Alimentar ou ser alimentado?: a expansão da agroindústria canavieira e a soberania alimentar em Flórida Paulista/SP

Devido às características de uso e ocupação do território nas últimas duas décadas, marcadas pela substituição da heterogeneidade da paisagem camponesa pela monotonia dos mares verdes do agronegócio, o município de Flórida Paulista contempla elementos representativos para analisarmos algumas das resultantes entre a expansão da cana-de-açúcar e a produção de alimentos voltados ao abastecimento dos locais próximos. Com isso buscamos entender, com base no recorte eleito para estudo, o percurso do alimento no espaço, desde as pequenas propriedades camponesas que ainda resistem à imposição do formato único, até os diversos pontos de venda/aquisição de alimentos disponíveis na área urbana, além do CEASA de Presidente Prudente/SP, responsável pela distribuição da maior parte dos produtos alimentícios encontrados nas bancas do município. A expansão das áreas monocultoras encontra-se sintonizada aos imperativos da lógica do abastecimento alimentar referenciado no movimento do alimento no espaço, no qual áreas antes policultoras, produtoras de alimentos, são sobrepostas pela geometria monocultural dos canaviais, o que diminui as possibilidades de abastecimento local e reforça o discurso de que os alimentos devam ser garantidos a partir de sujeitos estranhos ao lugar. Alimentar ou ser alimentado, soberania ou segurança, poder de decisão que emana autonomia ou dependência, constituem o eixo central no debate aqui proposto, de modo a identificar, a partir do movimento que denuncia a lógica por detrás do alimento, atores e setores entre a terra e o alimento. Sucessão estratigráfica do Andar Alagoas na Serra do Tonã, Bacia do Tucano (BA)

STRATIGRAPHIC SUCCESSION OF ALAGOAS STAGE ON SERRA DO TONÃ, TUCANO BASIN (BAHIA). Located in northeast of Bahia, serra do Tonã is a NS elongated plateau that standsout in the flattened relief of Tucano Basin. The stratigraphic succession belongs to the Aptian post-rift sequence of this basin. Based on facies analysis, vertical stratigraphic profiles and satelite images interpretation, three stacked stratigraphic units were recognized: (1) lower carbonate unit, composed by laminated limestones and breccias, 5 m thick, correlated with Camadas Batateira of Arripe Basin; (2) intermediate siliciclastic unit, 100m thick and made of sandstones exhibiting finning upward cycles, overlaid by mudstones and sandstones wich sedimentary structures suggest action of tidal currents and (3) upper carbonate unit, composed by laminated limestones, 2-10 m thick, related with Santana Formation, that record lacustrine environment with possible marine influence. Paleocurrent analysis indicates proviniance from north and paleoflows towards south, similar to the Aptian fluvial facies of Araripe Basin, showing that both basins integrated the same continental paleodrainage

Narrativa e experiência: percepções, práticas culturais e memórias de pessoas migrantes

Based in the contact with adults with little education that living in two suburbs of Rio Claro-SP, whose population is largely coming from other states, there were some questions, including: What are reasons for migration are pointed in the narratives of adults little schooling participants EJA classes? So, in the first moment of this research, we present some data collected through a questionnaire applied to students of EJA, we taking information about the state and county of origin of each student. In the second stage methodology was used Oral History pointed questions about the motives of migration reported by subjects who migrated, access and search for education and practice in reading and writing. It was also realized, an activity imagery (or walker interview) with the student, highlighting elements of the landscape of the neighborhood that brings memory's birthplace. Desenvolvimento de filmes finos de Bi3NbO7 pelo método dos precursores poliméricos em diferentes eletrodos óxidos

Technology always advances and thus the device miniaturization and improved performance, besides multifunctionality, they become extremely necessary. A wave of research on the area tends to grow in number and importance in today's market, it is necessary to search for new materials, new applicability of the existing ones and new processes for increasingly cheaper costs. Dielectric materials are considered a key element in this sector being the main electrical properties its high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. The Polymeric Precursor Method appears as a good alternative because is a low cost, simple process with controlled stoichiometry. In this method, two steps were performed. In a first step, the precursor solution was decomposed into powders and in a second step the precursor solution was converted in thin films. In this work, was used the polymeric precursor methods to get thin films where they were heat treated and characterized by XRD, SEM and AFM. We have obtained Bi3NbO7 thin films with good homogeneity and uniform distribution of grains were noted. We observed that the best condition to obtain the tetragonal phase is annealing the film at high temperatures for a longer soaking time and with excess of bismuth. L'article Uma estréia no romance: A mocidade de Trajano veut revoir l'histoire de la publication de ce roman de 1871, renié,quelques années plus tard, par Alfredo d'Escragnolle Taunay. On y veut aussi vérifier les marques qui ce remettent à ceux de Macedo, surtout en ce qui concerne sa filiation au mélodrame (le mot pris dans son sens le plus vaste). Le regard de l'auteur sur le paysage, l'importance du rôle attribué par lui à la nature – scène idéaleopposés à la constatation des dégâts dans les rapports seigneur/esclave, surtout dans les grandes propriétés rurales, pendant le XIXe., ont, eux aussi, été objet de réflexions. Finalement, dans cet article on a essayé de remarquer la filiation idéologique du personnage Trajano à des valeurs européennes, notamment françaises.

The increasing demand for electro-electronic devices, with high performance and multi-functional and the rapid advances of the nanotechnology require the development of new methods and techniques for the production and characterization of nanostructure materials and phenomenological models to describe/to predict some of its properties. The demand for multifunctionality requires, at least, new materials, that can integrate ferroelectric and magnetic properties of high technological interest. Inside of this context, multiferroics material can be considered suitable to integrate two or more physical properties of high technological interest. It can also provides new challenges in the processes of synthesis of new materials, and development of new devices with controlling and simulation of its physical properties and modeling. For this Calcium (Ca)-doped bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) thin films prepared by using the polymeric precursor method (PPM) were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission gun scanning electron microscopy (FEG-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), polarization and piezoelectric measurements.In order to study the behavior and determine which are the most important parameters to achieve the optimal property to be applied to a multiferroic materials

Mapeamento dos compartimentos de relevo do município de Estrela do Norte-SP e adjacências

The Geomorphology is to study the relevant object, which is the substrate where there are social relations, where society draws the natural resources for their survival and structure its immediate surroundings. In this context, the geomorphological map is currently considered as an important tool in landscape research. The landscapes of the city of Estrela do Norte-SP and surroundings consist mostly of geological substratum of sedimentary rock formations of Adamantina and Santo Anastácio (IPT, 1981a). Geomorphologically dominated by large reliefs of gently rolling hills tops and pedologicamente, the Oxisols and Ultisols Red-Yellow (Oliveira et al., 1999), which historically without proper management, formed a serious degradation of erosive framework in the study area. Thus, this study aimed to produce a map of the major compartments of the municipality Estrela do Norte-SP and surrounding areas, using techniques of digital stereoscopy. In relation to the procedures used in developing the mapping of geomorphological compartments, the main references were Tricart (1965) and Ross (1992).
