Resumo:
The objective was to design a vascular phantom compatible with digital subtraction angiography, computerized tomography angiography, ultrasound and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Fiducial markers were implanted at precise known locations in the phantom to facilitate identification and orientation of plane views from three-dimensional (3-D) reconstructed images. A vascular conduit connected to tubing at the extremities of the phantom ran through an agar-based gel filling it. A vessel wall in latex was included around the conduit to avoid diffusion of contrast agents. Using a lost-material casting technique based on a low melting point metal, geometries of pathological vessels were modeled. During the experimental testing, fiducial markers were detectable in all modalities without distortion. No leak of gadolinium through the vascular wall was observed on MRA after 5 hours. Moreover, no significant deformation of the vascular conduit was noted during the fabrication process (confirmed by microtome slicing along the vessel). The potential use of the phantom for calibration, rescaling, and fusion of 3-D images obtained from the different modalities as well as its use for the evaluation of intra- and inter-modality comparative studies of imaging systems are discussed. In conclusion, the vascular phantom can allow accurate calibration of radiological imaging devices based on x-ray, magnetic resonance and ultrasound and quantitative comparisons of the geometric accuracy of the vessel lumen obtained with each of these methods on a given well defined 3-D geometry.

Ground-based gamma-ray astronomy has had a major breakthrough with the impressive results obtained using systems of imaging atmospheric Cherenkov telescopes. Ground-based gamma-ray astronomy has a huge potential in astrophysics, particle physics and cosmology. CTA is an international initiative to build the next generation instrument, with a factor of 5-10 improvement in sensitivity in the 100 GeV-10 TeV range and the extension to energies well below 100 GeV and above 100 TeV. CTA will consist of two arrays (one in the north, one in the south) for full sky coverage and will be operated as open observatory. The design of CTA is based on currently available technology. This document reports on the status and presents the major design concepts of CTA.

L’objecte del projecte és la definició de les obres i valoració pressupostària de consolidació de l’accés al pont de maçoneria sobre els FGC que connecta el camí de Can Gatxet i l’Av. del Carril, dintre de l’actuació general de millora de la mobilitat a l’entorn de la carretera de Vallvidrera en l’encreuament amb els FGC a Sant Cugat del Vallès.

En la Constitución Política se consagra el trabajo como un derecho fundamental, objeto de protección cuando sea vulnerado o amenazado; el Estado tiene el deber de protegerlo, creando, estimulando e incentivando las condiciones socioeconómicas propicias que promuevan una oferta de oportunidades laborales para todas aquellas personas en capacidad de trabajar, expidiendo la normatividad que asegure unas relaciones laborales “dignas y justas”, con arreglo a los principios fundamentales básicos y mínimos ideados por el constituyente. El orden normativo primario es el protector del derecho al trabajo, bien sea que se preste independientemente o bajo condiciones de subordinación, en las modalidades de contrato de trabajo o bajo una relación laboral, legal, estatutaria, o reglamentaria.

Trata do problema de queda de interesse, dos oficiais do Exército Brasileiro, pela matrícula no Curso de Técnica de Administração do Centro de Estudos de Pessoal, caracteriza as razões de ordem estrutural motivadoras deste desinteresse e aponta como solução a reformulação do curso, sua ampliação e novo curriculo, criando oportunidade de validã-lo como curso de graduação em administração, junto ao CFE. Explica o Ensino Militar do Exercito, os objetivos do CEP quanto ao ensino, pesquisa e seleção, como entidade impar nas Forças Armadas do Brasil e de outros países.
