There is a need for methodology to warm open-field plots in order to study the likely effects of global warming on ecosystems in the future. Herein, we describe the development of arrays of more powerful and efficient infrared heaters with ceramic heating elements. By tilting the heaters at 45 degrees from horizontal and combining six of them in a hexagonal array, good uniformity of warming was achieved across 3-m-diameter plots. Moreover, there do not appear to be obstacles (other than financial) to scaling to larger plots. The efficiency [eta(h) (%); thermal radiation out per electrical energy in] of these heaters was higher than that of the heaters used in most previous infrared heater experiments and can be described by: eta(h) = 10 + 25exp(-0.17 u), where u is wind speed at 2 m height (m s(-1)). Graphs are presented to estimate operating costs from degrees of warming, two types of plant canopy, and site windiness. Four such arrays were deployed over plots of grass at Haibei, Qinghai, China and another at Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA, along with corresponding reference plots with dummy heaters. Proportional integral derivative systems with infrared thermometers to sense canopy temperatures of the heated and reference plots were used to control the heater outputs. Over month-long periods at both sites, about 75% of canopy temperature observations were within 0.5 degrees C of the set-point temperature differences between heated and reference plots. Electrical power consumption per 3-m-diameter plot averaged 58 and 80 kW h day(-1) for Haibei and Cheyenne, respectively. However, the desired temperature differences were set lower at Haibei (1.2 degrees C daytime, 1.7 degrees C night) than Cheyenne (1.5 degrees C daytime, 3.0 degrees C night), and Cheyenne is a windier site. Thus, we conclude that these hexagonal arrays of ceramic infrared heaters can be a successful temperature free-air-controlled enhancement (T-FACE) system for warming ecosystem field plots.

A highly sensitive and accurate method based on the precolumn derivatization of bile acids (BA) with a high ionization efficiency labeling reagent 1,2-benzo-3,4-dihydrocarbazole-9-ethyl-benzenesulfonate (BDEBS) coupled with LC/MS has been developed. After derivatization, BA molecules introduced a weak basic nitrogen atom into the molecular core structure that was readily ionized in commonly used acidic HPLC mobile phases. Derivatives were sufficiently stable to be efficiently analyzed by atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI)-MS/MS in positive-ion mode. The MS/MS spectra of BA derivatives showed an intense protonated molecular ion at m/z [M + H](+). The collision-induced dissociation of the molecular ion produced fragment ions at [MH - H2O](+), [MH - 2H(2)O](+), [MH - 3H(2)O](+). The characteristic fragment ions were at m/z 320.8, 262.8, and 243.7 corresponding to a cleavage of N - CO, O - CO, and C - OCC, respectively, and bonds of derivatized molecules. The selected reaction monitoring, based on the m/z [M + H]+ -> [MH - H2O](+), [MH - H2O](+), [MH - 2H(2)O](+), [MH-3H(2)O](+), 320.8, 262.8, and 243.7 transitions, was highly specific for the BA derivatives. The LODs for APCI in a positive-ion mode, at an S/N of 5, were 44.36-153.6 fmol. The validation results showed high accuracy in the range of 93-107% and the mean interday precision for all standards was < 15% at broad linear dynamic ranges (0.0244-25nmol/mL). Good linear responses were observed with coefficients of > 0.9935 in APCI/MS detection. Therefore, the facile BDEBS derivatization coupled with mass spectrometric analysis allowed the development of a highly sensitive and specific method for the quantitation of trace levels of the free and glycine-conjugated BA from human serum samples.

The meadow ecosystem on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is considered to be sensitive to climate change. An understanding of the alpine meadow ecosystem is therefore important for predicting the response of ecosystems to climate change. In this study, we use the coefficients of variation (Cv) and stability (E) obtained from the Haibei Alpine Meadow Ecosystem Research Station to characterize the ecosystem stability. The results suggest that the net primary production of the alpine meadow ecosystem was more stable (Cv = 13.18%) than annual precipitation (Cv = 16.55%) and annual mean air temperature (Cv= 28.82%). The net primary production was insensitive to either the precipitation (E = 0.0782) or air temperature (E = 0.1113). In summary, the alpine meadow ecosystem on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is much stable. Comparison of alpine meadow ecosystem stability with other five natural grassland ecosystems in Israel and southern African indicates that the alpine meadow ecosystem on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is the most stable ecosystem. The alpine meadow ecosystem with relatively simple structure has high stability, which indicates that community stability is not only correlated with biodiversity and community complicity but also with environmental stability. An average oscillation cycles of 3-4 years existed in annual precipitation, annual mean air temperature, net primary production and the population size of consumers at the Haibei natural ecosystem. The high stability of the alpine meadow ecosystem may be resulting also from the adaptation of the ecosystem to the alpine environment.

Milula, a monotypic genus endemic to the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, was found to be nested deeply within Allium by the molecular phylogeny despite the aberrant morphology. It remains unknown what had contributed to the rapid evolution of morphology and origin of this exceptional species. In contrast to a previous report of its karyotypes with 2n = 16 = 8M+8SM (2SAT), similar to most species of Allium, a rather different karyotype, 2n = 20 = 4M +10SM+6T (2SAT), was found in examined 31 individuals from 6 populations of M. spicata distributed in the central Tibet. Karyotypes of 7 Allium species occurring in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau were further reported. The basic number x = 8 was confirmed for all of them and their karyotypes consist mainly of metacentric and submetacentric chromosomes with rare subterminal and terminal chromosomes. The karyotype of M. spicata is distinctly different from that of most Allium species occurring in the plateau through a complete comparison of all available species in this region and adjacent areas. However, the same chromosome number and similar karyotypic structure were found in A. fasciculatum of Sect. Bromatorrhiza, indicating a possible close relationship between them. But this similarity is contradictory to the preliminary molecular phylogenetic analysis that Milula was closely related to A. cyathophorum of Sect. Bromatorrhiza with x=8, but the other species with x=10 and 11 in this section were clearly placed in the other clade. We therefore suggested that the paralleling evolution from x=8 to x=9, 10 and 11 with increasing asymmetry of karyotype possibly due to the chromosomal Robertsonian translocation might occur separately in the two recognized phylogenetic lineages of Allium. In addition to aneuploidy and following change of the chromosomal structures, the habitat isolation due to the recent uplift of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and the Quaternary climatic oscillation, plays a greater role in origin of Milula and other endemic species (genera) with aberrant morphology from their progenitors.

介绍了一种基于运动描述语言的轮式移动机器人控制方法.运动描述语言不仅可以有效地描述机器人系统中离散和连续动力学过程的相互作用,而且可以定量地描述操纵机器人的复杂性.利用该方法对具有非完整约束的轮式移动机器人的位姿镇定问题进行了研究,仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性.

利用多顶砧压机,以青藏高原北喜马拉雅构造带的天然斜长角闪岩为样品,在2.0GPa,800~1000℃条件下进行了两个系列的块状样品脱水部分熔融实验:(1)保持压力p=2.0GPa,加热时间t=12h不变,改变温度(800℃~1000℃)的实验;(2)保持压力p=2.0GPa,温度T=850℃不变,改变加热时间(12~200h)的实验.结果表明,2.0GPa,加热12h的条件下,随温度升高,斜长角闪岩中依次生成了石榴石、熔体和单斜辉石,熔体的成分呈英云闪长质-花岗闪长质-英云闪长质的演化趋势.2.0GPa,850℃条件下,随加热时间增加,斜长角闪岩中依次生成了石榴石、熔体和单斜辉石,熔体的成分由英云闪长质向花岗闪长质演化.当块状岩石样品中熔体体积百分比的含量达到5%时,熔体已经相互连通.温度大于850℃的条件下生成的熔体其粘度在104Pas量级,已经满足了在地质时间尺度上熔体分凝形成岩浆的粘度要求.因此,可以认为在增厚地壳的下部,斜长角闪岩的脱水部分熔融可以形成英云闪长质-花岗质岩浆.

利用连续提取法(SEDEX) 详细调查了太湖五里湖表层沉积物中不同形态磷的组成和分布特征。结果显示:其中磷的含量较高,受人为污染输入的影响较大,并且已经有了一定的释放。总磷的变化范围为2105~4105 mg/ g ,平均约为2180 mg/ g。总磷主要由无机磷组成(70 %~90 %) ,大多数无机磷为CDB 溶液提取的铁结合态磷(75 %~85 %) 。CDB 溶液的n ( Fe) / n ( P) 都较小(210~513) ,说明CDB 溶液提取的铁主要是以无定形态存在的,并且铁与磷酸盐之间的吸附可能已经达到了平衡状态。除底部个别样品以外,多数样品n (Corg) / n (Norg) 较小(818~1016) ,所有样品的n (Corg) / n ( Porg) 都较大(135~320) ,表明沉积物在早期成岩作用过程中,湖泊内源自生有机质降解时有机磷优先释放。无机磷,特别是铁结合态磷,在氧化还原条件变化的情况下,能够通过沉积物—水体界面被再次释放到水体中去,这可能对湖泊的水体质量和营养状况有一定的影响。

在构筑1:50万贵州岩溶地区岩石组合类型分布图的基础上,以GIS为分析手段,对贵州省石漠化分布图和地层岩性图进行了空间分析,探讨了各类岩性与不同级别石漠化之间的相关关系。石漠化与岩性具有明显的相关性,强度石漠化主要分布在纯质碳酸盐岩地区,尤其是纯质灰岩地区;中度石漠化在白云岩组合中的比例较灰岩组合中高;轻度石漠化在碳酸盐岩与碎屑岩夹层和互层中分布较广;石漠化与纯碳酸盐岩相关关系最明显.

根据小渡口剖面28层有孔虫、介形虫、腹足类生物壳体的微观观察、微量元素及其比值、^87Sr/^86Sr与微量元素特征对比经及水-岩反应^87Sr/^86Sr的混合模式,显示生物壳体遭受了埋藏后生作用,但对生物壳体原始的^87Sr/^86Sr比值基本没有改变或影响甚微,推测参与埋藏后生作用的流体与生物壳体具有相近的Sr同位素组成或较悬殊的Sr含量。同时,实际研究表明评价和判别埋藏后生作用对生物壳体原

海南二甲金矿是一个与戈枕韧性剪切带活动明显相关的金矿床。利用构造地球化学方法和构造地球化学模拟试验,研究了戈枕韧性剪切活动与金成矿的关系,结果显示:动力变形作用不仅导致混合岩发生明显的糜棱岩化,而且使矿物成分、化学成分发生明显变化,同时伴随着一定的构造岩流体活动。动力变形中岩石的变形机制可发现有多种,其中以恢复作用比较有利于糜棱岩中金的富集;由动态重结晶石英颗粒统计的差异古应力显示变形强度与Au 富集有显著的正相关性,相关系数达+ 0. 5928 。动力变形不同阶段形成的石英矿物其微量元素含量明显不同,石英中流体包裹体的成分也有明显的差异,反映出不同动力变形阶段流体活动的差异性与金富集密切相关。构造地球化学模拟试验表明,变形作用不仅导致岩石组构的变化,形成微型剪切带、碎粒流带等流动构造,而且伴随有明显的流体活动。这些过程与压溶作用密切相关;另外,动力作用中伴随着金的沉淀、富集,这其中Si 、Fe组分起了重要的作用。

报道了一个改进的卡洛斯管溶样等离子体质谱法测定地质样品中铂族元素及Re含量的新方法。将封闭的卡洛斯管置于高压釜中,然后在高压釜中加水,密封在高压釜中的水在高温下产生的外压将会抵消卡洛斯管中由酸产生的内压,这样就可以避免传统的卡洛斯管在高温高压下可能发生爆炸的危险。由此可以加大取样量,降低铂族元素测定过程中的块金效应及检出限,使超低含量铂族元素的测定成为可能。12g样品在75mL卡洛斯管中用35mL王水于320℃溶解15h,基本上可以使各种地质样品中的铂族元素矿物完全溶解。一次溶样可以测定全部铂族元素及Re,全流程空白值极低,国际标样测定结果稳定可靠。

本文概述了硒的物理,化学性质,形态和存在形式以及硒的地球化学循环和富集作用。硒呈四种主要的无机形态存在于自然界中:硒化物(-2价),元素硒(0价),亚硒酸盐(+4价)和硒酸盐(+6价)。不同硒形态的存在,很大程度上取决于pH和Eh条件,硒的天然的,总的地球化学循环主要涉及壳岩源和海洋沉积物,次一级的循环强烈受到生物化学反应的影响,这些反应使硒在有机组分中固定或迁移。人类活动向环境中排放的硒极大地改。

云南会泽铅锌矿床位于扬子板块西缘川-黔-滇铅锌银多金属成矿域的中南部,严格受断裂带的控制.长期以来,对于该矿的成矿流体来源存在着较大的争论.研究表明,矿石中脉石矿物方解石的C、O同位素组成相对均一,其δ^13C(PDB)为-2.1×10^-3~-3.5×10^-3极差-1.4×10^-3、均值-2.8×10^-3,δ^18O(SMOW)为16.7×10^-3~18.6×10^-3、极差1.9×10^-3、均值17.7×10^-3,不同矿体(不同标高)、不同产状以及相同矿体不同产状方解石的C、O同位素组成不具明显差别;除了纯液相包裹体(L)和富液相的气液两相包裹体(L+V)外,还存在含子晶的三相包裹体(S+L+V)和不混溶的CO2三相包裹体(VCO2+LCO2+LH2O),流体包裹体均一温度介于110~400℃之间,具有双峰现象;矿床的(^87Sr/^86Sr)0(0.713676-0.717012)不仅明显高于地幔(0.704±0.002)和峨嵋山玄武岩(0.703932~0.707818;85件样品)的(^87Sr/^86Sr)0,也相对高于矿区赋矿地层(C16)的(^87Sr/^86Sr)。(0.70868~0.70931;3件样品),但明显低于基底岩石的(^87sr/^86Sr)。(0.7243~0.7288;5件样品),且成矿过程中流体基本没有发生Sr同位素分馏现象.因此,成矿流体为均一流体,是不同性质流体的混合产物,具有多源性.而从气液两相包裹体盐度-均一温度图解可以看出,在300-400℃区间,包裹体盐度基本被孤立为两群:一群为5%~6%(w(NaCl)),另一群为12%~16%(w(NaCl)).而在100300℃特别是150-250℃区间,包裹体盐度则基本均匀分布在7%~23%(w(NaCl))之间.断裂带形成压力为(50~320)×10^5Pa,矿体上覆岩石压力为(574-640)×10%5Pa,矿床成矿压力为(145-754)×10^5Pa.流体在上升到断裂带后压力的剧降,导致了沸腾作用的发生.在混合作用和沸腾作用的双重影响下,受狭窄断裂带控制的成矿流体高度浓缩,金属矿物得以大规模地从流体中沉淀出来,形成品位极高的铅锌矿石.

大气中不断增加的温室气体浓度,将对气候、生态环境和人类活动等一系列问题产生重大影响,因此其“源”﹑“汇”效应备受关注。水库,作为人为活动对大气温室气体浓度影响的一个重要方面,也越来越受到国、内外学者的关注。本论文对贵州省喀斯特地区两个富营养水库(红枫湖、百花湖)中主要温室气体(CO2﹑CH4﹑N2O)在不同月份的水体中的分布规律进行研究,并结合两湖具体水环境条件,分析了影响两湖水体中CO2﹑CH4﹑N2O变化的因素,进而阐明两湖水体中CO2﹑CH4﹑N2O产生与释放的机理。本论文得到的结论如下: 1.由于地理位置和气候条件类似,所以两库水体中pCO2变化规律类似:两库表层水中pCO2在6月、8月明显低于大气CO2分压,其他月份则明显高于大气CO2分压。从全年角度来说,红枫湖表层水pCO2为874.2±774.4µatm,百花湖为1131.7±1164.0µatm,都是大气CO2的“源”。两湖pCO2与Chla之间存在的显著负相关,说明浮游植物光合作用与细菌呼吸作用共同影响是两湖pCO2出现季节变化的主要原因。 2.夏季,水体中光合作用产生的有机质发生降解产生CO2对温跃层中CO2的增加起重要作用;沉积物中有机质降解导致静水层中CO2积累,这种作用在秋﹑冬季有所降低,可能与水温有关。而秋冬季,随着温跃层的消失,在水体混合作用下,夏季水体中积累的CO2重新释放到表层水中使其pCO2升高。 3.通过与国内、外其他地区湖泊(水库)表层水中CO2的比较,发现:(1)由于红枫湖与百花湖地处喀斯特山区,陆源输入的有机碳比北部温带地区少,所以表层水中CO2低,对大气CO2释放的贡献较小。(2)由于富营养化现象,两库夏季表层水体成为大气CO2的“汇”。并且,就全年而言,表层水中CO2低于北部温带地区,说明两库光合作用固定的C返回大气的程度可能较低。 4.两湖表层水中CH4浓度的变化规律为:枯水期>丰水期,但在所有采样期间两湖始终是大气CH4的“源”。就全年而言,红枫湖两采样点HF-N和HF-S表层水中CH4浓度分别为0.19±0.09µmol/L和0.48±0.53µmol/L,百花湖两采样点BH-1和BH-2分别为0.32±0.29µmol/L和0.29±0.20µmol/L。两湖表层水中CH4浓度变化可能由以下几方面原因造成:(1)枯水期,水体滞留时间长,水体中的CH4得到积累;(2)丰水期,藻类初级生产造成表层水中DO含量增加,表层水体中CH4被氧化的程度较高;(3)丰水期,径流及降雨的增加也可能造成表层水体中CH4被稀释。 5.两湖湖底水体中CH4浓度的变化规律为:枯水期〈丰水期。就全年而言,HF-N和HF-S点底层水中CH4浓度分别为16.49±26.16µmol/L和8.80±15.30µmol/L,BH-1和BH-2分别为6.03±7.07µmol/L和4.41±7.00µmol/L。浮游植物光合作用产生的有机物及湖底水温﹑含氧状况是影响CH4产生的主要因素。SO42-也对湖底CH4的产生起一定抑制作用。 6.夏季,两湖湖水表层藻类的初级生产与湖水底层沉积物的降解对水体中CH4产生有影响。而热分层和两湖静水层中缺氧环境使得CH4得到积累。而到了秋冬季节,在水体混合作用下这部分CH4在水体中重新分布,并且由于氧化作用加强而被损耗。 7.两湖表层水中N2O的变化规律为:夏季N2O明显低于其他季节,但在所有采样期间内两湖都是大气N2O的“源”。从全年来看,红枫湖HF-N和HF-S两采样点表层水中N2O浓度分别为;46.31±29.65nmol/L,36.93±18.41nmol/L;百花湖BH-1和BH-2两采样点表层水中N2O浓度分别为102.13±79.53nmol/L,99.51±75.77nmol/L。硝化反应是影响两湖表层水中N2O季节变化的主要原因,并受表层水温﹑DO及NO3-等共同影响。 8.通过比较水体中NO3-﹑NH4+及N2O的分布特征,发现:春季,红枫湖水体中以硝化反应为主;夏季,两湖温跃层以上水体中以硝化反应为主,湖底以反硝化作用为主;秋﹑冬季节,虽然有个别采样点出现硝化或反硝化反应,但总体上两湖水体中N2O以水体混合作用为主。

萨瓦亚尔顿金矿床是我国90年代金矿地质工作者在新疆西南天山地区寻找穆龙套型金矿床的一个突破。本文通过对新疆萨瓦亚尔顿金矿床的矿石矿物组成、稀土元素地球化学、同位素地球化学以及流体包裹体特征等方面的研究,探讨了萨瓦亚尔顿金矿床地质地球化学特征、金的赋存状态及成矿流体特征、成矿流体来源,提出了该矿床的成矿机制,取得如下认识:1.流体包裹体岩相学研究表明,萨瓦亚尔顿金矿床的流体包裹体主要为V+L相和富CO_2相包裹体,前者为NaCl-H_2O体系,后者主要有L_(CO2)、L_(CO2)+L、V_(CO2)+L、V_(CO2)+L_(CO2)+L相包裹体;并发现极少量含子晶流体包裹体。2.通过流体包裹体显微测温学研究,表明金矿床的均一温度成矿早阶段为270~320 ℃,成矿主阶段为170~250 ℃,成矿晚阶段为110-250 ℃,呈逐渐降低的趋势,低温成矿作用明显。3.单个流体包裹体的激光拉曼分析表明,流体包裹体中除含有CO2之外,还含有一定量的N_2和CH_4。4.成矿物质来源的复杂性。萨瓦亚尔顿金矿床矿石中微量元素组成、稀土配分模式大都反映了成矿金属物质主要来自赋矿地层本身。金属硫化物的6345:-3.4‰~+2.6‰,西南天山地区下古生界地层中广泛存在各类火山岩可能是该矿床的主要硫源,部分可能有深部物质的参与。矿石中主要脉石矿物石英和菱铁矿 中包裹体水的氢氧同位素组成为δD = -72%~-62‰,δ~(18)O = -11.6‰~+5.4‰。成矿流体主要为大气降水补给的地下卤水,并有少量岩浆水的混合。5.Ar-Ar同位素地球化学研究表明,萨瓦亚尔顿金矿床的主要成矿时代为印支晚期,210 Ma。6. 对矿石中的流体包裹体进行了温度、压力、成分、pH、含盐度等的分要的,并系统的进行了矿床形成时的物理化学条件的理论计算,基中包括EH、PH、f_(O_2)、f_(S_2)等及金在矿液运移中的搬运形式。指出减压过程或伴生沸腾的减压过程,是矿床形成过程中矿质卸载的基本机制,此外,酸蚀变过程(如绢云母化等)中由于H~+的消耗促进了溶液中pH值的升高;含高炭质的围岩,降低了矿液的氧逸度以及含矿热液与地表下渗冷水的混合等诸多因素,则是矿订形成的辅助机制。
