Análisis del mercado del rating de las emisiones de titulación en España (1993-2011)

[ES] La calificación crediticia externa es un elemento clave para el buen fin de las operaciones de titulización. No obstante, las agencias de calificación han sido objeto de una intensa controversia, cuestionándose su fiabilidad y objetividad. En este trabajo abundamos en esta cuestión, analizando la distribución de los ratings otorgados a las emisiones de bonos de titulización llevadas a cabo en España (1993-2011), uno de los países más activos en cuanto al volumen de emisiones, llegaron a ocupar el segundo puesto a nivel europeo y el tercero a nivel mundial. Aportamos evidencia sobre ciertas anomalías entre las que cabe destacar la estructura oligopolística del mercado del rating, la fragilidad desde una perspectiva histórica de las calificaciones otorgadas, y la existencia de patrones no homogéneos en la elección de la agencia de calificación, tanto si se tiene en cuenta la sociedad gestora, como el colateral de respaldo.

Silver King Creek Paiute cutthroat trout restoration, 1991 through 1993

Silver King Creek, Alpine County, is the native range of the Federally-threatened Paiute cutthroat trout, Oncorhynchus clarki seleniris. Paiute cutthroat currently inhabit Coyote Valley and Corral Valley creeks, which are tributaries to Silver King Creek below Llewellyn Falls, and also Silver King Creek and tributaries aboye Llewellyn Falls. Rainbow trout, O. mykiss, were introduced into the basin during 1949 and became hybridized with Paiute cutthroat. Chemical treatments attempted by the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) in 1964 and 1976 failed to eliminate hybrid trout. A chemical treatment project was again conducted by the CDFG from 1991 through 1993 to eliminate hybrid trout from within the range of Paiute cutthroat. This report presents a summary of events for the first two years of the Silver King Paiute Cutthroat Trout Restoration Project; a more thorough analysis is made of the third and final year of the project. Distribution and abundance of fish eggs and larvae in North Sea and Baltic Sea have been objectives of fishery research for over 100 years. Most fish species produce pelagic eggs or larvae. The early developmental stages of many marine fish species important to commercial fishery are part of plankton communities, and can be sampled by a single gear. Collections of fish in their larval phase provide material for studies of many aspects of fishery research: e.g. information on plankton communities and abundance of fish species in the area of investigation.

Oceanographic Profiling and Spectroradiometer Observations from the MOCE-2 Cruise: 28 March to 14 April 1993

This report contains results from the second cruise of the Modis Optical Characterization Experiment (MOCE). Data presented here were obtained on the Mexican Research Vessel El Puma between 29 March and 13 April along the Pacific coast of Baja California and in the Gulf of California. Three types of data are reported: high spectral resolution radiometry at three depths for 13 stations; salinity, temperature beam attenuation and chlorophyll-a fluorescence, profiles at the same stations; and total suspended matter and suspended organic carbon and nitrogen.(PDF is 90 pages.)

Deutsche Rotbarschfischerei im NW-Atlantik (Reykjanes Rücken - Irminger See - Ostgrönlandschelf) in den Jahren 1993 und 1994 und ihre möglichen Zukunftsaussichten

Die Rotbarschfänge der deutschen Hochseefischerei in der Irminger See (ICES Gebiet XII und XIV) weisen in den beiden letzten Jahren, verglichen mit anderen kommerziellen Arten ( z.B. Kabeljau) hohe Steigerungsraten auf. Sie sind einerseits durch die Wiedervereinigung (Eingliederung der damaligen Rostocker Hochseefischerei in die BRD-Flotte), anderseits durch Fangsteigerungen der DFFU (Deutsche Fisch-Fang-Union) auf den historischen Fanggründen des Ostgrönlandschelf bedingt. Über diese Fischereien, sowie über ihre Zukunftsaussichten, soll im Folgenden berichtet werden.

Auswirkungen der Salzeinströme 1993/1994 auf die ozeanographischen Bedingungen in der zentralen Ostsee

The effects of both the major Baltic inflow in January 1993 and two smaller inflows in December 1993 and March 1994 on the environnmental conditions in the Bornholm, Gdansk and eastern Gotland Basins are described. These inflows terminated the 16-year stagnation of the central Baltic deepwater and led to a moderate increase in salinity, but to the highest oxygen concentrations in the Gotland Deep since the 30ies.

Report of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission for the year 1993

ENGLISH: The Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC) operates under the authority and direction of a convention originally entered into by Costa Rica and the United States. The convention, which carne into force in 1950, is open to adherence by other governments whose nationals fish for tropical tunas and tuna-like species in the eastern Pacific Ocean. Under this provision Panama adhered in 1953, Ecuador in 1961, Mexico in 1964, Canada in 1968, Japan in 1970, France and Nicaragua in 1973, Vanuatu in 1990, and Venezuela in 1992. Ecuador withdrew from the IATTC in 1968, Mexico in 1978, Costa Rica in 1979, and Canada in 1984. Costa Rica readhered to the convention in 1989. The Commission held its 51st meeting in Port Vila, Vanuatu, on June 8-10, 1993. SPANISH: La Comisión Interamericana del Atún Tropical (CIAT) funciona bajo la autoridad y dirección de un convenio suscrito originalmente por Costa Rica y los Estados Unidos de América. El convenio, vigente desde 1950, está abierto a la afiliación de cualquier país cuyos ciudadanos pesquen atunes tropicales y especies afines en el Océano Pacífico oriental. Bajo esta estipulación, la República de Panamá se afilió en 1953, Ecuador en 1961, México en 1964, Canadá en 1968, Japón en 1970, Francia y Nicaragua en 1973, Vanuatu en 1990, y Venezuela en 1992.
