As avaliações externas e suas implicações para a organização do trabalho numa escola da rede estadual paulista: um estudo de caso

This research analyses the positives and/or negatives of external reviews to work's organization developed at the/and by the school. It should be noted that it's a qualitative case of empirical research, and it takes the pattern of case's study, because we held the investigation just in one school, which in turn, belongs to the education's public network by the state, and is located at the São Paulo northwest. The tools employed at this research for the data's collect were the observation, restricted to times of Pedagogical Work Activities Collective from the school, and the semi structured interviews with educational coordinators and the teachers too. We choose educational coordinators and teachers because they are closer with the education and learning methods, as well as their activities have more responsibility in relation to the main function developed by school, that is to teach, in other words, educational processes. This research also concerns an investigation about the educational coordinators and teachers conceptions, in relation to system's implantation external reviews at the schools. The results indicate to incidence of significant interference of the external reviews to/in the organization school's work, as, a teaching practice reorientation from results arising these reviews, or, modifications in the internal rating, since they have followed a tendency towards becoming more similar with their own external reviews. In what concerns the subjects investigated, we can emphasize that mostly submitted alienation with respect to negative effects of the external reviews for school. They showed that are conformed with the reality that they are inserted and in your mostly they proved perceive the positive effects by the implantation of external reviews. It is a fact that childhood is a period of play and it is through them that the child meets their interests, express their way to organize, disorganize, build, think, making new discoveries. Therefore, the playful stands as one of the most important and effective in children's learning process forms, as it enables the development of imagination, feelings and fantasies, helping the child progress in their motor, psychomotor, cognitive, and physical skills emotional. This gives her the exercise of attention and memory to play activities adults engage, thus expanding their knowledge about the world. The teacher's role in this process is essential, where it can bring to everyday life of the child in various situations themes, turning the simple play on continuous learning and not just using the play as a complementary activity to the child because they provide pleasure and relaxation which do interact with the new learning and the group operates. The psychology emphasizes that play is essential to the balanced development of the psychosocial human being, because when in childhood, the relationship with the toy and gaming in general develops affectivity, creativity, and reasoning ability. Playing, the child increases their independence by building their knowledge. The aim of this work is to make a theoretical study based on a literature search, aiming to understand the play within the child development process, where it is recognized as very important in a child's learning starting from the theoretical conceptions of thinkers such as Piaget, Vygotsky, Wallon among others. A influência da música nas atividades físicas e sua impressão no corpo e nos estados de ânimo

Numerous studies in physical education and music's area have been conducted to improve the quality of life and health of people, all of them under physiological, psychological and social fields. Thus, when properly analyzed, both Areas are connected, because the movement itself, main subject of physical education, has a close proximity to the rhythm, an essential element of music. That's why it is important to discover the benefits of this relationship, because, in many of its practices, physical education makes use of music, for example, in aerobic gymnastic and dance classes. As a consequence, this study aims to investigate, through literature, the influence of music in physical activities and its imprinting in the states of mind and body of practitioners, as well as clarify the criteria for choice of songs that are used in such practice. This research occurred under literary explore, done through theoretical analysis of the thematic. At first place, a contextualization of the auditory system and its relationship with the music and the perception of sound were made, then the main theme was explored. The music, even before generate and influence motor and psychic movements in the human body, is already moving in space, because it is formed through vibrations of molecules. It is decoded first as a movement from the ears, and then decoded as sound, when in the brain. It is important to worry about sounds at high intensities and also with those which are outside the hearing thresholds within physical activities involving music, because they may be harmful to health and also to states of mind. Aspectos relevantes na sistematização das atividades recreativas: visão do profissional

Este estudo, de natureza qualitativa, teve por objetivo investigar os aspectos relevantes que direcionam a opção e a organização das atividades propostas durante as vivências com recreação, aplicadas no âmbito do lazer por profissionais coordenadores de hotéis, de acampamentos e atuantes do programa Super-férias oferecido pelo SESI (Sistema S, focalizando-se, especificamente, o SESI de Rio Claro). Para tanto, o estudo constituiu-se da união de pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa exploratória, durante a qual foi utilizada entrevista semi estruturada, como instrumento para coleta de dados. Os dados foram analisados descritivamente, por meio da técnica de Análise de Conteúdo Temático, tendo sido criados 3 eixos temáticos: Intervenção Profissional, Atividades Recreativas e Participantes. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade de um perfil geral e específico, para atuar com recreação, sendo que algumas características surgem como primordiais,como, pró atividade, responsabilidade e boa comunicação. Notou-se que existem carências na atuação profissional, às vezes, devido à qualificação, seja, em âmbito acadêmico, seja, dentro dos próprios estabelecimentos, que utilizam métodos de treinamento que ocasionam na perda dos aspectos pedagógicos inerentes às atividades, tendo em vista que, embora os elementos pedagógicos estejam presentes, eles não são compreendidos, pelos profissionais, em sua totalidade, tornando a atuação do profissional praticista. Quanto à elaboração de atividades recreativas, percebeu-se a presença de alguns valores educacionais, porém, nem sempre permeiam efetivamente durante a prática profissional. Notou-se ainda, nas atividades, a existência de estruturas básicas, com objetivos pré-estabelecidos, organização e execução planejados. O ensino de física e a curiosidade epistemológica: o uso de experimentos de eletricidade em atividades educacionais

We analyzed with this work the importance of using experiments in the classroom, especially the low-cost experiments for better learning of Physics, discussing the context where this discipline is inserted, which in general, has been presented to students in a traditional, mechanistic way. We worked with the electrostatic theme and low cost didactic experiments, focusing on the pizza electrophorus. About the handling of this experiment, we can see the surprise and curiosity in students, depending on how it is used in didactic activities in order to make it meaningful to the student. We discussed how the curiosity can be harnessed in the classroom, the types of curiosity according to Freire, how to overcome the curiosity to become epistemological, the physics involved in the experiment and the teacher's role in this context
