Neste trabalho analisamos a experimentação didática no ensino de Ciências, discutindo possibilidades didáticas e implicações. Para tal, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e análise da experiência didática pessoal da autora, num viés qualitativo de características autoetnográficas da atividade docente em si. Foram analisados os projetos de aulas de Ciências elaborados tendo em vista uma sala do 5º ano do ensino fundamental I, com diferentes estratégias didáticas, tendo como foco as experiências: (a) a construção de um terrário, (b) a construção de um filtro de água e (c) um experimento sobre erosão do solo e (d) a realização de um experimento sobre reciclagem. A análise permite considerar que a experimentação didática pode fomentar um ambiente mais lúdico, com possíveis implicações positivas para o interesse dos alunos pelo aprendizado de Ciências e, sobretudo, para o enriquecimento das atividades de ensino

Cartography is one of the languages that express the knowledge of the geographic space and, therefore, the official curriculum proposals have highlighted the importance of the geography teaching which articulates its contents with this language in primary education. So, we present an analysis of the content selected to the curriculum mapping specifications of the São Paulo faz escola material, specifically for the 6th year of Elementary School II, version 2009. From the perspective of qualitative research, with instruments and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research, we analyzed documents and observed little concern with the proposition works that present the physical and social characteristics of the state of São Paulo. Also, we noticed the lack of concern with representations in local and regional scales. The research brings many examples on the global scale. It explores few activities using graphics and charts. Despite bringing thematic maps in their entirety, it does not show an example of conical projection as well as cartograms and anamorphosis. When I set out to attend degree in mathematics was because I believed that mathematics could be taught to students in a way closer to their daily lives, thereby making it a more attractive school discipline, gradually, eliminating its reputation of a difficult school subject. Then, during my observations in supervised, I realized that one of the greatest difficulties in mathematics was related with geometry, in which the concepts of area and perimeter were often confused. Using the methodological tool of problem solving, something to bring the concept to be developed and the cultural context in which the student is in, I developed some educational activities in which, using concrete materials, students were encouraged to construct their own knowledge about the concepts of area and perimeter. Moreover, such activities were designed to place the student as the center of attention in the classroom. The main objective of this work is to encourage and observe how this methodology, based on the solving problem process, can be used within the classroom, to better understand the concepts to be taught, always looking for improvement of the student learning

We discuss in the work the importance of experiential activities for Physics Teaching in the first years at Elementary Education. For this we start from the experience provided by the Teaching Project Initiation under Pibid CAPES, linked to the Department of Education from the Institute of Biosciences and activities of the Graduate Diploma in Physics Supervised, at Rio Claro Campus, São Paulo State, in partnership with Basic Education schools of the city. Based on some patterns and studies on the Teaching of Science in Elementary Education and particularly in the Ferreira’s work with Instrumentation for Physics Teaching, Electrostatic was chosen as base theme. We opted for the use of didactic experiments that provided in its construction the utilization of low cost materials, easy access and portability. Teaching strategies were aimed at inserting experiential activities during Elementary School I (first and third years of elementary school), intending to rescue the trial of Physics Education and Science for Basic Education. These experimental teaching activities were analyzed in this paper from the perspective of playfulness. We argue that experimentation with recreational attributes when properly used provides the interaction of individuals with the knowledge of Physical Sciences

This research project aims to determine the main way that the inclusion of topics of history and philosophy of science education activities aimed at high school, influence the process of teaching and learning of chemistry. The subject of research will be a teacher, undergraduate student in chemistry and public school students that the teaching units developed will be applied. The literature presents a large of research indicating the need to include these topics in education and present the results of large withdrawals of original sources of the development of scientific knowledge. Despite of the large number of these works are not very common reports of application of the results of these studies on activities of the classroom, which reinforces the importance of this study

The objective of this research is to understand whether the mathematics lessons teachers use ICT and how they see their use. For this, we prepared a questionnaire with four questions for the subjects of our research, which are ex - students of Bachelor in Mathematics FEG / UNESP, in exercise of the profession. The questionnaire data were analyzed following the procedures of phenomenological research. This approach enabled us to draw up three open categories. The first Recourse to boost student learning and school, leads us to interpret that for the interviewees, ICT resources are leading students to do research making them responsible for their learning and providing them with conditions respond the issues raised by the teacher, which generates greater interactivity. The second, Possibility to use software related to mathematical content shows that the subject sees ICT as resources that allow the study of mathematical content, especially geometry and functions, so that student learning is leverage. The third, Obstacles to the use of technology in the classroom shows that even if the subjects recognize the importance of ICT use, they do not use it as often as they would like because of the difficulties that are related to infrastructure and didactic and pedagogical conditions

A partir de mudanças culturais e legislativas, a formação profissional tem passado por alterações no que concernem espaços, modalidades e suas especificidades. São observadas então, mudanças desde os Projetos Político Pedagógicos de cursos de formação de professores, assim como o incentivo do governo à programas de Iniciação à docência, como o PIBID. Com isso, o objetivo desse trabalho foi o de levantar os principais problemas referentes ao ensino de educação física na escola e se um programa de iniciação à docência poderia vir a ajudar na formação inicial do futuro professor. Através de uma pesquisa exploratória, usando como instrumento a fonte documental, esse trabalho analisou relatos de participantes de um grupo PIBID na Universidade Estadual Paulista- Campus Rio Claro, no curso de Educação Física e explorou as influencias desse projeto na formação inicial, comparando-o com a disciplina de Estágio Curricular Supervisionado. Foram encontrados resultados que permeiam problemas estruturais e conceituais referentes à disciplina de Educação Física Escolar, e que corroboram para um declínio de ensino da área, além de resultados significativos que tanto o projeto, como a disciplina de estágio, pôde oferecer aos alunos na construção de sua identidade profissional

This research aims to show how children can learn the meaning of forgiveness in order to build their autonomy and moral . Research is essential to support teachers to work morale within the classroom with their students , so that conflicts a re minimized or even eliminated . Through Piagetian clinical method was observed and interviewed students from the first year of elementary school , trying to identify those who can take a perspective other than you r own . All this in order to inve stigate the possibility of these becoming autonomous and can measure th e consequences of their actions . To develop the moral and intellectual autonomy of the students , Piaget (1994 ) shows the importance of children to act properly by choice , not by pres sure punishments or rewards , and that they have the correct answers , not because someone showed you , but because found . Through research , we found that students are able to forgive, but often requiring that the colleague is also punished in some way. Fo r in fact the children act autonomously it is necessary that the school provides situations where they can experience the cooperation , reciprocity, mutual respect , and thus gradually build their autonomy

This research analyzed if the interactions between teacher and student, and among students, with the use of manipulative materials in the Mathematics teaching in a middle school class and provided the comprehension of the subjects worked. The analysis of the results was based in Vygotsky’s socio-historical theory, that prioritizes the interactions in learning-teaching process. The results of this research showed that these interactions mediated by the use of such materials provide the student with the motivation needed to take part in the math classes as an active actor in his development process, as well as understanding the concepts

The performance of investigative activities with lessons in teaching Science and Chemistry has promoted meaningful learning of scientific knowledge. This study aimed to develop the links between higher education for research and skills argumentative, aimed at building the scientific concept on combustion of the candle in a closed container, for students from two classes of 3rd year of high school, two city schools Bauru, São Paulo. We decided to do a short course investigative, to respond argumentative skills which are developed during the minicourse using investigative activities, knowledge from the history and philosophy of science. The results were gathered from analysis of video recordings of episodes of the short course in both the groups, to produce a higher rate of use of argumentative skill, which were classified into categories according to the prior knowledge of the subject, 'factual knowledge' , 'understanding of concepts' and 'reasoning and analysis.' From the information obtained, it was found that both the teachers and the students were consistent in their actions, and that the activity of reasoning is key to learning. Thus, one can realize that knowledge is not acquired all at the same time, each individual depends on the mediation of the teacher in order to reach different design more appropriate teaching and investigative linked with the argument can be the key tool to acquire this knowledge

A formação profissional é uma área de estudo que procura, através de estudos sistematizados, entender, entre outras coisas, os processos que se dão na constituição do ser profissional, os saberes que se produzem e as identidades que se formam. Especificamente na área de Educação, analisar a formação dos professores é de suma importância para refletirmos a respeito das práticas profissionais. Há alguns anos a temática da identidade docente ou identidade profissional vem sendo discutida na área de educação. De acordo com André (apud ALVES et al., 2007), os temas identidade e profissionalização docente apareceram como temas emergentes de pesquisa no início da década de 1990. Já no ano de 2003, do total de teses e dissertações defendidas sobre formação de professores, verificou-se que 43% dos temas eram sobre a identidade docente (ANDRÉ, 2005 apud ALVES et al., 2007). Além disso, Pimenta (2002) acrescenta que, na mesma época, os estudos sobre a formação inicial e contínua, repensadas a partir da análise das práticas pedagógicas e docentes, se revelaram uma demanda importante. Sendo a identidade docente um tema relevante para a área da Educação, é considerável a reflexão acerca dela bem como o levantamento de questões pertinentes que viabilizem o debate. Nesse trabalho buscamos analisar a constituição da identidade de futuros professores na fase de pré-ensino através dos seguintes objetivos: (a) Averiguar no processo de formação do professor de Educação Física as dimensões da docência que são exercitadas por ocasião dos estágios curriculares supervisionados de Prática de Ensino e; (b) Identificar nos relatórios e trabalhos de campo da disciplina Prática de Ensino e também por meio de questionário, as principais dificuldades que são assinaladas neste processo de formação, bem como na passagem de estudante-estagiário... A história da Educação Física Escolar (EFE) apresenta diversas questões que são interessantes de serem estudadas. Para compreensão do quadro atual dessa disciplina na escola é relevante analisar a sua história, pois esse quadro é conseqüência dos fatos passados. Na tentativa de atender o objetivo do trabalho o recorte feito foi a partir dos pontos relacionados com professor de Educação Física. Deste modo parte-se da formação inicial desse profissional, considerando que no Brasil são oferecidos dois tipos de formação, as ocorridas no modelo tradicional-esportivista e as que apresentam um currículo com caráter técnico científico. Acredita-se a formação inicial contribuí na constituição da concepção pedagógica do profissional em formação, porém não se pode desprezar as suas experiências anteriores essa formação e nem as experiências vividas no mercado de trabalho. Contudo o objetivo do trabalho é: a) identificar a concepção pedagógica de um professor de Educação Física Escolar e b) identificar quais foram os fatores determinantes para se chegar a essa concepção. Para realização da pesquisa utilizou-se a metodologia qualitativa do gênero história de vida. Essa metodologia permite a entrada no campo subjetivo das pessoas, uma vez que ela trabalha com as experiências dessas, nesse caso não há tanto um roteiro factual, porque as narrativas se fazem por meio de impressões, sentimentos e sonhos, o colaborador é objeto central do estudo, que nesse caso será um professor. A seleção do sujeito se fez com a utilização do critério do professor colaborador ser formado em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior Pública e estar atuando na rede de ensino, mas as características pessoais do professor que são bastante peculiares também... Several aspects interfere when it comes to choose a career. Some of which are family and cultural influence; and even lack of opportunities. Such aspects were greatly taken into consideration for defining the subject of this research which is to analyze the reasoning Pedagogy students from UNESP (Universidade Estadual Paulista – University of São Paulo State) used when choosing their academic career, and to assess the students’ profile who were taking this course in 2011 as well as the influence of students’ socioeconomic conditions. An empiric approach with a qualitative survey was chosen to develop this research which was conducted with a questionnaire appliance and with a semi-structured interview with randomly selected students. A theoretical study about the specifics of the academic career and a fully comprehension of the legal / regulatory aspects of this profession in Brazil were also conducted. The survey results showed that most students were women, supporting the fact that this career has become a female profession. Characteristics such as vocation and mission, presented on literatures as the specifics of this profession were clearly seen in the survey results. Several students went to public schools and are labeled into the classes C and D in social economical status; furthermore almost 50% had not chosen Pedagogy as a first choice for a major. However, most of the students do not think that their social economical status had influence in their choice. Nevertheless some students claimed that their options were not their first wish and their choice was made by the easier possibility of entering and concluding the course besides the prompt need of these professionals after graduating in the job market. The experimentation in the teaching of physics has been extensively studied over the years because of its potential as a tool demonstration of physics phenomena studied in classroom. In such a perspective view of the action of apprentice student involving teaching future teachers of physics, under the Program PIBID CAPES, developed since 2009, seeks ways to improve the teaching of physics experiments using the theme chosen for the electrostatic work was . In this particular work, we report the development of the project in a State School located in the city of Rio Claro, in two rooms in the 9th grade in elementary school. It is planned with the activities of teaching physics at this level of education, look at how two different ways of displaying the contents of electrostatics in a playful way for elementary students and implement a library of experiments so that students can take the experiments to their homes
