This research is part of the field of teacher training, especially developed the topic of continuing education. There is, according to the literature, the importance of this training for teachers as a sort of continuum, trajectory in which the teacher will (re) building their knowledge throughout their lives, in order to provide knowledge and values that add to your practice teaching. However, often the training activities are designed for knowledge transmitter model forming agent for the teacher, disregarding the different contexts of school communities, this strategy which hardly reaches the real needs of teachers in their daily lives. It is evident, too, the need to provide, in training moments, spaces to engage in dialogue and reflect on the teachers profession today, (re) building thus their teacher identity. In this context, the objective of this research is to examine whether the continued formation is configured as a collective construction and as a space for reflection on what it means to be a teacher. The research is characterized by a qualitative approach, and to collect data, we used the semi-structured interview technique. Participants were five teachers in the areas of Physical Education, History, English, Portuguese and Mathematics, a state school Treble city education (SP). The results show the importance of continuing education for teachers, which provides reflections, discussions, acquisition of knowledge and skills that contribute to its performance, motivating and developing strategies to enable them to face the challenges of everyday life and reflect collectively on what it means to be a teacher. It was concluded that continuing education for this group of teachers is configured as a space for collective construction, which together with other teachers rethink, reflect and continuously reconstruct their practices and objectives, and enables reflection on the teaching profession constantly. Este artigo visa percorrer, através de incursao documental sobre o mundo da dança na sociedade moderna e sobretudo em sua prática na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O objeto do trabalho é a presença do homem nos vários contextos em havia a prática da dança, seja nos espaços da alta sociedade, nos saloes de frequência predominante masculina ou nas ruas na forma do lazer e da sátira, como é o caso do carnaval. Nesse estudo coube nossas reflexoes pessoais, considerando nossa experiência no campo da dança e as valorosas contribuiçoes dos jornais de época, quando nos concentramos no cotidiano do século XIX e início do Século XX. As maiores contribuiçoes partem das crônicas do Jornalista Delso Renault, que compilou inúmeras reportagens de época onde a presença do homem no mundo da dança nao reflete o atual momento em que a predominância da presença feminina nos saloes e nos palcos nos revela uma imagem de que o homem abandonou, se afastou ou foi excluído por algum motivo no cenário que envolve a dança. Nesse sentido o trabalho no levou analisar a trajetória do homem na dança e como esse gênero se fez e se faz ausente ou presente em determinado espaços sociais. Além de Delso Renault, fizemos incursos pela literatura discutindo o cotidiano e sua transformaçao moral, religiosa, artística e sócio-econômica, uma vez que a dança deixa de ser um aspecto meramente lúdico, de aproximaçao corporal de homem e mulher e passa, em boa parte de sua prática, por um ato profissional

The present investigation had as its study subject the history of professional monitoring, at the Regional Nursing Council of Rio Grande do Norte (Coren-RN). It assumes that the fiscalization by the Council is an important tool for improving the quality of nursing care. This study aims to analyze the history of monitoring of the nursing profession in Rio Grande do Norte, in the period from 1993 to 2013. It was marked in the ethical-philosophical contribution of Fourez and Vázquez. This is a study of social history, descriptive and analytical, with a qualitative approach, using the methods of documentary research and the technique of oral history. It had the Coren-RN as locus of the empirical research, with its documents and the participation of inspectors and presidents. The history of monitoring was built based on documents and interviews with those who lived through this path. The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of UFRN as Opinion 562 400/2014 (CAAE: 25452113.7.0000.5537). The results indicate that the Coren-RN, during these twenty years faced many difficulties such as the shortage of inspectors, the precarious reality of most health services, lack of professional qualification, the illegality of professional practice and structural deficiency in the institution. Nevertheless, it must be recognized that the monitoring process exercised by the Council, has evolved over the years. This evolution is expressed in increasing the number of inspectors, in the acquisition of a new seat and three vehicles, the creation of the subsections in the cities of Natal, Caicó and Pau dos Ferros, the referral of ethical procedures, among other achievements. Similarly, it is registered an improvement in the credibility of nursing professionals and other regulatory agencies. In summary, the monitoring as core activity of the Council is going through a process of transformation, in order to make the dialogue between the disciplinary design and the pedagogical design, in defense of nursing care quality. Therefore, it is an unfinished process, in continuous construction.

Aims to understand the construction of the professional identity of undergraduate in Music UFRN, through the study of autobiographical sources of these subjects, checking their formative dimensions and their (re) meanings established throughout life stories. To do so, shows a brief presentation of the study and the main motivations of the author to do it; expresses the life story of the researcher and their training courses in music career; analyzes the historical overview of the route Search (Auto) biography as research and training approach (JOSSO, 2010; NÓVOA; FINGER, 2010; SOUZA, 2007; PASSEGGI; SILVA (2010b) and DELORY-MOMBERGER, 2012); It presents some reflections and discussions about the construction of identity, beyond the concepts and perceptions of the training and professional representations of this building (DUBAR, 2005); discusses the historical background regarding teacher training in Brazil and Music Education; describes the ways and methodological resources used for data collection and implementation of this research, namely, a reflective open questionnaire and autobiographical essays; It presents the life stories of the undergraduate students of the Music course and its educational and musical dimensions; Lastly, it presents a reflection about the paths taken. The results indicated that the autobiographical essays make it possible to understand the ways and social relations in the various identified training dimensions, in addition to realize that the family contexts and the first musical social contacts in informal settings, enable the licensees, an identification with the possible career lecturer in Music, as well as the main reasons for this choice. We conclude, therefore, that the experiences and musical experiences throughout life favor the construction of professional identity and that in the course of training, such experiences make ways to (re) define the musical experiences, as well as the (re) thinking their professional career.

Teacher identity is a subject of study and discussion in the academic world whichhas become an object of attention of researchaddressing teaching and teacher formation. Life history, initial and continuing formation, the meaning of teaching to the teacher, and also pedagogical practice are all contributing factors to teachers’ professional identity. The present study is a proposal developed in the research field of Educational Knowledge and Practice, and its main focus lies in university teaching. Higher education teaching in the context of a dance course, and the issues and challenges of constructing teachers’ professional identity are presented. Thus, my main questions were: what is the teaching path followed by newly hired dance teachers in the Federal University of Uberlândia? How is teaching identity developed in these new teachers’ professional socialization process? What kind of educational knowledge is (re)produced and mobilized by teachers when they join university teaching? In order to answer these questions, my objectives are: to analyze the teaching path of the newly hired dance teachers of the Federal University of Uberlândia; to investigate how their teaching identity is built within their professional socialization process; and identify the kinds of educational knowledge they (re)produce and mobilize as soon as they become university teachers. The present research comprises a qualitative data analysis from previous studies on the subject, having as starting point relevant bibliographic research, followed by an identification questionnaire and an interview conducted with the newly hired dance teachers. The construction of teaching identity is related to objective and subjective conditions involving a teaching job and how the teacher perceives this identity as constantly evolving. Hence I understand the importance of personal and institutional incentives to prepare studies which raise or problematize issues specific to this area, contributing to extend the debate over higher education professionals’ formation, in particular that of dance course teachers on national scope.

Desde a promulgação da Constituição de 1988, todos os governos têm buscado realizar a reforma tributária. Há aparente consenso de que essa reforma precisa ser feita. No entanto, os insucessos nas propostas submetidas ao Congresso Nacional têm sido recorrentes. Essa dissertação busca explicar esse aparente insucesso a partir da análise evolutiva histórica de cinco tipos de incentivo fiscal: 1) regional (Sudam, Sudene e Zona Franca de Manaus); 2) guerra fiscal do ICMS; 3) exportação; 4) tributação simplificada (em especial o Simples); e 5) desenvolvimento econômico. O argumento central da pesquisa é o de que a política tributária desenvolvimentista e extrativa, adotada historicamente pelo Estado brasileiro e pautada pela concessão de incentivos fiscais, envolve interesses difíceis de serem revertidos - com características de dependência de trajetória -, que têm condicionado o comportamento do ator fundamental para o desenlace da reforma tributária - o empresariado -, o qual tem atuado de forma fragmentada e na busca por rendas, em vez de atuar de forma concertada buscando o objetivo coletivo pressuposto em uma reforma tributária. A pesquisa evidenciou ter havido uma dinâmica e relevante evolução do sistema tributário no período recente, vinculada em grande medida ao conjunto de incentivos fiscais que foram objeto de análise, o que afasta a hipótese de eventual paralisia decisória e relativizam as hipóteses de pontos de veto e de impasse entre interesses federativos como variáveis explicativas para o insucesso da reforma tributária.

Apresenta um construto teórico consubstanciado em uma Proposta de Modelo de Avaliação de Eventos de Qualificação Profissional do Programa Nacional de Segurança Pública com Cidadania (Pronasci), sob a ótica da fiscalização exercida pelo Poder Legislativo sobre as ações do Executivo, com foco em resultados. Aborda os conceitos de políticas públicas e de políticas públicas de segurança pública, e traz para esse contexto a abordagem da gestão da informação e da gestão de competências. Apresenta, ao final, um modelo de avaliação de cursos de qualificação profissional do Pronasci oferecidos na modalidade ensino a distância, desenvolvido com base em estudos de pesquisadores do campo, com o objetivo de possibilitar ao Poder Legislativo avaliar se os resultados dessa política pública de qualificação profissional avançam da direção da melhoria e do aumento da efetividade da atuação dos profissionais de segurança pública após sua participação em eventos dessa natureza.
