Futebol: representações e práticas de escolares do ensino fundamental

Este estudo buscou caracterizar as práticas e identificar representações sociais de escolares sobre o futebol no âmbito da aulas de Educação Física Escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de tipo etnográfico, que utilizou observação participante e entrevistas semiestruturadas, além de questionário, em uma turma de 29 alunos do 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental, em uma escola pública na cidade de Bauru - SP. Os resultados indicam que as mídias e a família são os principais elementos que constituem as representações dos alunos sobre o futebol, e que o modo como a prática do futebol é desenvolvida na escola ao mesmo tempo as constrói e realimenta. Concluímos que as representações sociais são um importante meio que orienta as relações dos alunos com o futebol, na medida em que influenciam a orientação e organização das suas condutas. Todavia, isto não torna homogêneas suas condutas e valores, pois os alunos buscam no futebol a satisfação de algo que é também pessoal, como diversão e amizades.

The University and its libraries: reactions and resistance to scientific publishers

This paper addresses the relationship of copyright and the right of universities on scientific production. Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are causing many changes in the system of scientific communication, such as the creation of Institutional Repositories that aim to gather scientific production in digital format. The University needs quicker ways of spreading academic production and many questions are emerging due to contexts such as the Open Access movement. Thus, this paper questions the positioning of Universities, especially Public Universities, which despite having policies related to intellectual property to protect the transferring forms of research results to society; many times do not have a positioning or a mechanism that regulates the self-deposit of scientific production in these Institutional Repositories. In order to develop this paper, the following issues are addressed: lack of interest of the University in storing scientific production; reports on the relationship of the library with scientific publishing houses; the participation of faculty members and students in supporting the Free Access movement; and initiatives aimed at greater flexibility of copyright to the context of scientific production. In order to follow the development of these issues at international level, it was opted for qualitative research with non-participating direct observation to carry out the identification and description of copyright policy of important publishers from the ROMEO SHERPA site; therefore, it can be observed that there are changes regarding the publishers' flexibility before self-archiving of authors in open access institutional repositories in their universities. Given this scenario, we presente reflections and considerations that involve the progress and mainly the integration of the University and its faculty members; the institution should recommend and guide its faculty members not to transfer their copyrights, but to defend their right of copy to Institutional Repositories along with Publishing Houses.

Educação de jovens e adultos: a construção das operações aritméticas em matemática

Working with adult students who attend literacy rooms has been set a challenge for educators, especially with regard to issues of learning mathematics. This work of course completion intention was to investigate the process of construction of arithmetic operations in mathematics from the perspective of the students themselves. Thus specific objectives were to investigate how these students face simple operations that can do this automatically on a daily basis, but not always systematized in the classroom; how these students think and communicate their ideas to the mental operation of the paper record. To this end we chose a qualitative research approach with characteristics of case study, conducted in a room of Youth and Adult participants with three ladies. The data collection occurred through the application of a semi-structured, audio recorded and later transcribed, which issues the verbalization sought and a description of how to give students the learning process of some mathematical content. The results showed that students bring with them skills, cultures and values to the classroom and that these are the basis for understanding the content. The teacher of adult education must take into consideration everything that the student brings to the classroom, their experiences, their history and culture, thus questioning the real world, so they can understand math in a way closer to their daily lives

Projetos de extensão em dança da UNESP/Rio Claro: contribuições à formação profissional dos estudantes de Educação Física

The Projects of Extension in dance of the State University of São Paulo- Campus Rio Claro in 1994 and 1995 with the Dance Companies: Éxciton and Contratempo respectively. From this moment, the dance has always been present on the campus of Rio Claro, is participating actively in group or even as spectators of the many presentations. This research aims to understand and analyze the influence at the participants professional formation of the two companies, already graduated and working since the Dance Companies from the beginning until today. For the development of this study will be conducted qualitative research involving literature and area of study research. The technique used for the collection is a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The research subjects students trained by Physical Education Department of the State University of São Paulo - Campus Rio Claro, active in this area of academic formation, with one participant from each Dance Company in each year of existence. Data analysis will be based on the technique of content analysis proposed by Bardin (2010). The results found that the extension projects contribute to the professional acting, because they enable exchange of experience, acquisition and incorporation of new knowledge, different from previously built on a broad vision of dance. This new framework allows the development of education/ teaching/ methodology, enabling the contact since graduating with professional practice and obtaining safety and confidence to act in the labor maker

Infância, família e escola: análise dos significados da Infância e dos Direitos da Criança

This study aimed at analyzing the meanings of Children and Child Rights awarded by the kindergarten children and their educators, parents and teacher. Interest in the subject arose from the participation of the University Extension Project, conducted at the Department of Education, UNESP, Bauru, called The Rights of the Child: ECA in school. Since then, the question arose: to what extent we have visibility of meanings that educators and the child has on the Rights of the Child relating to the specifics of childhood? The research followed the tenets of qualitative research, methodological procedures and adopting the observation in a classroom from kindergarten (K II), semi-structured interview through leisure moments, with the class of aged five years and a questionnaire for family and teacher. The research adopted as reference material, studies of the area of Sociology of Childhood, History of Childhood, Public Policy, Legislation Related to the theme, and an overview of psychogenic to talk about the morality of children. The results showed that parents and caregivers understand childhood as a stage of child development, marked by jokes and fancies, in which the family and the school has an important role in this process. In what concerns the children's rights, there are contradictions in the legal aspects and the situation of children today. The results showed that children's childhood is characterized by recreational activities, and adults are responsible for caring for them. And it comes on the Rights of the Child noted that there is a confusion between rights and duties because they are in a phase of moral heteronomy. The findings indicate the need for wide dissemination on the Statute of Children and Adolescents, especially in preschools in line with families to practice it a new look at childhood, conceiving children as subjects... The current growth of the cosmetic Brazilian market and the incessant search for innovations requires the company´s Research & Development departments to be efficient and assertive. Therefore this work aimed to approach the process of development of new concepts, since the market exploration using quantitative tools, Survey, until the concept creation by qualitative tools. As results of this project an analysis of the tools and guidelines used nowadays and the creation of new exploration methods were delivered

Influência dos estados emocionais em jogadoras de handebol

Questions of psychological interference have been white of the researchers, that identify in the emotional states, a key precious and important in the fight to get a significant result in the esportivo context. The present study it raised questions of interest of sciences of the sport, objectifying to check the influences of the emotional states of players of handebol and its possible interferences in the esportivo income. We work with a qualitative research, leading given next to the athletes and commission technique of the team of handebol of Sorocaba; using questionnaires structuralized and halfstructuralized for the collection of data. All the gotten results had been represented graphically and analyzed front to the theoretical referencial of the area. These results in had shown them that inside of the searched universe, consequentemente exist some factors that intervene with the esportivo income of the majority of the athletes , affecting in a generalized manner the income of the team. In this way we have that it is not only enough to give attention to the physical training, technician and tacticians. It is necessary to give a special attention to the psychological factors of the athletes, so that in a competition they can relieve everything that that has condition to relieve. Finally, we more suggest deepened research inside of this area so that let us can better understand and take attitudes with regard to subjects as the Daily paymenstrual Tension and the question of the leadership, in the form of case studies. We also suggest an intervention of work of a psychologist of the sport acting next to team since the phase of definition of objectives until the ends of the championship.
