With the need of the companies in becoming more competitive within the market, it arises an incessant search for selective human potential, with a high level of capacity and low rotativity, which motivation results in production raise, quality optimization and waste reduction. This scenario requires a strategy development which advantages the Human Resources Quality Management. This way, the model of the Human System Audit (HSA), developed by the Spanish researchers Ouijano and Navarro, presents itself as an important tool to diagnosis and evaluation, contemplating the environment where the organization is inserted, its strategies, its organizational design, its processes and its organizational effectiveness. In this sense, the present study has identified the existent relation between the professional satisfaction and the Organizational Culture, based in the model HSA. The research has been a quantitative-descriptive one and has had as population the technical-administrative workers from the Federal Center of Technical Education of Rio Grande do Norte (CEFET RN). The data collection has occurred during May, 2008, by means of the application of a questionnaire in the HSA model. The sample was composed by 167 subjects, distributed among the Five units of the institution. It was used the factorial analysis, with the extraction method of main components and orthogonal rotation varimax, in order to extract the dimensions of the satisfaction and of the organizational culture and the calculation of Cronbach s Alpha coefficient, to evaluate the reliability of these dimensions. The factorial analysis of the satisfaction indicators has identified four factors,, all of them showing significance: gratefulness and relationship , self-realization , stability and security and physical conditions and social benefits . The result of the factorial analysis with the indicators of the organizational culture has extracted four factors and among them, three of them have obtained significance: Personal Satisfaction Style , Competitive-Denial-Power Style and the Conventional-Dependent Style . After identifying the dimensions of the satisfaction and culture found at CEFET-RN, it has been notice the existence or not of relation among them, through the application of Pearson s coefficient. It has been verified that all of the dimensions of the Professional satisfaction are correlated with some dimension of the organizational culture, having in outstand position, with higher intensity, the relation between the culture style of Personal Satisfaction and the satisfaction factor referring to the self-realization

As peculiaridades presentes no ser humano são observadas a partir da manifestação de sua cultura. Estas manifestações podem ser influenciadas pelo contexto social do indivíduo. A cultura nacional é uma destas influências. A brasileira, por exemplo, possui alguns traços nacionais peculiares ao seu povo que amenizam a sua complexidade e pluralidade. Estes traços podem se tornar influentes na cultura organizacional, através da manifestação das práticas e dos valores utilizados pela organização. Diante disso, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo diagnosticar a cultura organizacional dos hospitais, enfatizando as práticas e os valores organizacionais e a percepção dos colaboradores sobre a cultura organizacional. A metodologia utilizada na pesquisa foi de caráter descritivo e explicativo. A pesquisa ocorreu através da aplicação do Instrumento Brasileiro para a Avaliação da Cultura Organizacional IBACO, com 283 sujeitos distribuídos em três hospitais da rede privada de Natal/RN. As evidências encontradas pelo estudo foram analisadas através do software estatístico SPSS, com as técnicas multivariadas de análise fatorial, análise de aglomerados e análise discriminante. A partir dessas análises, foram obtidos cinco fatores distribuídos entre práticas e valores apresentados pelo IBACO, que foram: as práticas de recompensa e treinamento; integração externa e promoção do relacionamento interpessoal; e, os valores de satisfação, bem-estar e cooperação dos empregados e profissionalismo competitivo. Os grupos encontrados na análise apresentaram divergências de opinião quanto às práticas e os valores utilizados nos hospitais. Concluiu-se, portanto, que o Hospital A apresentou uma cultura mais proativa e voltada mais para a satisfação e bem-estar dos funcionários. Já os outros dois hospitais apresentaram culturas semelhantes, com limitações quanto à valorização do bem-estar e da cooperação entre os colaboradores, porém com uma boa prática do relacionamento interpessoal

The objective of this study is to investigate if exist relationship between organizational culture and the organizational climate, having as research s locus three dairy industries in the Rio Grande do Norte State. As such, an exploratory-descriptive and conclusive-causal study, with a sample composed of 211 employees of all firms hierarchical levels was undertaken. By way the data collection, the employees personal characteristics, the predominant organizational culture profile and the predominant organizational climate in the industries researched were identified. In order to analyse the organizational culture, the Competing Value Model (CAMERON; QUINN, 2006), with adaptations by Santos (1998, 2000), was used. In order to analyse the organizational climate, the Organizational Climate Measurement Scale, proposed by Martins (et al., 2004, 2008), with modifications, was used. The data were submitted to quantitative statistical analyses, firstly to the set of firms and afterwards to the firms alone, that permitted arrival to the following conclusions: the cultural profiles was met in a balanced way in the researched organizations, with emphasis to clan culture and market culture profiles; the researched organizations have a good organizational climate, based in the Martins (2008) classification, with emphasis to boss and organization s support and physical comfort , being these factors coherent whit the clan culture profile; the personal variables are correlated with the cultural profiles and with the organizational climate factors, however, each organization show its singular form of relation; and the cultural profiles showed influence on organizational climate factors. Thus, the results permitted to conclude that there are relations between the cultural profiles and the organizational climate factors in the researched organizations

Since the emergence of the first demands for actions that were intended to give greater attention to culture in Brazil, came the first discussions which concerned the way the Brazilian government could have a positive influence in encouraging the culture, as is its interaction with the actors interested and involved with the cause. During the military dictatorship, there were programs which relied on the direct participation of the State to ensure that right, from the viewpoint of its support and implementation of public resources in developing the "cultural product" to be brought to society in its various forms of expression - all this, funded by the government. It is an example of "EMBRAFILMES" and "Projeto Seis e Meia", continued until the present day in some regions of the country, though maintained by entities not directly connected with the administration or the government. However, it was from the period of democratization and the end of the dictatorship that the Brazilian government began to look at the different culture, under its guarantee to the society. Came the first incentive laws, led by "Lei Sarney" Nº 7.505/86, which was culture as a segment which could receive foreign assistance in order to assist the government in fulfilling its public duty. After Collor era and the end of the embargo through the encouragement of culture incentive laws, consolidated the incentive model proposed in advance of Culture "Lei Sarney" and the federal laws, state and local regimentares as close to this action. This applies to the Rouanet Law (Lei Rouanet), Câmara Cascudo Law (Lei Câmara Cascudo) and Djalma Maranhão Cultural Incentive Law (Lei de Incentivo à Cultura Djalma Maranhão), existing in Natal and Rio Grande do Norte. Since then, business entities could help groups and cultural organizations to keep their work from the political sponsorship under control and regiment through the Brazilian state in the form of their Cultural Incentive Law. This framework has contributed to the strengthening of NGOs and with the consolidation of these institutions as the linchpin of Republican guaranteeing the right to access to culture, but corporate social responsibility was the one who took off in the segment treated here, through the actions of Responsibility Cultural enterprises arising from the Cultural Organizations. Therefore, in the face of this discourse, this study ascertains the process of encouraging the Culture in Rio Grande do Norte from the Deviant Case Analysis at the Casa da Ribeira, the main Cultural Organization that operates, focused action in Natal in order to assess the relationships established between the same entity and the institutions which are entitled to maintain the process of encouraging treated in this study - Enterprise, from the viewpoint of corporate sponsorship and Cultural Responsibility and State in the form of the Laws Incentive Funds and Public Culture Incentive

The coco de zambê is a dance of which origin is credited to old slaves who inhabited the coastalregion of Rio Grande do Norte. The zambê appears intensely in the narratives related to the past and present of Sibaúma, a quilombola community located in the southern coast of the state. It is conceived as a sign of ethnicity linked to a local black ancestry. The group is known as "remnant of Quilombo," and is demanding the process of territorial settlement, as guaranteed through the Brazilian federal constitution. The coco de zambê, presented as a kind of "certificate of ancestry to the group, besides, after a long period of abandonment, the dance is beeing "revitalized" and exploited by a part of the group alongside the demands for recognition. In this process there are several interlinked actors: NGOs, state agencies to promote the culture, representatives of public authorities and local leaders. Here, I'm interested in understanding how this process of revival occurs with the coco de zambê in Sibaúma: how a "brincadeira" (play) of the ancients comes to be a "cultural reference" and a means of political mobilization concerning their recognition

The proposal of the present study is to get to know and to analyze the building up of the culture notion among the participants of the Paresi Kozarini group in the ethnodevelopment context. The main focus is the ethnographic study, presenting a description of Aldeia Rio Verde (Paresi Indigenous Land), understanding it as a synthesis of historic processes which explains the current moment of Paresi Indigenous group. By using the mentioned methodology, the processes and social relations produced along the contact path of this group with regional-national culture were focused, and how that contact affects the present. The research questions which concern the present study refer to the processes of identification of the researched subjects about themselves and in relation to others. According as almost the totality of the indigenous group we usually know as Paresi, recognize itself as Kozarini, the attention is directed to the manner how they see themselves and how they differ from the other Paresi groups, not indigenous people, and other indigenous groups; and which meanings of the prefix ethno- (which culture elements) they have elected to represent and manage external matters to their culture and society, in the context of discussions about ethnodevelopment

The theater of puppets is one of the many expressions of popular culture which is marked by ongoing constructions and transformations in its symbolic representations as well as its characters and performances. In the city of Natal/RN, there is a manipulator called Heraldo Lins, an artist who operates such puppets, and has been performing his puppet since 1992. Lins has his own look at how he produces his performances and seeks to adjust his puppets to social and rentable contexts. Lins‟s performances are tailor-made in accordance with the request of his customers, as he makes up the passages and lines of his puppets according to his audience. This research aimed to study how the Heraldo Lins Mamulengos Show is built, especially its changes. We note that Lins chooses to dismantle the symbolic values of the tradition in the regular puppet theater once he adapts to modern patterns, placing himself between the traditional puppet theater and the cultural industry. The work in camp was made through a methodological focused in a participative observation and an audiovisual registry

This dissertation is based on the ethnography of a strategic selection of three Tremembé ethnic situations, which are situated in the backlands of Acaraú and Itarema, municipalities located in Ceará State (Northeast Brazil). My main aims are the following. Firstly, I reconstitute the historical and social formation of three localities, called Lagoa dos Negros, Telhas, and Queimadas, related to a particular origin myth which refers to Almofala, an extinct colonial Aldeamento in the seashore, where the Tremembé indians and other native populations were converted and gathered under missionary administration. According to the origin myth, these three localities were set up after a strong drought which happened in 1888 (the so called three eights) when a group of Tremembé families moved to the countryside and established close to the Lagoa dos Negros and, later on, they were segmented into smaller groups which started to live in other areas and places not far from the former location. Notably, I develop an anthropological approach to understand the historical formation of these three localities. Secondly, I analyze some processes of territorialization, which were emerged from the 1980s and had important consequences to these indigenous families throughout the next two decades. This historical dimension is re-appropriated and ressignified in ethnic terms. A third point of my work is the analysis of the construction of territorialities and also the cultural and symbolic dimensions which are formulated by the Tremembé Indians who live in these localities. Therefore, I investigate some cultural traditions and rituals, such as the Torém dance, but I also examine their multiple semantics, which constitute a transversal direction throughout the history understood by the Tremembé of the different social situations I researched. To sum up, there is a process of cultural actualization, which is still going on and presents itself through the ludic sphere as well as their political and religions dimensions, which are usually associated to the ritual presentation of the Torém

Nesta tese problematizamos o aprender, a partir do olhar dos estudantes do 7º e 8º anos, em uma escola da rede pública de ensino do município do Rio Grande/RS/Brasil. A escola, em 2011, optou por realizar um trabalho coletivo e cooperativo e modificou sua dinâmica de funcionamento transformando as salas de aula convencionais em Ambientes de Aprendizagem, nos quais os estudantes têm acesso a uma maior diversidade de recursos e a interação com os colegas é permanente, possibilitando o desenvolvimento de estratégias diferenciadas motivando o aluno a estabelecer relações entre o conhecimento escolar, a sua vida e o mundo. Nesta escola, são os estudantes que se deslocam de um ambiente para outro, a cada duas horas, os professores permanecem com a sala organizada, conforme as necessidades e materiais pedagógicos e tecnológicos por área de conhecimento. Para conhecer como os estudantes aprendem neste novo ambiente realizamos diversos questionamentos como: o que significa aprender em Ambientes de Aprendizagem, como eram as aulas nas salas de aulas convencionais e como são as aulas nos Ambientes de Aprendizagem. Adotamos o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC) como metodologia de análise, buscando a recursividade nos discursos individuais o que permitiu a construção dos discursos coletivos que denominamos Aprender “ontem” nas salas de aula, Aprender “hoje” nos Ambientes de Aprendizagem e Aprender com o material pedagógico. Os discursos evidenciam mudanças no aprender, em decorrência da transformação das salas de aula convencionais em Ambientes de Aprendizagem. Mostram ainda que os estudantes percebem as aulas mais dinâmicas e que agora tem liberdade para levantar e dialogar com os colegas e/ou para usar o material didático disponível no ambiente. Destacam um maior interesse de ambas as partes evidenciando que a ação docente está mais acolhedora e que acreditam em uma grande mudança na educação. A análise dos discursos nos possibilitou compreender que trabalhos realizados em ambientes coletivos e desafiadores modificam o aprender pela liberdade de ação, de expressão e pelo respeito ao outro como legítimo outro na convivência.

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad, visualizar la importancia que tiene la Educación Física en el Medio Ambiente, dentro del ámbito educativo, pues se encuentra directamente involucrada con los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la utilización de medios para aprovechar el medio ambiente y dar cumplimiento en cada una de las actividades previstas dentro del programa. En la actualidad las actividades que se realizan en el medio natural ayudan a la formación integral del estudiante, partiendo de esta concepción se busaca lograr los objetivos planteados para el desarrollo de los contenidos en el ámbito educativo implementando un sin número de actividades aprovechando el entorno en beneficio de los estudiantes la creatividad, utilización y empleo, como herramientas indispensables para el desarrollo de capacidades, habilidades y destrezas, a través de las percepciones motrices que con lleva a un incremento de los conocimientos cognitivos, afectivos y actitudinales en lo que respecta la utilización del medio como lugar de trabajo. La metodología abarca un tratamiento cualitativo y de observación basado en las percepciones motrices, en las capacidades cognitivas y en las cualidades físicas, que conllevan a mejorar el desarrollo integral del estudiante. Las actividades se desarrollaron con cuarenta y nueve estudiantes de la institución Educativa Francisco Tamariz de Challuabamba - Nulti en el año lectivo 2011-2012 dando cumplimiento a la planificación del programa con la consecución de los objetivos propuestos.

El presente trabajo investigativo se centra en el estudio, planificación y realización de un PROGRAMA DE RECREACIÓN APLICADA A NIÑAS DE LA ESCUELA URUGUAY DE LA CIUDAD DE CUENCA desde el 16 de abril hasta el 14 de junio; con una duración de 3 horas semanales. Nuestro marco teórico inicia abordando temas generales relacionadas con la recreación, su influencia en el desarrollo humano y en el campo educativo, el papel que ejerce el profesor sobre las actividades constructivas del alumno, se consideró también las características funcionales de las niñas para las que se diseñó el programa. En la elección de los juegos, nos servimos de la aplicación de diferentes test para tener un claro conocimiento de sus destrezas y necesidades para elegir actividades que les ayude a mejorar sus deficiencias y potenciar sus habilidades. Finalmente se realizan evaluaciones para comprobar el efecto que los juegos ejercen sobre las niñas y corroborar el alcance positivo que tuvo el programa

Los juegos recreativos son actividades netamente lúdicas, practicadas en tiempo libre, en espacios abiertos o cerrados, su principal objetivo es el disfrute de los que lo realizan, tiene varios beneficios como el de liberar malas energías, es anti estrés, y lo primordial promueve la integración entre los que los practican. Después una evaluación observatorio echa a los educandos de la escuela Isaac M. Peña, he visto la necesidad de trabajar mucho en la coordinación sensorio motriz de los alumnos, es por eso que el presente documento es la elaboración de un programa de juegos recreativos para alumnos que están en etapa de formación académica, se ha tomado como referencia a los estudiantes de doce a trece años de edad. Es un proyecto que esta ejecutado en de la siguiente manera: Descripción de varios juegos como: con pelota, de ida y vuelta, de persecución, tradicionales, pre deportivos, todos ellos con el fin de recrear, y desarrollar capacidades motrices básicas. La metodología utilizada y aplicada es conocida por todos los que estamos inmersos en el ámbito de la Cultura Física. Además es importante conocerlas características de desarrollo de los alumnos de la muestra. El desarrollo del programa va teniendo una evaluación constante para la consecución de resultados a fin de valorar el trabajo realizado, esto permite llegar a conclusiones finales del trabajo a su vez las respectivas recomendaciones.

Traditionally in no-tillage systems, fertilization is done to the catch crop. In general nutrient cycling in crop systems has not been treated as an important tool in the process of nutrient supplying for plants. The type and the condition in which vegetable residuesis decomposed can affect the efficiency of nutrient cycling.This study assessed the effect of anticipated nitrogen fertilization in crop-livestock systems on cultivated cornproduction, rate ofnutrient release from plant residue, and theN-minerallevels of soil. The study was carried out in the city Abelardo Luz (SC) in a Clayey Oxisol. The experimental design was a randomized block design with three replications. The treatments were arranged in a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement. The first factor was N Fertilization Time: in the N-Pasture level, nitrogen (200 kg ha-1 N) and N-Grains level, no nitrogen was applied. The second factor was the Grazing Height, characterized by two sward heights of oat at 15 cm (Low Height Pasture) and at 30 cm (High Height Pasture). Corn hybrid ‘Máximus’ was sowed in 10thOctober, 31 days after the removal of animals. In the twelve resulting plots from the combination of treatments on pasture phase (N Fertilization Time x Grazing Height) rates of N-fertilizer (0, 100, 200 e 300 Kg ha-1 of N) as urea were allocated in the split plot.We conclude that anticipated N fertilization of winter cover crop pasture to provide high-quality forage and carry-over N to the subsequent corn crop and may eventually replace side drees nitrogen fertilization on corn and can improve overall N fertilizer efficiency use in integrated crop-livestock systems.The rate of K release from plant residues is very fast, releasing large quantities in the first days after plant desiccation.Despite of considerably high nitrogen dose used in both the pasture and at the grain crop it was not observed nitrate leaching risks during the study period.

práticas artificiais, que incluem a experiência midiática, numa negociação/conciliação permanente entre a cultura objetiva (social) e a subjetiva (do indivíduo). A mediação cotidiana e fundamental é a comunicação do real com o imaginário. Para além do ato ou efeito de mediar, de estar entre, as mediações são a articulação entre práticas de comunicação e movimentos sociais; são as modalidades da comunicação dentro das quais se inserem os meios e que estão ligadas ao sensorium dos modos de percepção e da experiência social. O cinema reflete esse quadro como produto de uma experiência coletiva de fascínio mágico, um lugar de participação afetiva. Comporta elementos do jogo não competitivo e também apresenta elementos do sagrado pela alimentação e divulgação de mitos, pela ritualização convertida em periodicidade e pelo extraordinário evocado em êxtase profano.

La presente revisión del estado del arte tiene por objetivo debatir respecto de la pertinencia que tienen los sistemas de medición de comprensión lectora aplicados en Chile en contextos de cultura popular urbana. De este modo, se establece la relevancia de conjugar dos núcleos teóricos que, hasta ahora, han estado disociados: la disciplina lingüística a través del fenómeno de la comprensión lectora y el campo de los estudios interculturales en cuanto al abordaje de la realidad de sujetos en situación de diversidad educativa. Es decir, quienes asisten a escuelas donde se aborda la comprensión lectora, partiendo de una serie de estrategias nacidas desde la Didáctica de la Lengua tradicional y sobre la base del Modelo Pedagógico de Lectura, soslayando la subjetividad de los estudiantes con el fin de mejorar los rendimientos en las pruebas estandarizadas nacionales e internacionales, tales como el Sistema de Medición de la Calidad de la Educación (SIMCE) y el Programa Internacional para la Evaluación de Estudiantes (PISA, por sus siglas en inglés)
