Avaliação da política curricular paulista: perspectiva docente sobre os cadernos do professor e do aluno

The current curriculum policy of the Secretary of Education in the State of Sao Paulo introduced into the education environment the Registrar of Teacher and Student - support material to ease the teacher's work and the student's learning, in order to address all the curriculum components created as strategy of learning. The resulting guidelines that aim to transform the everyday policies of educational institutions and the individuals who compose them, are incorporated into the school experience. These decisions, however, do not transfer into life outside the learning environment nor are they translated into the work of the teachers exactly as their creators intended. Thus, in order to better understand the curriculum policies introduced by the Registrar in schools, it is essential to comprehend the viewpoint of the teachers who themselves are both the targets and agents of curriculum policy, and later the Registrar. For that was made reflexive interviews with eigth teachers that teach in São Paulo metropolitan region, than we could see that they adapt their external determinations in their own reality

As dificuldades de implantação de atividades experimentais investigativas no ensino de Química

Dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the educational processes of the traditional teaching has always existed, and new teaching methods have been routinely studied. The experimental investigative activity is one of those alternative practices. In this type of activity the experimentation is inserted with an investigative approach, in which the student must build the concept, with proposals that represent solutions to the excited problems. In the teaching of chemistry, specifically, the need and importance of experimentation is evident, beyond motivate students, aid in the understanding of chemical concepts relating them to reality. Realizing the contributions of this methodology for teaching and learning, through this research was conducted to understand the difficulties encountered by teachers for planning and implementation of these activities in the teaching of chemistry and therefore the reasons for the dominance of traditional teaching method. The subjects were undergraduate students of chemistry course that developed and implemented differentiated learning activities for teaching and teachers who accompanied the high school students who participated in the university extension project Inclusion Science and University students and teachers from public: Teaching and Learning Chemistry focuses on research and practice”. Through the data it was possible to identify some factors that affect and hinder the implementation of experimental activities in general, not only the investigative. Trilhando os caminhos da educação ambiental: proposta da escola do meio ambiente buscando sensibilizar os professores do ensino fundamental I

Atualmente a educação ambiental é fundamental para a promoção de um novo modelo de desenvolvimento. Consciente disso, a Prefeitura de Botucatu implantou, através da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, a Escola do Meio Ambiente (EMA). A EMA foi inaugurada em 2005 e apesar de ser considerada como referencial em educação ambiental por pessoas da mídia local, da comunidade, por professores universitários e mesmo por outros municípios, não se notava o envolvimento dos professores da rede municipal de ensino de Botucatu para com o projeto. Esse fato foi atribuído à falta de conhecimento a respeito dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pela escola, de seus objetivos e mesmo, à falta de informações sobre temas ligados às questões ambientais. Com a finalidade de reverter este quadro, foi proposto, à Secretaria Municipal de Educação, o curso de capacitação “Trilhando os Caminhos da Educação Ambiental”, destinado a professores do ensino fundamental I da rede municipal de educação de Botucatu. Quatro dias foram cedidos para sua realização. Preparou-se, ainda, uma cartilha, material didático de apoio aos professores, contendo os principais assuntos abordados em cada uma das trilhas temáticas e interpretativas coordenadas pela Escola do Meio Ambiente, além de sugestões para a leitura de livros que fazem parte do acervo da Sala Verde, biblioteca localizada na área da EMA. Influências do Projeto Baja SAE no ensino da engenharia e no desenvolvimento do aluno

This work aims to show the importance of Baja SAE Project in engineering education, as well as the development of the student, being an outstanding tool for the engineering student has an education that meets the objectives of the pedagogical university and also the guidelines Ministry of Education curriculum for engineering courses. The Baja SAE Project provides the engineering students the chance to apply in practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom, to enhance their preparation for the labor market. A mídia na construção da identidade do aluno na aula de educação física

Atualmente vivemos na era da informação, da comunicação e das tecnologias, que mantém a sociedade em constante transformação, principalmente na educação e nos comportamentos das pessoas, influenciando direta ou indiretamente na construção da identidade pessoal ou coletiva. Pensando que a educação ocorre tanto na família, como na escola, é possível observar com mais clareza a influência destes elementos através da forma com que as crianças passam a se comportar em diversos ambientes. A mídia é cada vez mais parte integrada do nosso cotidiano, incluindo-se também o ambiente escolar, participando da vida dos alunos (BETTI, 2003). Para compreender a relação aluno-escola seguimos a perspectiva de Perrenoud (1995), pensando que a escola representa um lugar de muitas socializações, e que o desenvolvimento da identidade de aluno se desenvolve também nesse contexto, podemos questionar qual seria o papel da mídia? Esta tem influenciado? Em que? Para Identidade consideramos a perspectiva de Dubar (1995), que a considera como um processo em constante construção, sendo que existem meios específicos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento identitário, tanto a identidade biográfica como a relacional. Estabelecendo uma relação entre mídia e identidade, o presente estudo propôs-se a pesquisar a influência da mídia na construção da identidade de aluno, tomando como base as aulas de educação física, momento em que os estudantes tem maior possibilidade de expressão corporal. O lúdico na escola: atividades lúdicas no cotidiano das escolas do ensino fundamental I no município de Araras

Partindo de leituras e discussões sobre a importância das atividades lúdicas para crianças em idade escolar, esta pesquisa procurou identificar o lúdico dentro da escola, bem como a sua utilização como estratégia de ensino no Ensino Fundamental I. Buscou-se, primeiramente, levantar argumentação teórica que comprovasse a eficiência do lúdico no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, no desenvolvimento social, cognitivo e físico da criança. Coletou-se dados da realidade escolar em quatro escolas do município de Araras, interior de São Paulo, investigando a presença e a utilização de atividades lúdicas, na sala de aula. Colheu-se dados através de questionário fechado entregue aos professores para embasar, juntamente com o referencial teórico, as análises e discussões sobre a presença ou não do lúdico, na escola, e sua importância quando utilizado. Esta pesquisa possibilitou trazer à tona a discussão dos dados da realidade escolar, sob a luz do material teórico pesquisado, e verificou-se que o corpo docente entende e procura utilizar o lúdico em sala de aula, contudo falta material e também incentivo das escolas com relação a essa rica alternativa. Dessa forma, essa realidade permitiu refletir acerca da preparação dos professores, para desenvolver conteúdos e estratégias mais prazerosas; de modo a trazer o aluno a participar das relações de ensino-aprendizagem de forma crítica e criativa; bem como a participação ativa de coordenação e direção dentro da escola auxiliando o trabalho do professor.

Investigação da participação de adrenoceptores α1 no efeito antinociceptivo da amitriptilina em um modelo de dor neuropática

Tricyclic antidepressants, such as amitriptyline, are inhibitors of serotonin and norepinephrine neuronal reuptake and this action has been implied in changes in pain threshold supporting its use to alleviate neuropathic pain. Although is known that 1 adrenoceptors participate in the antinociceptive effect of amitriptyline it is unclear which receptor subtype is the target for the increased synaptic levels of norepinephrine resultant from the inhibition of neuronal uptake. Paradoxically, several tricyclic antidepressants including amitriptyline also behave as antagonists of 1 adrenoceptors with different affinities for its subtypes: these drugs have 10 to 100-fold higher affinities for 1A than for 1B and 1D adrenoceptors. This work investigated the involvement of 1 adrenoceptors subtypes in the antinociceptive effect of the amitriptyline in a constriction of the sciatic nerve in rats by determining the effects of subtype selective 1 adrenoceptors antagonists. Fifteen days later, mechanical hyperalgesia was analyzed in a Randall-Selitto test. The 1A-selective antagonist RS100329 was the most potent antagonist of the contractions of the rat prostate, whereas the 1D-selective antagonist BMY 7378 (up to 100g/Kg) was unable to affect these contractions. The antagonist prazosin, BMY 7378 and 5-methyl urapidil inhibited the antinociceptive effect of the amitriptyline. However, the highly selective 1A adrenoceptor antagonist RS100329 was unable to affect the antinociception induced by amitriptyline. These results point out that 1B and/or 1D adrenoceptors, but not 1A, are involved in the antinociceptive effects of amitriptyline

Aspectos que influenciam a relação professor-aluno

A relação professor-aluno é largamente estudada por muitos profissionais que estão ligados à área da Educação, sempre a procura de refletir sobre a realidade, em busca de tornar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem cada vez melhor. O embasamento teórico utilizado para a realização das análises deu-se por meio de dois textos: A Sala de Aula Eficiente, de Gerard Dixie e A relação professor-aluno, o que é, como se faz, de Pedro Morales, dois autores que vêem a relação professor-aluno sob óticas diferentes. O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar, por meio de leituras, análises e observações de aulas, alguns dos aspectos que influenciam a relação professor-aluno, como essa relação deve se estabelecer de forma que ela seja saudável e incida positivamente no aprendizado do aluno e na satisfação pessoal e profissional do professor. A metodologia utilizada para a realização da monografia foi a leitura e análise de textos teóricos e a observação direta de aulas, ministradas por professores em situações regulares de aulas. A partir de estudos e observações de aulas constatou-se que as atitudes e as ações do professor em sala de aula são os principais fatores que interferem na relação professor e aluno. É essencial que o profissional da Educação reflita sobre suas atitudes e como se vê em seu papel docente, para que exerça boas influências sobre seus alunos

Participação dos receptores purinérgicos no núcleo do trato solitário sobre as respostas cardiorrespiratórias induzidas por hipóxia

A queda da pressão parcial de oxigênio no sangue arterial (PaO2), provocada pela hipóxia aguda, aumenta as descargas dos quimiorreceptores periféricos, carotídeos e aórticos, cujas aferências estimulam núcleos bulbares como o núcleo do trato solitário (NTS, Chitravanshi e cols., 1994, Mifflin, 1992), resultando em uma série de repostas compensatórias incluindo o aumento da VE ( Overgaard e cols., 1996, Sun e Reis, 1994). Estudos demonstraram que a via neural do quimiorreflexo periférico no NTS tem como neurotransmissores o L-glutamato e mais recentemente o ATP. Além disso, o ATP atuando em receptores purinérgicos presente na superfície ventral do bulbo estaria envolvido com as respostas cardiorrespiratórias induzidas por hipóxia. No entanto, a participação dos receptores purinérgicos do NTS sobre as respostas cardiorrespiratórias induzidas por hipóxia ainda é desconhecida. Portanto, o presente estudo investigou o envolvimento dos receptores purinérgicos P2 no NTS sobre as respostas cardiorrespiratórias induzidas por hipóxia em ratos acordados, usando injeção bilateral de suramin (antagonista inespecífico dos receptores P2) e PPADS (antagonista seletivo dos receptores P2X). Foram utilizados ratos Holtzman (290-310g, n=4-9/grupo) com implante de cânulas guia no NTS. Para medida da pressão arterial média (PAM) e freqüência cardíaca (FC) foi inserido na artéria abdominal, através da artéria femoral, um tubo de polietileno (P-10 conectado ao P-50). Freqüência respiratória (FR), volume corrente (VC) e VE foram registrados através do método de pletismografia de corpo inteiro. Os parâmetros FR, VC, VE, PAM e FC foram registrados antes e após a injeção bilateral de salina, suramin (2 nmol/100 nl) ou PPADS (2 nmol/100 nl) no NTS durante hipóxia (7% de O2 por 35 min) ou normóxia (21% de O2)... This article conducted an analysis of Portal Brazil, specifically in the areas of “Education” and “Economy and Employment”, by according to the principles of e-engagement defined by the Organization for Economic Co- operation and Development (OECD). For understanding of this work, were elucidated concepts such as public communication - trajectory, principles and relations -, digital democracy, e-government and engagement and civic participation. Gerenciador de estudos para dispositivos móveis: aplicativo do aluno

The project is a platform for education that provides a way where teachers can create and share educational content for their classes, and students can download that content to refer to it at any time. The solution is based on two Windows Phone 7 Apps: Kookaburra Teachers, where teachers can add content to their classes, and Kookaburra Students, where students can download and view the content of classroom. To realize the communication between these two applications, we use a Windows Azure server, that server is also responsible for processing some conversions, enabling real-time translation. A participação dos movimentos sociais na disputa pela água no Pontal do Paranapanema

É da disputa histórica pela posse da terra no Pontal do Paranapanema e dos conflitos daí desdobrantes que vem à tona as cifras marcantes das terras improdutivas e devolutas e, mais ainda, o descrédito em relação à Reforma Agrária e a negativa a qualquer possibilidade de acesso à terra, tais como a política de assentamentos em vigência, mas totalmente enfraquecida e desprestigiada. É nesse cenário que a apropriação da água ou sua privatização comparece como preocupação. A iniciativa do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST) em implantar um projeto de piscicultura, via o sistema tanques-rede para a subsistência e também como fonte de renda, nas águas represadas pelas UHEs enfrentará uma série de empecilhos e travagens de ordem burocrática, política e econômica. Além de despertar para a importância de discutir o a privatização e a mercantilização da água no século XXI, e a expansão da aquicultura no Brasil nos últimos anos, pretendemos identificar e analisar as dinâmicas espaciais e as disputas pelo acesso à água no Pontal do Paranapanema

Um estudo de caso sobre a organização escolar e as relações interpessoais dentro do âmbito educacional

Violence and school organization are always current issues. And to investigate these two issues, the present study was carried within a public school in the city for being considered a model of educative institution. The analysis focused on finding out why some institutions are considered good and others not and also to explain how these good relations within the school studied. Therefore, we first observed the school in its stages: entry and exit of students, breaks and classroom activities. Then consult the official documents, such as the Management Plan, Rules, Standards, among others. And finally we interviewed staff, targeting participants in the educational process (principal, teacher, staff, students). Facing this data we verified that a good relationship is needed on the beliefs and the search for a favorable environment is the aim for everyone, especially regarding to teaching-learning processes of a student, that is: teamwork. And as every institution has its flaws, we nee greater participation, especially of what we call school community (parents and relatives).

Uma proposta de intervenção com atividade física individualizada na deficiência intelectual: um estudo de caso

The practice of regular physical activity has been considered a protective factor against the degenerative processes of the body, acting as a promoter of health, especially for risk groups such as obese and resistant groups exercise adherence as among the intellectually disabled (ID) . This study involved the administration of a training protocol and the physical parameters of longitudinal health in a subject about 43 years, intellectually deficient, hypertensive, obese and with a strong predisposition to develop diabetes and heart disease. The main objective of long-term program was to reduce body weight and normalize blood pressure (BP) after the student's physical activity and preferentially interfere with BP values at rest (ie before the daily schedule). The other objective was to improve general physical fitness. The protocol involved four meetings per week lasting one hour, in addition to participation in the program PROEFA (twice a week with sessions of one hour each), totaling 57 sessions spread over five months. The evaluation protocol included in each session the following tests: blood pressure measurements and heart rate, and amount of physical activity recorded via pedometer. Tests applied before and after the training included: anthropometric assessment, agility test, flexibility test, test drive through vertical and horizontal jumps and endurance to the test bench. The mass (kg) and BMI corresponded to the initial values of 127.7 kg and 42.05 kg m-2, and 5 months after 113.2 kg and 37.48 kg m-2, respectively. The waist-hip ratio was close to 1 after the intervention and this value corresponded to 0.98. For the test of agility (shuttle run) was not found improvement in performance.
