Collsaplana Motor SL, és un taller mecànic situat a Vilablareix, al costat de Girona. El taller, a part de fer tot tipus de reparacions mecàniques, està especialitzat en la reparació de caixes de canvis automàtiques i manuals, vehicles clàssics, competició. Els clients són particulars, empreses o altres tallers mecànics, normalment de la província.Una aplicació per aquest negoci ha de ser senzilla i pràctica, per a què qualssevol mecànic, sense gaires coneixements d'informàtica, la pugui utilitzar i portar una bona gestió del taller. L’objectiu del projecte és desenvolupar l’anàlisi, disseny i implementació d’una aplicació per a la gestió de l’empresa. L’aplicació té com a propòsit gestionar els usuaris de l'aplicació, clients, vehicles, recanvis, ordres de reparació, pressupostos, albarans i factures

Broadening the CRM domain of application to higher educational (e-learning) environments

In this paper, we reflect about the broadening of the field of application of CRM from the business domain to a wider context of relationships in which the inclusion of non-profit making organizations seems natural. In particular, we focus on analyzing the suitability of adopting CRM processes by universities and higher educational institutions dedicated to e-learning. This is an issue that, in our opinion, has much potential but has received little attention in research so far.

The practical application of e-Portfolio at the Open University of Catalonia : assessment of competence based learning

The paper presents the results of the piloting or pilot test in a virtual classroom. This e-portfolio was carried out in the 2005-2006 academic year, with students of the Doctorate in Information Society, at the Open University of Catalonia. The electronic portfolio is a strategy for competence based assessment. This experience shows the types of e-portfolios, where students show their work without interactions, and apply the competence-based learning theories in an interactive portfolio system. The real process of learning is developed in the competency based system, the portfolio not only is a basic bio document, has become a real space for learning with competence model. The paper brings out new ideas and possibilities: the competence-based learning promotes closer relationships between universities and companies and redesigns the pedagogic act.

Sistema de notificación y consulta de alertas de Dynamics AX2012 para aplicación en Windows Phone mediante protocolo push

Aplicación de Windows Phone que recibe notificaciones push mediante el servicio de Microsoft Push Notification Service cada vez que se genera una alerta en el ERP Dynamics AX 2012, una vez se recibe la notificación, la aplicación puede consultar la información de la alerta mediante un servicio web y gestionarla al igual que se hace en Dynamics AX 2012.

Service Quality of ASPs (Application Service Providers): Case of an E-accounting Service

Service quality has been a hot topic in services marketing research since the ‘80s. Although it has been widely researched in the B2C context, as well as there is some research in the B2B side, it has received very little attention specifically in the context of the ASP (Application Service Provider) business model. The thesis uses streams of service quality literature in B2C and B2B as well as research of the ASP model to form a comprehensive understanding of service quality in the context of the ASPs. The empirical part consists of a case study of Netvisor, a fast-growing Finnish ASP providing e-accounting services. The key findings are that some traditional service quality dimensions seem to apply also in the ASP context and the relative importance of some dimensions differs with regard to different customer levels. Suggestions are made to improve the service quality of the case company.

Els objectius que es pretenen aconseguir mitjançant la realització d'aquest treball són els següents: 1. Posar en pràctica coneixements adquirits al llarg de la carrera sobre enginyeria del programari i tècniques de desenvolupament. 2. Aprofundir en tecnologies responsives per al desenvolupament de solucions de gestió, prenent com a referència una plantilla basada en Bootstrap. 3. Demostrar la validesa del paradigma MVC com a fonament arquitectural d'una aplicació de gestió. 4. Demostrar la solvència dels "frameworks" CodeIgniter i Bootstrap per a la implantació d'aquest tipus de solucions distribuïdes.

Accounting manager : Servei web gestor de comptabilitat

Aquest projecte consisteix en un petit servei web de comptabilitat desenvolupat amb Vaadin framework, MySQL i Java. Dita aplicació permet crear factures i altres documents i portar-ne unes estadístiques de les figures relacionades amb aquesta comptabilitat. El fet d'utilitzar Vaadin permet desenvolupar aquest servei web mitjançant Java. Aquesta entrega es composa d'una presentació, la memòria i el producte (servei web+BD+instruccions).

These key changes are then studied to determine its transient patterns and its effect on the research on titanium dioxide production and application The source of information is from bibliographic data which discussed titanium dioxide production and application. These bibliographic data where obtained from ISI Web of Knowledge and then formed into a network of clusters by applying software called Citespace.

Model for interevent times with long tails and multifractality in human communications: An application to financial trading

Social, technological, and economic time series are divided by events which are usually assumed to be random, albeit with some hierarchical structure. It is well known that the interevent statistics observed in these contexts differs from the Poissonian profile by being long-tailed distributed with resting and active periods interwoven. Understanding mechanisms generating consistent statistics has therefore become a central issue. The approach we present is taken from the continuous-time random-walk formalism and represents an analytical alternative to models of nontrivial priority that have been recently proposed. Our analysis also goes one step further by looking at the multifractal structure of the interevent times of human decisions. We here analyze the intertransaction time intervals of several financial markets. We observe that empirical data describe a subtle multifractal behavior. Our model explains this structure by taking the pausing-time density in the form of a superstatistics where the integral kernel quantifies the heterogeneous nature of the executed tasks. A stretched exponential kernel provides a multifractal profile valid for a certain limited range. A suggested heuristic analytical profile is capable of covering a broader region.
