Hilda Furacão e o périplo de Cintura Fina: romance, minissérie e documentário

O presente trabalho objetiva acompanhar o percurso da personagem Cintura Fina, personagem real, que, saindo da História, empreende, intertextual e intersemioticamente, uma trajetória artística. A Literatura a captou e, dando vida e realidade a ela, inseriu-a nas páginas do romance Hilda Furacão, sob a batuta do escritor mineiro Roberto Drummond. As minisséries televisivas têm bebido sobejamente nas águas da Literatura. Não sem razão, o texto literário converteu-se em texto que a Rede Globo de Televisão recriou-a em minissérie de 32 capítulos, levados ao ar entre 24 de maio e 23 de julho de 1998, com adaptação de Glória Peres. As jovens cineastas mineiras, Fernanda Gomes e Luciana Barros, em 2005, levam a personagem Cintura Fina para o cinema, transformando-a, criativamente, na protagonista de um documentário experimental em curta-metragem intitulado Derivado da minha beleza.

O discurso documental na história das idéias lingüísticas e o caso dos dicionários

Este trabalho aborda o discurso documental, trazendo elementos para sua análise. Localiza-se esse tipo de discurso no interior da perspectiva da Análise de Discurso e da História das Idéias Lingüísticas e mostra-se seu lugar nas ciências da linguagem, seu estatuto textual e sua ligação com a história. Depois, são abordadas as instâncias do discurso documental: sua constituição, formulação e circulação. Em seguida, explicita-se como o esse discurso, enquanto prática de arquivo, produz uma memória institucionalizada. Por fim, propõem-se alguns direcionamentos para a análise do discurso de documentação de dicionários produzidos e ou utilizados no Brasil.

Análise documental das imagens fotográficas de romarias no Nordeste do Brasil

A discussion, through a literature review, on the use of photographic documents and Documentary Analysis (DA) for the preservation, description and retrieval of images of pilgrimages in northeastern Brazil, which are archived at the Laboratory of Information Science and Memory (LACIM). The photograph acts as an expression of faith and devotion; it is a witnesses and documents, through images, the records of the day-to-day folk religion in its multiple meanings and situations, linked to the sacred. The DA —as a set of procedures performed after the reading of documents— facilitates the analysed collection location or query through the documentary language. This paper tries to show that the particular form of the information contained in a photographic archive echoes submerged memories of the pilgrims, authenticating a social fact in the country, capturing the sacredness from specific moments of celebration.

Análise Documental de obras de ficção: aspectos metodológicos de aplicabilidade

The methodological aspects of the content analysis of fiction with information retrieval purposes are discussed with a focus on the study of textual analysis for the identification of the themes treated in stories. It is assumed that the methodological procedures used for indexing scientific works do not produce satisfactory results when applied to narrative fiction documents. The aim of this paper is to present the gerative sense course as a methodology to extract themes from works of fiction, and to study its application to the indexing of tales by indexers. The methodology used is the construction of gerative sense course, identifying both the narrative level structures (manipulation, competence, performance and punishment) and the discourse level (themes and figures) in order to obtain the theme of the document. The results demonstrated the feasibility of the application of the gerative sense course to the documentary content analysis of works of fiction, in the sense that it provided a clear annotations of the theme of the document that was being indexed by the cataloguers. Several questions related to this procedure require further clarification and also a preliminary study with professionals in the form of a pilot project.

Semiótica do discurso científico: um estudo sobre novas perspectivas para a análise documental de conteúdo

Greimas Semiotic offers procedures for the analysis of different types of texts and discourses. For this reason, this study aimed to analyze the production of sense from scientific discourse, explained by Greimas Semiotics and Generative Sense Course, seeking to develop a new perspective on the identification of aboutness in Documentary Content Analysis and Information Science. The method used was exploratory and bibliographic review. Results show that the analysis of scientific discourse contributes to the identification of aboutness in Documentary Content Analysis, using Greimas Semiotics and Generative Sense Course.

Relações teóricas da organização do conhecimento com as abordagens de catalogação de assunto, indexação e análise documental

Considering knowledge organization and representation as a theoretical line used by Information Science to face the subject approach to information, in a dialogical relation with subject cataloguing, indexing and “analyse documentaire”, this article carries out a domain-analysis of Scire journal (1995-2010) in order to identify the scientific production in the mentionned theoretical lines as well as their relationships. Scire constitutes an environment where members of the different paradigms have found an space to relate each other.

A dimensão interdisciplinar da análise documental nos contextos brasileiro e espanhol no âmbito da organização do conhecimento

Information organization can be considered as a nuclear area in Information Science and its historical background has been historically built based on three theoretical approaches: subject cataloguing, under a North-American influence, Indexing, under a British influence, and document analysis, under a French influence. In this sense, although one can consider the strong influence of the logic-linguistic approach of the French tradition in information organization both in Brazil and in Spain, it is not already clear in what extent the mentioned influence specifically occurs in Brazil and Spain as well as what are the dialogical perspectives between them. So, and in order to analyze how the Information Science academic environments in Brazil and in Spain conceive the interdisciplinary relationships in the domain of document analysis (DA), it was applied a questionnaire to Brazilian and Spain DO researchers based on the records of the Brazilian and the Spanish International Society for Knowledge Organization chapters. The results (64,5% of answers in Brazil and 60,6% in Spain) allowed the identification of 35 DA interdisciplinary relationships in Brazil and 98 in Spain, whose data were so grouped in 7 matrixes ? cognitive, philosophical, historical, logic-lingusitic, quantitative, social and political, and technological. It was possible to observe that the logical-linguistic matrix is strongly predominant (90% of the answers in Brazil and in Spain) what reflects the influence of the ideas of Jean-Claude Gardin. On the other side, the graphic visualization of authors´s network showed a strong perspective of dialogical relationships among Brazilian and Spanish DA researchers, based on the convergence of theoretical conceptions, what allow us to conclude the need of joint research policies between both coountries in order to make the mention ed dialogical relationships real and fruitful.

Análise documental: concepções do universo acadêmico brasileiro em Ciência da Informação

Considering document analysis as one of the theoretical approaches of information organization, besides subject cataloguing and indexing it carries out a theoretical research on its conceptual dimension as a background to a further analysis of the Brazilian academic environment specially in terms of conceptions of document analysis as well as its interdisciplinary relationships. The results reveal a strong theoretical influence of Jean-Claude Gardin´s ideas which are deeply devoted to the processes involved in document analysis. It also confirms the high level of interdisciplinary relationships to Logical-linguistic disciplines. Neverthless, it feels the need of the Brazilian researches in assuming their theoretical influences in such a way to minimize the huge terminological diversity while naming the specific concepts of the area.

A gestão do patrimônio documental arquivístico em instituições públicas: considerações sobre uma eficaz fiscalização

The purpose of this study revolves around understanding the mechanisms of control over the management of documentary heritage. Was used as a methodological procedure the theoretical research. hus, from the analysis of documentary heritage as a category of cultural heritage, was used as theoretical and methodological substantiations Federal Constitution of 1988, the Law of Archives, the Fiscal Responsibility Law, as well as texts of authors that study about the concept and management of cultural heritage in order to obtain a theoretical study on the subject treated. It was found, with the analysis of legal and scientiic texts, the absence of preventive inspection by the public administrators in relation to the documentary heritage. hus, it was realized the need for efective supervision of acts performed towards preservation and management of public documents. Based on the assumption that the “Tribunal de Contas” is the public agency responsible for enforcement of accounting standards, iscal, budgetary and environmental, it is concluded that to it also would attribute the power to enforce compliance with rules concerning the protection and management of heritage archival documents.

Análise documental dos arquivos do DEOPS/SP entre os anos de 1968 a 1974 na busca por professores suspeitos de prática de crimes políticos

No Brasil, com o Golpe Militar de 1964, iniciou-se um período ditatorial que se intensificou com o Ato Institucional nº 5. Com esta nova forma política imposta no país, foi necessário intervir em diversas esferas sociais, para validar o regime. A esfera educacional recebeu intervenções políticas para que se tornasse mais um instrumento de manutenção da ditadura. Através da educação, o governo pretendia interferir nas idéias e pensamentos dos alunos, para validar a própria permanência no poder. No entanto, houve professores que se negaram a agir como legitimadores do governo militar e iniciaram um movimento no sentido oposto: o de atuar contra este regime. Assim como em muitos outros setores sociais, os professores também participaram intensamente da luta contra a ditadura e, consequentemente, sofreram repressões. Esta pesquisa busca trabalhar com a análise de documentos produzidos por um órgão de repressão desse período relativos a professores acusados de crimes políticos. Trata-se do Departamento Estadual de Ordem Política e Social - DEOPS, mais especificamente o do estado de São Paulo, um dos mais expressivos órgãos de repressão da ditadura militar. O período selecionado para este trabalho vai do ano de 1968, no qual foi instituído o AI-5, até 1974, com o fim do Governo Médici. Buscou-se, portanto, fazer um levantamento do perfil de casos de professores considerados criminosos políticos, a partir da análise de prontuários e dossiês do DEOPS/SP.

The article seeks to reflect from a visual history of the elaboratión imaginary political and national identities and transnational comparative perspective between Brazil and Mexico in the first half of the twentieth century. The main focus is Mexican participation in the exhibition commemorating the centennial of Brazilian independence in 1922 and the dialogues in the film industry of both countries in the second half of the 1940s and beginning of 1950s.

Análise documental da produção acadêmica sobre o ensino de evolução (1990-2010): caracterizações e proposições

The quantitative and qualitative increasing of researches in Science teaching imposes the periodical mapping need of scientific production about the subject, with a view to identify its own characteristics and tendencies. In this context, researches such as “State of art”, given his executrix character, constitute in modality inquiring that allow us to outline historical scenes for a given area (or subarea) of knowledge. In this light, this work aims to outline the panorama of Brazilian academic production, represented by dissertations and thesis, in evolution teaching between 1990- 2010. The documents susceptible of analysis were raised in three online data basis and its selection happened from the reading of titles, abstracts and key-words with views to identify the dissertations and thesis that truly approached the Evolution Teaching. The found results evidence the predominance of dissertations related to the number of thesis and the concentration of academic production in Evolution Teaching in Brazil south-east region, especially in São Paulo state. In researches trends we verified the prevalence of investigations related to the previous conceptions of students and professors (in all teaching levels) and to teacher training.
