As ações do Programa Estadual de Microbacias Hidrográficas no município de Caiuá - SP

O processo de modernização da agricultura brasileira provocou sérios danos ao meio ambiente. Nos últimos anos foram formuladas e implementadas algumas políticas públicas voltadas à promoção do desenvolvimento rural, com base em ações inovadoras e com a participação de novos agentes sociais. A descentralização políticoadministrativa promovida pela Constituição Federal promulgada no ano de 1988 criou as condições institucionais para que tais ações fossem empreendidas. O Programa de Microbacias, surge nesse contexto, inicialmente nos estados do Paraná e de Santa Catarina, sendo posteriormente implementado no Estado de São Paulo, em razão dos bons resultados apresentados no sul do país. No Estado de São Paulo, o referido programa visou combater os problemas decorrentes do processo de modernização da agricultura. Constituíram objetivos do Programa Estadual de Microbacias Hidrográficas, o combate à erosão e aos ravinamentos, o estímulo ao manejo adequado dos recursos naturais nas pequenas propriedades rurais e a organização dos agricultores em associações. As ações foram parcialmente financiadas pelo Banco Internacional para Reconstrução e Desenvolvimento (BIRD – Banco Mundial) e executadas pela Coordenadoria de Assistência Técnica Integral (CATI) em parceria com os municípios. A CATI, órgão gerenciador teve como objetivo atender mais de 90 mil produtores rurais em todo o Estado em mais de 1500 projetos de microbacias. Foram atendidos 70 mil produtores rurais, distribuídos em 514 municípios, perfazendo 996 microbacias hidrográficas trabalhadas. No município de Caiuá foram disponibilizados R$ 483.819,01 por meio do referido programa para atender a 104 proprietários na microbacias do Caiuazinho com R$ 255.018,3 e na do Córrego Água da Invernada com R$ 228.800,71, totalizando 80 produtores... Ações de apoio à gestão das Unidades de Conservação e o Programa RPPN Paulistas da Fundação Florestal

A Fundação para a Conservação e a Produção Florestal do Estado de São Paulo – Fundação Florestal, órgão vinculado a secretaria do Meio Ambiente, tem por objetivo contribuir para a conservação, manejo e ampliação das florestas de proteção e produção do Estado de São Paulo. A regional de Botucatu atua na gestão de Unidades de Conservação (UC), sendo elas a APA (Área de Proteção Ambiental) Corumbataí – Botucatu - Tejupá, a APA Ibitinga e a APA Rio Batalha. APA é uma UC de uso sustentável destinada a proteger e conservar a qualidade ambiental e os sistemas naturais ali existentes. Além disso, atua também na criação de Unidades de Conservação, em especial as RPPNs (Reservas Particulares do Patrimônio Natural), que é uma categoria de UC privada, com o objetivo de conservar a diversidade biológica. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo descrever as atividades realizadas durante o período de estágio, em especial aquelas voltadas ao Programa RPPN Paulistas da Fundação Florestal. Sabendo que a RPPN representa uma importante participação da sociedade na conservação da biodiversidade e da grande dificuldade encontrada pelos proprietários na gestão de sua reserva, com o objetivo de ampliar as estratégias do Programa RPPN Paulistas, foi desenvolvido uma entrevista com os proprietários mediante um questionário, estruturado em 5 partes, sendo elas: quanto à criação da RPPN, quanto à gestão da RPPN (Plano de Proteção e Plano de Manejo), quanto às atividades desenvolvidas na reserva, quanto ao grau de satisfação, e comentários finais, críticas e sugestões. Das 62 RPPNs reconhecidas no Estado de São Paulo, 21 proprietários participaram da pesquisa. Foi identificada a importância de parcerias entre proprietários de RPPN e as universidades. Estratégia de Investimento baseada em padrões descobertos por mineração de dados em séries históricas de preços diários do Indice IBOVESPA e das ações da PETROBRAS-PN (PETR4.SA)

With the increase of stakeholders and consequently increase of amount of nancial transaction the study of news investment strategies in the stock market with data mining techniques has been the target of important researches. It allows that great historical data base to be processed and analysed looking for pattern that can be used to take a decision in investments. With the idea of getting pro t more than the real indexs' gain, we propose a strategy method of transactions using rules built by algorithm classi cation. For that, diary historical data of Ibovespa index and Petrobras stocks are organized and processed to nding the most important attribute that act decisively when taking a investment decision.To test the accuracy of proposed rules, a non real portfolio management is created, showing the decisions' performance over the real index and stocks' performance. Following the proposed rules, the results show that the strategy of investment give me back a high return that Stock market's return. The exclusive characteristics of algorithms maximize the gain inside the analysed time allowing to determine the techniques' return and the number of the days necessary to double the initial investment. The best classi er applied on the time series and its use on the propose investments strategy will demand 104 days to double the initial capital

Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar as influências e os aspectos que a mídia televisiva impregna no desenvolvimento moral da criança. Estando a cultura midiática muito presente no cotidiano do indivíduo, em sua subjetividade, fazendo com que o mesmo construa e adquira novos símbolos e sentidos a respeito de sua realidade, interferindo totalmente em sua identidade, é válido trazer à tona uma discussão sobre o conteúdo existente no desenho animado “Pica-Pau”, pois é um desenho muito assistido pelas crianças e refletem na aquisição e reprodução dos valores morais ali contidos, constantemente. O foco aqui presente será a análise do desenho animado “Pica-Pau”, à luz da teoria de Jean Piaget, sendo apontado, assim, todo um diagnóstico acerca do mesmo e, em seguida, encontrando uma maneira deste conteúdo ser trabalhado pelos professores

This world of objects is accompanied by an ideological world of fantasy allied to the act of consumption. The present inquiry consists of a work of reflection about the pertaining values to this ideology of the society of consumption propagated in the plot of childlike contemporary movies, in a sense of be positioning critically in front of the social and moral questions.

Implementação de um sistema de informação voltado à sensibilidade ambiental ao óleo do litoral sul paulista e avaliação das ações de resposta a derramamentos de óleo

Oil spills cause serious damage to the cost life and environments. Those impacts affect ecologic and socio-economic resources (like fishing and tourism). Within this background, response actions have two main objectives: the contaminant removal, with the less additional impacts, and enhance environment restoration in order to make this process complete in the shortest time possible. The present work proposes to contribute for the emergency environmental management in cases of oil spills by systematization of relevant information for oil spill environmental sensitivity maps. The next stage was to insert all these data on a geographic database, which allows data access by web. Beside that, this work aimed to recommend suitable clean-up techniques for the ecosystems located on the study area, composed by the municipalities: Praia Grande, Mongaguá, Itanhaém and Peruíbe, belonging to Baixada Santista and Iguape, Cananéia and Ilha Comprida, south cost of São Paulo state. This area is situated between two important Brazilian ports: Santos and Paranaguá, and that make it under considerable accident risks. The results were all data inserted on the geodatabase and available to user recover the information by web consulting. With that, this work wishes to contribute to individual emergencial planning of the region.

Organização e implementação de um banco de dados para a sensibilidade ambiental ao óleo e avaliaçao de ações adequadas de resposta a derramamentos - São Sebastião (SP)

The need to know and to preserve the coastal ecosystems is justified by the whole importance that those ecosystems have for our society. Then, it is big the concern in guaranteeing that those places stay free from contaminations. Among the several types of potentials pollutants that can affect the coastal systems, the petroleum-derived are the ones that cause the worst impacts, given the frequency of these accidents. Rapid actions are necessary in order to minimize the oil negative effects . This answer is faster when the most sensitive areas are known and when it presents characteristics of larger importance, as for instance, the presence of sea harvesting or the habitat of an endemic specie. Besides, it is necessary to know which cleanup methods are recommended and which are not recommended for the reached areas, so, the corrected emergency plans for each coastal environment can be applied. It is in this context that this project was developed, implementing a geographical database for the different coastal environment of São Sebastião municipality, SP, and also the data about the best cleanup techniques for each segment of the coast. This database was made available by the internet, enabling the access for several types of users.

Análise comparativa dos sistemas de jogo e das ações técnicas realizadas pela seleção brasileira de futebol

Since its origin, soccer has been conquering followers all over the world. As a consequence of this cultural phenomenon, countless works are being done aiming to analyze the game systems and the fundamentals carried out by a team. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Brazilian Soccer Team’s game systems and actions with ball possession in the 1958, 1962 and 2002 World Cup finals. Specifically, the paper analyzed the actions that occur during the match, such as control, dribble, pass, shot, foul and tackling. In order to achieve that, the Skout software (Barros et al., 2006) was utilized and, through it, all fundamentals carried out by the Brazilian team were identified and codified in a virtual field. The data from each match was transported into the Matlab® software, in which the zone of major action of each player was analyzed, represented by the main axis. The outcome showed that the game systems put into practice by the Brazilian team in the 1958 and 1962 World Cup finals didn’t present significant changes, nevertheless, regarding the 2002 final, there was a great difference. The Brazilian team got similar percentages in the technical actions carried out in the three World Cup finals analyzed, however, in absolute numbers, the passes, the shots and the dribbles decreased while the fouls increased.

Levantamento da mastofauna terrestre de médio e grande porte ao longo da Rodovia Alcides Soares, Botucatu-SP, como subsídio para ações de conservação

Atropelamentos associados à fragmentação dos habitats naturais, tanto para construção de estradas, quanto para agricultura, são uma das principais causas de mortalidade para várias espécies de animais silvestres pelo mundo todo. Durante o período de agosto de 2011 e junho de 2012, em um trecho da Estrada Vicinal Alcides Rodrigues Soares do município de Botucatu, interior do estado de SP, foi realizado o levantamento de mamíferos terrestres de médio e grande porte através do método de parcelas de areia e transecto, além da procura de carcaça de animais atropelados. Espécies como Onça-parda (Puma concolor) e Tamanduá-bandeira (Myrmecophaga tridactyla), ambas em situação vulnerável de extinção, foram registradas em proximidade da estrada. Através dos dados obtidos, tem se como objetivo demonstrar a importância da valorização da fauna local, com a construção de passagens de fauna, como uma das medidas para a sua conservação e consequente redução dos diversos distúrbios e impactos causados por estradas

Os impactos da crise financeira sobre as finanças públicas do estado do Piauí

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender os impactos e os ajustes ocorridos nas finanças dos municípios do Estado do Piauí em decorrência da crise financeira mundial de 2008, desencadeada a partir do mercado de hipotecas sub-prime dos Estados Unidos. Para a análise desses impactos sobre os municípios do Piauí, pretendo estudar as principais características da crise financeira mundial de 2008, apresentar uma visão ampla do desenvolvimento econômico e social do estado do Piauí, elaborar um quadro geral das finanças dos municípios piauienses a partir de suas principais contas, montar indicadores fiscal-financeiros, do período pré e pós crise, avaliar os resultados obtidos e identificar se houveram estratégias de ajustes por parte destes municípios. Desta forma, farei uma reflexão não só de como, quanto e se sofreu o estado de menor renda per capita do País, mas também de quais foram as medidas tomadas pelas administrações municipais para o enfrentamento da crise

Regiões competitivas agrícolas e vulnerabilidade territorial: o papel do Consórcio Pesquisa Café

This academic work presents the final results of the undergraduate research about new agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), which main objective was to analyze the impacts of scientific inputs in different coffee producing regions, particularly in South of Minas Gerais. The creation of the CPC meets the demands of a global scientific coffee-growing (SANTOS, 2000) under development in the current period technical-scientific-informational (SANTOS, 2009). On this period, also called globalization, the technoscience, the information and the finances guide the actions of companies and institutions submitted by imperative of competitiveness on international market. The Brazilian’s coffee-growing regions (South of Minas Gerais, Cerrado Mineiro, Espírito Santos Ridge’s, Western Bahia, among others) on search of higher productivities, begin gather technical, informational and communicational densities (SANTOS, 2009). Considering these facts, we detail in this research, the major agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), expressed in new management techniques, new cultivars and new chemicals, mechanical and biological inputs. Educação e trabalho: as políticas públicas e as articulações das ações de qualificação e geração de emprego para a juventude

This paper analyzes the transformations in Brazilian society, especially in relations between the fields of work, education and youth. The implementation of a new logic in the process of capital accumulation, changes meant to hit the job market, causing new social issues, especially for youth, which can be translated by rising unemployment and new job settings, thus, have sparked a broad debate around the requirements that the market imposes on that intend to engage in it, relations skills, knowledge and ability to enter the labor market of the population, reissuing the discussion on social inequalities that required the field of alternative public policies to address this situation of exclusion. Turning to the reflection on the process of qualification / training and placing young people in employment relationships, this study aims to address and reflect on educational policies aimed at the inclusion ofyouth in the labor market, as well as analyze the actions of generating jobs and skills for young people between 18 and 29 years to do so, we will examine the National Youth Inclusion Program- PROJOVEM - sponsored by the Federal Governrnent, which aims to expand the service to the youngsters excluded from school and vocational training, allowing young people to be reintegrated into the educational process, receiving social skills training
