This research was done by a theoretical investigation about the moment when a child starts to go to education places like a school before the obligatory age of usual education, here called Precocious Institutionalization, and the changings that it results at the productions of subjectivity, at the relationship between children and family, specially the maternity in the society. Using theory references of Foucault, Deleuze and Guattari, was done the analysis with the help of cartography. As a result, there is a kind of map of the way that the human subjectivity is produced by two different society strategies, the disciplinary society integrated with the control society using biopolitics inside the contemporary questions to increase capitalism system.

Atualmente, qualquer sinal de mal-estar pode ser diagnosticado como uma patologia cuja terapêutica será a administração de psicofármacos. A prescrição abusiva de psicofármacos não atinge apenas os adultos, mas também o mal-estar das crianças tem encontrado uma resposta pronta naquele saber autoritário que não resiste à compulsão de medicar. Preocupado com esse processo de medicalização, este trabalho apresenta, através de um estudo de caso de uma criança longamente submetida a uma medicação questionável, uma reflexão crítica sobre a condução de terapêuticas que tendem a produzir pacientes medicados em série, sem abordar a constituição subjetiva do sujeito.

Childhood is a theme that has attracted many controversies and discussions, and winning approaches to the increasingly large over time: biological, psychological, educational, welfare and, more recently, sociological. It is known that the movement, play and game activities are important recurrent and integral development of children, and should be present prominently in early childhood institutions. Based on these assumptions is that this study aimed to analyze the didactic-pedagogical principles postulated by the law, official guidelines didactic teaching and literature, with regard to meeting the needs of children in early childhood education. Unveiling the expectations of the families responsible for children in relation to early childhood education, especially with regard to movement, and play games and compare to what extent these expectations turn away or close to the guidelines on teaching and pedagogical movement, games and postulated in official documents, legislation and literature. To this end, we carried out literature search, selection and analysis of texts relevant to the understanding of the theme. Fieldwork was conducted in a Municipal School of Early Childhood Education Full-time (Emei) of Bauru/SP, and involved the analysis of the Political-Pedagogical Project of the institution, semi-structured interviews with five teachers and five children in the family responsible for Garden II (ages 5 to 6 years). Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis of Bardin and triangulated by the confrontation of literature/legislation, the Pedagogical Political Project of the institution and the expectations of families/guardians. Nosso estudo tem como objetivo fazer uma cartografia da infância na poesia de Manoel de Barros. Em nossa análise aproximamos a literatura da infância para identificarmos as marcas constitutivas do modo sapeca de ser criança. Assumimos a sapequice da criança como o eixo de articulação temática entre a poesia e a infância. Construímos o corpus de nosso estudo no rastreamento da obra poética de Manoel de Barros. Assumimos a literatura como modo de vida para compreendermos como o poeta produz em suas relações com a linguagem os recursos de ruptura frente a uma dinâmica de poder responsável pela interdição da criação. Estudamos as relações entre a poesia e a infância, com o foco colocado sobre as formas de criação da sapequice apoiados nas análises sobre a dimensão política da literatura. Ao rastrearmos as marcas dos elementos disruptivos expressos em um modo sapeca de expressão por parte da poesia consideramos o inconsciente e a ideologia no texto literário como elementos constitutivos da matéria da linguagem

This study aims to highlight the prevalence of situations of domestic violence experienced by adolescents during their childhood. It is cross-sectional study with 372 adolescents enrolled in a vocational training institution, Araçatuba-SP, utilizing the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), translated and validated. Gender and social class were also investigated. According to the results, 180 adolescents were female and 192 were male. The predominant social class was B2 (39.2%). Seventy two percent of teens reported having experienced at least some form of violence during childhood. Mild (28.7%) and moderate (9.2%) emotional abuse were the most prevalently associated, as well as between: physical and emotional violence, physical and sexual, physical and emotional neglect, sexual and emotional abuse, emotional neglect and emotional. Regarding social class, no associations were found. In conclusion, most teens suffered abuse in childhood, with a prevalence of emotional violence.

The starting point of this paper is a brief report of a specific research about a Brazilian institution called Grupo Escolar. Its main intention, however, lies in the discussion on some methodological procedures and some distinct scientific practices in Human Sciences. Authors make some remarks on the possibilities of alternative research protocols, its boundaries and potentialities, specially focusing the study of school archives and the use of Oral History approach. The discussion about Oral History brings to the scene two others important themes – childhood and elderliness.

This work consists of making an intervention project in the urban periphery to ease the socio-spatial segregation and modify an area by the guidelines that were established in the Final Work Undergraduate II, thus a continuation of the entire study ever conducted on the Jardim Kantian Itapeva-SP. The study site is an example of socio-spatial segregation, due to lack of government interventions before the actions of real estate agents. Forcing a portion of the lower income population to occupy the same space with the existence of possible spaces to be occupied near the downtown area. The intervention connects the new with the existing, creating a unique space, which the new does not exclude the other portion of the population, but complements, thus contributing to improving the urban environment and, consequently, of people's lives
