Formação de professores e a prática docente: a perspectiva discente sobre a orientação e a docência nos trabalhos de conclusão de curso

No Brasil, a partir dos anos 90, as pesquisas educacionais passaram a focalizar a prática docente e os saberes pedagógicos, pois eram temas poucos explorados, colocando em cena o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional dos professores, pois havia necessidade de se construir lógicas de formação que valorizassem a experiência, como: aluno, aluno-mestre, estagiário, professor principiante, professor titular, professor reformado. Nesse universo escolheu-se pesquisar as representações que os alunos/estudantes de um curso de licenciatura, Educação Física, construíram de seus professores e orientadores nos agradecimentos de seus trabalhos de conclusão de curso (TCC), tendo como referência a prática docente. Portanto, buscou-se identificar nos saberes da experiência, ou dessa experiência, registrados em 150 TCC, os aspectos significativos de histórias de vidas circunscritas em micro narrativas que apontam para o desenvolvimento pessoal, bem como para dimensões do exercício profissional de professores e orientadores (TCC). Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, tendo como técnicas fonte documental, entrevista e análise de conteúdo. Entre os resultados encontrados nas categorias orientador, professor geral e professor específico se pode apontar no âmbito dos licenciandos, a emergência de uma pedagogia oculta que valoriza de forma muito acentuada aspectos da dimensão humana nas relações interpessoais da prática docente com ênfase maior no afetivo, seguido da moral, do cognitivo. Como considerações finais, aponta-se que, em termos de perfil profissional, valoriza-se tanto nos orientadores como nos professores (geral e específico) o exercício da profissionalidade docente composto pela obrigação moral, compromisso com a comunidade e competência profissional.

The cross-cutting themes, which are characteristic express concepts and values of citizenship and correspond to important and urgent issues to society, should be treated within the school context , for all disciplines . Just like football, specific content of physical education, which most often is approached only by the technical and tactical aspects. The aim of this study was to analyze football from the perspective of labor and consumption and to propose activities for teachers to this content and theme in physical education classes. We investigated, in particular, the influence brands, media and the effect of the globalization phenomenon in this sport, and later thematic activities. The methodology used was qualitative type, which is from a thick description of the details about the situation analyzed and evaluated. In the first step a literature survey was conducted to understand and analyze the topic of this work. In the second, the activities were prepared, with the teacher ways to treat football from the perspective of labor and consumption from the themes presented in the goal. The activities were directed to students in the 9th grade of elementary school. It is expected that with the study, football can be see addition to the procedural dimension in class and the teacher values the critical training, and labor relations and consumption Football and any other content of school physical education. Activities that assist teachers in their future projects, jobs and classes. It is also hoped that the sport can be studied and understood both historically and critically in Brazil, the football country

Contribuições da TIC e da inclusão digital para alunos e professores das escolas participantes do Programa Acessa Escola

This study has its objective to analyze how the Technology of Information and Communication-TIC will be applied in the construction on new knowledge in the schools bounded to the program Acessa Escola.( School turned on) This program from São Paulo’s Government, developed by the Secretary of Education of the State , under the coordination of the Foundation to the Development of the Education-FDE, which has the work proposal to promote the digital inclusion to all the educational community. Making it possible the access of the Technology of Information and Communication to the users; Students, teachers, and school employees to have the exchange of information and knowledge. Therefore, there is the collaboration between teachers and student.For the development of this research, there will be semi-structured interviews with high school teacher from 3 different High Schools of Piracicaba-SP. These interviews will be done in a qualitative approach and will be submitted to the Ethic Committee from the University

Formação de professores: uma breve reflexão sobre as razões da escolha profissional

This text, supported by the Social Representations Theory (SRT), reports some results of a research with students from the 1st/4th years of the College of Sciences and Technology from the State University of São Paulo (FCT-Unesp) on the teacher’s work/identity. We applied 278 questionnaires (free association questions on the teacher’s work and profile). Two groups with former students (five with teaching degrees and four with degrees in Education) were organized. We analyzed issues regarding the choice for the teaching profession (Geography - 3; Math - 04; Physical Education - 01 and Pedagogy – 10). Partial results: 1. There are differences between the social representations of students enrolled in Teaching and Education courses; 2. These people say the profession requires dedication and commitment; 3. They establish a strong relationship between career choice and the “taste” for the profession; 4. They believe that their role is greatly challenging: it involves helping prospective students and commitment to the school.

A educação física no ensino médio em escolas particulares: as perspectivas de alunos, diretores, coordenadores e professores de educação física

Although physical education is regulated by law and recognized as a mandatory component of basic education class, which includes high school, there are many reports that these classes do not actually happen. Such evidence shows the situation experienced by the author of this study, which brought this research to the attention. Therefore, the objective was to investigate and understand the perspective of students, physical education teachers, principals and coordinators forward their ideas to this reality, about the high school physical education in private schools. The research made use of qualitative approach, guided by an exploratory study. The technique was undertaken to collect the questionnaire with open and closed questions, involving 263 students enrolled in high school of four schools in two cities in the state of Sao Paulo and also the director, coordinator and professor of physical education of each one of these institutions, resulting in 12 education professionals. The categories of analysis were defined as: 1. Regarding physical education in high school, 2. The occurrence of physical rducation in high school, 3. Content and dynamic strategies developed in class 4. Student participation in class. The results show that despite, although some schools have physical education classes, there are still many students who do not take them. This reveals a double challenge to the area, which is: although it is essential that such a curriculum component is included in the grades (respecting the regional law legal system) that is not enough students that actually participate in it. As teachers, coordinators and directors recognize the importance of effective physical education, there are numerous of factors that deserve consideration to better understand this reality. Información de alumnos universitarios sobre el Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas

La investigación que se presenta comienza a gestarse en el año 2012 a partir de prácticas profesionales de la Licenciatura en Administración en el área de Calidad. Las mismas se llevaron a cabo en el Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas de Mendoza donde se conformó un equipo para relevar tres de los principales procesos. El autor de este trabajo desconocía aspectos del Consejo Profesional que son fundamentales a saber por los futuros profesionales. Es decir, que la experiencia en el campo formuló interrogantes acerca del trabajo realizado por el Consejo Profesional en los alumnos de las Universidades de Mendoza. Se descubrió cuan importante es que el Consejo trabaje en sus clientes potenciales, siendo estos los alumnos de las carreras en Ciencias Económicas. En dicha organización, el autor de este trabajo, detectó que no hay un programa que se dirija a la capacitación de los alumnos que están próximos a recibirse y que por lo tanto están próximos a matricularse; siendo la matriculación obligatoria por ley. Tampoco hay programas en los que se les informe sobre el contenido y aplicación del Código de Ética de la Profesión. Es por esto que se plantea como interrogante ¿Cuánto conocen los alumnos en Ciencias Económicas sobre el Consejo Profesional en Ciencias Económicas de Mendoza? Para responder a esta pregunta es que se diseñó este trabajo de investigación en el que seguidamente se presentan los objetivos, hipótesis y pregunta de investigación de modo que sirvan de guía para el resto del trabajo.
