S'ha elaborat una completa documentació que inclou una memòria on es descriuen detalladament totes les etapes seguides en el desenvolupament del projecte, un manual d'usuari documentat gràficament, una valoració econòmica del projecte i una descripció de cadascun dels scripts utilitzats per facilitar el manteniment de l'aplicació.

Regulación de la movilidad celular por Profilina 1

Mi proyecto de tesis se basaba en el estudio del papel de profilina 1 en la formación de lamelas, para ello generamos una proteína recombinante y transducible, con el objetivo de poder modificar los niveles endógenos de profilina. Objetivos: i-caracterización bioquímica los tres sitios de union conocidos de la proteína de transducción, el sitio de unión a fosfo-inocitoles (PIP), el de unión a actina (Ac) y el de unión a poli-prolinas (PLP). ii-estudio de la polimerización in-vitro de actina - PTD4-Profilina1 iii-estudio de las proteínas componentes de lamelas inducidas por PTD4-Profilina1. Plan de trabajo: i-Para comprobar la funcionalidad los 3 sitios de unión fueron necesarias las primeras 6 semanas, ya que en primer lugar había que expresar y purificar el peptido Srv2, necesario para el ensayo de PLP. En segundo lugar, se obtuvieron los datos de las concentraciones adecuadas de lípidos para el ensayo de fosfo-inocitoles y por ultimo, se purifico la actina necesaria para el ensayo de unión a actina. Una vez establecida la funcionalidad de la proteína, se procedió a: ii-el estudio de polimerización in-vitro, que llevo 2 semanas. Demostrando que in-vitro era capaz de inhibir la polimerización de una manera similar a la endógena. Una vez terminados estos ensayos, se procedio a: iii-la caracterización inmunohistoquímica de las proteínas componentes de la lamela que fue llevado a cabo en 4 semanas. Para ello se usaron anticuerpos contra: alfa-actinina, talina, vinculina, ENA/Vasp y paxillina. Conclusiones: i-las propiedades bioquímicas de la PTD4-Profilina1 son similares a las de la profilina endógena. ii-los estudios de polimerización indican que la polimerización se produce de manera similar a la endogena. iii-los ensayos de inmunohistoquímica sugieren que, talina esta ausente y que las demás están presentes aunque en menor concentración y con otra distribución comparadas con los controles.

Scheduling an European basketball competition. An application of graph theory

The object of this project is to schedule a ctitious European basketball competition with many teams situated a long distances. The schedule must be fair, feasible and economical, which means that the total distance trav- eled by every team must be the minimal possible. First, we de ne the sport competition terminology and study di erent competition systems, focusing on the NBA and the Euroleague systems. Then we de ne concepts of graph theory and spherical distance that will be needed. Next we propose a com- petition system, explaining where will be allocated the teams and how will be the scheduling. Then there is a description of the programs that have been implemented, and, nally, the complete schedule is displayed, and some possible improvements are mentioned.

Työnjohdon osaaminen ja sen kehittämistarpeet yrityksen strategianäkökulmasta

Steveco Oy on tyypiltään vahvasti mekaaninen yritys, joka pyrkii kohti orgaanista yritysympäristöä pystyäkseen vastaamaan kiristyneeseen kilpailutilanteeseen. Tässä muutoksessa yhtenä keskeisenä henkilöstöryhmänä on työnjohtajat. Orgaanisessa yritysympäristössä työnjohdon roolikuva muuttuu kohti keskijohdon roolia. Tämä muutos mekaanisesta yritysympäristöstä orgaaniseen ja perinteisestä työnjohdon tehtävänkuvasta keskijohdon rooliin edellyttää osaamisen sisällön muuttumista ja osaamisentason merkittävää kasvua. Tämän kehityksen vuoksi on määriteltävä uudestaan työnjohtajan tulevaisuuden tehtävänkuva, tehtävissä tarvittava osaaminen ja vaadittava osaamistaso. Tutkimus toteutettiin tapaustutkimuksena. Tutkimusaineiston keräämisessä käytettiin ensin kvantitatiivista sitten kvalitatiivista menetelmää. Kvantitatiivinen tutkimusosuus toteutettiin osaamiskartoituslomakkeella, jolla saatiin työnjohtajien esimiesten näkemys työnjohtajien tavoiteosaamisista ja niiden tasosta. Kvalitatiivinen tutkimus toteutettiin haastattelujen muodossa, koska haluttiin selvittää laajemmin työnjohtajien osaamista. Haastattelun tukena oli osaamiskartoituslomake.

Palveluprosessin kehittäminen kampaamoketjussa

As the competitive situation becomes more intense, companies must strive for growth and the ability to renew themselves. Innovations and the development of services will take an important role in this situation. Involving users in the service design process creates additional value and a chance to stand out from the com-petition. The goal of the target company is to produce high-quality services with the customers' needs in mind. This is why the company wants to develop their services systematically and aims to collect information about the service needs of both their employees and customers, which can be used to develop new and ap-pealing service packages. The aim of the study is to find out what the target company's current service pro-cess is like and how it can be developed further. The work is a case study in which the development process of the new service is followed through according to the approach, process and tools of the service design. Information is collected through focused interviews and a client survey. Participant observation gave a good overview of how employees of the target company react to the development of services. The study also found that the ser-vice path enables the collecting of ideas concerning the practical planning and development of the service process.

Toronto Lodge of Perfection

On April 25, 1878 at an informal meeting of members of the Toronto Chapter of Rose Croix a petition was presented for a warrant for a Lodge of Perfection. The Toronto Lodge of Perfection of the Scottish Rite Masonry in the Valley of Toronto held its inaugural meeting in Toronto, Ont. on May 22 1878 with support and approval of the Supreme Council for Canada. From time to time, the name of the chapter was also known as the Toronto Grand Lodge of Perfection, but was dropped permanently in 1884. The group continues to meet today in Toronto, Ontario.
