Arquitetura da infraestrutura urbana: o terminal de integração

Um dos maiores problemas relacionados ao quotidiano das médias e grandes cidades é o trânsito e por meio dele percebemos os conflitos de circulação urbana e se os meios de transportes fluem de forma satisfatória. Segundo Vasconcellos (1999), transporte público é um conjunto de elementos físicos que se distribui espacialmente, atendendo a população que dele depende. Localizada no oeste do Estado de São Paulo a cidade de Presidente Prudente enfrenta, hoje, um grave problema no tocante à circulação e à eficiência dos meios de transportes públicos, sendo esse oneroso para a população que o usufrui. Em termos proporcionais a tarifa por quilômetro rodado é muito elevada, em comparação às grandes cidades do Estado de São Paulo e do Brasil. Sendo o transporte público parte essencial de uma cidade, o seu funcionamento deve estar de acordo com o crescimento da mesma e atender qualitativamente e quantitativamente seus usuários, propondo um adequado uso do espaço urbano. Morfogênese e morfodinâmica: a evidência geográfica da síntese temporal ocidental

This work seeks to explain the historical perspective of the building temporal western, showing the concepts of morphogenesis and morphodynamics as contemporary representations of geographical science for the synthesis forged about time. In this sense, it is the perspective of time in the Middle Ages, its implications and social substantiality, as interposed to time erected by the rise of a merchant class in Europe, we seek to present the social conception of this category in the West, stating that this not constituted as a supra-social element, but built by the organization itself and internal contradiction of European society. Finally, we saw the delineations drawn by geography, set in propositions about the dynamics of nature and society, such being the latest concepts in terms of the logic of assimilation weather prevailing. Análise de marcadores culturais no par de obras Relato de um certo oriente e The tree of the seventh heaven

This paper presents some results of a study on culturally marked terms in a corpus composed by the Brazilian novel Relato de um certo oriente (1989), by Milton Hatoum, and its translation into English The tree of the seventh heaven, by Ellen Watson. For the analysis of culturally marked terms, we followed the interdisciplinary approach proposed by Camargo (2005, 2007) involving corpus-based translation studies (BAKER, 1993, 1995, 1996, 2000), and the investigations of cultural domains (NIDA, 1945; AUBERT, 1981, 2006). The methodology adopted in the present research required the software WordSmith Tools (SCOTT, 2007), which provides the necessary resources for the collection of data in a corpus of translated texts. The software tool called WordList was used for the selection of the most frequent words in the texts and also for the identification of the culturally marked terms. For the analysis of the culturally marked terms in both texts we used the software tool Concord. The results revealed that most of the culturally marked terms are inserted in the ecological domain, and the other terms are distributed in the domains of material, social and ideological culture, which reflects the theme of the book.

Implicações nacionais da integração regional: as eleições diretas do Parlamento do Mercosul

The process of institutionalization of MERCOSUR in recent years has increased the weight of regional integration in the internal policies of the Member States. In the Brazilian case, the bill that regulates direct elections for the MERCOSUR Parliament (Parlasul) in 2014 is an example of this influence, because it includes aspects that are related to discussions on the reform of the Brazilian political system, generating intense debate and controversy within the Congress. This article discusses the possible impacts that its adoption will have on the conduct of political reform in Brazil, on the assumption that this project represents a spillover of political reform for Brazilian regional plan. We assume that its approval can become a test of political reform planned to perform at the regional changes still under discussion in the brazilian legislature. We remind that the decision and approval of the criteria for the Parlasul direct elections is a competence of each Member-State.

A integração das tecnologias de informação e comunicação na escola: o projto político pedagógico nesse contexto

This study aims to analyze the possibilities of integration of new information and communication technologies (ICT) in teaching and learning in a school of public elementary school Municipal Araraquara. This is a survey based on a qualitative approach, which has a strategy Case Study. Made an analysis of the Curriculum Guidelines and Policy Project (PPP) school selected, in order to check how the school addresses the issue of the use of new technologies in the educational process. For the analysis of the Curriculum Guidelines and Educational Policy Project found that the school has studied a concern to make use of ICT in teaching and learning, featuring an awareness of the importance of technology in education, but does not describe ways to integrate curricularmente them. The integration of new technologies into the curriculum requires a systematic reflection about their goals, their technical and content chosen. Not only is working with new technologies aimed at digital inclusion of students, but we need to integrate the school into their curricular, integrate them into the process of teaching and learning. Today ICT configure themselves into a new form of language, essential for knowledge representation and, if so, their presence in the school curriculum is crucial.

Integração ortodontia e dermatologia na busca da excelência na estética bucal

In recent years the number of adult Patients who seek esthetic treatments has increased. Among the patients main concern, lip augmentation has increased, and this procedure has been very well performed and studied by dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Although Orthodontics can achieve good esthetic results through teeth and jaw proper positioning it is a time consuming approach and it discloses some anatomical and biological limitations. Dermatology may be an excellent alternative to enhance orthodontic results through lip augmentation. The aim of this paper is to discuss some dermatology techniques currently available to augment the lips as well as describe a case report highlighting the need for interdisciplinary approach to enhance facial esthetics goals.
