Racionalidade instrumental e mediação organizacional: um estudo sobre a percepção dos gestores da Caixa

o objetivo dessa dissertação é identificar e analisar a percepção dos gestores da CAIXA, frente à Empresa, tendo como referência os conceitos de Racionalidade Instrumental e Mediação Organizacional. De início, fez-se uso de um Método Fenomenológico, de forma a defmir as questões que deveriam ser respondidas, a partir das experiências práticas de gestão desta pesquisadora, decorrentes do relacionamento existente junto aos Gerentes de Mercado do Segmento de Pessoas Físicas de Média e Alta Renda da CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL. Em seguida, foi defmido o referencial teórico adequado à sustentação do objeto de pesquisa, estruturado nos conceitos de Racionalidade Instrumental, incluindo traços característicos da Síndrome Comportamentalista e os mecanismos de Mediação Organizacional. Fez-se uso de uma pesquisa descritiva, para referendar as percepções iniciais, junto ao mesmo público. Concluiu-se, sob a percepção desses gestores, que eles se vêem sujeitos aos valores de uma sociedade centrada no mercado, assumem seus códigos e são operados por ela, independente de trabalharem numa empresa pública. No nível organizacional, as mediações na dimensão ideológica respondem como o mais poderoso mecanismo de subjugação, na medida em que o tipo de atuação da CAIXA provoca em seus gestores, orgulho, senso de utilidade e de diferenciação. Em troca, os empregados seduzidos e submetidos a esse poder, se prestam a garantir o alcance dos objetivos organizacionais, de forma ampliada e recorrente, reforçando os princípios da racionalidade instrumental. Esse processo se auto-alimenta continuamente. Por fim, o questionamento que fica é: Como alterar o curso dessa história e resgatar o verdadeiro sentido das relações humanas?

Imagens do feminino e publicidade

O presente estudo teve por objetivo analisar imagens do feminino veiculadas pela mensagem publicitária. Para tanto, levantaram-se questões referentes à discussão da caracterização social do feminino, passando-se ao exame da ação social do sistema publicitário. As formulações teóricas de noções relacionadas com a conceituação de individualismo, centrais no trabalho, além de integrarem-se, às discussões sobre a caracterização social do feminino e às análises sociais do sistema publicitário, também constituíram eixo de reflexão para a análise das publicidades que formaram o corpus da pesquisa. O recorte do objeto de estudo situou-se a nível da mensagem publicitária divulgada em revistas femininas, e o exercício de análise realizou-se no sentido de detectar virtuais imagens do feminino existentes nessa mensagem.

A postura existencial-humanista na prática da psicologia do trabalho: contradições e possibilidades

O homem está aí. No mundo. Mergulhado nele busca respirar melhor, se alimentar melhor, sentir melhor. Quer individual ou coletivamente o homem é ação. Influencia, mesmo que imóvel. E isso se observa tanto no cotidiano quanto em atitudes mais direcionadas. É a defesa ou não do verde ... a preocupação ou não com a reforma agrária ... a atenção ou não aos direitos humanos ... E a ciência? A ciência está aí produzida e propriedade do próprio homem. E por isso a sua transparência é desejável. Para permitir a escolha. Para ratificar a liberdade e o poder da consciência. Este trabalho visa essa transparência. É com carinho que se abraça uma matéria tão fundamental para a existência humana quanto a sua atividade produtiva e as incursões filosóficas e científicas que se faz nela. Testemunha disso são as críticas que se realiza e as perspectivas que se apresenta. Nada mais afetivo do que críticas com perspectivas. Assim, o enfoque maior desta iniciativa é o questionamento da prática da psicologia do trabalho, fundamentado em certos princípios da filosofia Existencial-Humanista. A partir de análises de algumas das principais atividades realizadas pela psicologia tendo como meta o trabalho humano, suas características e interelações, chega-se à conclusões que incitam preocupações tanto a nível social quanto profissional e principalmente acadêmico. Ou seja, a direção tomada historicamente pela ciência psicológica em sua inserção na esfera das atividades de produção e realização do homem, está coerente com os seus princípios profissionais fundamentais? Muitas podem ser as respostas a essa interrogação. Dentre elas encontra-se a posição resultante deste trabalho de que, salvo algumas exceções, a Psicologia do Trabalho tem uma prática distorcida pela pressão do sistema social dominante, o que implica em dizer que se encontra distanciada de muitos dos princípios básicos da ciência psicológica. Esta postura não guarda em si o significado de negação dessa prática o que o interesse pelo estudo aqui contido comprova. Pelo contrário, a intenção final é defender formas alternativas de atuação do psicólogo nessa área, bem como estimular um maior engajamento dos profissionais nessa discussão. Enfim, como uma conquista da classe, poderão existir no futuro bases mais sólidas, até mesmo legais, que permitam uma atuação nesse campo com maior liberdade teórico-metodológica. A representação social de Republica no Exército brasileiro

A presente dissertação de mestrado versa sobre o significado de República no militar do Exército Brasileiro. Tal significado é buscado nas manifestações publicadas, no interior da corporação, nos dias 15 de novembro dos cem anos deste regime vigente no país. Delimita-se qual o objeto da Psicologia Social, e, para fundamentação da escolha do quadro de referência teórico, apresenta-se uma crítica aos modelos fundados no Positivismo e no Materialismo Histórico, para então se optar pela História das Mentalidades e pela Teoria das Representações Sociais. Utiliza-se as "Ordens do Dia" como material. Importa ressaltar que apresentam-se tais documentos num capitulo e não em anexos, para enfatizar que eles são a base desta dissertação. São considerados, não coadjuvantes, mas figuras centrais neste cenário. Faz-se uma análise destas "Ordens do Dia", privilegiando-se as ideias de ordem, progresso, segurança e desenvolvimento. Posteriormente é feita uma sobreposição das ideologias dentro do Exército que dominaram as conjunturas na estrutura republicana, com a representação social de República no Exército Brasileiro. Tal sobreposição corrobora o papel ativo da Representação Social.

A produção de subjetividade no sistema capitalista: a prática do psicólogo

Este estudo parte de uma análise crítica da inserção do psicólogo nas organizações de trabalho. Observando a atuação do psicólogo como agente de produção de subjetividade do sistema capitalista, procuro conhecer as formas de produção capitalistica de subjetividade e suas rupturas, no contexto brasileiro de produção, a partir de uma investigação teórica sobre o capitalismo e uma pesquisa de campo em um sindicato vanguarda ou combativo. O tema é então abordado em quatro questões básicas: O poder, analisado a partir da história da industrialização, que segundo interesses determinados produzia corpos úteis e servis para atender a urna demanda de acumulação de capitais e exploração do trabalho humano. A desqualificação no sujeito no trabalho pela parcialização e pelo automatismo do ato que o expropria de seu saber. A despolitização pela produção da submissão e da fragilidade frente ao pai-patrão. Pela redução da liberdade e dignidade que se efetua pela naturalização do determinismo e do sistema social inalterado. A questão do uso e abuso do corpo que produz um ser descartável, negligenciado pelo descaso com a sua saúde. Concluindo faço uma análise do caminho percorrido pelo psicólogo nas organizações procurando realçar as contradições teórico-prática que definem o seu campo de atuação, acreditando estar contribuindo para um enfoque e uma situação mais crítica deste espaço.

Ensino do direito em debate: reflexões a partir do 1º Seminário Ensino Jurídico e Formação Docente

Este livro tem como objetivo ser um espaço de divulgação de alguns dos relatos e reflexões apresentados no 1º Seminário Ensino Jurídico e Formação Docente, buscando integrar ao debate sobre ensino jurídico no Brasil um número cada vez maior de alunos e instituições de ensino superior. Recebido com entusiasmo, o evento, realizado em 1º de junho de 2012 nas dependências da DIREITO GV, em São Paulo, superou todas as expectativas, com a adesão de 23 instituições de ensino públicas e privadas. Não foi formada uma, mas quatro mesas temáticas: Apropriação de novas tecnologias aos métodos de ensino; Métodos de ensino participativo e avaliação; Pragmatismo é a solução? Como aproximar o aluno de direito da realidade?; e Novas disciplinas jurídicas: necessidade ou modismos? Para além da divulgação das reflexões despertadas pelo evento que ocorreu na DIREITO GV, esta obra convida o leitor para que participe do debate sobre a transformação do ensino do Direito, incorporando um ator essencial nesse cenário: o aluno de Direito.

Análise e proposta de aprimoramento para a gestão da Sabina Escola Parque do Conhecimento

Este trabalho teve como objetivo principal buscar, por meio de benchmarking, um modelo mais apropriado de gestão para o equipamento público Sabina Escola Parque do Conhecimento – localizado na cidade de Santo André-São Paulo –, cuja finalidade é ser uma extensão lúdica e prática do ambiente escolar. Para isso, avaliaram-se os modelos de gestão aplicados em equipamentos públicos similares, isto é, que também fornecem serviços educacionais e ambientais inovadores. Os equipamentos públicos escolhidos para compor a análise foram: Museu Catavento, Plug Minas e Aquário Municipal de Santos, situados, respectivamente, nas cidades de São Paulo, Belo Horizonte e Santos. Para alcançar esse objetivo, recorreu-se a um estudo investigativo, que compreendeu pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, visitas técnicas, coleta de dados quantitativos sobre os equipamentos e suas respectivas localidades, bem como entrevistas com os gestores desses atrativos e com responsáveis por órgãos governamentais relacionados. A partir disso, e com auxílio da análise SWOT, foram elaboradas algumas propostas para melhorar a gestão da Sabina Escola Parque: implantar um modelo de gestão por resultados, implementar parcerias formalizadas por meio de contrato de gestão com entidade qualificada, como as Organizações Sociais, incrementar as receitas, melhorar a eficiência das despesas, dentre outras.

As parcerias entre o Poder Público e a sociedade civil organizada é uma realidade na Administração Pública e tida como fundamental ao modelo gerencial, implementada na Reforma de Estado em 1995, onde se buscou concentrar as atividades estratégicas e de formulação de políticas no Estado e alocar as atividades não exclusivas em parceiros privados. O crescimento destas parcerias e sua relevância são significativos em especial nas áreas dos Direitos Sociais. Embora já existissem normas disciplinando algumas formas de parcerias específicas foi editada uma nova legislação cuja abrangência é mais ampla, o Marco Regulatório das Organizações da Sociedade Civil. Programa de aquisição de alimentos (2003-2010): avaliação da implementação pela CONAB no Rio Grande do Norte

This thesis aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Food Acquisition Program(PAA) through CONAB RN in the period of 2003-2010 with the perception of all agents involved in the implementation of the government program.For the methodological trajectory it was adopted a descriptive bibliographical and documentary approach with triangular qualitative and quantitative, also called evaluative research.The theoretical model was supported by the authors Draibe (2001), Aguilar and Ander-Egg (1994) and Silva(2001), among others, that focused on family farming and evaluation of implementation of public policy having as a category of analysis the size implementation of policy and the latter divided into 10 theoretical dimensions.The universe consisted of three groups: the first were the managers and technicians from CONAB(RN and Brasilia), totaling 15 subjects. The second group was of associations/cooperatives that participated in the programin 2010, totaling a sample in each access of 15 representatives. The third group of subjects totaled with 309 representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations that received donations of food for the same period. Semi-structured interviews and forms were adopted as instruments of data collection.The data were processed qualitatively by the analysis of content (interviews and documents) and quantitatively by means of statistical tests that allowed inferences and adoption of frequencies. Among the key find ingests that the program is not standing as a structure supported by planning. The interests of the performers do not necessarily converge with the objectives of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA). A shockof goals was identified (within the same program) when comparingthe financial agent (Ministry of Rural Development and of Social Development and Fight Against Hunger Ministry r) and the executor, CONAB/RN. Within the assessed dimensions, the most fragileis the sub-managerial decision-making and Organizational Environment and internal assessment, still deserves attention the sizeof logistical and operational Subsystem, as this also proved weak.The focusin the quest toexpand thequantificationof the resultsof theFood Acquisition Program (PAA)by CONAB/RN does forget a quality management focused on what really should be:the compliance with the institutional objectives of the government program.Finally, the perspective for the traded implementation should be re-examined because excessive discretion by managers along with technical staff has characterized there al role of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) as public policy. Estudo estatístico sobre eventos de precipitação intensa no nordeste do Brasil

The Northeast of Brazil (NEB) shows high climate variability, ranging from semiarid regions to a rainy regions. According to the latest report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the NEB is highly susceptible to climate change, and also heavy rainfall events (HRE). However, few climatology studies about these episodes were performed, thus the objective main research is to compute the climatology and trend of the episodes number and the daily rainfall rate associated with HRE in the NEB and its climatologically homogeneous sub regions; relate them to the weak rainfall events and normal rainfall events. The daily rainfall data of the hydrometeorological network managed by the Agência Nacional de Águas, from 1972 to 2002. For selection of rainfall events used the technique of quantiles and the trend was identified using the Mann-Kendall test. The sub regions were obtained by cluster analysis, using as similarity measure the Euclidean distance and Ward agglomerative hierarchical method. The results show that the seasonality of the NEB is being intensified, i.e., the dry season is becoming drier and wet season getting wet. The El Niño and La Niña influence more on the amount of events regarding the intensity, but the sub-regions this influence is less noticeable. Using daily data reanalysis ERAInterim fields of anomalies of the composites of meteorological variables were calculated for the coast of the NEB, to characterize the synoptic environment. The Upper-level cyclonic vortex and the South atlantic convergene zone were identified as the main weather systems responsible for training of EPI on the coastland

Modelagem estocástica do índice de radiação ultravioleta na costa leste do nordeste do Brasil

The increase in ultraviolet radiation (UV) at surface, the high incidence of non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC) in coast of Northeast of Brazil (NEB) and reduction of total ozone were the motivation for the present study. The overall objective was to identify and understand the variability of UV or Index Ultraviolet Radiation (UV Index) in the capitals of the east coast of the NEB and adjust stochastic models to time series of UV index aiming make predictions (interpolations) and forecasts / projections (extrapolations) followed by trend analysis. The methodology consisted of applying multivariate analysis (principal component analysis and cluster analysis), Predictive Mean Matching method for filling gaps in the data, autoregressive distributed lag (ADL) and Mann-Kendal. The modeling via the ADL consisted of parameter estimation, diagnostics, residuals analysis and evaluation of the quality of the predictions and forecasts via mean squared error and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research results indicated that the annual variability of UV in the capital of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal) has a feature in the months of September and October that consisting of a stabilization / reduction of UV index because of the greater annual concentration total ozone. The increased amount of aerosol during this period contributes in lesser intensity for this event. The increased amount of aerosol during this period contributes in lesser intensity for this event. The application of cluster analysis on the east coast of the NEB showed that this event also occurs in the capitals of Paraiba (João Pessoa) and Pernambuco (Recife). Extreme events of UV in NEB were analyzed from the city of Natal and were associated with absence of cloud cover and levels below the annual average of total ozone and did not occurring in the entire region because of the uneven spatial distribution of these variables. The ADL (4, 1) model, adjusted with data of the UV index and total ozone to period 2001-2012 made a the projection / extrapolation for the next 30 years (2013-2043) indicating in end of that period an increase to the UV index of one unit (approximately), case total ozone maintain the downward trend observed in study period

Políticas públicas e associativismo no RN: experiências populares

Rural Popular experiences, socially organized on the constructions of the dams at Espinharas River, Serra Negra do Norte, which have been investigated, have reached in positive results. Several institutions, such as the City and State Power, multilaterals, governmental and non-governmental financial organizations, commonly refer to the success of such experiences. What success are they referring to? Is it recognized by family rural workers? What about institutional parts, how do they evaluate such experience? Is there legal continuity on such association structure? What kinds of gains have there been with such experiences? Has the association structure become any stronger? In search for demystifying the process, it has been made a research on classic and contemporaneous authors, as well as the interview of ten institutional parts, and twenty rural parts involved on the process, as well as the analysis of thirty-eight of the associations. It was concluded that the applied social public policies had resulted in heterogeneous social-economical process that has fulfilled the first step of a planning (not yet documented, but know by some institutional parts which lead, and still lead such social initiative). In the coming years the associations are to have a great potential for development, with the dams, as well as other projects. This persistence and external support, when integrated may have great deeds come to reality
