The shape of truncated square-based pyramid quantum dots (QDs) is similar to that of real QDs in experiments. The electronic band structures and optical gain of InAs1-xNx/GaAs QDs are calculated by using the 10-band k.p model, and the strain is calculated by the valence force field (VFF) method. When the top part of the QD is truncated, greater truncation corresponds to a flatter shape of the QD. The truncation changes the strain distribution and the confinement in the z direction. A flatter QD has a greater C1-HH1 transition energy, greater transition matrix element, less detrimental effect of higher excited transition, and higher saturation gain and differential gain. The trade-off between these properties must be considered. From our results, a truncated QD with half of its top part removed has better overall performance. This can provide guidance to growing QDs in experiments in which the proper growing conditions can be controlled to achieve required properties. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

通过对黄土高原丘陵沟壑区不同土地利用模式土壤剖面NO-3-N、NH+4-N、有机质和全氮分布的测定,论述黄土高原丘陵沟壑区不同土地利用模式对土壤氮素淋溶的影响,对当地农业发展提出建议。结果表明:在200 cm内土壤NO-3-N最大值都出现在200 cm处,其中日光温室最大为20.36 mg/kg。土壤NH+4-N在200 cm内是较均匀的分布在10~25 mg/kg。不同土地利用模式对土壤剖面土壤NH+4-N、有机质和全氮分布没有影响。随着深度的变化对土壤NH+4-N分布也没有影响。土壤有机质和全氮在土壤剖面的分布是,随着深度的增加而减少,60 cm以下有机质保持在1.07~5.95 g/kg,全氮保持在0.12~0.35 g/kg。根据试验结果得出,土壤氮素淋溶的主要成分是NO-3-N,土壤NO-3-N淋溶程度与降雨、灌溉、施肥量呈正比,在坡地的淋溶较少。

近年来南美斑潜蝇(Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard)在云南爆发成灾,严重为害蔬菜、花卉及部分粮食作物,已对云南省的农业构成了巨大威胁。目前在防治工作中虽已投入了大量的人力、物力,但因对该虫的基本生物学特性缺乏了解,使得防治工作存在较大的盲目性。在世界范围内,南美斑潜蝇是一种危险性害虫。在国外,对南美斑潜蝇的生物学研究做过一些工作,但在国内未见任何研究报道。作者开展本项研究是想了解该虫的生物生态学问题,为探讨其成灾机制提供基础,同时也期望为该虫的综合防治提供科学依据。运用室内饲养观察、组织切片及显微分析、营养成分分析及野外调查等方法,作者研究了昆明地区南美斑潜蝇的生物生态学特性及其与寄主植物的关系。研究结果如下:1、南美斑潜蝇在云南省分布区域包括8个地、州,70余个县,发生面积约72万亩。其为害的寄主植物涉及41个科近300种。较喜好的寄主有蚕豆、繁缕、菠菜、生菜、满天星、芹菜、莴笋、黄瓜、菜豆等。2、成虫大部分于上午羽化,雄虫羽化时间稍早一些,雌性比为1.07:1。羽化后第二天是求偶与交配高峰期,大部分交配在上午进行。雌虫羽化后2-5天取食量较多,在满天星上日平均取食孔数为60个,总产卵量为140粒,第13天产卵量最多。成虫在10:00-12:00和14:00-16:00有两个活动高峰期,且下午活动盛于上午。雌成虫寿命为5-21天,平均为14天,雄成虫寿命为3-7天,平均为5天。3、雄虫在求偶过程中用腿节摩擦腹部磨擦器以吸引雌虫交配,在较高的种群密度下,雄虫在交配过程中表现出较强的攻击性。雌虫在取食和产卵之前用跗节、产卵器和喙上的感受器对寄主的适合度进行探查和评估。4、南美斑潜蝇卵、幼虫及蛹的发育临界低温分别为6.6、7.2及4.6 ℃,有效积温分别为50.5、84.2和182.2日度。昆明地区的气候条件有利于南美斑潜蝇的存活,南美斑潜蝇在昆明地区可全年发生,发生代数为16代。5、保护地内南美斑潜蝇成虫的高峰期出现在4月、5月、7月和8月。南美斑潜蝇的发生受温度、降雨、农药、作物种植等多种因素的影响。6、南美斑潜蝇的寄生蜂有两种寄生类型,一种是从南美斑潜蝇的幼虫中发育和羽化,另一种是寄生南美斑潜蝇幼虫,从南美斑潜蝇蛹中羽化。前者包括:姬小蜂科(Eulophidae)的潜蝇姬小蜂Pediobius mitsukurii和豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus isaea。后者为离颚茧蜂亚科(Dacnusaina)的潜蝇离颚茧蜂Dacnusa sp.。7、寄主叶片的组织结构影响南美斑潜蝇的寄主选择性,叶片表皮外壁较厚,栅栏组织和海绵组织的紧密度程度较高将对南美斑潜蝇的取食和产卵以及幼虫在叶肉内的取食和发育形成阻碍作用。其中,叶片表皮外壁厚度对雌虫寄主选择性的影响程度最大,幼虫的发育则更多地受到栅栏组织的紧密程度和海绵组织的紧密程度制约。叶片表皮外壁的厚度,栅栏组织和海绵组织的紧密程度应作为作物抗南美斑潜蝇的重要特征。8、叶片蛋白质和氮的含量与南美斑潜蝇的寄主适合度正相关性显著,蛋白质和氮含量高的寄主叶片适合南美斑潜蝇的存活。植物叶片蛋白质和氮的含量可作为一种潜在的抗性因素而加以利用。9、云南适宜南美斑潜蝇生长繁殖的气候条件和丰富的寄主植物资源是造成该虫在云南大发生的两大环境因素,人类的经济活动加剧了该虫的扩散和泛滥成灾。当前在南美斑潜蝇种群数量大,为害严重时药剂防治作为一种快速有较的防治方法是必要的,但长期单一使用,会使害虫抗药性增加。因此,对南美斑潜蝇的防治,应建立自然抑制体系。这就需要同时进行农业和生物防治,建立综合防治体系。以上研究结果不仅有助于认识南美斑潜蝇种群的基本生物学特性、而且有助于理解南美斑潜蝇在云南爆发成灾的过程,进而为制定科学的防治策略和综合防治实践提供了依据。

本研究对自育小麦白粉病抗源“07鉴126”和条锈病抗源CD1437、CD0534-5进行抗性遗传分析和微卫星引物的筛选,建立了与PmCD1和YrCD抗病基因连锁的SSR分子标记,主要研究结果如下: 1.小麦白粉抗源“07鉴126”抗白粉病基因的鉴定和分子标记的建立 品系“07鉴126”对我国目前白粉菌强优势生理小种E09、E11和其它多种小种表现免疫或高度抵抗。Pm-sus是07鉴126的自然突变感病株。利用“07鉴126”和Pm-sus的F2抗病性分离群体进行抗条锈病性遗传分析和分子标记定位,结果表明,“07鉴126”的白粉抗性为显性单基因控制的全生育期抗性,暂命名为PmCD1;并筛选到了与PmCD1共分离的显性SSR分子标记Xbarc183。系谱分析和分子标记分析表明PmCD1来源于荆州黑麦。抗谱分析表明PmCD1不同于已知的黑麦抗白粉基因,是一个新的抗白粉病基因。Xbarc183这一分子标记的建立为PmCD1的分子标记辅助选择和抗病基因累加提供了方便。 2.小麦条锈抗源CD1437抗条锈病基因的鉴定和分子标记的建立 利用对优势条锈菌小种条中32免疫的小麦品系CD1437及其自然突变感病株Yr-sus杂交构建F2、F3抗病性分离群体。抗条锈病性遗传分析结果显示,1437的抗条锈性为显性单基因控制的全生育期抗性,该基因暂命名为YrCD。SSR分析发现,位于1B染色体上的7个SSR标记Xcfd65、Xgwm11、Xgwm18、Xbarc187、Xwmc406、 Xwmc419、Xwmc216依次分布在YrCD的一侧,与YrCD的遗传距离在1.7 cM至9.2 cM。YrCD和YrCH42的等位性分析显示二者可能为等位基因。YrCD和Yr24、Yr26的抗谱相似。系谱分析和分子标记分析表明贵农20是YrCD的供体。本研究推测YrCD、Yr24、Yr26和YrCH42可能是等位基因,并推测Yr-sus是缺失突变体。 3. 小麦条锈抗源CD0534-5抗条锈病基因的鉴定 利用对条中32免疫的小麦抗条锈病品系CD0534-5及其感病重组自交系CD0534-4建立F2抗病性分离群体。抗条锈病性遗传分析表明,CD0534-5的条锈抗性由两对独立的显性主效基因控制。用BSK法分析,发现其中一对基因与SSR分子标记Xgwm11、Xgwm18、Xwmc128、Xwmc419连锁,该基因是来源于贵农20的YrCD。另一抗性基因来源贵农19,是极有利用价值的未知抗性基因。 This study focused on the investigation and identification of a novel powdery mildew resistant gene PmCD1 in wheat lines 07jian126 and stripe rust resistant gene YrCD in wheat lines CD1482 and CD0534-5, and screened SSR markers tightly linked to them. The main results were as follows: 1.Identification and SSR markers screening of a novel powdery mildew PmCD1 in wheat line 07jian126. Using a Pm resistant wheat line 07jian126 and its Pm susceptible mutant, a F2 population was constructed. Pedigree and genetic analyses indicated that the Pm resistance in 07jian126 was tranderred from rye (Secale cereale L.) cv. Jinzhou and was controlled by a single dominant gene. Differential test using 21 Bgt isolates revealed that the Pm resistant gene in 07jian126 is novel and was temporarily designated as PmCD1. A dominant SSR marker Xbarc183/130 bp was found co-segregated with PmCD1 in the F2 population. The diagnostic band of Xbarc183/130 bp co-segregating with PmCD1 could be used as an ideal marker in marker-assisted-selection during wheat breeding program. 2. Identification and SSR markers mapping of yellow rust resistant gene YrCD in wheat line CD1437. Wheat line CD1437 was highly resistant to predominant Chinese stripe rust race CYR32 at both seedling and adult stages. A F2 population was developed from the cross of CD1437 and its Yr susceptible mutant Yr-sus. Genetic analysis indicated line CD1437 contains a single dominant gene, temporarily designated YrCD. Seven SSR markers on the chromosome 1BS including Xcfd65, Xgwm11, Xgwm18, Xbarc187, wmc406, Xwmc419and Xwmc216 were close linked to YrCD with a genetic dsitance 1.7 cM to 9.2 cM. YrCD came from wheat cultivar Guinong 20. Allelic test of CD1437 and Chinese cultivar Chuanmai 42 indicated that YrCD and YrCH42 were allelic. Reaction patterns of YrCD and Yr24, Yr26 to 21 PST isolates were the same. These results suggested that YrCD and Yr24, Yr26, YrCH42 might be allelic. 3.Detection and identification of yellow rust resistance genes in wheat line CD0534-5 Wheat line CD0534-5 was highly resistant to predominant Chinese stripe rust race CYR32, while its recombinant inbred line CD0534-4 was susceptible. Genetic analysis with a F2 population developed from the cross of CD0534-5 and CD0534-4 indicated line CD0534-5 contains two independent dominant genes. Four SSR markers on the chromosome 1BS including Xgwm11, Xgwm18, Xwmc128, Xwmc419 were found to linked with one gene in CD0534-5. According the locations of makers and pedigree, this gene in CD0534-5 was YrCD, from cultivar Guinong 20. Another resistant gene was from cultivar Guinong 19, different with those genes on 1B such as Yr10, Yr15, Yr5 etc, was a valuable resistant gene in wheat breeding.

This study provides a useful biodosimetry protocol for radiation accidents that involve high doses of heavy particle radiation. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) were irradiated in vitro with high doses (5–50 Gy) of charged heavy-ion particles (carbon ions, at an effective linear-energy-transfer (LET) of 34.6 keV/ m), and were then stimulated to obtain dividing cells. PBLs were treated with 100nMcalyculin A to force chromosomes to condense prematurely, and chromosome spreads were obtained and stained with Giemsa. The G2 prematurely condensed chromosome (G2-PCC) index and the number of G2-PCC including fragments (G2-PCC-Fs) per cell for each radiation dose point were scored. Dose-effect relationships were obtained by plotting the G2-PCC indices or G2-PCC-Fs numbers against radiation doses. The G2-PCC index was greater than 5% up to doses of 15 Gy; even after a 30Gy radiation dose, the index was 1 to 2%. At doses higher than 30 Gy, however, the G2-PCC indices were close to zero. The number of G2-PCC-Fs increased steeply for radiation doses up to 30 Gy at a rate of 1.07 Gy−1. At doses higher than 30 Gy, the numbers of G2-PCC-Fs could not be accurately indexed because of the limited numbers of cells for analysis. Therefore, the number of G2-PCC-Fs could be used to estimate radiation doses up to 30 Gy. In addition, a G2-PCC index close to zero could be used as an indicator for radiation doses greater than 40 Gy.

Electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) ion sources have been used for atomic physics research for a long time. With the development of atomic physics research in the Institute of Modern Physics (IMP), additional high performance experimental facilities are required. A 300 kV high voltage (HV) platform has been under construction since 2003, and an all permanent magnet ECR ion source is supposed to be put on the platform. Lanzhou all permanent magnet ECR ion source No. 2 (LAPECR2) is a latest developed all permanent magnet ECRIS. It is a 900 kg weight and circle divide 650 mm X 562 mm outer dimension (magnetic body) ion source. The injection magnetic field of the source is 1.28 T and the extraction magnetic field is 1.07 T. This source is designed to be running at 14.5 GHz. The high magnetic field inside the plasma chamber enables the source to give good performances at 14.5 GHz. LAPECR2 source is now under commissioning in IMP. In this article, the typical parameters of the source LAPECR2 are listed, and the typical results of the preliminary commissioning are presented.

Nickel catalyst supported on carbon was made by reduction of nickelous nitrate with hydrogen at high temperature. Ni/ C catalyst characterization was carried out by XRD. It was found that the crystal phase of NiS and NiS2 appeared in the impregnated catalyst. Ni/ C and Pt/ C catalysts gave high performance as the positive and negative electrodes of a sodium polysulfide/ bromine energy storage cell, respectively. The overpotentials of the positive and negative electrodes were investigated. The effect of the electrocatalyst loading and operating temperature on the charge and discharge performance of the cell was investigated. A power density of up to 0.64 W cm(-2) ( V = 1.07 V) was obtained in this energy storage cell. A cell potential efficiency of up to 88.2% was obtained when both charge and discharge current densities were 0.1 A cm(-2).

Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was applied to study the interaction between netropsin and a 14mer double stranded DNA (dsDNA). The binding constant of this interaction calculated from Scatchard plot was (1.07+/-0.10) X 10(5) (mol/L)(-1). The binding stoichiometry was 1:1. The use of polyacrylamide coated capillary showed better effect in the analysis of DNA than noncoated capillary.

气候变化问题越来越受到公众的关注,我国许多学者对中国近代气候变化规律等方面做了诸多研究。河南作为粮食大省和水资源缺乏的省份之一,影响粮食生产的降水量的具体变化研究尤显重要。通过分析河南省49个台站近50年来的日降水资料,对河南省春季降水量的变化进行统计分析。结果表明,河南省春季及其代表月4月份的平均降水日数均具有显著的下降趋势,且可以通过0.001的显著性检验;气候倾向率分别为-1.74和-1.07 d/10 a。利用滑动t检验法发现春季及其代表月4月份的降水日数均发生了均值突变,突变年份分别在1973和1977年。

Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE) were applied to study the interaction between netropsin and a 14mer double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The use of a polyacrylamide coated capillary can suppress the electroosmotic flow (EOF) and the adsorption of DNA onto the wall. Better analysis of the DNA was achieved in a coated capillary upon Tris-acetate. In CZE, the peak width broadened due to the affinity interaction between dsDNA and netropsin. In ACE, o-toluic acid, a negatively charged molecule was used as the indicator to monitor the changes of EOF when netropsin was added to the running buffer. The 14mer dsDNA showed different mobilities upon various concentrations of netropsin due to the affinity interaction between the dsDNA and netropsin. The binding constants of this interaction were (1.07 +/- 0.10) . 10(5) M-1 calculated from CZE and (4.75 +/- 0.30) . 10(4) M-1 from ACE using a Scatchard plot. Novel water resistant sulfonated poly[bis(benzimidazobenzisoquinolinones)] (SPBIBIs) were synthesized from 6,6'-disulfonic-4,4'-binaphthy]-1,1',8,8'-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (SBTDA) and various aromatic ether tetraamines. The resulting polymers with IEC in the range of 2.17-2.87 mequiv g(-1) have a combination of desired properties such as high solubility in common organic solvents, film-forming ability, and excellent thermal and mechanical properties. Flexible and tough membranes, obtained by casting from m-cresol solution, had tensile strength, elongation at break, and tensile modulus values in the range of 87.6-98.4 MPa, 35.8-52.8%, and 0.94-1.07 GPa. SPBIBI membranes with a high degree of sulfonation displayed high proton conductivity and a good resistance to water swelling as well. SPBIBI-b with IEC of 2.80 mequiv g(-1) displayed the conductivity of 1.74 x 10(-1) S cm(-1) at 100 degrees C, which was comparable to that of Nafion (R) 117 (1.78 x 10(-1) S cm(-1), at 100 degrees C).

The anodic voltammetric behavior of inosine (I) was investigated by linar-sweep voltammetry, differential-pulse voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry at a glassy carbon electrode. In a medium of 0.1 mol/L N2HPO4, inosine showed a well defined anodic peak. The peak potential was about 1.42 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). A linear relationship held between the peak current and the concentration of inosine in the rang of 5 x 10(-4) similar to 8 x 10(-2) g/L. The peak potential decreased with the decrease of the acidity of the solution. The four anodic peaks of inosine with hypoxanthine, xanthine and uric acid were obtained. Their peak potentials were about at 1.42, 1.07, 0.72 and 0.26 Vt vs. Ag/AgCl). The method has been used for the direct determination of inosine in injections. Recoveries of inosine in urine samples were about 85%. Experimental result proved that the electrode reaction was diffusion-controlled and irreversible.

本文用DSC研究了尼龙1010熔体以—320K/min速率骤冷样品在不同升温速率(R)时的冷结晶与熔融过程。发现冷结晶温度不随R变化,冷结晶时间t_c=153R~(-1.07),冷结晶热ΔH_c=-19.1R~(-0.75);R对熔融温度无影响,当R≤40K/min时,熔融热ΔH_m变化不大;由ΔH_m和ΔH_c求得的结晶度有一定差值,是由于熔融过程伴有结晶作用所致,可定性地用熔融峰的ΔT_1=T_(onset)—T_i表征。

The geochemical and U-series isotopic characteristics of hydrothermal sulfide samples from the Jade site (127A degrees 04.5'E, 27A degrees 15'N, water depth 1300-1450 m) at Jade site in the Okinawa Trough were analyzed. In the hydrothermal sulfide samples bearing sulfate (samples HOK1 and HOK2), the LREEs are relatively enriched. All the hydrothermal sulfide samples except HOK1 belong to Zn-rich hydrothermal sulfide. In comparison with Zn-rich hydrothermal sulfides from other fields, the contents of Zn, Pb, Ag, Cd, Au and Hg are higher, the contents of Fe, Al, Cr, Co, Ni, Sr, Te, Cs, Ti and U lower, and the Pb-210 radioactivity ratios and Pb-210/Pb ratios very low. In the hydrothermal sulfide mainly composed of sphalerite, the correlations between rare elements Hf and U, and Hf and Mn as well as that between dispersive elements Ga and Zn, are strongly positive; also the contents of Au and Ag are related to Fe-sulfide, because the low temperature promotes enrichment of Au and Ag. Meanwhile, the positive correlations between Fe and Bi and between Zn and Cd are not affected by the change of mineral assemblage. Based on the Pb-210/Pb ratios of hydrothermal sulfide samples (3.99x10(-5)-5.42x10(-5)), their U isotopic composition (U-238 content 1.15-2.53 ppm, U-238 activity 1.07-1.87 dpm/g, U-234 activity 1.15-2.09 dpm/g and U-234/U-238 ratio 1.07-1.14) and their Th-232 and Th-230 contents are at base level, and the chronological age of hydrothermal sulfide at Jade site in the Okinawa Trough is between 200 and 2000 yr.

海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradians)不连续分布于美国大西洋沿岸和墨西哥湾沿岸,自1982年以来北部亚种(A. i. irradians)和南部亚种(A. i. concentricus)被先后引进到中国,由于其生长速度快、繁殖周期短和适宜温度范围广的特点,迅速成为我国海水养殖的重要品种。近年来飞速发展的分子标记技术为优良品种的选育注入了新的活力,相对于传统的表型选择来说,标记辅助选择不易受环境的影响,尤其是对于低遗传力性状和后期表达的性状,能增强选择效率,提高选择的准确度,缩短育种周期。本文通过构建海湾扇贝微卫星富集文库获得大量的微卫星DNA序列,筛选多态的微卫星标记构建了海湾扇贝的遗传连锁图谱,并应用复合区间作图法对生长相关性状进行了QTL定位。 本研究利用富集文库-菌落原位杂交法筛选海湾扇贝微卫星DNA,吸附(AC)15和(AG)15探针的尼龙膜捕捉并富集含有微卫星序列的片段,菌落原位杂交结果显示阳性克隆率达到40%,测序比对后获得521个独立的阳性克隆,其中微卫星506个,小卫星15个。微卫星中,完美型248个,占49.0%,非完美型216个,占42.7%;复合型42个,占8.3%;AG/TC重复占大多数(356个,70.4%),AC/TG重复有150个(29.6%)。设计合成了382对引物,利用38个海湾扇贝个体对其中15个微卫星位点进行了遗传多样性评价,不同位点扩增得到的等位基因数从3到7个不等,期望杂合度和观测杂合度的范围分别为0.198~0.813和0.083~0.833,实验结果表明富集文库-菌落原位杂交法适合大规模筛选微卫星标记。 利用8个微卫星标记对海湾扇贝1个野生种群和3个养殖群体的遗传多样性与分化进行了比较和分析。8个位点共扩增得到35个等位基因,平均每个位点4.38个等位基因,平均有效等位基因数为2.30,平均观测杂合度和期望杂合度分别为0.41和0.46。相比于野生群体(美国),养殖群体(北卡罗来那、浙江和胶南)的等位基因数和杂合度都有所降低,在封闭环境下养殖19代的浙江群体等位基因数丢失最严重,共有9个等位基因丢失(25.7%)。经过多代人工养殖后,海湾扇贝养殖与野生群体之间和养殖群体之间出现了明显的遗传分化,胶南群体与野生群体的遗传距离最大,而胶南群体与浙江群体的遗传距离已经超过了胶南群体(北部亚种)和北卡罗来那(南部亚种)群体的遗传距离,这种分化将有利于海湾扇贝的杂交选育。 利用167个微卫星标记和1个壳色标记,以海湾扇贝2个全同胞F1代为作图群体,构建了海湾扇贝的性别遗传连锁图谱。整合的雌性连锁图谱含有118个标记,覆盖了16个连锁群,每个连锁群含有的标记数目从4到16个不等,平均每个连锁群上有7.4个标记,图谱总长度为761.0 cM,标记间的平均间隔为8.55 cM,图谱的覆盖率为73.5%;整合雄性连锁图谱含有126个标记,覆盖了17个连锁群,每个连锁群含有的标记数目从2到11个不等,平均每个连锁群上有7.4个标记,图谱总长度为729.1 cM,标记间的平均间隔为6.75 cM,图谱的覆盖率为74.7%。雌性亲本的重组率高于雄性,雌雄亲本共享标记间的重组率比值为1.18:1。偏分离标记在性别间呈现不对称分布,雄性亲本的偏分离高于雌性亲本,可能与雄性亲本来源于亚种间杂交的遗传背景相关。 利用海湾扇贝微卫星遗传连锁图谱在两个作图家系中对5个生长性状的QTL进行了定位,5个生长性状的表型相关均达到极显著水平(P < 0.01),Pearson相关系数均超过0.781,总重、壳长、壳宽、壳高和壳重的QTL(LOD > 2.0)的数目分别为8、6、6、7和6个。这些QTL成簇分布于CC5家系的LG1、LG3、LG4、LG8和CC10家系的LG1、LG3、LG6、LG8、LG9连锁群,单个QTL可解释的表型方差为5.5%到29.2%,QTL成簇分布现象说明这些生长相关的性状可能具有共同的遗传基础,家系特异性QTL暗示在不同的遗传背景和环境下存在不同的主效QTL。本研究定位的QTL,尤其在两个家系中共享的QTL为下一步分子标记辅助选择提供了参考区间。
