Este trabalho é uma pesquisa sobre a cor, suas teorias, seu processo de percepção pelo ser humano e sua aplicabilidade na arquitetura. O estudo de caso foi realizado no entorno do Centro Dragão do Mar de Arte e Cultura, localizado na cidade de Fortaleza, Ceará, cujo processo de restauração se iniciou pelo projeto cromático, através do movimento Cores da Cidade, proporcionando um novo espaço urbano multicolorido. Resgata-se um pouco da história das cores através de uma abordagem sobre as teorias elaboradas por diversos estudiosos do tema ao longo dos anos, considerando seus aspectos físicos, químicos e psicológicos. Além disso, é apresentado um item indispensável para a leitura de projetos: a percepção. Recorrer às principais abordagens feitas sobre este tema é importante para dispormos de ferramentas necessárias a uma boa compreensão do projeto selecionado, a fim de entendermos como a cor participa do processo de concepção do mesmo, e como atua perante os usuários e observadores no espaço construído. A idéia foi trabalhar a cor situando-a num contexto: o contexto da arquitetura. Qual seu real papel ao constituir um ambiente construído? Será mesmo real ou depende do emocional de cada um? Como perceber a arquitetura através das cores? Estas e outras perguntas guiaram as buscas para a elaboração deste trabalho

The thesis aims at inquiring into the issue of innovation and organizational and institutional change in the public administration with regard to the increasingly massive adoption of participatory devices and practices in various arenas of public policies. The field of reference regards transformations of the types of public actions and regulation systems, concerning governance. Together with the crisis of the public function and of the role played by the insitutions what is emerging are different levels of governement, both towards an over national and a local direction, and a plurality of social interlocutors, followed by a post-bureaucratic pattern of the public administration that is opening itself in the direction of environment and citizens. The public adminstration is no longer considered an inert object within the bureaucratic paradigm but as a series of communicative processes, choices, cultures and practices that actively builds itself and the environment it interacts with. Therefore, the output of the public administration isn’t the simple service being supplied but the relationship enacted with the citizen, relationship that becomes the constituent basis of adminstrative processes. The intention of thesis is to take into consideration the relation between innovation of the public administration and participatory experimentations and implementations regarded as exchanges in which citizens and the public administration hold talks and debates. The issue of the organizational change of the public administration as output and effect of inclusive deliberative practices has been analysed starting from an institutionalist approach, in other words examining the constituent features of institutions, “rediscovering” them with regard to their public nature, their ability to elaborate collective values and meanings, the social definition of problems and solutions. The participatory device employed by the Forlì city council that involved enterprises and cultural associations of the area in order to build a participatory Table, has been studied through a qualitative methodology (participant observation and semi-strutctured interviews). The analysis inquired into the public nature both of the participatory device and the administrative action itself as well as into elements pertaining the deliberative setting, the regulative reference framework and the actors which took part in the process.

Attualmente Usme, caratterizzata come visto da un territorio principalmente a bassa densità, è ancora fortemente relazionata con la campagna perché costituita dall’insieme di aree agricole, o di quelli che una volta erano spazi coltivati più prossimi alla città compatta. Questo tipo di paesaggio rurale che caratterizza Usme è caratterizzato come già visto da un tessuto sfrangiato e discretizzato e rappresenta la porzione di territorio dove la città esercita l’impatto ambientale più intenso dovuto sia alla sua immediata vicinanza al contesto urbano che al carattere di scarsa identità che sembra esprimere. Qualunque intervento architettonico in un territorio di margine come quello di Usme dovrebbe confrontarsi con un sistema di relazioni a grande scala, che si rapporti con la geografia stessa del luoghi e con un orientamento e una misurazione visiva e fisica del territorio stesso. Allo stesso modo è necessario che il progetto comprenda anche il suolo stesso delle grande aree attualmente lasciate libere, ovvero che il progetto architettonico si integri con il progetto paesaggistico creando in questo modo nuove relazioni e nuove geometrie nell’assetto territoriale. In questo senso il progetto può dialogare con il territorio e mettere in relazione differenti situazioni morfologiche, sfruttandone le potenzialità. L’obiettivo è quindi quello di non costruire semplici volumi appoggiati sulla terra ma quello di modificare la terra stessa, entrando in relazione con essa in modo profondo. Il progetto così inteso è concepito, e prima ancora letto, secondo strati, i quali possono contaminarsi o possono semplicemente sovrapporsi. L’area di progetto, come già detto, è essenzialmente all’interno di un vuoto presente tra le due parti di città. Il nuovo edificio si conforma come un segno netto nel territorio, un viadotto, un tronco d’albero caduto che protegge il parco dalla città, un elemento primordiale che da una parte si incunea nel terreno e dall’altra si affaccia sulla valle. Vuole essere il segno di un naturale artificio, proponendosi al tempo stesso come simbolo e funzione. Il museo emerge dalla terra, ma sembra anche immergersi in essa. L’architettura del museo crea un nuovo paesaggio morfologicamente radicato al suolo, attraverso uno spazio parzialmente ipogeo che integra il museo all’interno della montagna attraverso la copertura continua con la topografia esistente, sottolineando il profilo della collina.

Il progetto di tesi parte dall'analisi di morfologia e cultura di Bogotà e della localidad di intervento, Usme. La ricerca prosegue con un’analisi teorica che riguarda il teatro fuori dall’edificio teatrale, nell’esperienza della cultura locale e non. Continua poi con lo studio e la dettate dal “Genius loci” di C. Norberg Schulz. Questi due scomposizione della morfologia attraverso le linee guida temi si compenetrano infine nella parte progettuale, volta alla definizione di un centro per le arti dello spettacolo, inserito nel contesto naturale che diviene anche orto botanico.

With the need of the companies in becoming more competitive within the market, it arises an incessant search for selective human potential, with a high level of capacity and low rotativity, which motivation results in production raise, quality optimization and waste reduction. This scenario requires a strategy development which advantages the Human Resources Quality Management. This way, the model of the Human System Audit (HSA), developed by the Spanish researchers Ouijano and Navarro, presents itself as an important tool to diagnosis and evaluation, contemplating the environment where the organization is inserted, its strategies, its organizational design, its processes and its organizational effectiveness. In this sense, the present study has identified the existent relation between the professional satisfaction and the Organizational Culture, based in the model HSA. The research has been a quantitative-descriptive one and has had as population the technical-administrative workers from the Federal Center of Technical Education of Rio Grande do Norte (CEFET RN). The data collection has occurred during May, 2008, by means of the application of a questionnaire in the HSA model. The sample was composed by 167 subjects, distributed among the Five units of the institution. It was used the factorial analysis, with the extraction method of main components and orthogonal rotation varimax, in order to extract the dimensions of the satisfaction and of the organizational culture and the calculation of Cronbach s Alpha coefficient, to evaluate the reliability of these dimensions. The factorial analysis of the satisfaction indicators has identified four factors,, all of them showing significance: gratefulness and relationship , self-realization , stability and security and physical conditions and social benefits . The result of the factorial analysis with the indicators of the organizational culture has extracted four factors and among them, three of them have obtained significance: Personal Satisfaction Style , Competitive-Denial-Power Style and the Conventional-Dependent Style . After identifying the dimensions of the satisfaction and culture found at CEFET-RN, it has been notice the existence or not of relation among them, through the application of Pearson s coefficient. It has been verified that all of the dimensions of the Professional satisfaction are correlated with some dimension of the organizational culture, having in outstand position, with higher intensity, the relation between the culture style of Personal Satisfaction and the satisfaction factor referring to the self-realization

El Profesor de Educación Física como educador asume la responsabilidad de contribuir en la formación integral de los educandos que tiene a su cargo, en esté sentido puede influir de forma directa en la construcción de las bases para la práctica de una cultura física que fomente los valores en los alumnos(as) y a la vez integre las diferentes áreas del conocimiento en su práctica docente. Debido a su interacción constante con los educandos, el profesor tiene la capacidad para crear lazos de cooperación para la planificación, ejecución y evaluación de actividades lúdico – deportivas que fomenten una salud física y mental de los mismos.Es así que si se fomenta la práctica de una cultura física en los educandos en aquellas instituciones donde el profesor de educación física se desarrolla profesionalmente, se podrá tener mayor nivel de desarrollo integral en los mismos, al poner en práctica los valores que se adquieren solamente con la participación en actividades deportivas y de recreación.
