The paper deals with some relevant and contradictory aspects of urban and peri-urban agriculture in Italy: the traditional exclusion of agricultural areas from the goals of territorial planning; the separation between top-down policies and bottom-up practices; the lack of agricultural policies at local scale. In the first part the paper summarises the weak relation between urban planning and agriculture, showing how in Italy this gap has been only partially overcome by new laws and plans. Moreover the paper focuses on how, due to the lack of suitable solutions coming from regional and local planning, a large number of vibrant initiatives were started by local stakeholders. In order to show the limitations and the potentialities of these various approaches, three peculiar experiences based on Milan, Turin and Pisa are presented. They give a cross-section of the variegated Italian situation, demonstrating that a major challenge in Italian context affects the fields of governance and inclusiveness.

L’objectiu principal del treball és analitzar les polítiques i plans turístics irlandesos nacionals, regionals i locals, i determinar com aquestos influeixen en el turisme urbà a Dublín. L’objectiu secundari és investigar el concepte de turisme urbà i examinar les tendències turístiques actuals i la seva repercussió en la formulació de polítiques

Path planning and control strategies applied to autonomous mobile robots should fulfil safety rules as well as achieve final goals. Trajectory planning applications should be fast and flexible to allow real time implementations as well as environment interactions. The methodology presented uses the on robot information as the meaningful data necessary to plan a narrow passage by using a corridor based on attraction potential fields that approaches the mobile robot to the final desired configuration. It employs local and dense occupancy grid perception to avoid collisions. The key goals of this research project are computational simplicity as well as the possibility of integrating this method with other methods reported by the research community. Another important aspect of this work consist in testing the proposed method by using a mobile robot with a perception system composed of a monocular camera and odometers placed on the two wheels of the differential driven motion system. Hence, visual data are used as a local horizon of perception in which trajectories without collisions are computed by satisfying final goal approaches and safety criteria

L’article parteix de la hipòtesi de l’existència d'un nou concepte de ciutat. Aquesta ha passat de ser d'una naturalesa nodal o focal a ser-ho de funcionament, de concepte i percepció difusos. L'objectiu principal és determinar l’amplitud d'aquesta ciutat, utilitzant com a paràmetre principal la mobilitat laboral obligada. Es parla de ciutat real, d’àrees de cohesió a Catalunya, i de ciutats reals estructuradores del territori català

Presenta el análisis de la incorporación de una práctica cultural declarada Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial (PCI) de la Humanidad en las estructuras formales del ordenamiento territorial. Analiza también la necesidad de reconocer una serie de valores que la comunidad le ha otorgado a la práctica y que soportan la articulación con el ordenamiento territorial, pasando por los beneficios económicos, políticos y sociales que traería este proceso.
