O currículo, a pedagogia da alternância e os saberes docentes na educação física: os desafios do processo de formação

Os autores utilizam como ponto de partida as diretrizes da formação básica do professor da Educação Física, pressupondo que essas diretrizes exigem tanto uma nova mentalidade quanto uma nova organização didático-curricular, além da revisão dos próprios referenciais na prática profissional. A partir daí, desenvolvem uma série de questionamentos, debatendo se o novo currículo de formação em Educação Física - que passou a valorizar mais a prática - consegue de fato ir além do modelo acadêmico que privilegia uma formação teórica mais sólida. Discutem ainda se uma maior valorização da prática pode caracterizar a existência de um novo modelo de formação. Dessa perspectiva, perguntam se é possível um currículo que não tenha na sua base a pedagogia da alternância, um sistema que remete à formação em dois contextos distintos e interdependentes: a formação em sala e as situações de trabalho. Também perguntam como a discussão dos saberes - conhecimentos, competências, habilidades e didática de ensino - deveria se desenrolar nessas duas esferas

Reflexão sobre pesquisa colaborativa: articulações escola e universidade (Ciência do Sistema Terra, Currículo e Formação de Professores)

This work was born from public presentation done during 8th Meeting in High Level Education Program at University Moura Lacerda, Ribeirão Preto, SP, Brazil, in October 2012. That time showed up theoretical hypothesis of teacher education done by a collaborative research group of teachers and researchers and main results for Pedagogy course and students of basic levels. This paper intends to show up the findings of researches done by group of studies for Earth System Science and teacher education. The aim is to think about curriculum politics and teacher education from teachers’ practices, researches and studies on high school level. Moreover, we show up theoretical fundamentals which guide our actions and think. After we treat of organization, results and curricular innovations guided by Earth System Science and how that changes the view of nature of teachers and students. Qualitative methods of research help to describe curricular processes collectively done together with teachers of public schools. Our findings show up that teacher education must be a long, collective and interactive process to prepare high level teachers and researchers for teaching and teacher education.

Da prescrição curricular ao currículo como ação compartilhada: dilemas das tentativas de renovação dos programas de ensino de Matemática no estado de São Paulo pós-64

The present study is the result of joint actions between education, research and outreach that is focused on the training of educators and its implications for the renovation of teaching Mathematics. Its objective is to analyze the attempts to reorganize in mathematics curriculum implemented in the state of São Paulo in the post-64. It makes use of documentary analysis and interviews of teachers for reasons of discussion and conclusions. Situated in the theoretical and methodological context of collaborative research and historical-cultural theory. The research results which shows that mathematical activity is the centrality of the discussion about learning mathematics, which has consequences for the organization, of teaching programs. This is a genesis school thinking that motivates the students to the reconstruction of ideas and thinking a production process in the classroom that considers the conditions of the school, other than the conditions that governs the production of knowledge of mathematical science, which requires thinking about the formation of a teacher epistemologically curious.

Contribuição de Silvio Romero para o currículo da escola elementar no século XIX

Apresentamos uma análise da obra História do Brasil Ensinada pela Biografia de seus Heróis - Ensino Cívico - livro para as classes primárias, lançado em 1890 por Silvio Romero pela Livraria Editora Francisco Alves. A obra teve pelo menos nove edições (a oitava datada de 1908 e a nona de 1913), o que sugere algum sucesso num momento em que os livros de leitura e as cartilhas eram os únicos (ou os principais) livros a que os alunos da escola primária tinham acesso. Concebida para “substituir pela biografia a instrução cívica”, Historia do Brasil evidencia a convergência, no século XIX, da produção de saberes acerca da realidade nacional (particularmente no Instituto Histórico e Geográco Brasileiro e na Academia Brasileira de Letras) com a nacionalização os currículos.

As TIC nos cursos de pedagogia da UNESP: análise do currículo para formação de professores

Over the years, society changes, renews and creates conditions for the use of new technological devices. The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to expand in our society and are used also in teaching and learning, making it necessary that the teacher knows them. This study was first to analyze the curriculum of teacher training at the campus of UNESP, specifically in relation to courses Full Degree in Education in order to understand how these courses are structured in relation to the subjects they deal with ICT. For this, we searched the literature on the main issues involving technology and teacher education, curriculum and document analysis of Pedagogy of UNESP. It was noted that only the Faculty of Education offers the campus of Bauru disciplines working technology issues centrally. From this result, the second objective of this research was to understand, through a questionnaire, the views of students of Bauru, enrolled in these disciplines, on the Distance Education. With the results of the questionnaires it was concluded that students rated as important the knowledge of technological tools, made possible by specific disciplines during their training was noted the positive contribution of a comprehensive curriculum with respect to knowledge of ICT for reflection and formation of critical thinking in teachers training

Morbidades e consumo de álcool em pacientes internados na Clínica Médica de um hospital universitário

Abusive consumption of alcohol leads to several negative consequences to health and quality of life, as it increases the frequency of diseases that cause death or functional disabilities. The rates of patients admitted to hospital due to physical problems stemming from alcohol abuse are high. This study aimed at identifying patients according to variables age, gender and education level as well as at evaluating the prevalence of CAGE-positive patients and morbidity due to CID-10 (International Classification of Diseases) by the World Health Organization. It is a cross-sectional, observational, exploratory, descriptive and quantitative study. It was conducted at the Botucatu School of Medicine University Hospital (HC) from July to September 2010, at the Internal Medicine ward. This ward aggregates 5 specialties, namely, Cardiology, Hematology, General Medicine, Nephrology and Gastroclinic. Presently, it has 36 beds, of which four are for Intensive Care Therapy (ICT). Three hundred and ten medical charts were analyzed for identification of morbidities and of variables age, gender and schooling. A closed semistructured questionnaire including, among other questions, the CAGE test was applied to each individual. The CAGE test is a questionnaire that comprises four questions and considers that one who answers two or more of such questions affirmatively is a suspected case of alcoholism. The total population studied included 310 patients. Indexes of 60% (186) male and of 40% (124) female patients were found. As regards age range, a population with a higher prevalence of individuals from 51 to 70 years old (41%) was observed. The main education indexes were: incomplete Elementary School: 23.22% (72), complete Elementary School: 21.61% (67), incomplete Secondary School: 18.40% (57) and Illiteracy: 17.74% (55). O currículo do estado de São Paulo nas aulas de Educação Física escolar: vantagens e desvantagens

O objetivo do presente estudo foi avaliar os discursos presentes na literatura a respeito do Currículo do Estado de São Paulo, especificamente a proposta de Educação Física. Para isso, foi realizada uma análise das produções da área nas temáticas: propostas curriculares, Educação Física escolar e sistematização de conteúdos. Foram encontrados referenciais teóricos que apresentavam diversas vantagens e desvantagens a respeito do Currículo do Estado de São Paulo. Entre as principais vantagens encontradas pode-se perceber que há uma sequência didática significativa desenvolvida no atual Currículo do Estado de São Paulo; os materiais didáticos foram considerados fundamentais para os professores e para os alunos e percebeu-se ainda a necessidade de sistematização dos conteúdos na área de Educação Física. Já entre as principais, verificou-se que o documento é considerado autoritário, pois o professor recebe a proposta pronta e acabada; faltam recursos materiais para trabalhar os temas propostos; falta de formação profissional para os professores efetivamente terem condições de implementarem o currículo e o mesmo não considera o contexto do professor e do aluno

Rebranding: propostas de estratégias para a reconstrução de marca no Centro Universitário da FEI

This paper relates the concepts of brand management in the educational context of Brazilian higher education to demonstrate how can we do a reconstruction and the importance of establishing a solid relationship with the public of an organization to become loyal to your brand . The reflections in this project seek to demonstrate how PR professionals can plan the reconstruction process of a brand. To achieve the ultimate goal of the project seeks to introduce the concepts of branding, PR and stakeholders in order to highlight the new challenges that organizations face today. To illustrate the concepts aborted, the procedures suggested for the reconstruction of a brand are used in the case study of the Centro Universitário da FEI. For this, it is a diagnosis of the organization and subsequently suggested a process for strategic rebrading, as well as the association of a brand management with public relations

O processo de construção das identidades no ambiente universitário: um estudo de caso sobre o relações-públicas

It is intended, by using the theoretical frameworks of Cultural Anthropology and Social Sciences, determine how to process social relations as a result of identity processes in the university environment. The study shows relevance in the field of Anthropology and Public Relations as it undertakes to identify issues that may guide the actions and perceptions of society and the professionals themselves regarding the activity, in addition to showing a socio-historical overview of the profession. Thus, it can contribute both in the scientific realm , revealing the identity of Public Relations through anthropological knowledge, as in the social sphere, providing the public relations have a broader horizon in relation to their activity and their recognition in the social context , allowing develop identity strategies and contributing to the profession will become even more important for individuals and organizations that make up society

Projeto de um módulo condicionador de sinais a ser implementado no satélite universitário ITASAT

The Brazilian Environmental Data Collection System (Sistema Brasileiro de Coleta de Dados Ambientais - SBCDA) has been providing reliable information regarding the monitoring of the Brazil environment to INPE (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais) and many Non-governmental organizations (NGO). This system is composed of a large number of Data Collection Plataforms (DCP), in charge of sending local data signals to satellites. Then the satellites automatically redirect each signal to reception centers located at INPE. Nowadays the SBCDA has been operating under the control of three satellites. It is important to mention that two of these satellites have already expired their life span around ten years ago. A strategy to keep the SBCDA operational is to develop a low cost satellite that involves Brazilian Universities and Public Institutions.
