Yhteisöllisen verkkopalvelun ansaintamallit. Case: Peukalo.fi

Tämän Pro gradu -tutkielman tarkoituksena on luoda malli yhteisöllisten verkkopalveluiden ansaintalogiikoista ja niiden edellytyksistä. Ansaintalogiikoiden edellytyksistä käsiteltiin isona kokonaisuutena arvontuottoa. Tutkimus suoritettiin rekisteröitymällä tutkittaviin yhteisöllisiin palveluihin sekä haastattelemalla yhteisöjen parissa työskenteleviä asiantuntijoita. Tutkimuksen teoreettisina viitekehyksinä käytettiin virtuaaliyhteisöjen teorioita sekä arvontuoton teorioita sähköisestä liiketoiminnasta. Tutkimuksesta kävi ilmi, että käytännön ansaintamahdollisuudet ovat teorian esittämää valikoimaa pienemmät. Yhteisöjen kannalta mahdollisia ansaintalogiikoita ovat tutkimuksen mukaan mainonnasta saatavat tulot sekä maksullisista lisäpalveluista saatavat tulot. Mahdollistaakseen nämä ansaintalogiikat täytyy yhteisön hallinnoijan saada kerättyä suuri määrä aktiivisia käyttäjiä palveluun, jotka tuottavat itse palvelun arvokkaimmansisällön. Palvelun perustamisen osalta voidaan päätellä, että yhteisön koko ja sen aktiivisuus ovat suurelta osin mahdottomia ennustaa. Yhteisöjen kehitystä ja toimintaa voidaan kuitenkin tukea tarjoamalla sosiaalista vuorovaikutusta tukevia toimintoja.

Henkilörekisterit markkinatutkimusalan yrityksessä

Nykyisessä informaatioyhteiskunnassa henkilötiedotkin muuttuvat tuotteiksi, jotka alkavat elää omaa elämäänsä ja joilla käydään kauppaa. Toisaalta taas yksityisyyden arvostuskin on kasvussa. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena on teoriassa selvittää millä tavalla henkilötietojen käsittelyä säännellään Suomessa. Empiirisen osan tavoitteena on tutkia kuinka sääntelyn eri kohdat on huomioitu markkinatutkimusalan yrityksessä. Tutkimusote on vertaileva, normatiivinen ja empiirinen. Henkilötietolaki on kehittynyt Suomessa kolmen vuosikymmenen aikana merkittävästi. Nykyisin voidaan puhua myös laajemmin tietosuojalainsäädännöstä, joka sisältää henkilötietolain lisäksi muitakin lakeja mm. sähköisen viestinnän tietosuojalain. Markkinatutkimusalalla merkittävässä roolissa ovat alan käytännesäännöt, joiden avulla lainsäädäntöä pyritään tekemään helpommin omaksuttavaksi. Lainsäädännön toteutuminen ja toimivuus riippuu siitä, kuinka hyvin rekisterinpitäjät ja rekisteröidyt ymmärtävät lainsäädännön tavoitteet. Kummankin osapuolen tietoisuuteen tulisi kiinnittää yhä enemmän huomiota. Rekisterinpitäjän velvollisuuksien noudattaminen on pitkälti kiinni heidän omasta aktiivisuudestaan ja lainkuuliaisuudestaan, koska lainsäädännön valvonnassakin on puutteita. Markkinatutkimusalalla henkilötietolain noudattaminen otetaan vakavasti. Alaltaei ole löydettävissä yhtään oikeustapausta eikä myöskään tietosuojavaltuutetun lausuntoja tai kannanottoja. Alalla, jossa henkilötietoja käsitellään paljon, on tärkeää, että ihmiset luottavat siihen, että tutkimukset eivät riko heidän yksityisyyttään tarpeettomasti. Lainsäädäntö ei rajoita markkinatutkimustoimintaa. Henkilötietolainsäädäntö antaa henkilötietojen käsittelylle markkinatutkimustoiminnassa hyvän viitekehyksen, jossa yrityksen on helppo toimia.

El contexto escolar como escenario de educación superior en la formación de docentes. El prácticum en Quebec como modelo para reflexionar ante las nuevas titulaciones de grado

El diseño de los planes de estudio para las nuevas titulaciones de grado de Magisterio constituye, por su carácter profesionalizador basado en competencias y la ampliación de los estudios a cuatro cursos, una oportunidad para las facultades de educación de mejora de la calidad de la formación inicial de maestros. Gran parte del incremento de los créditos se destina a la ampliación de los periodos de prácticas en los centros escolares colaboradores. Se trata de un escenario de cambio profundo que deberá replantear la organización y revisar los modelos. La experiencia en Quebec nos proporciona elementos de análisis y de reflexión con la finalidad de llegar a orientaciones y a conclusiones transferibles a la organización de estos planes de estudio y para integrar el prácticum en una visión global e interdisciplinaria de la titulación.

Presenting HTML Content Using Mobile Devices

Tämä diplomityö käsittelee HTML-sivujen näyttämistä käytettävästi mobiililla päätelaitteella. Tutkimuskohteena on sivujen käytettävyyden parantaminen mobiilissa internetselaimessa. Diplomityössä esitetään havaittuja käytettävyysongelmia ja pohditaan ratkaisuja näihin selaimessa. Teoriataustaa tarkastellaan useista käytettävyyden näkökulmista, käyttäen apuna tutkimuksia ja teorioita. Tutkimuksiin ja teorioihin perustuen suunnitellaan selaimessa tapahtuvat muutokset, jotka mahdollistaisivat sivujen hyvän käytettävyyden. Tutkimusainestoa kerättiin aikaisimmista käytettävyystutkimuksista, suosituksista sekä tieteellisistä analyyseistä. Tarkastelun kohteena olivat myös nykyisten mobiilien internetselainten käyttämät ratkaisut havaittuihin käytettävyysongelmiin. Työn tuloksena esitetään mobiiliin selaimeen toteutettavat sääntöjoukot, jotka muovaisivat HTML-sivut käytettäväksi päätelaitteelle. Ratkaisuna annetaan ehdotuksia sisällön esittämistavalle ja pohditaan näissä syntyneitä ongelmia. Tulevaisuudessa kun sääntöjoukko on toteutettu selaimeen sillä suoritetaan käytettävyystestaukset.

Nykypäivän maailma tukeutuu verkkoihin. Tietokoneverkot ja langattomat puhelimet ovat jo varsin tavallisia suurelle joukolle ihmisiä. Uusi verkkotyyppi on ilmestynyt edelleen helpottamaan ihmisten verkottunutta elämää. Ad hoc –verkot mahdollistavat joustavan verkonmuodostuksen langattomien päätelaitteiden välille ilman olemassa olevaa infrastruktuuria. Diplomityö esittelee uuden simulaatiotyökalun langattomien ad hoc –verkkojen simulointiin protokollatasolla. Se esittelee myös kyseisten verkkojen taustalla olevat periaatteet ja teoriat. Lähemmin tutkitaan OSI-mallin linkkikerroksen kaistanjakoprotokollia ad hoc –verkoissa sekä vastaavan toteutusta simulaattorissa. Lisäksi esitellään joukko simulaatioajoja esimerkiksi simulaattorin toiminnasta ja mahdollisista käyttökohteista.

Digitaalisten myyntikanavien käytön lisääntyminen suoramarkkinoinnissa ja kanavien tarjoamat mahdollisuudet ovat ajankohtainen aihe yritysmaailmassa. Digitalisoitumisen hyödyt yritykselle ovat myös uusi tutkimuskohde. Tutkimuksessa pyritään löytämään perinteisen ja digitaalisen kanavan erot sekä kuvaamaan sähköpostimyynnin erityispiirteet aikakauslehden tilausmyynnissä. Tutkimuksen näkökulmana on taloushallinnon kustannus-hyötytarkastelu. Tämän kvalitatiivisen tutkimuksen menetelmänä on tapaustutkimus ja kohdeyrityksenä Sanoma Magazines Finland Oy, jonka lehtituotteiden myynnin tietoja on kerätty pääasiassa havainnoimalla yrityksen eri järjestelmistä. Ilmiötä on tarkasteltu sähköiseen markkinointiin liittyvän lainsäädännön, strategia-ajattelun käsitteistön ja taloushallinnosta erityisesti kustannuslaskennan kautta. Empiriassa kuvataan kahden eri myyntikanavan myyntiprosessit. Vertailemalla eri kanavien viiden eri lehtituotteen kahden vuoden myynnin toimenpiteiden tunnuslukuja keskenään pyritään selvittämään ja kuvaamaan sähköpostimyynnin erityispiirteet.

Inclusió a la Bolonyesa. Els referents teòrics i metodològics que fonamenten i acompanyen el mètode de Nicola Cuomo: L’emoció de conèixer i el desig d’existir

Les següents pàgines tracten buscar sota quins referents teòrics i metodològics es fonamenta el mètode de “l’Emoció de conèixer i el desig d’existir”, un enfocament educatiu de caràcter global creat pel professor de la Universitat de Bolonya Nicola Cuomo. En primera instància, en forma de marc teòric, s’intenta recollir tots aquells postulats que Cuomo ha utilitzat per elaborar aquest mètode, i així el lector pot captar sota quins paradigmes i teories neix. En segon terme, i amb l’objectiu de buscar els punts de contacte i discrepància, es compara tot aquest marc teòric amb els principals arguments de tres referents mundials en educació inclusiva. En tercer lloc, i seguint amb l’objectiu del punt anterior, es compara aquesta base teòrica amb quatre didàctiques específiques, i així, trobar la relació entre les idees de Cuomo i els arguments que defineixen aquestes didàctiques. Com a últim apartat, s’estableixen unes conclusions que intenten definir, justificar i validar els referents teòrics i metodològics de “l’Emoció de conèixer...”, per tal d’evidenciar que el mètode pot ser un referent, un model, una pauta a tenir molt en consideració.

Des d’un punt de vista inclusiu, la detecció i el tractament d’aquests problemes s’ha convertit en un dels reptes més importants en l’educació i per aquest motiu volem oferir al professorat un seguit de metodologies i tècniques amb les quals puguin reconèixer en cursos inicials a tots aquells alumnes susceptibles a la realització d’una intervenció preventiva.

Irving Langmuir received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1932 "...for his outstanding discoveries and investigations within the field of surface chemistry", according to the Swedish Academy. However, few people know that his work comprises other very important contributions, and not only for chemistry, such as the discovery of plasma, the atomic hydrogen, the pure thermoionic phenomenon, the development of the cloud seeding technique for weather modification, among many others. This paper summarizes Langmuir's most important discoveries and theories, with an especial mention for his practical inventions and his work on the atomic theory.

Our aimneeds to be, as Morin says, not “to reduce complexity to simplicity, [but] totranslate complexity into theory”.New tools for the conception, apprehension and treatment of the data ofexperience will need to be devised to complement existing ones and toenable us to make headway toward practices that better fit complexictheories. New mathematical and computational contributions have alreadycontinued to grow in number, thanks primarily to scholars in statisticalphysics and computer science, who are now taking an interest in social andeconomic phenomena.Certainly, these methodological innovations put into question and againmake us take note of the excessive separation between the training receivedby researchers in the ‘sciences’ and in the ‘arts’. Closer collaborationbetween these two subsets would, in all likelihood, be much moreenergising and creative than their current mutual distance. Humancomplexics must be seen as multi-methodological, insofar as necessarycombining quantitative-computation methodologies and more qualitativemethodologies aimed at understanding the mental and emotional world ofpeople.In the final analysis, however, models always have a narrative runningbehind them that reflects the attempts of a human being to understand theworld, and models are always interpreted on that basis.

Bisfosfonatos: síntese, análises químicas e aplicações farmacológicas

Bisphosphonates are drugs that have been widely used in different bone diseases, and have recently been used successfully against many parasites. Various synthetic routes to prepare different types of bisphosphonates have been described, with distinct potency and pharmacological activity. A number of analytical techniques are currently being used to analyze these drugs; among these, the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with different systems of detection, is worth highlighting. However, the development of more sensitive methods is still necessary, once they are essential for bioavailability and bioequivalence studies. This paper reports the major synthesis routes, chemical analysis methodologies and pharmacological applications of bisphosphonates.
