O dever moral e o valor das ações humanas segundo Kant

The study aims at approaching the duty concept (Sollen) within Kant´s moral philosophy. Taking into account the notion of moral duty as one of the central concepts in (and to) Kant's practical thought, and in an attempt to offer an elucidation of Kant’s quest (and development) by the supreme principle of moral – the fundaments of the moral value´s detaining action, we will investigate: i) what characterizes one action for duty, in Kant’s moral thought and, ii) why exactly, according to Kant, just the action, precisely for duty, is the only action with the genuine value, namely, the moral value.

Novas faces da violência escolar: possíveis diálogos entre moral e violência

A violência, fenômeno multifacetado e socialmente recorrente, há muito invadiu os muros das escolas. Diversos são os relatos sobre manifestações de violência na escola que vão desde a violência simbólica, verbal até a física. Sendo assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender as atuais concepções sobre a violência e articular estas com as teorias do desenvolvimento da moralidade humana, com o intuito de estudar as formas de como essa violência, segundo a teoria do desenvolvimento moral, aparece nas escolas na contemporaneidade. Concluímos que as teorias do desenvolvimento moral, tanto na sua parte teórica quanto metodológica, andam se tornando fundamentais na busca de diálogos que promovam mais amadurecimento de conceitos como: a dignidade, a justiça, a bondade, a solidariedade e ao respeito a outros seres humanos, com o intuito de promover uma educação pacificadora e, desta forma, anular significativamente a violência e a sua banalização, principalmente nas escolas.

Ensino de ciências e educação moral: uma interface de implicações mútuas

Nas teorias sociomorais que perpassam Piaget, Kohlberg e Habermas, encontramos subsídios para o ensino de Ciências que se estabelece na perspectiva da construção crítica do conhecimento e da desmistificação da visão de ciência, assim como, de forma correspondente, também encontramos nos pressupostos do ensino crítico e desmistificado de Ciências um conjunto de subsídios que potencializa o desenvolvimento moral e a dimensão ética discursiva. Neste artigo, compartilhamos com o leitor alguns de nossos argumentos em prol da existência dessa ainda subestimada interface de implicações mútuas entre Ensino de Ciências e Educação Moral, com a presença de relevantes subsídios teórico-práticos que uma área pode dar à outra. A expectativa é que as discussões apresentadas contribuam para a reflexão do trabalho docente, numa perspectiva de educação científica e moral baseada no processo de construção da autonomia do aluno.

Liderança e assédio moral: a administração perversa do sentido do trabalho

Harassment at work is not a recent phenomenon. However, have been widened-discussions on the question, its causes and factors organizational intimately linked to it. This article brings to light the concept of harassment moral the scope of work and makes reflections on the management models and leadership, and how to trigger this process, at the same time, it questions the alternatives to minimize the impact of this problem through a conscious and participative management, by creating and of spaces and educational policies, valuing if the worker and building an environment ethic of work. In addition, propose alternatives of prevention of harassment, by means of leadership with the contribution of psychologist organizational and work.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar de que forma os desenhos animados contribuem na formação da criança na faixa etária de 3 à 7 anos. Adotando como referência os desenhos animados O Peixonauta e Meu Amigãozão, produzidos pela TVPinguim (Brasil) e por uma parceria entre a brasileira 2DLab e a canadense Breakthrough Animation respectivamente, pretende-se analisar de que modo as animações semeiam valores essenciais da sociedade ao mesmo tempo que cultiva o intelecto adaptando conhecimentos científicos à percepção infantil. This research sets up as a reflection on the development of moral judgment in children from 04, 05 years of the Early Childhood Education with the main theoretical reference the studies of Jean Piaget (1932/1994) on the subject. To this end, we conducted a case study in order to understand what types of conflicts that arise among children in the school of early childhood education and how the teacher seeks to solve them, or not assisting in promoting the moral autonomy of the small. Behaviors and conflicts observed were described and analyzed by correlating them to the practice of the teacher in the classroom that is the case study. We found that conflicts are avoided and unwanted by the teacher and, when they arise, are quickly resolved through attitudes centered educator without enable dialogue and reflection among the children involved. In this sense, we infer that the teaching practice focused on the development of moral judgment of children showed failure and ineffective. As a result of feedback from the first phase of this research we deem necessary to investigate about the training of teachers of early childhood education in relation to theories that deal with the development of moral judgment in children of this educational stage and identify the implications that such training reflects teacher practices in. We hope that by making such reflection can contribute to the debate on the need to educate morally in early childhood education, whose main objective is to promote the integral development of children

Intervenções em assédio moral no trabalho: uma revisão da literatura

JUSTIFICATIVA: Embora a problemática do assédio moral no trabalho venha sendo estudada há mais de três décadas, aspectos de gerenciamento e prevenção ainda necessitam de maior estudo e sistematização. OBJETIVO: Identificar e sistematizar os métodos de intervenção em assédio moral. MÉTODO: Pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema em bases de dados (Medline, Psychinfo, SciELO e Lilacs), livros, teses e sites especializados (1980 a 2010). RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: O conceito de assédio moral no trabalho é inicialmente delimitado, explicitando os elementos caracterizadores básicos. As intervenções são organizadas em níveis de prevenção (primária, secundária e terciária) e alvos das ações: indivíduos diretamente envolvidos, testemunhas, grupo de trabalho e organização. Os aspectos que levam ao sucesso das intervenções e às boas práticas são elencados. CONCLUSÃO: Dada a natureza complexa do assédio moral no trabalho, intervenções isoladas e pontuais não funcionam. A abordagem precisa ser abrangente e o acompanhamento das ações, sistemático. Cada caso é singular e o desenho da intervenção deve considerar o contexto organizacional e envolver os vários atores sociais.

DIREITO E MORAL NAS PÓS-MODERNIDADE: ANÁLISE INTERDISCIPLINAR DO FILME “A PELE QUE HABITO”

A proposta deste artigo é fazer um estudo pós-moderno da relação existente entre direito e moral. Nesta análise, supera-se a visão racionalista da moralidade moderna vista como um código moral único, como um conjunto de preceitos harmoniosamente coerentes ao qual todos nós deveríamos obedecer e que legitimaria as normas jurídicas de forma racional.
