The process of migration of the rural northeast workers toward the cities of the south of Brazil in search of work and better living conditions reached millions of individuals and constituted the basis of our industrialization and modernization, especially since the 1930s. The Cinema has not ignored this vast phenomenon and, as much as the literature put the question in debate, particularly since 1960, when our seventh art was assumed as part of the national intelligence. In this article, we observed three narratives that thematize the escape from rural to urban from the northeastern hinterland: Vidas Secas (1963), by Nelson Pereira dos Santos, Trópicos (BR / ITA, 1967), by Gianni Amico, and O Caminho das Nuvens (2003), by Vicente Amorim. Participants of the politicized cinema, Vidas Secas and Trópicos draw the political impasses of the period in the form of movies and in the aesthetic choices, trying to understand the role of these migrants in Brazilian life. Already in O Caminho das Núvens, performed four decades later, the narrative is assumed as part of the cinema of entertainment, thinking the process of migration as a choice, as stated the form of this artwork of the called cinema of the resumption.

Given the pedagogical practices in respect of acts of reading in the current context of education institutions in primary education, it is clear that they are connected to decipher and not the search for meaning and understanding. In thinking about the use of new technologies that can contribute to the formation of the reader, it is believed that reading subtitles allows such training since it requires a quick read that does not cling to every word and attribution of meaning to monitor all the course of the film. This makes the children learn to read and make sense using the expertise of its cultural heritage. This research aimed to analyze the contribution of film subtitles to the formation of the reader from elementary school. Thus, students were invited, between the ages of six and ten years, with interest to see subtitled films, and they learn to read subtitles. The film sessions were held fortnightly at the school, in an adapted room. After the sessions, held group discussions to see what the problems in understanding the plot this paper presents data on the session of the film "Coração de Tinta". Children, assisted by the researchers could understand the story and learned to articulate their knowledge in situations of movies. The research is ongoing, but we can see that during the projection there are indications that they are able to read the subtitles, sometimes lose the timing of reading, but gradually evolve in the field of reading this kind of discourse.

The objective of this article was to argue how to use images (as films, photos and paintings) and lyrics of musics (as rap) to teach History of the African and Afro- Brazilian culture in classroom. Demonstrating how the procedures had been worked in classroom, at Municipal School of Basic Education (EMEF) “Maria Pavanatti Favaro”, located in Campinas City, in the State of São Paulo-Brazil, and the results that had been reached with the use of those resources.

By analyzing the pedagogical practices in respect of acts of reading in the current context of school education institutions vital, it is clear that they are linked to decipher. But it is believed that for the student to learn to read is necessary dialogue with the text, attribute meaning to writing and comprehension. When thinking about the use of technologies such as film subtitles, it is believed that they allow readers to form since they require a quick read without using the decryption with the attribution of meaning to follow the entire course of the film. This paper aims to present and analyze a film session the project subtitled and dubbed films in public schools and training of the reader, which investigates the contributions of cinematic legends in training readers in elementary school. In this paper we present data on the session of the film The Secret Garden, with students between six and ten years old in a public school in Marilia, SP. The session took place in film school, in a room adapted. When analyzing the results, we observed that reading subtitles contributes to children are not attached to decipher, because we used reading strategies to understand the plot and tried to dialogue with the text. This approach not only contributes reader for reading the screens, but also in fixed supports, for developing specific tactics for the scrolling text which can be applied to the texts on the immobilized support.

Há uma grande expectativa para o desenvolvimento de biossensores miniaturizados, que permitam análises mais eficientes e rápidas, em matrizes complexas como as encontradas: no ar, alimentos, águas residuais e em medicamentos. Recentemente, filmes poliméricos inteligentes ativados por estímulo externo têm atraído bastante interesse no desenvolvimento desses tais nanosensores para uso em sistemas químicos e bioquímicos. Estes materiais apresentam uma alta sensibilidade a alterações físicas ou químicas ocorridas na sua interface, e respondem seletivamente a essas mudanças para se adaptarem ao meio. Juntando-se as propriedades estímulo-responsivas desses polímeros com a alta seletividade de reações biológicas tem-se uma excelente combinação para a criação de nano biossensores. A esse tipo de sistema: interfaces/material biológico adota-se a nomenclatura biointerface. As biointerfaces são biossensores em potencial, e na preparação dos biossensores a tarefa mais complicada na sua preparação é o desenvolvimento de superfícies adequadas para o interfaceamento com material biológico, de maneira que a parte biológica possa atuar de forma sensível e estável. A primeira etapa consistiu na produção e caracterização dos polímeros escova (P2VP), os quais serão preparados pelo processo de deposição térmica. A caracterização dos mesmos foi realizada por imagens microscopia de força atômica (AFM), via eletroquímica e por transmissão de ressonância plasmônica de superfície. Na etapa posterior foi estudada a imobilização da glicose oxidase para a preparação do biossensor. O dispositivo fabricado foi empregado para a determinação direta de glicose. Desta forma, esperou-se obter uma metodologia de menor custo e tempo de análise. Este projeto experimenta a criação do roteiro do piloto para uma série televisiva infantil de sete episódios, assim como as premissas e sinopses de toda a temporada. O desenvolvimento de um produto televisivo infantil é de grande importância no atual cenário brasileiro, com a nova Lei da TV Paga uma vez que a maioria dos programas são importados. Um breve levantamento da história da infância é apresentado, assim como a construção do conhecimento na criança. O trabalho também faz referência da história da divulgação científica do Brasil e sua atual situação
