This work has as its main purpose to investigate the contribution of supply chain management in order to obtain competitive advantage by companies from the textile industry and from Ceará footwear industry, focusing its analysis mainly in the interorganizational relations (dyadic). For this, the theoretical referential contemplates different explanatory streams of the competitive advantage, detaching the relational perception of the resources theory, as well as, the main presuppositions of the supply chain management which culminates with the development of an analysis sample that runs the empirical study; the one which considers an expanded purpose of the supply chain which includes the government and the abetment institutions as institutional environment representatives. Besides supply chain management consideration as a competitive advantage source, the work also tried to identify other possible competitive advantage sources for the companies of the investigated sectors. It represents a study of multiple interpretive cases, having four cases as a total; meaning two cases in each one of the sectors, which used as a primary data collecting instrument a semi-structured interview schedule. Different methods were used for the data analysis, the content analysis and the constant comparison methods, the analytical procedure originated from the grounded theory research strategy, which were applied the Atlas/ti software recourse. Considering the theoretical referential and the used analysis sample, four basic categories of the work were defined, including its respective proprieties and dimensions: (1) characteristics concerning to the relationship with the supplier; (2) the company relations with the government; (3) the company relations with the abetment institutions and; (4) obtaining sources of competitive advantage. In general, the applied research in the footwear sector revealed that in the relationships of the researched companies related to its suppliers, there is a predominance of the partnership system and the main presuppositions of the supply chain management are applied which contributes for the acquisition of the relational competitive advantage; while in the textile sector, only some of these presuppositions are applied, with little contribution for the relational competitive advantage. The main resource which was accessed by the companies in both sectors through its relationships with the government and the abetment institutions are the tax incentives which, for the footwear companies, contribute for the acquisition of the temporary competitive advantage in relation to the contestants who do not own productive installations in the Northeast region, it also conducts to a competitive parity situation in relation to the contestants who own productive installations in the Northeast region and to the external market contestants; while for the companies of the textile sector, the tax incentives run the companies to a competitive parity situation in relation to its contestants. Furthermore, the investigated companies from the two sectors possess acquisition sources of the competitive advantage which collimate with different explanatory streams (industrial analysis, resources theory, Austrian school and the dynamic capabilities theory), although there is a predominance of the product innovation as a competitive advantage source in both sectors, due to the bond of these with the fashion tendencies

Il mio elaborato è suddiviso in due parti. Nella prima parte mostrerò le tecniche e le norme al fine di implementare la gestione dei materiali in un'azienda, in particolare mi soffermerò sulla gestione dei materiali a fabbisogno. Mentre nella seconda parte analizzerò come la gestione dei materiali ha influito all'interno del Business Game e come essa ci ha portato ad una situazione di vantaggio competitivo rispetto le aziende concorrenti.

The present objective study to inside identify the critical factors of success of the local family companies of a competitive boarding. For in such a way the same it understands the culture and the management of the family companies of success, identifies the essential areas of performance, it establishes the restrictive factors of the success, and analyzes the level of influence of the critical factors of success in the competitiveness of this type of company. In function of the subject little to be explored, and of this study to provide a general vision concerning the factors that take the family companies to get success, this research is explorer. On the other hand, for describing characteristic of the familiar companies in prominence in the local scene and for being worried about the practical performance, the same one also is descriptive. The sample in turn is the not-probabilist one of the intentional type, for accessibility. For operacionalization of the collection of data, the direct contact was used, being the composed instrument of research for variable as management, culture, critical factors of success and competitiveness. The study it evidences that in regards to the management and the culture of the family companies of success, some variable are turned aside from the standard of the conventional family companies cited by literature. Of general form in the familiar companies of success it has a bigger level of professionalization of the management. As for the value given to the knowledge, the study sample that the conventional family companies give little importance to it, in contrast of the family companies in prominence, who value of significant form the search for the knowledge. He is demonstrated despite the family companies of success, even so total are not professionalized, possess a bigger level of professionalization of the management, ratifying of certain forms the reason for which the majority develops the Strategical Planning formal periodically. In short, the results point 17 critical factors of success with respect to the family companies, in special factors as the product quality and services, and the use of the technology

En este artículo se presenta la importancia de la estrategia, de la estructura y de las formas de asociación de las pequeñas y medianas empresas colombianas (Pymes) como fuentes de ventajas competitivas en el entorno internacional. El artículo finaliza con unas conclusiones y recomednaciones sobre ventajas competitivas para que las Pymes colombianas puedan multiplicar de manera significativa las exportaciones no tradicionales en los próximos años.

El objetivo del presente artículo es revisar en un principio el concepto de toma de decisiones a partir de los estudios realizados por Antonio Damasio (1994/2010), los cuales nos permiten comprender que este es un proceso que está altamente influenciado por las emociones y los sentimientos -- Más adelante, y siguiendo esta línea de argumentación, se realiza una revisión del concepto de inteligencia emocional a partir de Daniel Goleman (1996) -- La inteligencia emocional nos permite comprender aún más la relación que hay entre las emociones y la forma como decidimos, ya que, como este concepto lo indica: al ser conscientes de las emociones propias y ajenas podremos tener un mejor manejo de las situaciones donde nos vemos enfrentados a tomar decisiones que nos involucran a nosotros mismos y los demás -- Finalmente, en las conclusiones, mencionamos algunas críticas posibles al concepto de inteligencia emocional, mostrando rutas que serían interesantes para continuar con su desarrollo

The presence of weeds decreases the crop yield. Among the alternatives to reduce the crop yield loss, it can be included to increase the competitive ability of the crop and the chemical control of the weeds. A research program was developed in the course of Agronomy at Federal Technological University at Paraná, Campus Pato Branco - PR, during the years 2015/16, with the objectives evaluating if gibberellin inhibitors increase the competitive ability of bean plants, making them insensitive to the initialism, extending the period prior to weed-crop interference. Evaluate the tolerance of common bean plants to the herbicide ethoxysulfuron and investigate the existence of relationship between the plant mass and the level of tolerance of the plants to the herbicide. Evaluate the effect of increasing doses of ethoxysulfuron on morphological characteristics, yield components and grain yield of the bean cultivars IPR Tangará and IPR Andorinha. Evaluate the effect of increasing doses of ethoxysulfuron on the development of IAC Imperador and the community of weeds present in the area. Elucidate the mechanism that confers tolerance to bean plants to the herbicide ethoxysulfuron. The results indicate that gibberellin inhibitors were not effective in increasing periods of weed-crop coexistence. Trinexapac-ethyl increased 20% the grain yield of bean plants. It was observed high variability as the response of bean cultivars to the herbicide ethoxysulfuron, however, despite high doses (200 g ha-1), it was not observed death of the plants. The field results indicate that when the ethoxysulfuron dose is 83.2 g ha-1, the reduction in grain yield can reach 40% with the cultivar IPR Tangará and 30% in the cultivar IPR Andorinha. However, respectively for each cultivar cited, ethoxysulfuron at 17 and 12 g ha-1 are enough to reduce 10% of grain yield. Evaluating the control of weeds within the bean crop cultivar IAC Imperador with the herbicide ethoxysulfuron, it was observed that doses at 20 g ha-1 are enough to control soybean and Ipomoea spp. plants. But, due to the level of plant injury, the crop grain yield increase was not sufficient to match the one observed on the weed-free untreated control. The mechanism of tolerance of bean plants to ethoxysulfuron appears to be the herbicide degradation.

El Programa de Inteligencia Emocional Plena (PINEP) (Ramos, Recondo y Enríquez, 2012) propone que la manera más óptima de manejar emociones sería afrontarlas con una actitud compasiva, de aceptación, curiosidad y ausencia de juicio, siendo pues, con Atención Plena. La práctica de Mindfulness implica estar presentes, conectando con la riqueza de cada momento. Tratándose de gestión emocional, implicaría abrirnos a la experiencia, sea cual sea la emoción experimentada, acogiéndola de un modo compasivo tal y como sucede. Así, la práctica de meditación Tonglen es una forma de conectar con el sufrimiento a través de la cual despertar genuinamente la compasión que hay en todos nosotros.

Os grupos de pesquisa são responsáveis pela investigação de temáticas relevantes no âmbito científico, pois conduzem o debate e acirram o saber-fazer, contribuindo, sobremaneira, para a construção de conhecimentos. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é caracterizar os grupos de pesquisa sobre inteligência organizacional quanto aos aspectos gerais, institucionais, recursos humanos e especialidades do conhecimento que o constituem. Metodologicamente, quanto à natureza é considerada como abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, e como estudo do tipo documental desenvolvido no ambiente da web. Os documentos de formato eletrônico analisados correspondem aos cadastros dos grupos de pesquisa sobre inteligência organizacional e competitiva no campo da Ciência da Informação, escolhidos pelo critério de busca por descritores, caracterizando a amostra como intencional. Trata-se de um estudo de nível exploratório-descritivo. Como resultados, identificam na recuperação parametrizada 13 grupos, que trabalham com o tema em questão, na sua maioria se concentram na região Sudeste e demonstram a importância e o envolvimento de pessoas na busca por resultados que possibilitem inovações tecnológicas e informacionais. As linhas de pesquisas, embora se diferenciem, algumas apresentam termos estudados bastante semelhantes entre os grupos. Foram recuperadas 62 linhas desenvolvidas pelos grupos com temas semelhantes e percebe-se positivamente uma preocupação dos pesquisadores envolvidos em como potencializar e desenvolver um ambiente competitivo e identificar os recursos informacionais dentro de uma organização. Produzir artigos, participação em eventos, dissertações e teses, livros e outras produções fazem parte das expectativas dos grupos. Em relação à formação de competências, os grupos pretendem ministrar cursos, promover extensão integrada, desenvolver instrumentos de recuperação da informação, realizar estudos prospectivos nas organizações, fortalecer laboratórios, fortalecer a pesquisa, organizar eventos, desenvolver produtos e serviços e discutir a teoria e a prática de Inteligência Competitiva.
