Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP): o resgate de sua implantação na rede municipal de ensino de Londrina

The aim of this paper is to present a historical review of the implementation process of the political pedagogical project (PPP) of Londrina (PR). The study used interviews with some agents who participated in the construction of the PPP (teachers, school, supervisors and employees of the Regional Education Center) and investigated the absorption of proposals from the base (school) for the offices of political power. The results showed that although the democratic discourse has always been present in official documents the construction of the PPP had discrete popular participation and projects, as a rule, incorporated the bureaucratic forms issued by official powers.

Gênero, cultura e rede social: a construção social da desigualdade de gênero por meio da linguagem

Based on systemic-cybernetic-new paradigm vision and social constructionism, the paper is an invitation to reflect on the importance of language in the maintenance and the possibility of changing unequal relational patterns, mainly related to issues of gender. Studies on language and verbal behavior of women and men, besides their representation in the media, are examples to illustrate the need advocated here, to changing patterns of inequality guided by gender differences that influence and are influenced by the culture, conveyed in our social network. This paper is a contribution for the clinical work with families and couples, from the perspective of the current behaviors, based on refrains spread by the media which became popular, since it is based on clinical and nonclinical observations about human relationships and its representation in the media and artistic productions.

O conceito da televisão pública para a rede nacional de televisão pública digital

A Rede Nacional de Televisão Pública Digital3 (RNTPD), antes prevista para ser implantada por meio de um Operador de Rede Público, passa agora a ser estudada para ser efetivada por meio da malha de fibra óptica da Telebrás (banda larga), empresa que apresentou projeto com possibilidade de redução em 50% dos gastos da implantação da rede. Com a previsão da parceria, a meta da implantação da rede deve atingir cerca 4,3 mil cidades em quatro anos, chegando a aproximadamente 80% dos municípios brasileiros. Por meio de uma pesquisa exploratória, este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar alguns conceitos de televisão pública discutidos pela sociedade civil organizada e academia para a RNTPD.

Microinversor integrado ao módulo fotovoltaico para sistemas conectados à rede elétrica utilizando controlador ressonante

This paper shows the modeling and control of a single-phase full-bridge inverter with high-frequency transformer that may be used as part of a two-stage converter with transformerless DC-DC side or as a single-stage converter (simple DC-AC converter) for grid-connected PV applications. The inverter is modeled in order to obtain a small-signal transfer function used to design the P+Resonant current controller. A highfrequency step-up transformer results in reduced voltage switches and better efficiency compared with converters in which the transformer is used on the DC-DC side. Simulations and experimental results with a 200 W prototype are shown. 1

Dilemas contemporâneos da profissão professor: perspectivas de professores(as) de Educação Física da rede pública estadual de São Paulo

The purpose of this article is to reflect on the movement of professionalization of teaching, emphasizing the importance given to vocational training (initial and continuing) in this context. The research is qualitative in that it sought in the testimonies of eight physical education teachers, the São Paulo public state educacional, to elucidate the reflections from the literature review. It was found that although the social and political discourses glimpse the teacher as the main agent of social transformation, this possibility still presents far for this group, especially in view of the heavy workload and poor remuneration, hindering investment in training. It was concluded that this group is immersed in speeches ambiguous and contradictory processes, characterizing a movement of professionalization and concomitant deprofessionalization in teaching.

Interação entre a Escola Básica e a Pós-graduação: uma rede de Pequenos Grupos de Pesquisa (PGP)

Given the objective of the Educational Observatory Program of putting in conjunction the efforts of graduation and basic school in order to improve the quality of the latter, are sought possibilities offered by such an arrangement for teacher education. The assumed action research methodology is designed as a collective rethinking about the social practice in which participants were immersed. It is identified strong correlation among the school/graduation interaction and the nature of the underlying teacher education design. The constitution of research questions accomplished inside the school and the centrality of Small Research Groups in a broad network of interactions were determinants.
