The theme of this research is mathematics education for the deaf. It is hoped that this work will enable more thorough understanding of the subject matter, since, to be inclusion of people with hearing disabilities in society is necessary to establish measures ranging acceptance and family participation to break prejudices and demystification related learning ability of these individuals. This research also aims to provide grants for teaching mathematics to deaf , so that the teacher can build a current pedagogical practice that will not only meet their expectations as a teacher , but above that encourages the development of skills essential to the competence of the student with special educational needs . An educational practice based in the communication and interaction between teacher and students, with the intention of providing an effective meaning of mathematical knowledge, you can add new possibilities in an educational context marked by scarcity of communicative opportunities

Objectives: the aim of this work was to define the range of possible values for each isotope of carbon-13 and nitrogen-15 for cocaine and marijuana seized in Botucatu-SP, with the intention of distinguishing the geographical origin of the drug. Materials and Methods: samples of marijuana and cocaine were collected at the time of incineration. Then, at the Stable Isotope Center from São Paulo State University in Botucatu, São Paulo, Brazil, samples of marijuana were subjected to the drying process and subsequent grinding. Samples of cocaine were not submitted to the processes of drying and grinding because they were already in adequate granulometry. Subsequently, the samples of both drugs were weighed in accordance with the standards for carbon-13 and nitrogen-15. Lastly, CO2 and N2 gases were obtained from the samples through the elemental analyzer. They were then analyzed in a mass spectrometer to obtain values of δ13C and δ15N in ‰. Results and Discussion: the results of marijuana allowed for comparison with regions of Queensland, Australia, according to the range of δ13C between -29.9 ‰ and -29.3 ‰ and δ15N range from 4.1 ‰ to 5.8 ‰. The results were also consistent with those of the state of Pará, Brazil, where the values of δ13C and δ15N were -30.3 ± 0.7 ‰ and 5.0 ± 1.3 ‰, respectively. Also the results were in accordance with those from the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, in which δ13C values varied by -28.7 ± 1.3 ‰, and δ15N values varied by 6.6 ± 1.1 ‰, respectively. In both regions, the samples identified as being from Pará and Mato Grosso do Sul showed an overlap. In addition, the results fitted with data from the state of Maranhão, in which the values of δ13C and δ15 N were -28.8 ± 1.6 ‰ and 2.9 ± 2.5 ‰, respectively. O poético alinhave de Murilo Mendes: o poeta, a musa e a metapoesia em As Metamorfoses

Lying under the contribution of a display of characteristics with multiple meanings (Catholicism, Surrealism, unite of contraries, and the dialogue with other types of art), Murilo Mendes focalizes some subjects that are made to become appealing in his works. Some of these subjects appear in his 1945’s poetry book, As metamorfoses, the object of analysis in this present work: the poet’s figure, insert in the historical view of the World War II and by the poet devastated; the muse’s figure, carrier of the sacred and the profane, whose body represents a repository of descriptions with surrealistic meanings, that is shown indistinctly as the poetry itself; and, concluding, the poetry (or the metapoetry) expressed in this context (historical and literary). Therefore, we intend to search, based in the analysis of poems, how each of this instances are configured inside the poetic universe of Murilo Mendes, with the intention of enlighten the constitution of the sewing made of them by the poet from Juiz de Fora; instances that are very precious when we deal with the poetry that gives to his writings the patent feature of modernity.

La formación de personalidades éticas: representaciones de sí y moral

The article presents the studies of a current investigation among 75 adolescents from 12 to 15 years old, students of private schools of Campinas city, that have as main objective to notice a possible correspondence among the moral judgements and the representation that individuals have about themselves. From the feeling of admiration the studies bring out the representations of these individuals and answer a questioning if they would have an ethics character or not and if these would correspond to their moral judgements. The results point out to a correspondence among those whose representations of themselves are characterized by more evolved ethics contents and judgements as for sensitivity to the feelings of the characters involved in the situations described. Such studies validate the intention of this article to discuss the correspondences between ethics (how the individual sees himself/herself) and moral (how he/she judges the moral of the situations).

Uma análise das estratégias de manufatura adotadas por seis montadoras da indústria automobilística mundial

The Brazilian automotive industry has undergone profound changes during the 90’s decade, as a consequence of the market opening up through the liberation of automobile imports. The exposure of the Brazilian domestic market to competition with imported products of high quality and lower prices indicated the need for significant changes in those auto industries operating in this country, with the intention of making them competitive. To achieve these objectives management and production concepts were adopted, such as: the just-in-time philosophy; lean manufacturing; outsourcing; reengineering and increasing the rate of automation in both production and management systems. These changes helped to increase productivity and, in turn, reduced the level of employment in the sector, especially in activities where the required qualification levels were low. Despite this modernization, the Brazilian companies have committed themselves to meet the specific needs of the Brazilian market. The objective of this paper is to analyze and present manufacturing strategies from six manufacturers of automotive vehicles: Toyota in Japan, Fiat in Italy, Volkswagen in Brazil and Germany and General Motors in the U.S. and Brazil. The predominant method of research was from reviewing relevant literature, whereas the empirical data was analyzed qualitatively. The article seeks to identify the manufacturing strategies adopted by manufacturers located in the above countries, electing one automotive manufacturer to represent each country. The research demonstrated that the processes for production of automobiles in four plants located in, the U.S. (GM); Italy (Fiat); Japan (Toyota) and Germany (VW) are similar to those adopted in Brazilian industrial plants of the same companies (GM and VW), with differences of operations only in the business strategies adopted by each of them.

Report of voluntary work with youngsters suffering from cerebral palsy syndrome. Objective is to highlight information about this syndrome and possibilities of their treatment, especially referred to the method of conductive education. It aims to promote a training experience of a reflexive identity of mother and family of these patients.

Parâmetros de força ideal aplicada aos principais movimenetos ortodônticos

The orthodontic movement is a result of the system of forces application and it depends on the response of periodontal tissues to this system. The forces must have a magnitude considered ideal, to has maximum response of tissue without pain or root resorption, and keep the health of the periodontal ligament, during all the tooth movement. Therefore, it seems adequate by means of an available literature to estimate parameters of ideal force, for different types of movements; with intention of assisting the orthodontists in optimum control of the tooth movement and thus to diminish the possibility to generate deleterious effects.

This work consists in the creation of a multimedia product online, and is entitled Esse tal de brincar. The content is presented in the form of informative journalistic texts and brings the play as an essential process for child development, with an impact on adult life. Has the general objective to demonstrate the relevance of the importance of play in children's education. The methodology procedures of bibliographic search and documents for the construction of the theoretical basis were used. Besides the choice of themes, interviews, investigation and journalistic writing were used in production. The research that support the whole discussion is given through interviews, videos and other publications on childhood, education and the play itself. The platform chosen for this was the Wix® and were created the visual identity, such as layout, logo, color distribution, highlights, photos and videos. The publication seeks to achieve parents and educators with the intention of raising awareness about the importance of play in early childhood through informative content

Os primeiros trabalhos de Merleau-Ponty: convergência filosófica e diplopia metodológica

The discussion of different themes revealed in the initial works of Merleau-Ponty, which are especially relevant in debates on the foundations of psychology, demands a closer look at the strategically complicity, from a psychological viewpoint, between The Structure of Behavior and the Phenomenology of perception. That context constitutes the background for this article. Based on the prerogative of this complicity, the goal is to present a reading that highlights primordial issues to outline the philosophical intention of that author. Despite the use of distinct methodological perspectives, both are part of one single work project. They fit into the discussion of Cartesian antinomies in philosophy and depart from the delimitation of the same problem, i.e. that of perception, as a point of integration between the two fundamental orders of Descartes’ thinking: the soul and the body.
