Pursuant to Iowa Code section 307.20, the biodiesel fuel revolving fund (Fund) was created and is to be used to purchase biodiesel fuel for use in the Department of Transportation’s vehicles. The act directed that the Fund receive money from the sale of EPAct credits banked by the DOT on the effective date of the act, monies appropriated by the General Assembly, and any other monies obtained or accepted by the DOT for deposit in the Fund. This report is of the expenditures made from the Fund during FY 2015.

The Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEMD) submits this enhanced 911 (E911) annual report to the Iowa General Assembly’s standing committees on government oversight pursuant to Iowa Code § 34A.7A (3) (a). This section of the Code requires the E911 program manager to advise the General Assembly of the status of E911 wireline and wireless implementation and operations, the distribution of surcharge receipts, and an accounting of revenue and expenses of the E911 program.

El presente proyecto de investigación es el trabajo final del Màster en Estudis Avançats en Comunicació Social de la UPF (Universitat Pompeu Fabra) y pretende ser el punto de partida de la futura tesis doctoral. El objetivo de este proyecto es determinar cómo modificó el 15-M la agenda de la prensa española. Esta investigación se aborda desde el modelo de la Network Agenda Setting y conceptos de la social movement media culture. Elperiodo considerado va desde el 9 de febrero al 19 de junio de 2011. Las técnicas para esta investigación son el análisis de contenido de los tuits de la prensa española, por un lado, y el análisis de contenido de los tuits del 15-M, por el otro, así comoencuestas y entrevistas cualitativas a los perfiles del 15-M y periodistas de la prensa española implicados en esta investigación.
