La “Actuación en la Crisis”, objetivo principal de esta tesis, trata de establecer y concretar los procedimientos y apoyos desde tierra y a bordo de los buques, tanto técnicos como operacionales, a seguir por el Capitán y tripulación de un buque después de un accidente, en especial cuando el buque tiene un riesgo importante de hundimiento o necesidad de abandono. La aparición de este concepto es relativamente reciente, es decir desde el año 1995, después de los estudios y propuestas realizados, por el Panel de Expertos de IMO, como consecuencia del hundimiento del buque de pasaje y carga rodada, Estonia, en el que perdieron la vida más de 850 personas a finales de Septiembre de 1994. Entre las propuestas recomendadas y aceptadas por los gobiernos en la Conferencia Internacional SOLAS 1995, figuraba este concepto novedoso, que luego fue adoptado de una forma generalizada para todos los tipos de buques, que hasta entonces sólo disponían de documentos dispersos y a veces contradictorios para la actuación en estos momentos de peligro, que dio lugar a un profundo tratamiento de este problema, que iba a afectar a los buques, tanto en los conceptos y parámetros de proyecto, como a la propia operación del buque. La tesis desarrolla los fundamentos, estado del arte, implantación y consecuencias sobre la configuración y explotación del buque, que han dado lugar a una serie de documentos, que se han incluido en diversos Convenios Internacionales, Códigos y otros documentos de obligada aplicación en la industria naval generados en IMO (SOLAS, Retorno Seguro a Puerto, Plano y Libro de Control de Averías, ISM). La consecuencia más novedosa e interesante de este concepto ha sido la necesidad de disponer cada compañía explotadora del buque, de un servicio importante de “apoyo en la crisis”, que ha dado lugar a implantar un “servicio de emergencia especial”, disponible las 24 horas del día y 365 de año que ofrecen las Sociedades de Clasificación. El know-how de los accidentes que tratan estos servicios, hacen que se puedan establecer ciertas recomendaciones, que se centran, en que el buque tenga, por sus propios medios, una posibilidad de aumentar el KM después de una avería, la garantía de la resistencia estructural adecuada y el aumento del tiempo de hundimiento o el tiempo de mantenimiento a flote (otro tipo de averías vinculadas con la maquinaria, equipo o protección y lucha contra incendios, no son objeto de tesis). Las conclusiones obtenidas, son objeto de discusión especialmente en IACS e IMO, con el fin de establecer las aplicaciones pertinentes, que permitan dar al buque una mayor seguridad. Como objetivo principal de esta tesis es establecer estos puntos de mejora consecuencia de esta actuación en la crisis, con la aportación de varias soluciones que mejorarían los problemas mencionados para los tres tipos de buques que consideramos más importantes (pasaje, petroleros y bulkcarriers) La tesis recorre, desde el principio en 1995, la evolución de esta actuación en la crisis, hasta el momento actual., los puntos básicos que se establecen, que van muy de la mano de la llamada “cultura de seguridad”, objetivo nacido durante los años 90, con el fin de implantar una filosofía distinta para abordar el tratamiento de la seguridad del buque, a la que se venía aplicando hasta el momento, en donde se contemplaba tratar el tema de forma singular y específica para cada caso. La nueva filosofía, trataba de analizar el problema, desde un aspecto global y por tanto horizontal, realizando un estudio exhaustivo de las consecuencias que tendría la aplicación de una nueva medida correctora, en los restantes equipos y sistemas del buque., relativos al proyecto, configuración, operación y explotación del buque. Se describen de manera sucinta las profundas investigaciones a que dio lugar todo lo anterior, estando muchas de ellas, vinculadas a grandes proyectos europeos. La mayor parte de estos proyectos fueron subvencionados por la Comunidad Económica Europea durante la primera década del siglo actual. Dentro de estas investigaciones, donde hay que destacar la participación de todos los agentes del sector marítimo europeo, se hacen imprescindibles la utilización de dos herramientas novedosas para nuestro sector, como son el “Estudio de Riesgos” y la “Evaluación de la Seguridad”, más conocida técnicamente por su nombre ingles “Safety Assessment”, cuyos principios también son incluidos en la tesis. Además se especifican las bases sobre las que se establecen la estabilidad intacta y en averías, con nuevos conceptos, no tratados nunca hasta entonces, como la “altura crítica de agua en cubierta” para la cual el buque se hundiría sin remisión, “estado de la mar” en la que se puede encontrar el buque averiado, el cálculo del tiempo de hundimiento, u otros aspectos como el corrimiento de la carga, o bien el tratamiento de los problemas dinámicos en el nuevo “Código de Estabilidad Intacta”. Con respecto a la resistencia estructural, especialmente el estudio de la “resistencia estructural después de la avería”, que tiene en cuenta el estado de la mar en la que se encontraría el buque afectado. Se analizan los tipos de buques mencionados uno por uno y se sacan, como aportación fundamental de esta tesis, separadamente, las acciones y propuestas a aplicar a estos buques. En primer lugar, las relativas al proyecto y configuración del buque y en segundo lugar, las de operación, explotación y mantenimiento, con el fin de acometer, con garantías de éxito, la respuesta a la ayuda en emergencia y la solución a la difícil situación que pueden tener lugar en condiciones extremas. Para ver el efecto de algunas de las propuestas que se incluyen, se realizan y aplican concretamente, a un buque de pasaje de carga rodada, a un petrolero y a un bulkcarrier, para demostrar el mejor comportamiento de estos buques en situación de emergencia. Para ello se han elegido un buque ejemplo para cada tipo, efectuándose los cálculos de estabilidad y resistencia longitudinal y comparar la situación, en la que quedaría el buque averiado, antes y después de la avería. La tesis se completa con una estadística real de buques averiados de cada uno de estos tres tipos, distinguiendo el tipo de incidente y el número de los buques que lo han sufrido, considerándose como más importantes los incidentes relacionados con varadas, colisiones y fuego resumiéndose lo más relevante de esta aportación también importante de esta tesis. ABSTRACT The "Response in an emergency" is the main objective of this thesis, it seeks to establish and define procedures for technical and operational support onboard and shore, to be followed by the captain and crew on of a ship after an accident, especially when the ship has a significant risk of sinking or a need to abandon it. The emergence of this concept is relatively recent, in 1995, after studies and proposals made by the Panel of Experts IMO, following the sinking of the “Estonia” vessel, where more than 850 people died in late September 1994. In the International Convention SOLAS 1995, among the recommended proposals and accepted regulations, this new concept was included, which was later adopted for all types of ships which until then had only scattered some documents, sometimes including contradictory actions in emergency situations. This led to a profound treatment of this problem, which would affect the vessels in both the concepts and design parameters, as to the proper operation of the vessel. The thesis develops the foundations, state of the art, implementation and consequences on the design and operation of the vessel, this has led to a series of Circulars and Regulations included in several International Codes and Conventions issued by IMO which are required to be complied with (SOLAS Safe Return to Port, Damage Control Plan and Booklet, ISM). The most novel and interesting consequence of this concept has been the need for every company operating the ship to have a shore based support service in emergency situations which has led to implement special emergency services offered by Class Societies which are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The know-how of these services dealing with all types of accidents can establish certain recommendations, which focus on the ship capability to increase the KM after damage. It can also be determined adequate structural strength and the increase of the capsizing time or time afloat (other types of damages associated with the machinery, equipment or firefighting, are not the subject of this thesis). The conclusions are discussed especially in IACS and IMO, in order to establish appropriate applications to improve the security of the vessels. The main objective of this thesis is to establish actions to improve emergency actions, resulting from different responses in the crisis, with the contribution of several solutions that improve the problems mentioned for three types of ships that we consider most important (passenger vessels, tankers and bulk carriers) The thesis runs from the beginning in 1995 to date, the evolution of the response on the crisis. The basics established during the 90s with the "safety culture" in order to implement a different philosophy to address the treatment of the safety of the ship, which was being previously implemented, as something singular and specific to each case. The new philosophy tried to analyse the problem from a global perspective, doing an exhaustive study of the consequences of the implementation of the new regulation in the ship systems and equipment related to the design, configuration and operation of the vessel. Extensive investigations which led to the above are described, many of them being linked to major European projects. Most of these projects were funded by the European Union during the first decade of this century. Within these investigations, which it must be highlighted the participation of all players in the European maritime sector, a necessity to use two new tools for our industry, such as the "Risk Assessment" and "Safety Assessment" whose principles are also included in the thesis. The intact and damage stability principles are established including new concepts, never treated before, as the "critical height of water on deck" for which the ship would sink without remission, "sea state" where the damaged vessel can be found, calculation of capsizing time, or other aspects such cargo shifting or treatment of dynamic problems in the new Intact Stability Code in development. Regarding the structural strength, it has to be especially considered the study of the "residual strength after damage", which takes into account the state of the sea where the vessel damaged can be found. Ship types mentioned are analysed one by one, as a fundamental contribution of this thesis, different actions and proposals are established to apply to these types of vessels. First, those ones relating to the design and configuration of the vessel and also the ones related to the operation and maintenance in order to support successfully responses to emergency situations which may occur in extreme situations. Some of the proposals are applied specifically to a RoRo passenger ship, an oil tanker and a bulkcarrier, to demonstrate the improved performance of these vessels damaged. An example for each type vessel has been chosen, carrying out stability and longitudinal strength calculations comparing the situation of the ship before and after damage. The thesis is completed with incidents statics for each of these three types, distinguishing the type of incident and the number of ships having it. The most important incidents considered are the ones related to groundings, collisions and fire being this other relevant contribution of this thesis.

El accidente de pérdida de refrigerante (LOCA) en un reactor nuclear es uno de los accidentes Base de Diseño más preocupantes y estudiados desde el origen del uso de la tecnología de fisión en la industria productora de energía. El LOCA ocupa, desde el punto de vista de los análisis de seguridad, un lugar de vanguardia tanto en el análisis determinista (DSA) como probabilista (PSA), cuya diferenciada perspectiva ha ido evolucionando notablemente en lo que al crédito a la actuación de las salvaguardias y las acciones del operador se refiere. En la presente tesis se aborda el análisis sistemático de de las secuencias de LOCA por pequeña y mediana rotura en diferentes lugares de un reactor nuclear de agua a presión (PWR) con fallo total de Inyección de Seguridad de Alta Presión (HPSI). Tal análisis ha sido desarrollado en base a la metodología de Análisis Integrado de Seguridad (ISA), desarrollado por el Consejo de Seguridad Nuclear (CSN) y consistente en la aplicación de métodos avanzados de simulación y PSA para la obtención de Dominios de Daño, que cuantifican topológicamente las probabilidades de éxito y daño en función de determinados parámetros inciertos. Para la elaboración de la presente tesis, se ha hecho uso del código termohidráulico TRACE v5.0 (patch 2), avalado por la NRC de los EEUU como código de planta para la simulación y análisis de secuencias en reactores de agua ligera (LWR). Los objetivos del trabajo son, principalmente: (1) el análisis exhaustivo de las secuencias de LOCA por pequeña-mediana rotura en diferentes lugares de un PWR de tres lazos de diseño Westinghouse (CN Almaraz), con fallo de HPSI, en función de parámetros de gran importancia para los transitorios, tales como el tamaño de rotura y el tiempo de retraso en la respuesta del operador; (2) la obtención y análisis de los Dominios de Daño para transitorios de LOCA en PWRs, de acuerdo con la metodología ISA; y (3) la revisión de algunos de los resultados genéricos de los análisis de seguridad para secuencias de LOCA en las mencionadas condiciones. Los resultados de la tesis abarcan tres áreas bien diferenciadas a lo largo del trabajo: (a) la fenomenología física de las secuencias objeto de estudio; (b) las conclusiones de los análisis de seguridad practicados a los transitorios de LOCA; y (c) la relevancia de las consecuencias de las acciones humanas por parte del grupo de operación. Estos resultados, a su vez, son de dos tipos fundamentales: (1) de respaldo del conocimiento previo sobre el tipo de secuencias analizado, incluido en la extensa bibliografía examinada; y (2) hallazgos en cada una de las tres áreas mencionadas, no referidos en la bibliografía. En resumidas cuentas, los resultados de la tesis avalan el uso de la metodología ISA como método de análisis alternativo y sistemático para secuencias accidentales en LWRs. ABSTRACT The loss of coolant accident (LOCA) in nuclear reactors is one of the most concerning and analized accidents from the beginning of the use of fission technology for electric power production. From the point of view of safety analyses, LOCA holds a forefront place in both Deterministic (DSA) and Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA), which have significantly evolved from their original state in both safeguard performance credibility and human actuation. This thesis addresses a systematic analysis of small and medium LOCA sequences, in different places of a nuclear Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) and with total failure of High Pressure Safety Injection (HPSI). Such an analysis has been grounded on the Integrated Safety Assessment (ISA) methodology, developed by the Spanish Nuclear Regulatory Body (CSN). ISA involves the application of advanced methods of simulation and PSA for obtaining Damage Domains that topologically quantify the likelihood of success and damage regarding certain uncertain parameters.TRACE v5.0 (patch 2) code has been used as the thermalhydraulic simulation tool for the elaboration of this work. Nowadays, TRACE is supported by the US NRC as a plant code for the simulation and analysis of sequences in light water reactors (LWR). The main objectives of the work are the following ones: (1) the in-depth analysis of small and medium LOCA sequences in different places of a Westinghouse three-loop PWR (Almaraz NPP), with failed HPSI, regarding important parameters, such as break size or delay in operator response; (2) obtainment and analysis of Damage Domains related to LOCA transients in PWRs, according to ISA methodology; and (3) review some of the results of generic safety analyses for LOCA sequences in those conditions. The results of the thesis cover three separated areas: (a) the physical phenomenology of the sequences under study; (b) the conclusions of LOCA safety analyses; and (c) the importance of consequences of human actions by the operating crew. These results, in turn, are of two main types: (1) endorsement of previous knowledge about this kind of sequences, which is included in the literature; and (2) findings in each of the three aforementioned areas, not reported in the reviewed literature. In short, the results of this thesis support the use of ISA-like methodology as an alternative method for systematic analysis of LWR accidental sequences.

As pessoas que sofreram este tipo de acometimento podem apresentar seqüelas variadas, como motoras, cognitivas, sensoriais, sociais, afetivo-emocionais e transtornos psiquiátricos, levando a graus variados de dependência. Sendo assim, um estudo psicológico se faz importante, pois estas pessoas sofrerão mudanças em suas rotinas e no seu mundo interno.O presente trabalho trata-se de uma pesquisa clínico qualitativa, e teve como objetivos investigar as repercussões psicológicas de pacientes adultos que sofreram acidente cerebrovascular; compreender o funcionamento mental, a deterioração neuropsicológica e a adaptação humana desses pacientes, através da Escala de Avaliação Global do Funcionamento, do Desenho da Figura Humana, e da Escala do Diagnóstico Adaptativo Operacionalizado; compreender o sofrimento psicológico em narrativas da entrevista psicológica dessas pessoas e investigar como os indivíduos contam sua própria história numa compreensão psicossomática e psicanalítica. Para isso, utilizou-se o referencial teórico da Psicanálise e as concepções de Neuropsicanálise e Psicossomática. Foram analisados os relatos de cinco pacientes em tratamento num centro de reabilitação. Observou-se que por tratar-se de uma lesão cerebral, as repercussões psicológicas de quem sofreu acidente cerebrovascular devem ser observadas do ponto de vista neuropsicológico e a dinâmica afetivo-emocional. Os dados do Eixo V do DSM-IV, Escala de Avaliação Global do Funcionamento, e da Escala do Diagnóstico Adaptativo Operacionalizado de Ryad Simon apresentaram forte correlação estatística, embora a última seja mais compreensiva do ponto de vista psicanalítico; todos os pacientes apresentaram Adaptação Ineficaz. Quanto ao Desenho da Figura Humana, questionou-se a fidedignidade deste tipo de técnica nessa população, uma vez que os dados de organicidade interferem bastante. A história construída foi um instrumento importante para investigar como o indivíduo que sofreu acidente cerebrovascular contou sua própria história, seus mecanismos de defesa e as fantasias inconscientes, surgindo nesses relatos histórias importantes de depressão. Os mecanismos de defesa predominante no funcionamento mental desses pacientes foram a repressão e a desvalorização, no funcionamento neurótico, e a onipotência no funcionamento psicótico.(AU)

Transgenic mice that overexpress mutant human amyloid precursor protein (APP) exhibit one hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease pathology, namely the extracellular deposition of amyloid plaques. Here, we describe significant deposition of amyloid β (Aβ) in the cerebral vasculature [cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA)] in aging APP23 mice that had striking similarities to that observed in human aging and Alzheimer’s disease. Amyloid deposition occurred preferentially in arterioles and capillaries and within individual vessels showed a wide heterogeneity (ranging from a thin ring of amyloid in the vessel wall to large plaque-like extrusions into the neuropil). CAA was associated with local neuron loss, synaptic abnormalities, microglial activation, and microhemorrhage. Although several factors may contribute to CAA in humans, the neuronal origin of transgenic APP, high levels of Aβ in cerebrospinal fluid, and regional localization of CAA in APP23 mice suggest transport and drainage pathways rather than local production or blood uptake of Aβ as a primary mechanism underlying cerebrovascular amyloid formation. APP23 mice on an App-null background developed a similar degree of both plaques and CAA, providing further evidence that a neuronal source of APP/Aβ is sufficient to induce cerebrovascular amyloid and associated neurodegeneration.

Nitric oxide (NO) is known to mediate increases in regional cerebral blood flow elicited by CO2 inhalation. In mice with deletion of the gene for neuronal NO synthase (NOS), CO2 inhalation augments cerebral blood flow to the same extent as in wild-type mice. However, unlike wild-type mice, the increased flow in mutants is not blocked by the NOS inhibition, N omega-nitro-L-arginine, and CO2 exposure fails to increase brain levels of cGMP. Topical acetylcholine elicits vasodilation in the mutants which is blocked by N omega-nitro-L-arginine, indicating normal functioning of endothelial NOS. Moreover, immunohistochemical staining for endothelial NOS is normal in the mutants. Thus, following loss of neuronal NOS, the cerebral circulatory response is maintained by a compensatory system not involving NO.

El trabajo que voy a llevar a cabo trata sobre el accidente de trabajo, más en concreto el accidente de trabajo "in itinere", ya que es un hecho protegido que la ley general de la seguridad social le da una gran importancia. Trataré los requisitos necesarios para que se dé un accidente de trabajo "in itinere", basándome siempre en sentencias ya que es un trabajo básicamente jurisprudencial. En el trabajo también trato el accidente de trabajo in mision. A modo de conclusión expresaré mi opinión personal acerca de las diferentes sentencias comentadas en el trabajo.

One in five strokes affects the posterior circulation. Diagnosing posterior circulation stroke can be challenging, as the vascular anatomy can be variable, and because presenting symptoms are often non-specific and fluctuating. Nevertheless, making the correct diagnosis is important, as these strokes have a high chance of recurrence, can be life threatening, and can lead to equally life-threatening complications. Investigation and management largely follow those for stroke in general, although some specific differences exist. These include the preferred use of MRI for diagnosing posterior fossa lesions, the management of basilar artery thrombosis, which may have a longer time window for recanalisation therapy, and the use of endovascular therapies for secondary prevention, which, so far, have not shown any benefit in the treatment of vertebral or basilar artery stenosis. In this review, we summarise the anatomy, aetiology and presentation of posterior circulation stroke, and discuss current approaches to management.

Background: Patients with autoimmune disease have increased incidence of stroke. Hemorrhagic stroke (HS) is associated with loss of cerebrovascular function, leading to micro-vessel burst, and hemorrhage. We believe chronic inflammation is involved in loss of cerebrovascular function and HS. We established a hypertensive-arthritis model in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) fed either standard rodent diet (0.59% NaCl) (RD) or high salt diet (4% NaCl) (HSD) and compared them to non-inflamed SHR. Methods: Complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) was injected into the left paw to induce mono-arthritis. Blood pressure and inflammation was monitored. At endpoint, animals were sacrificed and evaluated for HS while middle cerebral artery (MCA) was isolated for functional studies. Results: HS was observed in 90% of CFA-treated groups. The MCA of arthritic RD-SHR exhibited decreased ability to undergo pressure dependent constriction (PDC). All HSD-SHR showed a decreased response to PDC. However, arthritic HSD-SHR also demonstrated a diminished response to vasoactive peptides. Conclusion: HS occurring with CFA injection corresponds with loss of MCA function. Chronic HSD appears to further exacerbate vascular dysfunction in the MCA.

Computational fluid dynamic (CFD) studies of blood flow in cerebrovascular aneurysms have potential to improve patient treatment planning by enabling clinicians and engineers to model patient-specific geometries and compute predictors and risks prior to neurovascular intervention. However, the use of patient-specific computational models in clinical settings is unfeasible due to their complexity, computationally intensive and time-consuming nature. An important factor contributing to this challenge is the choice of outlet boundary conditions, which often involves a trade-off between physiological accuracy, patient-specificity, simplicity and speed. In this study, we analyze how resistance and impedance outlet boundary conditions affect blood flow velocities, wall shear stresses and pressure distributions in a patient-specific model of a cerebrovascular aneurysm. We also use geometrical manipulation techniques to obtain a model of the patient’s vasculature prior to aneurysm development, and study how forces and stresses may have been involved in the initiation of aneurysm growth. Our CFD results show that the nature of the prescribed outlet boundary conditions is not as important as the relative distributions of blood flow through each outlet branch. As long as the appropriate parameters are chosen to keep these flow distributions consistent with physiology, resistance boundary conditions, which are simpler, easier to use and more practical than their impedance counterparts, are sufficient to study aneurysm pathophysiology, since they predict very similar wall shear stresses, time-averaged wall shear stresses, time-averaged pressures, and blood flow patterns and velocities. The only situations where the use of impedance boundary conditions should be prioritized is if pressure waveforms are being analyzed, or if local pressure distributions are being evaluated at specific time points, especially at peak systole, where the use of resistance boundary conditions leads to unnaturally large pressure pulses. In addition, we show that in this specific patient, the region of the blood vessel where the neck of the aneurysm developed was subject to abnormally high wall shear stresses, and that regions surrounding blebs on the aneurysmal surface were subject to low, oscillatory wall shear stresses. Computational models using resistance outlet boundary conditions may be suitable to study patient-specific aneurysm progression in a clinical setting, although several other challenges must be addressed before these tools can be applied clinically.

Estudio descriptivo de pacientes con ictus isquémico ingresados en el Hospital Vicente Corral dentro de las 24 horas de inicio de síntomas, desde enero a diciembre de 2004. El daño neurológico inicial fue cuantificado usando la NIHSS. El desenlace neurológico fue valorado a los 7 días y 3 meses utilizando el Indice de Barthel. Resultados: De 75 pacientes ingresados en el período de estudio, 24 cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y 23 completaron el seguimiento. A los 3 meses 66.7de pacientes, con puntaje inicial NIHSS menor que 6 evolucionaron a un resultado excelente. Los pacientes con un puntaje NIHSS igual o mayor que 16 tuvieron un mal desenlace. El 50de pacientes con un puntaje de 16 a 20 y los pacientes con puntaje mayor que 20 fallecieron. En el análisis estadístico, un puntaje mayor a 13 tuvo un Odds Ratio de 49.5 (IC 954.5 - 480.5) para un desenlace fatal a los 3 meses. La asociación fue significativa lo que otorga al punto de corte de 13 puntos una gran validez para pronosticar un buen o mal desenlace. Conclusión. Aplicando el NIHSS a los pacientes con ictus isquémico observamos que un puntaje igual o mayor a 16 predice una alta probabilidad de muerte o severa incapacidad, mientras que un puntaje igual o menor a 6 pronostica una buena recuperación. Objective: To know the perceptions and experiences of family caregivers of bedridden elderly. Methods: A qualitative descriptive exploratory study conducted in January 2015 with four caregivers in a Family Health Center in the municipality of Araripe, CE. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and the information was organized using the content analysis technique. A total of three categories emerged from the analysis of the reports of caregivers: the dependence process of the elderly; daily difficulties experienced by the caregiver; and satisfaction with the home care service. Results: The dependence process of the elderly took place as a consequence of pathological processes such as neoplasm, cerebrovascular accident and dementia. However, it could also be observed that physiological phenomena – common in old age – can also make individuals dependent on caregivers. As to the difficulties faced by the caregivers, they reported the need for greater involvement by the family, given that the centralization of work generates an overload and hence affects the care of the elderly. Teamwork in the home care context is fundamental, given that it allows a complementary and comprehensive care to the ledrely/caregiver binomial. Conclusion: Healthy aging is a major challenge to be overcome given that the development of a healthy lifestyle is difficult in all social strata. It is necessary to improve home care in order to provide support to caregivers so that the quality of life of bedridden elderly and caregivers is improved.
