Trabalho em equipe na atenção primária à saúde: Fundamentos histórico-políticos

O livro tenta compreender, por meio de uma abordagem histórica e política, as contradições e os dilemas que enfrentam os trabalhadores da área de saúde pública. Eles se formam geralmente em meio a modelos biomédicos e individualistas, mas nesse segmento da medicina predomina um candente discurso em defesa do trabalho em equipe e multidisciplinar. Conforme diz o autor, mesmo esse discurso está impregnado de abordagens com viés simplesmente organizativo ou tecnicista. Além disso, confunde o processo de trabalho médico com o processo de trabalho em saúde. Em tal contexto, saem do foco as necessidades sociais em saúde da população e dos próprios trabalhadores e, ainda, a necessidade de se criar espaços coletivos, onde as práticas das equipes possam ser compartilhadas, debatidas e transformadas. O pesquisador discorre também sobre algumas políticas de saúde no Brasil ao longo da história, enfatizando especialmente o período pós-regime militar (1964-1985), em que os movimentos sociais, em particular o da Reforma Sanitária Brasileira, tiveram papel central nas mudanças empreendidas na área. Ressurreição e o romance urbano romântico: aproximações e afastamentos

O autor tenta mostrar que Ressurreição, romance publicado por Machado de Assis em 1872, não apenas diverge em parte do gosto literário vigente na época como instaura uma nova temática na tradição romanesca brasileira, que era, então, ainda bastante incipiente: a dúvida. Segundo o pesquisador, por meio de uma técnica que ao mesmo tempo explica os expedientes narrativos e conta a história do protagonista, o narrador consegue fazer confluir para o campo da incerteza tanto o ponto de vista quanto a perspectiva do herói. Há por isso, em Ressurreição, certa suspensão da realidade, que para o pesquisador afasta a obra das abordagens convencionais do romance urbano do romantismo brasileiro e a aproxima do romance mais moderno que se fazia na Europa. Ali, essa modalidade literária adquiriu status de gênero burguês por excelência, por expressar os valores, os costumes e os anseios dessa classe e ainda servir como vigoroso instrumento de análise da nova civilização do capital. Do mesmo modo, para o autor, o romance de Machado, ao redefinir seus próprios procedimentos estruturais e reelaborar sua temática, sofisticando a percepção da realidade, logra promover uma densa análise crítica dos indivíduos e de seus interesses subjacentes às interações sociais. Divergências entre histórico da consulta e diagnóstico médico de agressões físicas registradas nos prontuários de uma unidade de urgência e emergência

There can be several indicators of violence in society. However, in no other health unit such violence acquires visibility as in emergency. This study aimed to examine whether there is divergence between the history of medical consultation and diagnosis of physical aggressions in the emergency unit. A cross-sectional study was conducted in an emergency unit in the city of Araçatuba, state of São Paulo, Brazil, based on medical records, considering data on patients, lesions, history, diagnosis and treatment. Out of 133,537 visits, only 153 were recorded as physical aggressions, and 161 informed violence in the history of the consultation; 59.6% were male, 60.6% were between 20 and 44 years old. Excoriations, pain and injury predominated. There were no associations between state violence in the diagnosis and the characteristics of patients and visits (schedule, routing, gender, age). The conclusion is that in most cases violence reported in the history of the consultation was not mentioned in the diagnosis of injuries. The characteristics of care and patients were not related to the fact that professionals diagnosed the case as violence.

Teoria histórico-cultural e intervenções pedagógicas: possibilidades e realizações do bom ensino

This text has the objective of reflecting and socializing the educa- tional practices and experiences of formation in service carried out in cities of the states of Paraná and São Paulo, as deployment of researches, projects and extension courses. The present elaboration contemplates studies on the organization of teaching and it is gui- ded according to the Historical-Cultural Theory, which sustains the pedagogical interventions to Children Education and Basic Educa- tion. The Historical-Cultural Theory is presented as a theoretical reference for a purpose of acting in a humanization and emancipa- tion perspective. Therefore, so that the didactic procedures be rich in meaning, the communication, the affection and the choice of the resources and procedures must act as essential characteristics in the teaching process.

Didática para a Educação Infantil: implicações do materialismo histórico dialético e da Teoria Histórico-Cultural

In this article, we discuss the contributions of Didactics for intentional pedagogical action of teachers devoted to children education. In this sense, we initially say to be essential the reflections which aim to search for foundations focused on the mobilization of future teachers for the action-reflection-action about the educational phenomena, aiming at the unveiling, with rigor and objectivity, of its multiple determinations within the capitalist relations . We believe that such unveiling is only possible in the light of a world view, a method and a praxis constituted in unison with historical materialism and its dialectic. Afterwards, we reflect on some of the principles of the Historical-Cultural Theory to understand of the active and mediator role teachers have in the process of humanization of young children and contributions of dialectical materialism to this reflection. Finally are detailed some aspects of a Didactics focused on training teachers for Children and early elementary school years’ education, which have guided our actions as teachers of the Pedagogy Course and reiterated by teachers’ narratives about their experience both in life and teaching, in search of new systematization modes, targeting an educational praxis due to the redefinition (theorization) and on the teaching practice by its very subjects.

Este texto apresenta nossos olhares sobre a criança e a educação infantil sob o ponto de vista de Vigotski e seus colaboradores, a partir de pesquisas em nível de mestrado e de doutorado com foco na infância entre zero e seis anos. Nele trazemos parte dos resultados de estudos bibliográficos: ainda hoje permanecem idéias de criança e de educação embasando um processo sistemático de antecipação da escolaridade, transformando a criança em escolar, como se o ensino forçado respondesse às reais necessidades de desenvolvimento humano neste momento da vida. Em lugar disso, a perspectiva histórico-cultural anuncia uma nova compreensão de criança, de educação infantil, de infância e de professor/a, como alicerce teórico para a organização de uma nova escola da infância.

Partidos, sindicatos e movimentos sociais nos anos 1950-64: balanço histórico-bibliiográfico prelliminar

This text presents the first results of including research, in process, that it intends to investigate - in the period from 1950 to 1964 - the picture of the progressive political parties, the unions of the city and of the field, and the social movements marked by the national statement and for the anti-imperialism, especially those linked to the world labor perspective, discussing their proposals, differences, performances and commitments due to the political-cultural effervescence of this historical moment.

A alfabetização sob o olhar da Teoria Histórico Cultural: sobre a necessidade e a atividade de estudo

Studies on activity and learning in the cultural-historical approach involves, most cases, the discussions on the higher psychological functions and areas of proximal and real development. Having said that our objective in this paper is to make a discussion about the activity of study and the concepts that involve the teaching of the mother language from the Historic-Cultural theory. We point this way, the importance of this approach in studies on literacy and knowledge of the activity of study as central to the creation of humanizing need of reading and writing, starting from the principle that the creation of needs requires the production of discourses, which have their materiality in the text.
