Comentamos 20 táxones, presentes en las provincias valencianas, de entre los que destacamos 9 como nuevos para el catálogo de Valencia y 2 para el de Alicante.

Notas briológicas valencianas

En esta nota se estudian la ecología y corologia en España de tres especies de musgos nuevas para el Levante español. Una de ellas, Atrichum undulatum (Hedw.) P. Beauv., abundante en las montañas de la península pobres en bases, con rocas del tipo: areniscas, silíceas, granitos, etc. De las otras dos especies, Neckera besseri (Lob.) Jur. y Dichodontium pellucidum (Hedw.) Schimp. var. propagulifera (Corr.) Cas. Gil, se aportan nuevas localidades, ampliando así su área de distribución hacia el sur.

Dirac-Fock energy levels and transition probabilities for oxygen-like Fe XIX

Multiconfigurational Dirac-Fock calculations are reported for 656 energy levels and the 214 840 electric dipole (E I), electric quadrupole (E2) and magnetic dipole (M1) transition probabilities in oxygen-like Fe xix. The spectroscopic notations as well as the total transition probabilities from each energy level are provided. Good agreement is found with data compiled by NIST.

Radiation damping effects on L-shell photoionization cross- sections of O-like Fe xix and N-like recombination rate coefficients for Fe xx

Photoionization cross-sections out of the fine-structure levels (2S(2)2p(4) P-3(2,0,1)) of the O-like Fe ion Fe XIX have been reinvestigated. Data for photoionization out of each of these finestructure levels have been obtained, where the calculations have been performed with and without the inclusion of radiation damping on the resonance structure in order to assess the importance of this process. Recombination rate coefficients are determined using the Milne relation, for the case of an electron recombining with N-like Fe ions (Fe XX) in the ground state to form O-like Fe (Fe XIX) existing in each of the fine- structure ground-state levels. Recombination rates are presented over a temperature range similar to 4.0 less than or equal to log T-e less than or equal to 7.0, of importance to the modelling of X-ray emission plasmas.

Latin American migration in the central area of Iquique: New fronts of residential location and unequal forms of access to housing

Historically the central area of the city of Iquique has been established as residential space migrants choosing from different backgrounds , however since the late 2000s migration flows are diversified being mostly Latin American immigrants who live in precarious conditions , accessing tugurizados properties , deteriorated in an increasingly growing informal market. The results presented here are derived from quantitative residential location of migrants , as well as the implementation of 13 in-depth interviews . From these results emerge that Latin American migrants access to the same places where once lived internal migrants, however they inhabit a restrictive market , uneven and inadequate living conditions lease, but allows them to articulate residence and proximity to industrial networks , social and popular trade.

Effective collision strengths for transitions in Ni XIX

Aims. In this paper we report electron impact collision strengths and excitation rates for transitions among the lowest 89 levels of Ni XIX.
Methods. The Dirac atomic R-matrix code (DARC) is adopted for the calculations of collision strengths and subsequently the effective collision strengths.
Results. Collision strengths for resonance transitions among 89 levels arising from the (1s2) 2s22p6, 2s22p53$\ell$, 2s2p63$\ell$, 2s22p54$\ell$, and 2s2p64$\ell$ configurations of Ni XIX are reported over a wide energy range below 250 Ryd. Additionally, effective collision strengths for all 3916 transitions among the 89 levels are listed over a wide temperature range below 107 K. Comparisons are made among different calculations and the accuracy of the data is assessed. Finally, comparisons between theoretical and experimental intensity ratios of some prominent lines of Ni XIX are discussed.

Collision strengths for transitions in Ni XIX

In this paper we present calculations of electron impact excitation collision strengths for transitions among the 89 fine-structure levels of the 2S(2) 2p(,)(6) 2S(2) 2P(5) 3l, 2s(2)p(6) 3l, 2s(2) 2p(5) 4l, and 2s(2)p(6) 2l configurations of Ni XIX, for which flexible atomic code (FAC) has been adopted. Comparisons are made with the earlier available results in the literature, and the anomalies observed have been discussed.

Electron impact excitation collision strengths for neon-like Ni XIX calculated using the relativistic R-matrix method

In a recent paper [Pramana - J. Phys. 64, 129 (2005)] results have been presented for electron impact excitation collision strengths for transitions among the fine-structure levels of the 2s(2)2p(6) and 2s(2)2p(5)3s configurations of Ni XIX. In this paper we demonstrate through an independent calculation with the relativistic R-matrix code that those results are unreliable and the conclusions drawn are invalid.

La novela popular y "2666" (2004) de Roberto Bolaño

En estas líneas se demuestra que “De la parte de Archimboldi”, un capítulo de 2666 (2004) de Roberto Bolaño (1947–2000), se puede unir con la corriente de novelas populares de corte realista que comenzó en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. La novela posmoderna une en sí elementos populares y elementos pertenecientes a una cultura minoritaria, pero hace falta analizar ejemplos concretos de obras recientes que lo confirmen. Al encontrar los elementos populares que distinguen a 2666 (2004), contribuimos a estudiar la novela hispanoamericana actual siguiendo los pasos de investigadores como Vance R. Holloway y Gonzalo Navajas. El texto muestra cómo Roberto Bolaño toma rasgos de la novela popular pero utiliza sus códigos narrativos de un modo irónico y nuevo.

Energy levels, radiative rates and electron impact excitation rates for transitions in He-like Cl XVI, K XVIII, Ca XIX and Sc XX.

We report calculations of energy levels, radiative rates and electron impact excitation cross
sections and rates for transitions in He-like Cl XVI, K XVIII, Ca XIX and Sc XX. The grasp
(general-purpose relativistic atomic structure package) is adopted for calculating energy levels
and radiative rates. To determine the collision strengths and subsequently the excitation rates,
the Dirac atomic R-matrix code (darc) is used. Oscillator strengths, radiative rates and line
strengths are reported for all E1, E2, M1 and M2 transitions among the lowest 49 levels of
each ion. Collision strengths are averaged over a Maxwellian velocity distribution and the
effective collision strengths obtained listed over a wide temperature range up to 107.4 K.
Comparisons are made with similar data obtained from the flexible atomic code (fac) to
highlight the importance of resonances, included in calculations with darc, in the
determination of effective collision strengths. Discrepancies between the collision strengths
from darc and fac, particularly for forbidden transitions, are also discussed. Additionally,
theoretical lifetimes are listed for all the 49 levels of the above four ions.

We report calculations of energy levels, radiative rates and electron impact excitation cross sections and rates for transitions in Be-like Ti XIX. The general-purpose relativistic atomic structure package is adopted for calculating energy levels and radiative rates. For determining the collision strengths and subsequently the excitation rates, the Dirac atomic R-matrix code (darc) is used. Oscillator strengths, radiative rates and line strengths are reported for all E1, E2, M1 and M2 transitions among the lowest 98 levels of the n≤ 4 configurations. Additionally, theoretical lifetimes are listed for all 98 levels. Collision strengths are averaged over a Maxwellian velocity distribution and the effective collision strengths obtained listed over a wide temperature range up to 10 ^7.7K. Comparisons are made with similar data obtained from the flexible atomic code (fac) to highlight the importance of resonances, included in calculations with darc, in the determination of effective collision strengths. Discrepancies between the collision strengths from darc and fac, particularly for forbidden transitions, are also discussed.

O que o estado português quis conservar: a avaliação e aquisição de documentos de arquivo em Portugal nos séculos XIX e XX

Esta dissertação procura identificar os desígnios que orientaram as decisões do Estado português em relação à aquisição de documentos de arquivo, com o objectivo de verificar se esses desígnios se formalizaram numa política de avaliação e aquisição de documentos de arquivo coerente e sistemática. A análise incidiu no Arquivo Nacional e nos arquivos distritais durante o período cronológico que abrange o século XIX e a primeira metade do século XX. Partindo da discussão teórica presente nos discursos de arquivistas e investigadores, da evolução das práticas no Arquivo Nacional e das incorporações realizadas nos arquivos distritais, esta tese defende que existiu uma visão constitutiva dos arquivos enquanto repositórios documentais da memória da nação. No entanto, esta visão não se concretizou numa política arquivística articulada e estrutural; ABSTRACT:This dissertation aims to identify portuguese state’s goals that guided its intervention on acquisition of archival records. Our purpose is to verify if those goals meant a coherent and systematic appraisal and acquisition policy. Our analysis took as object Portugal’s national and regional archives from nineteenth to twentieth century’s first half. Beginning from theoretical discussion that can be seen on archivists and investigators speeches, National Archive’s practices and acquisitions occurred in regional archives, this thesis sustains that there was a vision on the archives as national memory documental repositories. However, this vision was not translated on an articulated and structured archival policy.
