Nd_(60)Al_(10)Fe_(20)Co_(10)大块金属玻璃的玻璃转变和晶化过程

本文利用DSC、X射线衍射和动态力学分析以及扫描电子显微镜研究了Nd_(60)Al_(10)Fe_(20)Co_(10)大块金属玻璃(BMG)的玻璃转变和晶化过程。结果表明,合金的动态力学分析结果清楚地反映出材料的玻璃转变和晶化过程。由此确定材料的玻璃转变温度为493K,初始晶化温度为590K。X射线衍射和组织分析表明合金的晶化过程为:非晶α→非晶α’+未知亚稳NdFeAl相→非晶α’+初晶δ相→初晶δ相+共晶δ相+Nd_3Co+Nd_3Al。

Decreto nº 8.456/2015 : Decreto de contingenciamento - 22/05/2015 - e sua repercussão sobre as emendas individuais da LOA 2015

Tem como objetivo apresentar os limites orçamentários e financeiros estabelecidos pelo Decreto nº 8.456/2015 e, especialmente, as implicações sobre as emendas parlamentares individuais, sujeitas ao regime do “orçamento impositivo” (classificadas, na lei orçamentária, sob o código de identificador de resultado primário RP6.

Analisa e detalha as ações orçamentárias das dotações iniciais constantes da Lei Orçamentária para 2015 – LOA 2015 dos órgãos integrantes da Área Temática IV (Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação – MCTI, Ministério da Educação – MEC, Ministério da Cultura – MinC e Ministério do Esporte – ME) que foram objeto de limitação de movimentação e empenho em face do Decreto nº 8.456, de 22 de maio de 2015.

I. Reactively sputtered Ti-Si-N thin films for diffusion barrier applications. II. Oxidation, diffusion and crystallization of an amorphous Zr_(60)Al_(15)Ni_(25) alloy.

Films of Ti-Si-N obtained by reactively sputtering a TiSi_2, a Ti_5Si_3, or a Ti_3Si target are either amorphous or nanocrystalline in structure. The atomic density of some films exceeds 10^23 at./cm^3. The room-temperature resistivity of the films increases with the Si and the N content. A thermal treatment in vacuum at 700 °C for 1 hour decreases the resistivity of the Ti-rich films deposited from the Ti_5Si_3 or the Ti_3Si target, but increases that of the Si-rich films deposited from the TiSi_2 target when the nitrogen content exceeds about 30 at. %.

Ti_(34)Si_(23)N_(43) deposited from the Ti_5Si_3 target is an excellent diffusion barrier between Si and Cu. This film is a mixture of nanocrystalline TiN and amorphous SiN_x. Resistivity measurement from 80 K to 1073 K reveals that this film is electrically semiconductor-like as-deposited, and that it becomes metal-like after an hour annealing at 1000 °C in vacuum. A film of about 100 nm thick, with a resistivity of 660 µΩcm, maintains the stability of Si n+p shallow junction diodes with a 400 nm Cu overlayer up to 850 °C upon 30 min vacuum annealing. When used between Si and Al, the maximum temperature of stability is 550 °C for 30 min. This film can be etched in a CF_4/O_2 plasma.

The amorphous ternary metallic alloy Zr_(60)Al_(15)Ni_(25) was oxidized in dry oxygen in the temperature range 310 °C to 410 °C. Rutherford backscattering and cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy studies suggest that during this treatment an amorphous layer of zirconium-aluminum-oxide is formed at the surface. Nickel is depleted from the oxide and enriched in the amorphous alloy below the oxide/alloy interface. The oxide layer thickness grows parabolically with the annealing duration, with a transport constant of 2.8x10^(-5) m^2/s x exp(-1.7 eV/kT). The oxidation rate is most likely controlled by the Ni diffusion in the amorphous alloy.

At later stages of the oxidation process, precipitates of nanocrystalline ZrO_2 appear in the oxide near the interface. Finally, two intermetallic phases nucleate and grow simultaneously in the alloy, one at the interface and one within the alloy.

Corpo, subjetividade e política: o ideário libertário das décadas de 60 e 70 em uma revista de jornalismo da psicologia

A pesquisa se debruça sobre o ideário dos anos 60 e 70, investigando como este repercutiu e se manifestou no contexto brasileiro, sobretudo em um determinado nicho do campo psi muito influenciado pelas idéias libertárias e antiautoritárias que reverberaram no período. Para tanto, tomei como objeto de pesquisa a revista de psicologia Rádice, publicação alternativa escrita, majoritariamente, por psicólogos recém-formados, estudantes de psicologia e jornalistas, que circulou entre 1976 e 1981. Entre outros assuntos, Rádice abordou temas relativos à loucura, sexualidade, psicanálise, relações familiares e ecologia. Através da análise deste objeto, interessa-me compreender melhor como a psicologia brasileira se politiza nos anos 70, assumindo uma postura ativista, militando em torno de diversas causas, como a oposição à ditadura militar, a luta antimanicomial e a discussão em torno da desrepressão sexual e liberação dos costumes. Ao mesmo tempo, o processo de transformação individual passa a ser concebido como o único caminho para a transformação da sociedade, fazendo com que a subjetividade se torne um espaço político. Pretendo investigar, portanto, um momento de encontro entre política, subjetividade e corpo, e o surgimento de uma nova prática política que se distancia das grandes questões e da doutrina revolucionária marxista, preocupando-se com o cotidiano, questionando hábitos, comportamentos e formas de relação social.

A chemically inert Rashba split interface electronic structure of C-60, FeOEP and PTCDA on BiAg2/Ag(111) substrates

The fields of organic electronics and spintronics have the potential to revolutionize the electronics industry. Finding the right materials that can retain their electrical and spin properties when combined is a technological and fundamental challenge. We carry out the study of three archetypal organic molecules in intimate contact with the BiAg2 surface alloy. We show that the BiAg2 alloy is an especially suited substrate due to its inertness as support for molecular films, exhibiting an almost complete absence of substrate-molecular interactions. This is inferred from the persistence of a completely unaltered giant spin-orbit split surface state of the BiAg2 substrate, and from the absence of significant metallic screening of charged molecular levels in the organic layer. Spin-orbit split states in BiAg2 turn out to be far more robust to organic overlayers than previously thought.

La leyenda de la violación de Lucrecia y la articulación del relato del reinado de Tarquinio el Soberbio en Tito Livio ("Ab Urbe Condita" 1.49-60)

[ES] El propósito de este trabajo es el de mostrar cómo Livio elabora el episodio de la violación de Lucrecia de tal manera que se conecta con los restantes episodios del reinado de Tarquinio el Soberbio, formando una unidad tan estrecha y bien dispuesta que éste se convierte en el punto culminante de un proceso que comienza con el inicio del reinado del último monarca romano. Livio no se limita a seleccionar y disponer en una simple secuencia temporal los hechos que la tradición atribuía al segundo Tarquinio, sino que los elabora y ordena con vistas a conseguir un relato efectivo desde la perspectiva literaria y narrativa y, como consecuencia de ello, convincente desde el punto de vista moral, una de sus principales preocupaciones.
