矿产资源开采利用过程中导致的重金属环境污染问题日益严重。我国铅锌矿资源丰富,其开采利用过程中镉的环境污染也日益突出。本文通过对云南兰坪金顶Pb-Zn矿区矿床开采利用过程中镉等重金属元素的环境地球化学行为及矿区生态环境的研究,得出如下主要结论。 1. 矿石淋滤实验表明矿区部分氧化铅锌矿石可以很快被再次氧化或者被溶解并释放出大量镉等有害元素,滤出元素可以迅速发生沉淀或被沉淀物包裹,其释放能力表现为Zn>Pb>Cd。铅锌氧化矿石中菱锌矿组分含量是影响镉淋失的主要因素。在开放体系的水-岩作用下,矿区岩石、矿物的自然风化极易造成当地水系统中镉污染。 2. 矿区不同岩(矿)石中镉含量分布差异比较大,围岩中镉含量为50-650 ppm,平均310 ppm,原生矿中镉含量为14-2800 ppm,平均767 ppm,氧化矿中镉含量为110-8200 ppm,平均1661 ppm,其平均值最高。Zn、Cd地球化学性质的差异导致了二者在原生矿和氧化矿中的不同地球化学分配特点,原生矿Zn/Cd高于氧化矿Zn/Cd,表明氧化环境中镉更容易在氧化矿中富集,而锌更容易被氧化析出到环境中。氧化矿中Cd与Ca呈负相关,这表明Cd的富集和Ca的氧化淋失是同时进行的,并且还可能有Cd对Ca的类质同像代替存在。 3. 矿区上游对照区土壤中的高含量Cd浓度是因土壤母质层重金属高背景值造成的,而非人为污染。矿区中心区土壤受到严重Cd污染,可能与选厂、采场废石堆、尾矿库和露采矿山大范围暴露有关。矿区沿沘江下游两岸土壤中Cd含量远远超出上游土壤背景值和金顶全区土壤背景值,这可能是与污水灌溉有关。通过加权综合污染指数评价法发现矿区土壤污染的主要因子是Cd,其次是Zn和Pb,矿区土壤重金属污染贡献顺序为:Cd>Zn>Pb。矿区土壤污染主要表现为:矿区土壤污染有从中心区向沘江下游扩散区土壤中蔓延的趋势。 4. 矿区水体中出现较高含量的镉,高出天然河流中镉含量的50-100倍。矿区架崖山、北厂和跑马坪等采矿区水体中镉浓度范围在15-30 µg/L之间。矿区水体中镉含量水平表现为:矿山浅层地下水>矿山溪流水>沘江河水。研究结果表明,矿区沘江下游河段水体明显受镉污染,其中水体中镉的平均含量为15.7 µg/L,悬浮物中镉含量为49.3 mg/kg,沉积物中镉含量为203.7 mg/kg。矿区载镉岩石和矿物的自然风化是造成矿区水环境中镉污染的直接原因。 5. 跑马坪采场的废弃石具有较低的Cd含量,而北厂、架崖山采场的废弃石具有较高的Cd浓度,可能与废弃矿石类型本身差异有关。尾矿剖面中的Cd含量,在表层中随剖面深度呈递减趋势,在中层随剖面深度变化不明显,而在底层中明显富集。尾矿库表层尾矿样品中弱酸提取态和可还原态Cd高于底层尾矿样品,相比之下,表层尾矿中Cd等重金属元素易于释放到环境中,对环境的潜在危害大。老尾矿库尾矿砂中Cd金属总量高于新尾矿库尾矿砂,可能还是因为选矿工艺、技术的差异造成的。 6. 矿区污染段水体中硫同位素值较低,远远低于上游非污染区硫同位素值。矿区水体中δ34S值保持了金顶铅锌矿山源区矿山物质硫同位素的特征,显示了矿山来源物质的影响。根据水体硫酸盐中硫同位素稀释原理,研究发现沘江下游水体SO42-中85 %的硫来源于矿山物质。 7. 从矿区筛选出Cd、Zn、Pb的超富集植物共有4种:其中Cd超富集植物有2种,分别是本地生条裂萎陵菜(Potentilla lancinata Card. In Lecomte)和辣子草(Galinsoga parviflora Cav.);Zn超富集植物仅发现有1种植物,为节节草(Equisetum ramosissmum Desf.);Pb超富集植物发现了1种植物,为毛莲菜(Picris hieracioides L.)。这些植物均具备了超富集植物的基本特征,在污染土壤治理与修复方面具有一定的实践意义。 8. 建立了金顶铅锌矿山(床)地质环境模型。Cd的释放、迁移扩散模式为:雨水淋滤时,矿山固体废弃物产生富Cd的酸性或弱酸性矿山排水,通过下渗淋滤发生测向和垂向迁移,进入周边水体和土壤,然后被水系沉积物中针铁矿、方解石等吸附,并在沉降物中沉淀富集,导致矿区主要河流沘江水体的自净能力下降,加速水体的进一步恶化,破坏生物生存环境。矿区受污染水体、土壤和大气中的有害物质通过生物链进入动植物体内,进而危害人类健康。

秦岭造山带是华北与扬子两大古板块的接合带,在空间上,自北而南,秦岭造山带可分为华北板块南缘(华熊地块)、北秦岭造山带、南秦岭造山带和扬子板块北缘等4个构造单元。小秦岭金矿田位于华熊地块北缘,是国内外学者共识的造山型金矿田,河南灵宝大湖金-钼矿床位于小秦岭金矿田,属断控脉状矿床。大湖金-钼矿床最先正是以金矿床进行勘查的,其黄金储量28t,平均品位8.7g/t。随着开采深度的加大,部分含金石英脉向深部转变为辉钼矿-石英脉,目前探明钼资源量已达中型规模。 本论文主要从区域地质背景、矿床地质特征、元素地球化学、同位素地球化学、流体包裹体地球化学、矿床年代学及成矿机理等角度对大湖金-钼矿床进行了较为系统的研究,主要获得如下认识: 成矿过程经历3个阶段:早阶段为黄铁矿-石英脉,遭受变形、破碎,应形成于挤压或压剪过程;中阶段为细粒的辉钼矿-黄铁矿-石英网脉,贯入到早阶段黄铁矿或石英矿物的裂隙(可呈共轭状),应形成于剪切环境;晚阶段石英-碳酸盐细脉具梳状构造,充填于张性或张扭性裂隙。 大湖金-钼矿床的金属硫化物ISr=0.70470-0.71312,平均0.70854;(143Nd/144Nd)i=0.51143-0.51215,平均0.51162;(206Pb/204Pb)i=17.033-17.285,(207Pb/204Pb)i=15.358-15.438,(208Pb/204Pb)i = 37.307-37.582。其围岩太华群样品平均值ISr=0.72294,(143Nd/144Nd)i=0.51107,(206Pb/204Pb)i=17.127-18.392,(207Pb/204Pb)i =15.416-15.604,(208Pb/204Pb)i=37.498-37.814,它们的平均值分别是17.547,15.470,37.616。通过金属硫化物及围岩太华群的对比,可以看出,成矿物质具有太华群和深部地幔混合的特征。 通过对不同阶段的含矿石英脉中的流体包裹体特征研究表明,早阶段只发育CO2-H2O型流体包裹体;中阶段流体包裹体类型复杂,有纯CO2型、CO2-H2O型、H2O-NaCl型和含子晶包裹体,指示流体沸腾作用强烈;而晚阶段只发育水溶液包裹体。早、中、晚3个阶段的流体包裹体均一温度分别集中在400-500℃、290-470℃、220-260℃;估计的早、中阶段流体的最低捕获压力分别为138-331MPa和78-237MPa,对应于成矿深度分别为13.8-11.0km和7.8-8.0km。早、中阶段的压力反应出静岩压力到静水压力的转变。成矿温度和压力明显高于浅部含金石英脉的成矿温度120-310℃,成矿压力100-150MPa。与野外观察到的“上金下钼”的空间关系一致。 大湖金-钼矿床辉钼矿-石英脉Re-Os同位素模式年龄较集中,介于215.4±5.4-255.6±9.6Ma,Re-0s等时线年龄为218±41Ma(MSWD=38,2σ误差),表明大湖金-钼矿的辉矿化形成于印支期。 三叠纪末,随着古秦岭洋的逐渐封闭,处在弧后转换带的深部岩石在挤压作用下发生变质脱水而形成初始成矿流体,成矿流体沿断裂带(韧性剪切带)向上迁移而引起大湖钼矿床成矿系统的发育。随着区域构造环境由挤压转为伸展,区域的变质脱水更强,形成大量成矿流体,变质流体上侵为浅层流体循环提供了的热能,而浅层构造也因减压扩容而为流体循环提供了通道,这无疑有利于浅层流体循环和混入成矿系统。同时,增温和减压也有利于成矿流体发生沸腾。因此,充足的流体、热以及强烈的流体沸腾等,势必导致发生最为强烈的成矿物质快速沉淀作用。随着挤压作用的减弱,伸展作用的增强,区域热异常消失,地壳深部组分发生亏损,流体以浅源大气降水占主导,成矿作用迅速衰竭,形成石英-碳酸盐网脉,对成矿作用贡献减弱。总之,通过对大湖金钼矿床研究表明,大湖金钼矿床形成于由挤压转向伸展的构造背景,这与矿床地质的特征一致。

The photofragmentation of C6H5I at 266 nn is investigated on the universal crossed molecular beam ma chine, and the translational spectroscopy as well as the angular distribution of I atom is measured. The results reveal that under the laser intensity of 10(R) W/cm(2) the single-photon dissociation competes with multi-photon processes. In single-photon dissociation the anisotropy parameter beta is 0.4 and the average translational energy is only 1.04 kcal/mol, which indicates that this process is a slow predissociation. In two-photon photofragmentation the average translational energy is 51.64 kcal/mol, which accounts for about 35% of the available energy. Another photofragmentation channel is even more faster, whose peak in time-of-flight spectra corresponds to four or five photon absorptions. The branching ratio of these three channels is determined to he about 3:3:4.

An Approach to the Rehabilitation of Prelingually Deaf Children After Cochlear Implantation Zheng Xiujin(Medical Psychology) Directed by Professor Yin WenGang Abstract Objective: To sum up the acquirement rule of speech and language capability which is for the prelingually deaf children after cochlear implantation by listening and language rehabilitation training and to investigate the factors that affect rehabilitation speed. Method: Sixty-four children received a cochlear implant at the age of 2 to 5 years from 2001 to 2005. They begin to be trained under group pattern after switch on 1 month. The whole training program lasted more than 7 months; after that, according to the teacher’s plan the training program was to be continued at home. Result: The period is 108±7.7 days that they can pronounce correctly 50 percent of all of simple-finals and compound-finals, the period is 115.0±7.8 days that they begin auditory repeating, the period is 135.3±10.9 days that they can speech the first specific word independently and the period is 200.3±13.9 days that they can speak 70 words and come into tri-gamut-word and two-word sentence period. The patient that is the group at the age of 2-3 years can take part in normal kindergarten after switch on about 10 months. There are no significant differences in various grades of speech-language development with different age groups and so do with different sex groups. There are significant differences in various grade of speech-language development with various IQ group (P<0.01) and so do with using and not using hearing aids before implantation. Conclusion: From the research we find that the speech and language development sequence is the same level between the prelingually deaf children of 2 to 5 years who received cochlear implant after speech training and normal children and which are stages of uncomplicated sound production, continuous syllabic (babbling), speech sprout, single-word utterances and two-word utterances in proper order. The time is short significantly and the reason is that cognition capability is enhanced along with the increase of age. The intelligence is main factor that affect rehabilitation speed and the speed in the group of high IQ is faster than common IQ. It is not because of the dominance cognition of the senior group that makes the increasing of the rehabilitation, it even makes slowly. The reason of which is that the senior group are exposed the language environment too late to achieve speech and language development. So we should perform an operation and training early. The effectiveness of rehabilitation after cochlear implantation is improved by using hearing aids before implantation. The reason is auditory stimulate can be benefit of to deaf children. The rehabilitation speeds in the children at the age of 2 to 5 years have nothing to do with sex. Key words: cochlear implant; speech therapy; paediatric rehabilitation

Robots must plan and execute tasks in the presence of uncertainty. Uncertainty arises from sensing errors, control errors, and uncertainty in the geometry of the environment. The last, which is called model error, has received little previous attention. We present a framework for computing motion strategies that are guaranteed to succeed in the presence of all three kinds of uncertainty. The motion strategies comprise sensor-based gross motions, compliant motions, and simple pushing motions.

An accurate capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the determination of dissociation constants of five Strychnos alkaloids from Strychnos nux-vomica L. The method relies on measuring the effective mobility of the solute as a function of the buffer pH. The mathematical relationship was strictly derived from the fundamental electrophoresis theory and the dissociation equilibrium of a weak base without any simplifications. Careful optimization of the running buffer permitted base-line resolution of the five structurally similar alkaloids.

The low temperature heat capacities of N-(2-cyanoethyl)aniline were measured with an automated adiabatic calorimeter over the temperature range from 83 to 353 K. The temperature corresponding to the maximum value of the apparent heat capacity in the fusion interval, molar enthalpy and entropy of fusion of this compound were determined to be 323.33 +/- 0.13 K, 19.4 +/- 0.1 kJ mol(-1) and 60.1 +/- 0.1 J K-1 mol(-1), respectively. Using the fractional melting technique, the purity of the sample was determined to be 99.0 mol% and the melting temperature for the tested sample and the absolutely pure compound were determined to be 323.50 and 323.99 K, respectively. A solid-to-solid phase transition occurred at 310.63 +/- 0.15 K. The molar enthalpy and molar entropy of the transition were determined to be 980 +/- 5 J mol(-1) and 3.16 +/- 0.02 J K-1 mol(-1), respectively. The thermodynamic functions of the compound [H-T - H-298.15] and [S-T - S-298.(15)] were calculated based on the heat capacity measurements in the temperature range of 83-353 K with an interval of 5 K. The photoionization of methyl iodide beam seeded in argon and helium is studied by time-of-flight mass spectrometry using a 25 ns, 532 nm Nd-YAG laser with intensities in the range of 2 x 10(10)-2 x 10(11) W/cm(2). Multiply charged ions Of Iq+ (q = 2-3) and C2+ with tens of eV kinetic energies have been observed when laser interacts with the middle part of the pulsed molecular beam, whose peak profiles are independent on the laser polarization directions. Strong evidences show that these ions are coming from the Coulomb explosion of multiply charged CH3I clusters, and laser induced inverse bremsstrahlung absorption of caged electrons plays a key role in the formation of multiply charged ions.
