L’aplicació de la tecnologia de Google Art Project al Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA) com a forma d’aproximació de l’art a un públic més internacional és el plantejament d’aquest treball. Amb aquesta finalitat es desenvoluparà una estratègia de comunicació digital que comprengui aquesta eina com a principal i abasti altres mètodes interactius a xarxes socials i a altres espais de socialització 2.0. L’elaboració d’aquesta estratègia estarà basada dins un context real de l’art contemporani a Barcelona i de la seva màxima compenetració amb aquesta innovadora iniciativa.

Las Imágenes del malestar. Representaciones del yo y la construcción de subjetividad en la producción audiovisual contemporánea y en los nuevos dispositivos tecnológicos

El tema de la investigación propuesto aquí, se centra en el malestar social, y la representación de éste desde un punto de vista personal y autobiográfico, algo que en estas página denomino Autorepresentación del malestar social. ¿Cómo se autorepresenta el malestar y qué prácticas artísticas se emplean para ello? ¿Cuáles son la transformaciones que provocan estas prácticas artísticas en el terreno audiovisual? En este sentido, exploraremos dos vías de análisis: por un lado nos interesa observar cuales han sido las modificaciones que el poder ha desarrollado para establecer nuevas formas de explotación, y por otro lado, veremos como estas modificaciones están generando una nueva praxis social donde las prácticas artísticas cobran un nuevo y reforzado sentido, así como una nueva capacidad política, individual y colectiva a un mismo tiempo, cargada de una fuerza transformadora capaz de componer nuevos espacios de sujeto. Analizaremos, desde la representación del yo en la vida cotidiana, el género y las relaciones interpersonales, hasta las transformaciones contemporáneas del trabajo, y los cambios en la construcción de la subjetividad. El principal elemento en el que se apoyaran nuestras investigaciones será el anàlisis de producciones audiovisuales contemporáneas y la distribución de estas en algunas de las redes de comunicación contemporáneas, intentando mostrar, de esta manera, la interacción y los efectos directos que provocan en la realidad social.

National Children's Strategy

The Strategy sets out an ambitious series of objectives to guide childrenâ?Ts policy over the next ten years. It sets out a common vision to work towards. It identifies six principles to guide all actions to be taken and it proposes a more holistic way of thinking about children which reflects contemporary understanding of childhood. To realise the vision the Strategy then sets three National Goals: to listen, think and act more effectively for children. New structures are proposed to deliver better co-ordination between government departments and the agencies providing services to children so that the Goals can be achieved. Rooted in the positive vision of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, it represents a different way of doing business, which will, if we all work together, help us become a society which fully values and respects its children. Young and Old - Teacher's Guide: Promoting a Positive Attitude to Ageing and Older People

Young and Old has been specifically designed for use in the context of the new Social, Personal and Health Education (SPHE) curriculum. It covers seven different themes on ageing and older people at each of the four levels in primary school and includes different strategies for active learning which are used to explore facts, figures, and attitudes. Problemàtiques en l'estudi i investigació del "Dot Painting o Dot Art Movement" Aborigen austràlià

L'objecte d'estudi de la següent memòria són les obres de l'anomenat, en la literatura anglosaxona, "Dot Art Movement o Dot Painting"; un moviment artístic índigena contemporani engendrat entre la dècada dels 70 i els 80 del segle passat a les comunitats de Papunya i Yuendumu en el cor del Desert Australià. La memòria s'articula entorn les principals problemàtiques a les que s'enfronta la definició i descripció de l'anomenat "Dot Art Movement o Dot Painting" dins el context de consum i recepció de les obres a Europa. Aquestes problemàtiques, sobretot conceptuals però també metodològiques, són descrites entorn tres grans apartats: el fet "primitiu", el fet "aborigen" i el fet del "Dot Art Movement o Dot painting". A través d'aquests tres àmbits la memòria presenta diverses herències històriques de caràcter eurocèntric, amb base al període colonial, que dificulten la proliferació d'interpretacions i noves aproximacions vers la recepció europea de les obres d'aquest moviment artístic.
