O objetivo desse estudo, in vitro, foi avaliar através de testes mecânicos e tribológicos, a aplicação de dois glazeadores disponíveis comercialmente e uma composição experimental como material de cobertura em restaurações de resina composta com relação à rugosidade superficial, à dureza e à resistência ao desgaste. Foram confeccionados 24 corpos de prova (CP) do compósito Z350XT (3M/ESPE) e divididos em 4 grupos. O grupo controle (GC) não recebeu selamento, o grupo Biscover LV (GB) recebeu aplicação do Biscover LV (Bisco), o grupo Natural Glaze (GN) recebeu aplicação do Natural Glaze (Nova DFL) e o grupo Experimental (GE) recebeu aplicação de um glazeador experimental contendo nanopartículas (1% em peso). Posteriormente, os CP foram submetidos à análise da rugosidade superficial utilizando um perfilômetro e avaliação da dureza através de um nanoindentador, que fornece também o módulo elástico do material. Em seguida, os CP foram submetidos ao teste de desgaste linear alternado, durante 15.000 ciclos, com carga de 5N, em água destilada. A profundidade máxima de desgaste foi avaliada através de um perfilômetro. A análise dos dados relativos à rugosidade superficial (m) foi realizada utilizando ANOVA/Duncan (p-valor = 0,000). As médias e desvio padrão foram: GC-0,12(0,01); GB-0,06(0,01); GN-0,13(0,02); GE-0,13(0,01). A análise da dureza (GPa) e módulo elástico (GPa) foram avaliados aplicando o teste não-paramétrico de Kruskal-Wallis. As médias e desvio padrão para dureza foram: GC-1,10(0,24); GB-0,31(0,004); GN-0,08(0,004); GE-0,12(0,008) para carga de 1,25mN; GC-1,08(0,139); GB-0,32(0,004); GN-0,08(0,003); GE-0,13(0,006) para carga de 2,5mN; GC-1,10(0,101); GB-0,33(0,003); GN-0,09(0,002); GE-0,13(0,056) para carga de 5,0mN. As médias e desvio padrão para módulo elástico foram: GC-17,71(1,666); GB-5,44(0,084); GN-3,484(0,114); GE-4,55(0,178) para carga de 1,25mN; GC-17,5(1,449); GB-5,18(0,065); GN-3,38(0,078); GE-4,55(0,12) para carga de 2,5mN; GC-17,69(1,793); GB-5,04(0,041); GN-3,63(0,066); GE-4,85(0,104) para carga de 5,0mN. A análise dos dados relativos à profundidade de desgaste (m) foi realizada utilizando ANOVA/Dunnett (p-valor = 0,000). As médias e desvio padrão foram: GC-12,51(0,89); GB-0,59(0,07); GN-1,41(0,12); GE-1,84(0,18). A partir dos resultados apresentados pode-se concluir que apenas o Biscover LV foi capaz de reduzir a rugosidade superficial da resina composta testada. Os demais, Natural Glaze e Experimental, não alteraram a rugosidade superficial e foram estatisticamente semelhantes entre si e com o grupo controle. Todos os glazeadores testados reduziram a dureza e o módulo elástico da resina composta quando comparados com o grupo controle, diferindo entre si, apresentando uma ordem crescente de dureza e módulo elástico (Natural Glaze < Experimental < Biscover < Controle). Todos os glazeadores testados foram capazes de reduzir o desgaste da resina composta, quando comparados com o grupo controle, diferindo entre si, apresentado uma ordem crescente de desgaste (Biscover < Natural Glaze < Experimental < Controle).

Nos últimos anos, duas espécies de lagostas sapateiras, Scyllarides brasiliensis e S. deceptor, vêm se destacando nos desembarques pesqueiros de lagostas do Atlântico Sul Ocidental. Para espécies comercialmente importantes, o desenvolvimento de estudos que permitam conhecer a variabilidade e entender a dinâmica populacional é fundamental. Assim, o objetivo do primeiro capítulo desta tese foi avaliar a diversidade genética e a estrutura populacional dessas duas lagostas ao longo de aprox. 2.800 km da costa da América do Sul. Para as análises, foram empregados marcadores mitocondriais (citocromo oxidase I: COI; e a região controle: RC) e marcadores nucleares (13 loci de microssatélites desenvolvidos nesta tese). As duas espécies apresentaram altos níveis de variabilidade (S. deceptor: N = 200, mtDNA: h > 0,841, π > 0,005; microssatélites: He = 0,685; S. brasiliensis: N = 211, He = 0,554), distribuídos homogeneamente entre as localidades (S. deceptor: ΦST < -0,004, ΦCT < 0,016, FST global = 0,001, Dest global = 0,003, FCT < 0,002, P > 0,05, K = 1; S. brasiliensis: FST global = 0,004, Dest global = 0,001, FCT < 0,004, P > 0,05, K = 1). A ausência de estruturação nas duas espécies pode estar relacionada a características biológicas que promovem a conectividade entre localidades geograficamente distantes, como alta fecundidade e alto potencial de dispersão das larvas planctônicas. Além disso, os dados mitocondriais sugerem que a história demográfica de S. deceptor foi marcada por eventos de expansão populacionais e geográficos possivelmente relacionados às condições ambientais favoráveis dos episódios interglaciais do Pleistoceno Médio-Tardio. Diversos estudos têm mostrado que os fenômenos de inserção de regiões mitocondriais no DNA nuclear (NuMts) e heteroplasmia limitam a correta amplificação e identificação dos marcadores mitocondriais. Em estudos filogenéticos e de genética de populações, a presença inadvertida de sequências de diversas origens viola o principio de ortologia, o que pode resultar em inferências evolutivas erradas. Assim, o objetivo do segundo capítulo desta tese foi identificar e caracterizar os possíveis NuMts e sequências heteroplásmicas de três regiões mitocondriais (COI, RC e o gene da subunidade maior do RNA ribossomal: 16S) em quatro espécies do gênero Scyllarides (S. aequinoctialis, S. brasiliensis, S. deceptor e S. delfosi). A clonagem e sequenciamento de extratos de DNA genômico e DNA enriquecido com mtDNA revelaram que os genomas destas espécies podem exibir NuMts (que divergem entre 0,6 e 17,6% do mtDNA) e heteroplasmia (que divergem < 0,2% do mtDNA prevalente). Os NuMts surgiram possivelmente de vários eventos independentes de integração ao núcleo ao longo da história evolutiva do gênero Scyllarides. Dependendo do seu grau de similaridade com o mtDNA, a presença de NuMts nas análises filogenéticas no nível de gênero pode causar superestimativa do número de espécies e alterações nos comprimentos dos ramos e nas relações filogenéticas entre espécies.

水资源是人类赖以生存和发展的最重要的物质资源之一,水资源的可持续利用是实现社会经济可持续发展的必要前提。随着人口的增加,社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,青岛市水资源供需矛盾进一步凸显。本文在分析青岛市水资源利用现状的基础上,运行系统动力学方法,研究了青岛市水资源复合系统可持续利用状况,主要结论如下: (1)采用系统动力学Vensim-PLE软件,以水资源供需平衡为核心,建立了青岛市水资源-社会-经济-生态环境复合系统动力学模型,并以青岛市2000~2008年的统计资料作为基础数据检验了模型的有效性。为了提高模拟效果,分析了模型主要参数的敏感度,发现工业供水比例对模拟结果影响最大,生活供水比例、第三产业供水比例、回用水工业供水比例、污水处理投资系数及回用水生态环境供水比例等参数的敏感度依次减小。 (2)运用所建立的系统动力学模型模拟趋势条件下青岛市2009~2030年的水资源利用及需求状况。结果表明,现状趋势方案下青岛市2009~2030年的总需水量快速增加,2020年、2030年的总需水量分别为96190.6万吨、137300万吨;水资源供需差额急速增加,缺水程度越来越大,到2030年缺水程度达到0.5055;随着青岛市污水处理能力的提高,污水回用量增加,从3000万吨左右增加到接近10000万吨;现状趋势条件下2009~2030年青岛市GDP值快速增长,人口承载力逐渐上升,但上升趋势逐渐趋缓。 (3)假设了5种水资源发展方案:现状趋势发展型,提高污水处理投资系数,提高海水淡化产量,调整各行业用水定额,调整产业结构。用建立的系统动力学模型模拟分析了在这5种方案下的青岛市水资源可持续利用能力。综合比较这5种方案的优缺点,提出优化方案。优化方案1:将污水处理投资系数由0.001提高至0.003;从2009年起海水淡

Thin film transistors (TFTs) utilizing an hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) channel layer exhibit a shift in the threshold voltage with time under the application of a gate bias voltage due to the creation of metastable defects. These defects are removed by annealing the device with zero gate bias applied. The defect removal process can be characterized by a thermalization energy which is, in turn, dependent upon an attempt-to-escape frequency for defect removal. The threshold voltage of both hydrogenated and deuterated amorphous silicon (a-Si:D) TFTs has been measured as a function of annealing time and temperature. Using a molecular dynamics simulation of hydrogen and deuterium in a silicon network in the H2 * configuration, it is shown that the experimental results are consistent with an attempt-to-escape frequency of (4.4 ± 0.3) × 1013 Hz and (5.7 ± 0.3) × 1013 Hz for a-Si:H and a-Si:D respectively which is attributed to the oscillation of the Si-H and Si-D bonds. Using this approach, it becomes possible to describe defect removal in hydrogenated and deuterated material by the thermalization energies of (1.552 ± 0.003) eV and (1.559 ± 0.003) eV respectively. This study evaluated the effects of different amino acid formulations on supporting meiotic and cytoplasmic maturation of rhesus monkey (Macacca mulatta) oocytes in vitro. Five hundred and forty-six cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) aspirated from unstimulated adult monkey follicles (greater than or equal to 1000 mum in diameter) were cultured in either modified Connaught Medical Research Laboratories 1066 medium (mCMRL-1066) or in one of eight chemically defined media (modified basic medium 5 supplemented with 5.5 mmol glucose l(-1), 0.003 mmol pantothenic acid l(-1) and different amino acid formulations) as below: (1) modified basic medium 5 (mBM5) containing no amino acid; (2) mBM5 + 0.2 mmol glutamine l(-1); (3) mBM5 + 11 amino acids from hamster embryo culture medium 6 (HECM-6) (11 AA); (4) mBM5 + Eagle's non-essential amino acids (NEA); (5) mBM5 + NEA + 0.2 mmol glutamine l(-1); (6) mBM5 + Eagle's essential amino acids (EA) without glutamine; (7) mBM5 + EA + 0.2 mmol glutamine l(-1); (8) mBM5 + Eagle's 20 amino acids (20 AA) + 0.2 mmol glutamine l(-1); and (9) mCMRL-1066 (control). All media contained FSH, LH, oestradiol and progesterone. After maturation, mature oocytes were subjected to the same fertilization and embryo culture procedures. COCs matured in treatment 5 had greater potential to progress to metaphase II (66%; P < 0.05) than did those in treatments 1 (37.3%), 2 (48.3%)f 3 (41%), 6 (41%) and 9 (43%). Oocytes matured in treatment 8 had the best morula (53%) and blastocyst (18%) developmental responses (P<0.05). The lowest (P<0.05) morula and blastocyst developmental responses were obtained from COCs matured in treatments 1 (0%) and 6 (8%). The other media supported intermediate embryonic development (range 11-38% of morula and blastocyst). These results indicate that the choice of amino acids affects the competence of oocyte maturation and that Eagle's 20 AA with 0.2 mmol glutamine l(-1) is more efficient than the other amino acid formulations for maturation of rhesus monkey oocytes.

下载PDF阅读器2008年3月-2009年3月,把35 000尾滇池金线鲃(Sinocyclocheilus grahami)仔稚鱼分别饲养于3个池塘进行对比饲养研究.密度分别是:P1为208尾/m3;P2为167尾/m3;P3为41尾/m3.饲养期间采用相同的管理措施.每天数据收集采用:在仔鱼孵化后的5~16d的每天8:00和18:00从每个育苗池中捞取5~8尾仔鱼进行测量分析.仔鱼开口30d后,每月从培育池各捞取15尾,测量全长和体重.研究发现,滇池金线鲃仔鱼的开口时间为孵化后的5 d,混合营养期3~5d,这与初孵的演池金线鲃仔鱼的全长和卵黄囊较大有关.在容易造成仔鱼大量死亡的混合营养期,通过采用浆状物-轮虫-人工混合饲料的方式,大幅度提高了滇池金线鲃仔稚鱼的存活率,孵化一年后的滇池会线鲃稚鱼存活率可达82.7%.经过一周年的饲养,滇池金线鲃稚鱼的体重由(0.027±0.01)g(0.003~1.22)增长到(8.83±0.54)g (3.7~16.7),月均增重为0.73 g;全长由(15.8±0.30)mm (11.5~20.0)增长到(91.6±1.67)mm (75.0~16.0),全长月均增长6.32 mm.滇池金线鲃稚鱼全年全长的增长呈线性相关,y=9.82+7.05month(R2=0.9891);全年体重的增长呈指数关系,y=0.0158month2.54(R2=0.9939).

在水温29~30℃条件下,用硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂(比例5:2)、高锰酸钾、晶体敌百虫、强氯精、溴氯菊脂、甲醛共6种药物对厚颌鲂(Megalobrama pellegrini)鱼苗进行急性毒性试验。试验结果显示,6种药物48h的半致死浓度分别为5.78、6.50、4.90、2.55、0.042、120mg/L,安全浓度分别为0.445、0.528、0.268、0.190、0.003、7.500mg/L,厚颌鲂鱼苗对药物敏感性比一般鱼类高,实际用药时应根据具体情况确定用药时间和用药量,溴氯菊脂不宜作为治疗药物

白鱼属是鲌亚科鱼类中最大的属。有16种和亚种。种类集布于滇东南盘江和金沙江两大水系,少数在滇西北及邻近的四川省部分地区。最近在禄丰县(属红河水系)获白鱼属标本6尾,经鉴定认为是一新种少耙白鱼(Anabarilus paucirastellius sp.nov.)。正模标本:编号86Ⅶ002,全长105mm,体长88mm。采自云南省禄丰县一平浪樟木箐。副模标本:编号86Ⅶ001,86Ⅶ003~006,共5尾,全长85~100mm,体长68~82mm。采集地点同上。新种模式及副模标本分别保存于中国科学院水生生

The distribution of microcystins (MCs) in various tissues of Wistar rats was studied under laboratory conditions. Rats were injected intravenously (i.v.) with extracted MCs at a dose of 80 mu g MC-LRequivalent/kg body weight. MCs concentrations in various tissues were detected at 1, 2. 4, 6, 12 and 24 h post-injection using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The highest concentration of MCs was found in kidney (0.034-0.295 mu g/g dry weight), followed by lung (0.007-0.067 mu g/g dry weight), stomach (0.010-0.058 mu g/g dry weight) and liver (0.003-0.052 mu g/g dry weight). The maximum MCs content in the whole body of rat, 2.9% of the injected dose, was observed at 2 h post-injection. MCs concentration was higher in kidney than in liver during the experiment, and two peaks of MCs concentration (at 2 and 24 h, respectively) were observed in kidney, indicating that MCs can be excreted directly via kidney of rat. Though heart, intestine, spleen, brain, gonad and stomach contained less than 0.2% of injected MCs during the whole experiment stage, the presence of MCs in these tissues represents potential damage to them. ZnO films are prepared on glass substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) at different oxygen pressures, and the effects of oxygen pressure on the structure and optoelectrical properties of as-grown ZnO films are investigated. The results show that the crystallite size and surface roughness of the films increase, but the carrier concentration and optical energy gap E-g decrease with increasing oxygen pressure. Only UV emission is found in the photoluminescence (PL) spectra of all the samples, and its intensity increases with oxygen pressure. Furthermore, there are marked differences in structure and properties between the films grown at low oxygen pressures (0.003 and 0.2 Pa) and the films grown at high oxygen pressures (24 and 150 Pa), which is confirmed by the fact that the crystallite size and UV emission intensity markedly increase, but the carrier concentration markedly decreases as oxygen pressure increases from 0.2 to 24 Pa. These results show that the crystal quality, including the microstructural quality and stoichiometry proportion, of the prepared ZnO films improves as oxygen pressure increases, particularly from 0.2 to 24 Pa.

Red-emission at similar to 640 nm from self-assembled In0.55Al0.45As/Al0.5Ga0.5As quantum dots grown on GaAs substrate by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) has been demonstrated. We obtained a double-peak structure of photoluminescence (PL) spectra from quantum dots. An atomic force micrograph (AFM) image for uncapped sample also shows a bimodal distribution of dot sizes. From the temperature and excitation intensity dependence of PL spectra, we found that the double-peak structure of PL spectra from quantum dots was strongly correlated to the two predominant quantum dot families. Taking into account quantum-size effect on the peak energy, we propose that the high (low) energy peak results from a smaller (larger) dot family, and this result is identical with the statistical distribution of dot lateral size from the AFM image.

氢化物发生-高频感耦等离子体原子发射光谱分析(HY-ICP-AES),由于它的灵敏度高和多元素同时分析等特点,近年来受到越来越多的科学工作者的重视。本文对HY-ICP-AES的原理、发展及应用作了比较详细的综述,并根据氢化物元素和非氢化物元素同时测定的实际要求,提出了一种新型的氢化物发生-雾化系统。文献上已报导了两种氢化物元素和非氢化物元素同时测定的方案,并取得了令人满意的结果。但在这些方案中,存在一些问题需要解决,而且装置比较复杂,操作也比较麻烦。在我们的氢化物发生-雾化系统中,用一个同心玻璃雾化器将待测的样品溶液雾化,细雾滴形成气溶胶,较大液滴被收集在一个玻璃槽中,硼氢化钾溶液用蠕动泵从玻璃槽底部送入,与收集的样品溶液混合并发生化学反应,产生挥发性的共价氢化物。生成的气态氢化物和样品气溶胶以及载气一起进入等离子体,因而可以进行氢化元素和非氢化物元素的同时测定。砷、锑、硒和碲的检出限分别为0.0075,0.0006,0.008,0.003,0.002 μg/ml,比传统的气动雾化方法得到的检出限好20-30倍。而对非氢化物元素,检出限可与双简雾室雾化相当。本系统进样量小(约2 ml),且样品的利用率大为提高,有利于小量样品的分析。但由于进样量较小,限制了灵敏度的进一步提高。本系统的另一个特点是不仅可以用于氢化物元素和非氢化物元素的同时测定,而且在需要的情况下,不需拆换雾化装置,不需灭火,即可在1-2分钟内转变成为普通的测定非氢化物元素的雾化系统。只要将蒸馏水取代硼氢化钾溶液把收集样品溶液的玻璃槽冲洗干净,即可作为普通的雾化系统之用。我们用这种氢化物发生-雾化系统研究了等离子体功率、载气流量、观测高度、样品介质酸度、硼氢化钾溶液和流量对待测元素信号强度、信-背比和检出限的影响以及硼氢化钾溶液的稳定性和硼氢化钾的引入量对等离子体稳定性的影响等。我们还研究了几种共存干扰元素对氢化物形成的干扰情况。为了消除或减小共存元素对氢化物生成过程的干扰,我们试验了EDTA,8-羟基喹啉,氨三乙酸,硫脲等对干扰元素的掩蔽作用,最后选EDTA作为掩蔽剂,对消除或减小共存元素的干扰起了明显的作用。我们用本雾化系统分析了一种甜菜颗粒粕样品和桃叶82301标准参考物质。分析结果与其它方法或标准值比较吻合。在甜菜颗粒粕样品的分析中,我们发现基体中大量镁、钙对砷等低含量元素的光谱干扰比较严重,利用元素间干扰比不能予以准确扣除。我们用标准和样品的基体相匹配的方法解决了镁、钙的光谱干扰问题。

I 理论部分:对未知结构聚合物的ESCA谱进行表征,一是利用已知结构小分子化合物的ESCA谱中结合能值进行标定,二是运用电荷电位模型经量子化学计算对谱峰进行归属。由于所处化学环境不同,用小分子化合物的ESCA谱峰位对象合物标定不够准确,量子化学计算又太复杂。本工作提出了电负性经验公式,可计算ESCA谱中C_(1S)结合能位移值,与实测值作对照即可判断聚合物结构,方法简便,准确可靠。电负性经验公式表达如下:聚合物分子链上某碳原子1S电子结合能位移ΔEc可看作该碳原子与相邻基团间电负性差值和的函数,即ΔEc = K_c ∑ from i=1 to 4 1/(n_i) (X_i - 2.5) + b。聚合物分子链上各碳原子的实际电负性为X_c = (∑ form j=1 to 4 1/(n_j) X_j/∑ form j=1 to 4 1/(n_j) + 2.5)/2运用电负性经验公式计算了九个模型化合物中C_(1S)的ΔEc,推导出F作为α、β、γ位碳上的取代基的对α位碳上1s电子结合能位移影响产生的效应值,即,对于ΔEc = aα + bβ + cγ,有α = 3.018 (±0.007),β = 0.2513 (±0.0007) γ = 0.0176 (±0.003)。此结果与ESCA谱实测值相符。本工作设计了十六种化合物模型,模型中具有含氟等离子体聚合物中可能存在的大部分基团,通过电负性经验公式计算求得化学环境不同的C_(1S)结合能位移值,把ESCA谱的实测值和计算值进行对照,可对象合物的求知结构作出大致判断。II 在辉光放电中八氟环丁烷的聚合与刻蚀反应:在碳氧化合物的辉光放电中同时存在聚合与刻蚀两种相反的过程,聚合与刻蚀竞争的结果对聚合速率,产物结构都有很大影响。本工作通过测定聚合速率、IR谱、ESCA谱研究了反应条件对八氟环丁烷等离子体聚合与刻蚀的影响,得到了一致的和半定量的结果。实验证实,随着功率的增大或压力的减小,刻蚀有增强的趋势,不同的等离子气体对聚合与刻蚀的竞争过程有不同的影响,刻蚀强弱的顺序为Ar>N_2>H_2>He,增加等离子气体对单体的比率,引起刻蚀增加。聚合速率不随功率的改变而变化的状态是由聚合与刻蚀间的平衡引起的。随着功率增大或压力减少,聚合产物支化程度增加,线性程度减小,F/C比相应减小。同样随等离子气体种类不同,聚合物支化程度大小的顺序是Ar>N_2>H_2>He,F/C比相应变化。总之,聚合产物支化程度的变化和聚合与刻蚀的竞争结果相一致。对等离子体聚合与刻蚀竞争过程的定量描述未见文献报导。III 八氟环丁烷等离子体聚合物的结构和表征:用IR和ESR谱测得OFCB等离子体聚合物中存在五种元素:C、F、O、N、Si,并对可能存在于结构中的基因作了分析。通过NaHSO_3的亲核双键加成反应,用IR和ESR谱证实了等离子体聚合物中存在的双键及其类型。类似工作未见文献报导。用CuSO_4·5H_2作标样,测出PPOFCB中的自由基浓度为10~(19)自旋数/克。在80、100、120、140 ℃考察PPOFCB中俘获自由基的衰减过程,证实此过程涉及两类不同的反应,一是自由基的复合反应,二是自由基的氧气的终止反应。对上述两类反应进行动力学处理,求出了自由基复合反应在不同温度时的速度常数,并得到反应治化能为374焦耳/摩尔或8.869千卡/摩尔。氧和自由基的终止反应中,氧气的扩散过程是决定反应速度的步骤,反应速度常数就是扩散速度常数,K = 5.3 * 10~(-23)自旋数~(-1)、克分~(-1)。根据VPO测出的PPOFCB的分子量和自由基浓度,算出每4.5个分子中有一个自由基。类似工作未见文献报导。PPOFCB的分子量随反应条件不同而变化,用VPO测出,在80W和40W功率,在Ar存在下制备的OFCB等离子体聚合物的分子量分别为2736和2003。用~(19)F-NMR谱对PPOFCB中的基团进行定量计算,得出在一个90W,He气中制备的聚合物分子中,CF_3-CF_2为6.1,CF_2为13.5,CF_3-CF为7.9,CF为17.5,CF_3-C为6.1,C为13.5。在用上述方法进行结构表征的基础上,提出了OFCB等离子体聚合物的结构模型。IV 八氟环丁烷等离子体聚合的反应历程:以Ar、N_2、H_2、He为等离子气体,分别对OFCB等离子体聚合的气体冷凝物进行GC-Mg、~(19)F-NMR和ESR测试,观察到在气相中,OFCB经历了等离子态反应。单体被打断的程度,和高能电子浓度有关。体系中电子浓度依赖于气体的第一电离势和气相内的化学反应类型。初级粒子二氟卡宾:CF_2和中间体六氟丙烯是气相中的主要产物。~(19)F-NMR证实气相中存在支化产物,表明聚合物在气相中发生了重排。ESR谱测得,在气相产物中存在高浓度的由二种以上组分混合而成的自由基,自由基间的复合反应是生成聚合物的主要增长过程,气相产物的分子量随放电功率的升高而增大。根据聚合物中存在的高含量CF_3基团,分析了CF_3基团对聚合过程的影响。CF_3基团产生了屏蔽效应,它既保护了聚合物不致被降解,也限制了生成高分子量产物。实验证实,CF_3基团的生长来自F的重排,同时未自支化气相产物的非均相增长。OFCB等离子体聚合物中俘获自由基主要是由高能电子轰击聚合物表面产生的,同时来自被固相吸附的带有自由基的气相产物。在碳氟化合物的等离子体聚合中,吸附是和聚合同样重要的过程,气相产物被吸附后,可继续再引发、增长、刻蚀等反应过程、直到成为固相内层分子为止。ESR谱证实,高能粒子的轰击在辉光放电中起主导作用,紫外辐射对含氟聚合物引发和脱氟作用微弱。在气相和表面反应历程讨论的基础上,提出了OFCB等离子体聚合的反应历程模型,解释了碳氢和碳氟两个等离子体象合体系遵循不同反应历程的原因。本部分工作的实验和反应历程解释基本未见文献报导。
