Arquitetura Orientada a Serviços baseada na Tecnologia Jini: um caso de teste em Computação Ubíqua

T he people’s daily lives are surrounded by computing devices, with increasing resources (sensors) and, with increasing processing. How these devices communicate is still not natural and This retards the growth of Ubiquitous Computing. This paper presents a way in which these devices can communicate using Jini technology and concepts of Service Oriented Architecture, applying these concepts in a test case of Ubiquitous Computing. To conduct the test case was constructed a fictitious system for management of a soccer championship, where users can interact with each other and with the system in a simplified way, have access to data in real time of the championship during the event. This communication is performed by services built using Jini technology, which were based on key SOA concepts, such as modularity and reusability

Interferência do bullying no esporte de alto rendimento

Examine the phenomenon of bullying behavior that makes people teased, laughter, sarcasm, irony, among other types of attacks. This is not only physically, but with moral violence, emotional or psychological. When there is an effective intervention against bullying, all individuals in the group start to suffer with this situation, which can lead to psychological disorders, hampering the progress of relations as well as team sports, over a period of training and competition. This article analyzed a sample of athletes in order to find behaviors that characterize the extent of bullying and can see the consequences of it, as early drop out. Through the results it was concluded that the actions that characterize bullying are present in very high performance football and may even lead to drop out the sport. We also evaluate the environments frequented by teams can become enhancers of this phenomenon, they are times when athletes have a living space and one that may become amenable to the events, plus the fact that many athletes have already thought about leaving the sport because to bullying

Uma análise dos impactos sócio-econômicos na África do Sul ao sediar a Copa do Mundo de 2010 e perspectivas de impactos no Brasil como sede da Copa do Mundo de 2014

O presente trabalho visa analisar os reais impactos políticos, econômicos e sociais ocorridos na África do Sul decorrentes do fato de ter sediado a Copa do Mundo FIFA de 2010 além de procurar analisar os eventuais impactos que o Brasil eventualmente sofrerá como sede da Copa do Mundo FIFA de 2014. Por meio da leitura de artigos, trabalhos científicos, livros e websites procurei demonstrar as conseqüências para a África do Sul bem como as expectativas para o Brasil em relação ao evento. Além da análise dos resultados socioeconômicos obtidos na África do Sul em 2010 e procurar mensurar os impactos que o Brasil há de sofrer em 2014 por sediar a Copa, esta monografia ainda apresenta a característica que este megaevento esportivo tem de alterar a economia dos países-sede e movimentar quantias consideráveis de dinheiro. Como resultado da pesquisa, podemos dizer que a primeira Copa sediada no continente africano foi bem sucedida em termos político-sociais, pois, apesar das dificuldades, conseguiram passar uma boa imagem do país para o mundo mostrando ser um povo hospitaleiro, alegre e simpático. Para o caso do Brasil, sabe-se que incentivará o problema da corrupção, da violência urbana e da diferencia entre as classes sociais, porém é uma grande oportunidade para o desenvolvimento econômico do país e de conquistar lugares no cenário político mundial jamais antes conseguidos

The article aims to recover the manifestations process of June 2013, in an attempt to understand the elements, which characterized it. It is intended to indicate how and why the main political consequences generated by the manifestations became its own possibility of a rematch in June 2014, during the hosting of the World Cup, organized by FIFA and the Brazilian government. It is suggested which may be the nature and extent of its impacts over the general election in this year. It is argued that the key issue is the ability of the State, the governments and their police in dealing with manifestations that have, relatively, new, persuasive, and violent ideas.

Dois mineiros no meio de campo carioca: reflexões acerca da dialogia entre crônicas de drummond e campos

This text aims to analyze two chronicles: Drummond’s “Pelé, the Wizard”, and Campos’s “Mané Garrincha”. These texts, although they have been taken from various works, respectively, When the day is football (2006); and The Goal is needed: chronic sports (2008), both dealing with the same theme: Soccer. Therefore, we seek to raise reciprocal relationships between these two works, always in search of possible thematic-stylistic affinities present in the fiction of both authors. More specifically, we intend to present the two books, then analyze the two chronicles, considering that approach, too, by dazzle that manifest in relation to football and metalinguistic approach by giving the theme.

Jogo de handebol e futsal na escola: possibilidades e limites pedagógicos

Sports team, specifically soccer and handball, has traditionally composing the physical education school contents as a curriculum component. There are several criticisms to extend this approach beyond the sportive discourse. While we recognize this need for expansion, we believe that the methodological endeavors to teach these sports content are still very poor, requiring, therefore, studies that guide us in changing not only contents but also the way of teaching it, which implies new e teaching, pupils and teaching relationship perspective. In this sense, the objective of this study was to identify and analyze, from a sports team tactics teaching approaches of invasion, the demonstrations by students, the phases of handball and soccer games, as well as the elements/dynamic structural, functional and operational in the same school environment. Given this objective, qualitative research, specifically, collaborative action research, best meets investigation is this scenario, since classroom teacher and students also participated in the content construction and strategies undertaken during the intervention. The study enrolled 28 students in the fifth grade, aging 10 to 11 years, in a Bauru/SP public school, physical education teacher and the researcher. Were planned and taught together, 14 classes over a semester with the handball and futsal content, guided for teaching tactics approaches. The data collections were made through systematic lessons observation (through filming and recording diary), interviews with students and descriptive reports made by the classroom teacher and researcher. The results indicate that there was an improvement in the phases of soccer and handball game, even though only the latter has changed its category phase to decentralized anarchic phase. Quantificação de parâmetros da dinâmica da bandeja do basquetebol por variáveis temporais do salto e antropométricas

The objective of this research study was quantify the power, force of vertical impulse, jumping height and the relation of the power output during the execution of the layup in basketball, by variables associated to anthropometric data. The study was carried with seven basketball players, university students, male, from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio Mesquita Filho (Unesp) basketball team, from Bauru City. The players were an age of 20,7 ± 2,4 years old, body weight of 77,1 ± 9,4 kg, body fat of 14,7 ± 3,6%, lean mass of 65,5 ± 6,2 kg and height of 180,0 ± 5,0 cm. Each player did the ability of the layup three times, with a previous time to adapt. The kinetic and kinematic values was obtained from the data of a system that consists of photocells and a contact carpet from a system called JumpSystemâ (CEFISE), using after that equations of UVRM and impulse. The photocells was dispose to capture the previous run-up, as well the speedy in the time of two steps of the layup, and it was also synchronized with the contact carpet in the last step, to preserve the exactly time of the propulsion of jump. In this way, the values and the kinetic variables found was vV (2,94 ± 0,3 m's-1), vH (11,3 ± 3,4 m's-1), vI (11,8 ± 3,2 m's-1), time of contact (0,214 ± 0,2 s), angle of jump (15,9 ± 6,26 graus) and H (44,3 ± 8,9 cm). The variables and the kinematic values found was FimpV (974,9 ± 119,03 N, PP (3112,9 ± 633,9 W) and PM (1556,4 ± 316,9 W). To better understand the ability of layup in basketball, as the kinetic variables, kinematic variables and anthropometrics that determine the performance, the study did correlations between dV (H) with vV, vH, vI, angle, FimpV, PP e PM; FimpV, PP e PM com with the kinetic variables of vV, vH, vI, angle, and anthropometric variables of PC and height, and correlations of PP e PM with %G and MM. Apuntes para un estudio comparativo entre torcidas organizadas e hinchadas

The present study proposes an initial approach to a comparative study between supporter groups from Brazil (torcidas organizadas) and Argentina (hinchadas). The text presents a thick description that points to similarities and differences, in synchronic and diachronic terms, between both groups of football spectators. The paper focuses on each group's emergence, organizational framings, logics of belonging, and most significant practices and representations. Finally, it illustrates the contributions of this research to the construction of a public sociology of regional sport.

Lesões no esporte: perspectiva da psicologia do esporte

Neste presente estudo buscou-se identificar quais as lesões mais frequentes nos esportes de grande apelo nacional (como futebol, voleibol e basquetebol), quais os fatores (físicos ou psicológicos) influenciam para a ocorrência das lesões, quais as implicações para a vida profissional e social do atleta e quais as melhores estratégias presentes na Psicologia para auxiliar o atleta no processo de prevenção e reabilitação. Desta forma, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, de tipo exploratório descritiva, com base em uma revisão de literatura atual e concluiu-se que se devem adotar questionários (QER-D ou POMS) que salientem as condições psicológicas do atleta em relação ao seu momento vivido no universo esporte e fora dele. Quanto à reabilitação, adotar quatro etapas (aproximação e relação de confiança entre o profissional e o atleta/ educar o atleta acerca de sua lesão / traçar estratégias para sua volta às atividades esportivas / aplicar as estratégias traçadas anteriormente) pelo Psicólogo do Esporte, dão indícios de serem as melhores para que o atleta tenha uma recuperação psicológica ideal e que seu desempenho não seja negativamente afetado pela situação passada
