In recent years, public schools have experienced the deployment of external evaluation that, legally, should promote the development and deployment aimed at enhancing the educational process of teaching offered at the country's public policy systems. However, such a situation occurred in a broader regulations of teaching and managerial measures and performative nature context generated implications in everyday school life, notably due to the pressure exerted on schools before the publicity of accountability for results and performance indicators changing, in many cases, the purpose of teaching work. In this context we understand that it is very important to discuss the history and characterization of implanted a city in São Paulo state systems, and vision teachers about them, and the consequences that assessments have caused in practice in the classroom. So be performed an empirical research of qualitative nature in four elementary schools-cycle Teaching I and II, with the aim of analyzing the perception of teachers about external reviews of a municipal school. As an instrument for data collection dense interview with teachers that will be used will be audio-recorded and then transcribed and analyzed with the support of the theoretical frameworks adopted

This work explores the flash mobs, which are flash mobilizations arranged by intent that involve a large number of people to do something together in a pre-arranged place. With the advent of 2.0 Internet, the sharing of information and the mobile virtual communication grown up and showed behavior of an individual person to meet for a common interest. Those affective relationships born in the social networks come to the urban space in a real-virtual space junction and the possibilities of that are unexplored yet. Formação continuada: dialogando com os professores que atuam no ensino infantil e fundamental (Ciclo I) da rede municipal de Bauru/SP

Currently, we can observe a significant increase in the disappointment of the world population about education, which raised doubts about the current school system and resulted in a forced increase of interest in an education reconstruction. The investigation process of this research based itself in the qualitative exploratory approach, since it allows the interpretation of the reality of the investigated environment, and it is concern about the process and not the quantification of data. Five professionals who work for the prefecture in the city of Bauru participated in this study and they graduated in the third module of the continuing education of the department of physical education from UNESP/Bauru, which occur in the second semester of 2010. The purpose of the present study was to identify the reasons why teachers who work for the prefecture in the city of Bauru look for the continuing education in physical education and explore their expectations and perception about the course. Considering the analysis presented in this study, we can observe that the search for continuing education based itself in issues such as: the confusion that exists between theory and practice, where the teachers exemplifies that, after their initial education, theory was not consistent with the real needs of their pedagogical practice; the entry of students younger and younger in the infant and fundamental education; the search for contents that answer the needs of psychomotor development of children between 2 and 5 years old and, at the same time, contents for the inclusion of children with special needs; as well as political pedagogical issues. Isolamento de Streptococcus agalactiae em diferentes órgãos de tilápias do nilo (Oreochromis niloticus) criadas em tanques-rede

Streptococcosis is one of the major causes of mortality in tilapia's creation in Brazil, inducing great economic losses. As soon, the study objectived to determinate the frequency of isolation and identification the Streptococcus agalactiae in organs different of Oreochromis niloticus naturally infected, derived from eight fish farms in the northern region of the state of Parana, that presented clinical signs characteristics of streptococcal disease. However, blood samples and fragments (kidney, liver, spleen, heart and brain) were collected. These all samples were plated on solid medium of brain and heart infusion (BHI) added 5% ovine blood and incubated at 29 degrees C for 7 days in aerophilic conditions. Behind, the bacterial growth and from the macro and microscopic features, colonies compatibles with Streptococcus sp. gender, were selected. The species were identified by PCR reaction and confirmed by sequencing of 16S rDNA gene. The results exhibited that in tilapia of Nile infected with S. agalactiae the isolation is more common in brain, kidney and liver in descending order.

The Sol-gel process has facilitated the processing of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Materials with several scientific applications and technologies. The hybrid combine the advantages of the Sol-gel process with specific characteristics of organic polymers, allowing processing of thin films without fractures or fissures. The incorporation of azo dyes in polymer matrices has been widely used in the investigation of optical properties. The azo dye Disperse Red (DR1) presents optical alterations when exposed to visible or ultraviolet light. The alterations occur due to transitions of their isomers, trans and cis, caused by photoisomerization, due to electronic transitions of azo group (-N=N-), presenting photochromic and/or photorefractive effects. The hybrid system used in this work is the precursor 3- Glycidoxypropyl-Trimethoxi-silane (GPTS), the Tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and DR1 as a dopant. The characterizations were performed using absorption spectroscopy UV-Vis which allowed the identification of the absorption bands and its variations when the samples were treated thermally and/or illuminated by ultraviolet light
