A diode-pumped passively mode-locked Nd YVO4 laser with a five-mirror folded cavity is presented by using a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM). The temperature distribution and thermal lensing in laser medium are numerically analyzed to design a special cavity which can keep the power density on SESAM under its damage threshold. Both the Q-switched and continuous-wave mode-locked operation are experimentally realized. The maximum average output power of 8.94 W with a 9.3 ps pulse width at a repetition rate of 111 MHz is obtained under a pump power of 24 W, correspondingly the optical slope efficiency is 39.2%. Since 1990s, the software industry in China has been developed very rapidly and the total revenue in recent three years of 2005, 2006 and 2007 were 390.0, 480.0, and 583.4 billions RMB respectively, increased by 28.3% annually on an average basis [1]. By the end of 2007, there were about 18,000 software enterprises in China, and the population of software professionals was 1.48 millions roughly. In the global software market, China, with annual revenue about 82.2 billions USD (8.74% of the total: 940 billions USD), currently ranks on the fourth after USA, EU and Japan. However, the software industry in China is still comparatively weak. Most software enterprises have only tens of employees and millions RBM of revenue. And the software development productivity in China varies highly across the software industry in terms of organization, development type, business area, region, language, project size and team size [2]. Co-operative efforts from the government, the industry and the academy are needed [3]. Continuous software process improvement is an effective way to change the challenging situation of the software industry in China.

管理措施是影响土壤质量演变的重要因素。分析和讨论了5、101、5年苹果园耕层(0—20 cm)和0—200 cm土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷、有效磷和硝态氮含量及其影响因素。结果表明,5年、10年和15年的塬面苹果园表层土壤有机碳依次为7.5、6.7和6.7 g/kg;全氮依次为0.940、.85和0.83 g/kg;但土壤全磷和速效磷含量随着种植年限而增加,与5年苹果园相比,塬面10年苹果园土壤全磷、速效磷含量分别提高了11%、60%,并且磷素的变异性随年限而增加。坡地10年、15年和20年苹果园土壤有机碳依次为6.36、.2和6.5 g/kg,全氮依次为0.76、0.76和0.81 g/kg;与10年苹果园相比,15年苹果园土壤全磷、速效磷含量分别提高了20%、28%。土壤剖面0—80 cm内不同土地利用方式土壤碳、氮、磷含量随土层加深而降低,80 cm以下不同利用条件苹果园土壤碳、磷含量差异不大,氮素含量在100 cm土层下随苹果园种植年限增加而增加。

采用自行设计的水平冷壁低压化学气相沉积(LPCVD)方法在偏向〈1120〉晶向8°的n型4H-SiC(0001)衬底上进行了同质外延生长.在5.3×103Pa的低压下,外延膜生长速率超过3μm/h.电容-电压法测试表明在非有意掺杂外延膜中净施主浓度为8.4×10 15cm-3.Nomarski显微镜观察表明厚外延膜的表面光滑,生长缺陷密度很低.AFM测试显示表面均方根粗糙度为0.3nm,没有观察到宏观台阶结构.Raman谱线清晰锐利,表现出典型的4H-SiC特征.在低温PL谱中,近带边区域出现很强的自由激子峰,表明样品是高质量的.

利用分子束外延(MBE)方法研制出了高质量的InGaAs/GaAs/AlGaAs应变量子阱激光器外延材料,其最低的阈值电流密度可达到140/cm~2,激发波长在980nm左右.通过脊型波导结构的制备,获得了高性能的适合于掺铒光纤放大器用的980nm量子阱激光器泵浦源,其典型的阈值电流和外微分量子效率分别为15mA和0.8mW/mA,基横模的输出功率大于80mW,器件在50℃,80mW的恒功率老化实验表明,器件具有较好的可靠性.通过与掺铒光纤的耦合,其组合件出纤功率可达60mW以上.

在相对论平均场框架下研究了Pr同位素链中中子和质子滴线核的可能位置及相关性质 .对效应的处理采用了BCS方法 ,并使用了与同位素有关的对力常数 ,对不成对的核子采用了‘阻塞法’ ,考虑了核的轴对称形变 .计算结果表明 ,对不同物理量的研究都可得到185 Pr为同位素链中丰中子边最后一个稳定核 .而在丰质子边 ,采用本方法很难确定质子滴线核的位置 .原因是由于在丰质子边随着A的减少 ,费米面比丰中子边的费米面更快地趋于连续态 ,BCS方法不再成立 ,并须考虑束缚态和连续态的耦合 .

本文在长期定位施肥试验基础上研究了黄土高原旱地不同施肥条件下冬小麦对水分的利用。结果表明 :旱地不同施肥连续 15年种植冬小麦后对土壤剖面含水量影响显著 ,施N或NP配合处理与CK和单施P处理剖面含水量差异均达显著或极显著水平 ,冬小麦对土壤储水的利用深度超过 2 0 0cm ,最大施肥处理N180kg/hm2 P2 O5180kg/hm2 小麦收获后 0~ 40 0cm剖面储水量比CK少 173 .89mm ,高N肥投入产量与生育年降水量显著相关 ,旱地土壤深层储水利用有很大的抗旱增产潜力

分析了平阴玫瑰叶片中P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,B共9种矿质营养元素在花芽分化的7个生长时期含量动态变化及其相关性。结果表明,在平阴玫瑰花芽分化期间P,K,Zn,Cu大体上呈下降趋势;Ca除现蕾前含量陡然下降外,随叶片成熟含量呈现上升趋势;Mg,Fe,Mn,B含量波动频繁且变化各异。P与K,Zn,Cu均达到极显著正相关;K与Fe,Zn,Cu也达到极显著正相关;Fe与Mn,Zn与Cu之间均达到极显著正相关。平阴玫瑰叶片中9种矿质营养元素含量按高低排序为:Ca>K>P>Mg>Fe>Mn>B>Zn>Cu。
