do Ferreira, Praça Waldemar Falcão (Correios), Praça General Tibúrcio (Leões), Praça Figueira de Melo, Bosque Dom Delgado (Pajeú), Praça Cristo Redentor, Praça Caio Prado (Sé), Praça dos Mártires (Passeio Público), e Praça Castro Carreira (Estação). Separated the neighborhood based on this square system because it is perceived that there is in these public spaces a path which includes a portion of the urban history of Fortaleza. In addition to this there is a higher concentration of goods in its area in relation to others sectors of the neighborhood, where the loss of the characterization is an imperative of the urban set. In order to find this network of public spaces contained in the study area were proposed two routes based on the city limits of 1875 established by Adolfo Herbster (Fortaleza´s city plan).The path starts by known boulevards (Imperador, Duque de Caxias and Dom Manuel avenues) and the seafront. The study is grounded in the literature review, document and empirical theme, consisting of an overlay of maps, drawings and photographic collection that ratify this net assets as both architectural urban nowadays. Among the results, it was observed that before a current context of loss of locus of the concept of historical-cultural agglomerated, the squares express the strongholds of equity ambience that perhaps stand in urban morphology of the capital from Ceará.

The present study has the objective of analyzing how the ways of dwelling influences the uses and the functional and symbolic appropriations of the urban space in Fortaleza city center, through the perspective of the residents and their relation with the living place. Scenarios of development and degradation of its urban space have marked the city center of Fortaleza. The intensification of the commercial and services occupation promoted through the years, paradoxically, the valorization of the land price and the devalorization of the residential use. Thus, the residential occupation was consolidated in a discontinuous way, being concentrated mainly in the external limits of the historical core of the neighborhood. The research is structured over the delimitation of an area and the selection of multifamily residential buildings, built since the 1960s, close to the central core of the neighborhood. The spatial configuration analysis of the selected residential buildings, and their relations with the urban surroundings and the land uses, reveals different aspects related to the urban vitality, producing impacts over the ways of dwelling constituted by the daily life of the residents. The study of the ways of dwelling involves the comprehension that the dwelling is beyond the private residential boundaries and the functional occupation. The conceptual base of this research is developed over the perspective that the dwelling represents a fundamental aspect of the human condition, allowing the person to relate with the space in an essential way (HEIDEGGER, 2012). In this perspective of the dwelling, the space reunites the mental and the cultural, the social and the historical, being marked by simultaneous logics of the conceived, the perceived and the lived space (LEFEVBRE, 2006). The development of this study, over the point of view of the neighborhood residents, is inserted in the perspective of the lived space, related to the concept of place, understood as a qualitative phenomenon, giving essence and identity to the space. The place of dwelling, marked by coexistences, is one of the structural elements of the urban land use, and potential for the rehabilitation of the central areas in big cities. Therefore, the study starts from the hypothesis that the location, the nearby land uses and the spatial configuration of the residential buildings affect the ways of dwelling, in other words the residents dissolve the boundaries of the shelter and experience the urban space, from the dwelling place. The requalification of the dwelling is opposed to the residential space based in functionality, in hierarchy, in self sufficiency, in standardization and in the reproduction of the urban space, materialized in the dense contemporary residential buildings, that are unrelated to the city. The stages of the research involved the spatial configuration analysis of the selected residential buildings and their surrounding, the land use mapping and interviews with the residents. The collected data allowed verifying that the buildings are located in areas presenting heterogeneous land uses, with a great number of residents and users. However, these aspects are not sufficient to promote the vitality of the public spaces in the neighborhood, since the people movement in the streets is controlled by the opening hours of the predominant commercial use in the area. The word of the residents, collected in interviews, indicate that the conservation conditions of the public spaces and the insecurity influences their everyday relations with the place of dwelling, affecting fundamental aspects for the dwelling requalification in the central area of Fortaleza.

O equipamento cultural de referência para este trabalho de projeto é o Centro Cultural da Malaposta, que constitui um exemplo de investimento autárquico na reabilitação de um edifício para a criação de infraestruturas destinadas à produção e à fruição artística e cultural. Trata-se de um equipamento cultural criado há cerca de 25 anos, que é tutelado pelo município de Odivelas. Descreve-se a evolução da instituição e apresenta-se uma análise da programação cultural deste equipamento, em 6 anos, entre 2007 e 2012.

A internet contribuiu para que as organizações pudessem acompanhar o ritmo moderno do mundo actual, com a sua velocidade e agilidade na troca e transmissão de informação. Facilitou muito o trabalho do profissional de Relações Publica, disponibilizando ferramentas importantes no processo de comunicação, dando oportunidades de uma relação directa com os clientes, consumidores, e, principalmente, levando o público-alvo a conhecer melhor a empresa com quem pretende ter algum tipo de relação. Entretanto, não basta proporcionar uma relação com o público se não houver uma estratégia que permita a utilização da linguagem correcta, do canal mais adequado e do momento ideal, culminando numa comunicação dirigida eficiente. Ademais a isso, as possibilidades que a rede abre passam da passividade para a gestão ativa do processo comunicacional. A comunicação eletrónica transformou grande parte da comunicação dirigida escrita impressa, em meio eletrónica, com isso abriu novos horizontes nesta area.

Esta investigación se enmarca en el estudio de la vida cotidiana de las personas y se pregunta específicamente por el proceso de construcción y redefinición de identidades, es decir los cambios en la vida de las personas. Un tema que podría ser demasiado general se encuadra en un caso concreto: El Centro Cultural Comunitario de Playa Ancha (CCPA)1.Entendemos todo proceso de construcción y redefinición identitaria como una experiencia de aprendizaje perceptual. En el marco específico del CCPA, los participantes han construido una comunidad de práctica a través de sus interacciones comunicativas recurrentes en el tiempo, prácticas comunicativas y significativas para los miembros del CCPA. Comparten una serie de repertorios simbólicos, relaciones de participación y cooperación, entre otras cosas. Aprendizaje que logrado que los integrantes del CCPA sean reconocidos por su entorno como practicantes y miembros del CCPA.Para explorar este proceso nos posicionamos desde un abordaje cualitativo. Por lo mismo, intentamos objetivar esta experiencia de aprendizaje perceptual desde las percepciones y las prácticas de los sujetos estudiados. Se contempla el desarrollo de un trabajo de campo de 6 meses que contempla un período de inmersión en la comunidad a través de la observación participante.Por medio de esta herramienta, se explorará en las formas que organizan su espacio, sus tiempos, sus prácticas y por ende, sus interacciones comunicativas. Es decir, como establecen y coordinan el vivir en común. Posteriormente, para objetivar el proceso de construcción y redefinición identitaria se realizarán 10 historias orales temáticas a los miembros más antiguos y experimentados del CCPA.

La figura del escritor Ramón de Campoamor que da nombre a esta dotación cultural va describiendo a modo de guía el edificio, a la vez que explica las partes más conocidas del teatro (vestíbulo, escenario, foso, patio de butacas), pero también va descubriendo otras más ocultas como oficinas, almacenes, camerinos, etc. Además, se hace mención a los eventos más tradicionales del centro cultural como la ópera, los premios Príncipe de Asturias, etc. Todo el texto se acompaña con unas rimas ligadas al tema y al final propone la realización de un teatrillo de cartón y un vocabulario.

Objetivo general : fortalecer la estructura organizacional del centro cultural Darío Echandía, mediante la formulación y diseño de un plan estratégico de desarrollo cultural, con el fin de potenciar su proyección en las áreas urbanas y rurales en torno a sus manifestaciones y prácticas sociales. Descripción del proyecto : creación de un modelo organizacional basado en un plan estratégico de cultura que permita fortalecer los procesos locales y orienten la visión del desarrollo cultural en campos novedosos de prospectiva. Justificación : el debilitamiento de la gestión cultural en el municipio de Chaparral, hace necesario y urgente plantear un plan estratégico de cultura en una escala de tiempo de 10 años para desatar procesos de civilidad y participación de todos los actores y cultores con el fin volver a dinamizar las prácticas sociales, recuperar el interés ciudadano y plantear estrategias de acción para el futuro posible del municipio, ahora que los procesos tecnológicos y de globalización orientan nuevos retos y paradigmas de cambio y retan a la tradición local a recrear y fortalecer sus prácticas sociales. Beneficiarios directos e indirectos : Directos: actores y gestores de las diferentes aéreas y campos culturales. Indirectos: comunidad en general de la ciudad y áreas rurales del departamento del Tolima. Costo total : $48.059.000. Contexto de aplicación geográfica : área urbana y rural del municipio de Chaparral en el departamento del Tolima. Tiempo de ejecución : 6 meses.

El Proyecto Centro Cultural MisiónArte pretende actuar en el marco de formación ciudadana en el cual se encuentran inmersos los guías ciudadanos vinculados al Proyecto Misión Bogotá – IPES, durante un año, pertenecientes a población vulnerada en su derechos, por medio de la creación de espacios de expresión cultural y artística que acentúen los momentos de encuentro, transmisión y reflexión alrededor de los múltiples saberes, imaginarios, costumbres, experiencias y aprendizajes sobre la vida, el trabajo, la visión del mundo, la apropiación de la ciudad y el ejercicio de los derechos y deberes culturales, estos últimos poco referenciados a profundidad dentro de Misión Bogotá. El Centro Cultural permitiría entonces hacer visible la riqueza cultural y artística con la que cuenta un programa de la trayectoria y resonancia que tiene Misión Bogotá gracias a sus guías ciudadanos, contribuyendo a difundir el respeto por la diversidad cultural y el fomento del patrimonio intangible de la nación. MiisiiónArtte por medio de dos líneas de acción: 1. Coordinación y Apoyo a Eventos Institucionales y 2. Expresión y Formación Cultural, pretendería fomentar el intercambio y el disfrute de las expresiones culturales y la creación y producción artística de los guías ciudadanos. Así mismo, al acentuar momentos de encuentro se contribuiría a la construcción de tejido social, al buen uso del tiempo libre, a la generación de procesos de apropiación hacia sus identidades, contribuyendo a una sociedad más incluyente, competitiva y humana, pues Misión Bogotá finalmente es un proyecto que representa a una Bogotá pequeña, conformada por unos y por otros que buscan reconocerse, que buscan rescatar eso que la guerra, los conflictos, la discriminación o en si la pobreza les ha querido arrebatar, sus costumbres, sus manifestaciones, su forma de hacer o representar el arte, la música, la cultura, y que mejor que hacerlo por medio de un ejercicio de ciudadanía cultural a través de MisiónArte..

Se narra la experiencia del Centro Cultural de Moratalaz a modo de ejemplo paradigmático que ilustre los problemas cotidianos a los que se enfrentan los centros de educación permanente para adultos. Se mencionan sus actividades básicas, las complementarias y las extraescolares y se adjuntan cuatro anexos. En un primer anexo se incluye una programación, una encuesta del Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia, una ficha de inscripción, una de observación y otra de notas. En un segundo anexo se narra una actividad extraescolar (visita al museo de Sorolla), en un tercer anexo se describe la programación de una asignatura, y en un cuarto las bases de un concurso destinado aquellos alumnos inscritos que estén interesados en participar.
