This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. Com o fenômeno da Revolução Verde a partir da década de 1950, o campo brasileiro sofreu grandes modificações como o incentivo a mecanização pesada e o investimento em insumos agrícolas, como fertilizantes e agrotóxicos. O processo de transformação politica e adoção do liberalismo pelo governo ditatorial incentivaram ainda mais a agricultura baseada no modelo da Revolução Verde e também fez ocasionou grandes transformações na educação. Com a redemocratização, tanto a educação como o campo, passaram a ser discutidos intensamente, no governo e nos movimentos sociais. A partir da Constituição Brasileira de 1988, foi elaborada a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN 9394/96) e seu artigo 28 dispõe sobre a educação do campo. Porém, somente em 2002, as escolas do campo passaram a ter uma legislação especifica, reconhecendo as particularidades da educação para camponeses. Em 2008, o Governo do Estado de São Paulo lançou a Proposta Curricular com o objetivo de organizar o sistema educacional e, com isso, todas as escolas da rede estadual seguem o mesmo currículo e material didático. O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi analisar os conteúdos do material didático destinado ao 6° ano do Ensino Fundamental da disciplina de Ciências e avaliar se esses conteúdos atendem a perspectiva da educação do campo em uma comunidade no interior de São Paulo e elaborar uma proposta de material didático complementar, embasado nos princípios da agroecologia. Este trabalho apresenta os resultados da pesquisa, realizada junto ao Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra – MST, em que se constatou que o material do governo não apresenta nenhuma especificidade ou adequação para os estudantes e escolas do campo e apresenta um material que pode contribuir para a formação desses estudantes

No atual momento as redes sociais, fazendo uso dos meios digitais/virtuais e partindo para ações no real/presencial, têm tido cada vez mais papel político importante nas transformações das relações humanas. Nestas redes há compartilhamentos de diversas informações, documentos e materiais com conteúdos que auxiliam na formação, assimilação e aprendizagem tanto pelos participantes diretos destas redes quanto pelos demais sujeitos e cidadãos influenciados pelas ideais elaboradas a partir destas redes. Este projeto pretende estudar a rede “Arte Cultura Rio Claro” no período 2008 a 2012 tendo como foco a realização da I Conferência Municipal de Política Cultural e as lutas pela criação do Conselho Municipal de Política Cultural. O trabalho abordará: as trocas e compartilhamentos entre os integrantes desta rede, a realização de encontros, reuniões, fóruns; o recebimento do Prêmio do Ministério da Cultura como ‘Articulação da Rede’ e a realização do Projeto “Tuxáua”; a realização das pré-conferências e 1ª Conferência Municipal de Política Cultural; a criação do Conselho Municipal de Política Cultural; entre outros. O objetivo do projeto é avaliar a rede como processo participativo, mostrando a relevância da política cultural para a educação não-formal de uma comunidade, principalmente por conta das pautas desta rede trazerem tanto a importância de valorizar a diversidade cultural, quanto a importância da participação cidadã nas decisões políticas

This monograph covers the issues related to the understanding of the new organization's cenary of the globalized society, computerized, which was reflected even within organizations. In this sense, we present a reflection on the theme of segmentation of audiences, especially based on the proposition of France (2008), regarded as important within the professional activities of Public Relations. Issues related to information technology, particularly the history of the internet and social media are presented as a reflection of this new company and also as strategic tools for the establishment of a fruitful relationship with the public organizations. All topics presented will support the monograph's study objects, presenting the Brazilian DeMolay Order, focusing on the challenges faced by the management of the National Bureau 2011/2012, that through integrated actions of communication and relationships, especially the virtual environment, resulted in the growth participant's numbers in the activities proposed by the national administration

This study is bound to the “Research and Studies in Educational Policies”, GREPPE (interinstitutional group) – Rio Claro Section, more accurately to the Research Project entitled Evaluating the scientific production about financing and agreements in childhood education, coordinate by Prof. Dr. Regiane Helena Bertagna, that has as main objective to survey of scientific production at the national level related to the theme of financing and agreements in childhood education in the period from 2000 to 2010. This research has as objective to analyze the financing of childhood education examinee issues of educational policies related to this aspect in this stage of the basic education in national journals. It is intended to ascertain the discussion held in the articles about childhood education financing highlighting the strategies used by the government to offer treatment to the childhood education by means of agreements, or even, by means of public-private partnerships. For the development of this research will be conducted a survey and data analysis from journals of the “Coordination of Improvement of Senior Staff” (CAPES) classified as A2 in the evaluation of 2008. The research will make a cutting between the years from 2000 to 2010; will be analyzed only the national journals online available and that adress the thematic studied

Due to the large economic development associated with the growing consumerist lifestyle of our capitalist society, the problem of uncontrolled solid waste generation worsens, which one is considered to be one of the main responsible factors for environmental degradation. As a case study and in order to solve the problem of large generation of municipal solid waste, this work aims to study the “plano diretor” of Rio Claro city, São Paulo. The “plano diretor” is a municipal law that provides guidelines for the administration of the city, which include guidelines for the management of solid waste generated in the city. The guidelines required in order to write the “plano diretor” are provided by the national law “estatuto da cidade”, providing information for the planning and development of the cities, as well as the management of the urban environment. However, only the “estatuto da cidade” does not provide enough instructions for creating management plans in order to solve the many problems from the urban environment. Thus, studies have been done about urban and environmental management, to understand how municipal management plans should be structured. As a form of seeking information that can complement the “plano diretor” to the creation of policies for managing solid waste of the city, the “Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos”(PNRS) emerges in 2010 as a document which provides principles, objectives and guidelines to create plans for Solid Waste Management at the national, state, regional and municipal levels. Therefore, it was possible to make a joint analysis of the “plano diretor” of Rio Claro with the PNRS to identify what is already done within the municipality about the solid waste management, and identify which aspects are most significant in the municipal solid waste management that the national policy provides. In the decade of 1950, the economic policies almost in their entirety, are aimed at promoting domestic industry, culminating finally in the most consistent action planned in favor of industrialization in the economic history of Brazil: the Plano de Metas (Goal’s Plan). This study aims to analyze the Brazilian planning at this moment studying the proposals in the economic thought of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and Roberto de Oliveira Campos, divergent, but both connected to important reports of the Brazilian economy developed in the period, which served as the basis for policies at the period and even Goal’s Plan, and with enormous influence on the decisions of the 50s. The first one was the most important school of thought in the Third World. Campos was one of the most important thinkers of the economy in the period, one of the most consistent critics of ECLAC, and their proposals were very close to what was actually executed. The paper concludes that, despite the importance of ECLAC thought, this encountered difficulties applying workable solutions to economic growth. The eclectic tone of Roberto Campos brought clarity to his proposals, and these, when applied, have led to growth

Objective: To conduct a survey on national databases about Oral Health Program (OHP) publications in schools, in the last eleven years. Material and Methods: A survey was conducted in two main bases of national publications in the field of dentistry: Bireme and Scielo. To start the research, it was used the articles theme/subject. In the search, it was used the keywords 'oral health education', 'programs and oral health and dentistry', 'programs and oral health and education'. Results: A total of 20 publications were selected. From these, seven (35%) had the aim to evaluate educational methods used in OHP, 12 (60%) evaluated the effectiveness of the OHP itself developed in the school and one (5%) reported the experience of OHP. Only two publications did not get positive results and the other eighteen obtained advantageous results. Conclusion: In the national scientific literature, there are few publications about the subject in question, suggesting that the successful experiences about OHP in schools must be published to be replicated in other parts of Brazil.
