Análise do processo formativo de professores para a educação não formal realizada em organizações não governamentais

This article presents research academic-scientific aimed to examine the definition and theoretical approach or model curriculum that organizes and guides the training of teachers to work in the field of non-formal education made in non-governmental organizations (NGOs). We chose to adopt the perspective of qualitative research was conducted and the case study course called Teacher Training for NGOs, developed by an NGO based in the city of São Paulo. The research instruments were used: document analysis course, semi-directive interviews with their trainers and coordinator and literature review. Examined in the course curriculum is defined as a path to be followed by students and instructors and as organizer of the subjects studied. Adopts the approach named Integrated Curriculum, in which teaching occurs through the study of problem situations and integration projects of learning. At the end of the study, it is suggested that the improvement of the course and follow information that, hopefully, support the production of further comparative research.

Escola de tempo integral: uma análise do processo de implantação na Escola Estadual Carolina Augusta Seraphim. -

No Brasil a educação é um tema delicado, com histórico de índices de reprovação e evasão escolar altos, escolas públicas em condições precárias em muitas regiões e profissionais da área pouco valorizados. As políticas públicas são uma importante ferramenta quando se busca sanar todos estes problemas. Uma proposta que vem sendo implantada no Estado de São Paulo é o das Escolas de Tempo Integral, em que os alunos têm a oportunidade de passar mais tempo na escola, com atividades diferenciadas e um modelo diferente da escola comum. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a proposta do modelo e a implementação do mesmo na Escola Estadual Carolina Augusta Seraphim, localizada em Rio Claro. Para a análise de conteúdo, realizada neste trabalho, foi feito o levantamento de material bibliográfico referente ao tema de Escola de Tempo Integral, principalmente no Estado de São Paulo. Também foram analisados documentos e materiais disponíveis no blog da EE Carolina Augusta Seraphim. Podem ser destacados pontos positivos do Programa, como a dedicação exclusiva da equipe gestora, a valorização dos profissionais envolvidos, a participação mais aproximada da comunidade e família dos alunos, a possibilidade que os estudantes têm de pensar e planejar seu futuro. Existem ainda questões a serem melhor debatidas, analisadas ou até mesmo aprimoradas, devido às particularidades de cada escola e até mesmo inovações tecnológicas que podem ser usadas como ferramentas de ensino. Modelo esportivo britânico: histórico e evoluções

The British sports suffered an unprecedented crisis in the early 80s instabilities political, economic crisis and lack of planning put the English sport in a very critical situation. However, a number of sports public policies were proposed from the 80's, effectively, completely changed the situation of English sport, which has prompted the development of this research. Thus, the present study, qualitative, aims to analyze the organization and evolution of the sport in the UK, based on the British government projects of the last 30 years included in the Sport Development database. Therefore, the study was developed by the union of bibliographic research, exploratory and documentary. First, after literature, documents were selected, using the academic database Sport Development, in the library of policy documents, separate area of the database containing only the English sport policy documents. For delimitation of the study were analyzed documents from 1980 to 2013, of which eight were selected on which to base discussions in this study. The documents were analyzed using thematic content analysis technique, based on two thematic axes: Axis 1 - funding and Axis 2 - priority groups. The results indicate that the analyzed initiatives show a process of evolution and maturation of public policies of Sport England, both on the issue of financing, such as with regard to priority groups, which have changed and adjustments over the years. It was also noted that much can be learned from these initiatives, even in helping to solve problems of the Brazilian reality. Suggest new studies involving sports management from different countries, in order to leverage other perspectives to support the development of public policies for sport and recreation in the country, seeking successful examples

Um modelo cognitivo baseado na atenção para consciência em robôs inteligentes

Understanding consciousness is one of the most fascinating challenges of our time. From ancient civilizations to modern philosophers, questions have been asked on how one is conscious of his/her own existence and about the world that surrounds him/her. Although there is no precise definition for consciousness, there is an agreement that it is strongly related to human cognitive processes such as: thinking, reasoning, emotions, wishes. One of the key processes to the arising of the consciousness is the attention, a process capable of promoting a selection of a few stimuli from a huge amount of information that reaches us constantly. Machine consciousness is the field of the artificial intelligence that investigate the possibility of the production of conscious processes in artificial devices. This work presents a review about the theme of consciousness - in both natural and artificial aspects -, discussing this theme from the philosophical and computational perspectives, and investigates the feasibility of the adoption of an attentional schema as the base to the cognitive processing. A formal computational model is proposed for conscious agents that integrates: short and long term memories, reasoning, planning, emotion, decision making, learning, motivation and volition. Computer experiments in a mobile robotics domain under USARSim simulation environment, proposed by RoboCup, suggest that the agent can be able to use these elements to acquire experiences based on environment stimuli. The adoption of the cognitive architecture over the attentional model has potential to allow the emergence of behaviours usually associated to the consciousness in the simulated mobile robots. Further implementation under this model could potentially allow the agent to express sentience, selfawareness, self-consciousness, autonoetic consciousness, mineness and perspectivalness. O papel das redes de transformação no processo de inovação: estudos de caso sobre a descoberta e a comercialização da inovação

Innovation is widely recognized as important. In addition, in this context, innovation networks have gained importance in academic studies, since an organization alone, does not always have access to all necessary resources. Gobbo Junior and Olsson (2010) proposed a model of network innovation whereby the transformation networks would be the linking structures between exploration and exploitation networks. In this context, this paper presents two case studies of innovation networks, aiming to increase the understanding on transformation networks. The objective was to understand how they interconnect exploration and exploitation networks; the main actors present in this interface; and to evaluate whether these actors can act as agents, to accelerate the innovation process. It was possible to verify how the transformation networks interconnect exploration and exploitation, and identify the practices and their main actors.

Estudo de modelo matemático do comportamento oscilatório em processos contínuos de fermentação alcoólica com Zymomonas mobilis

Neste trabalho, foi estudado o modelo matemático oscilatório proposto por Daugulis et al. (1997) referente a um processo contínuo de fermentação alcoólica, de modo a compreender sua estrutura, variáveis, fenômenos e hipóteses postuladas. O estudo foi realizado de modo a compreender como os mecanismos de inibição por produto e substrato, e como os mecanismos adaptativos do microrganismo são levados em consideração pelo modelo, resultando no comportamento oscilatório desejado. Por fim, foram realizadas simulações com perturbações do tipo degrau na taxa de diluição e na concentração de substrato na alimentação, de modo a extrapolar o comportamento do modelo.
