氮氧化物(NO_x)是严重的空气污染物,是产生酸雨的主要来源之一.消除NO_x已成为目前国际上环保化学中最为关键的问题之一.目前,世界各国都在大力开发新的消除NO_x的方法,其中最令人注意的有NO直接分解和寻找可取代NH_x的还原剂.根据已报道的文献看,最有希望的NO直接分解催化剂除了贵金属Pd,Pt之外有Cu-ZSM-5分子筛、含Cu的超导体Y-Ba-Cu-O和含Co的ABO_x复合氧化物.把A_2BO_4型复合氧化物应用于NO分解反应的报道很少,本文首次在NO分解反应中系统研究了Ln_(2-x)Sr_xMO_4(Ln=La,Pr,Nd,Sm,

在数量性状水平上,调查了43个春小麦品种的19个数量性状,利用主成分分析法计算品种间的欧氏平方遗传距离,并在此基础上用最小方差法做了聚类分析。发现43个品种间在数量性状水平上的遗传距离变异范围很大(0.926~67.942),平均遗传距离为18.000,说明供试品种的19个考察性状上存在较大的表型变异。从聚类结果来看,地方品种基本上被聚在一起,说明地方品种同引进品种和育成品种至少在表型上存在较大差异。从20世纪40年代以来,在数量水平上甘、青两省春小麦地方品种间的遗传多样性水平最高(GD=31.389),其次是20世纪50年代引进品种(GD=26.308),而育成品种间的遗传多样性水平最低,总体上呈下降趋势。说明随着育种进程的深入,作为育种目标追求的经济性状趋于一致,其变异集中在一个狭小的范围之内,品种间的遗传多样性下降。

关于小麦体细胞无性系变异前人已做了大量的研究,观察到了形态学、细胞学和生化特性变异.对醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白变异的分析,获得了基因突变的证据,但不知突变基因的位点.本研究的目的在于分析体细胞无性系的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(high-molecular-weightglutenin subunits,HMW-GS)的变化,获取特定基因(Glu-l)突变的证据,并研究HMW-GS变异体农艺性状和产量性状的表现.

针对多目标系统的优化布点问题, 尝试提出用改进的TOPS IS 法研究水质环境监测点位的优化,并建立改进的TOPS IS 法优化模型. 实例分析表明, 该方法充分利用了优化矩阵的信息, 优选结果符合客观实际, 可用于环境监测点位的优化布点.

Artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzeczność z umową (statutem) spółki jako przesłanka uchylenia uchwały zgromadzenia spółki kapitałowej” dotyka jednego z najciekawszych zagadnień prawa handlowego, jakim niewątpliwie jest zaskarżanie uchwał zgromadzeń spółek kapitałowych. W niniejszym artykule autorzy skupili się na przedstawieniu jednej z przesłanek wniesienia powództwa o uchylenie sprzecznej z normami pozaustawowymi uchwały zgromadzenia spółki kapitałowej. W związku z lakonicznym brzmieniem art. 249 i 422 k.s.h. zagadnienie to wywołuje wiele kontrowersji interpretacyjnych, do których autorzy odnoszą się przywołując liczne orzeczenia sądów oraz głosy przedstawicieli doktryny. W szczególności rozważeniu podlega niesamoistny charakter przedmiotowej przesłanki, a także problemy związane z wpływem naruszeń formalnych na treść podejmowanej uchwały. Ponadto, postawione zostaje – aktualne w kontekście najnowszych wypowiedzi doktryny – pytanie o granicę pomiędzy naruszeniem postanowień konstytucji spółki a norm dyspozytywnych powszechnie obowiązującego prawa.

La comprensión del conocimiento matemático constituye un objeto de investigación de interés creciente en Educación Matemática. No obstante, su elevada complejidad hace que los avances más recientes aún resulten insuficientes y reclama la necesidad de ir adoptando enfoques más operativos y menos preocupados por el estudio directo de sus aspectos internos. En tal sentido, se presentan aquí las bases de una aproximación centrada en los efectos observables de la comprensión, que utiliza el análisis de comportamientos y respuestas adaptadas a situaciones expresamente planificadas derivadas del análisis fenómeno-epistemológico del conocimiento matemático. La operatividad de la propuesta se ilustra con el estudio realizado sobre el algoritmo estándar escrito para la multiplicación de números naturales.

Theatre is a cultural and artistic form that involves a process of communication between creators and is received in a space and time located in the public sphere, which has meant that, over the centuries, it has acted as a space for expression, exchange and debate regarding all manner of ideas, causes and struggles. Implicit within this process are processes of expression, creation and reception, by way of which people demonstrate, analyse and question ways of seeing and understanding life, and ways of being and existing in the world. This gives rise to educational, cultural, social and political potential, which has been endorsed in numerous studies and investigations. In this work, in which theoretical orientation is established through a review of the relevant literature, we consider different intersections that occur between theatre and social work in order to also show that dramatic and theatrical expression offers substantive methodologies for achieving some objectives of social work, particularly in areas such as critical literacy, reflexivity and recognition, awareness raising, social participation, personal and/or community development, ownership of cultural capital and access to personal and social wellbeing.

One of the most decisive factors in the quality of education and academic performance of students is quality, preparation and dedication of the teachers. The exquisite system of selecting candidates for teacher training programs is one of the fundamentals of success of the Finnish Education System. The responsibility of choosing the best students to convert them into teachers is a challenge that involves a significant reform of university admission. Achieving this goal involves the choice of strategies and educational tools in accordance to the complexity of the demands presented by the teaching profession in the digital age. This study describes, analyzes and compares the admission tests in the University of Spain (PAU) and Finland (VAKAVA), for those who wish to become professional educators, in order to understand the possible influence of these tests to select the most suitable candidates to develop into future teaching professionals. The results showed that in Spain, the entrance test to universities is developed in a general way for all the students that aspire to any field of knowledge, while in Finland, the test is specific and particular for students aspiring to the field of education. The results of this study can guide and encourage the necessary changes that have to be done in the admission tests to Spanish university in general and to teacher education faculties in particular.

This paper summarises the results obtained from non-linear finite-element analysis (NLFEA) of a series of reinforced-concrete one-way slabs with various boundary conditions representative of a bridge deck slab strip in which compressive membrane action governs the structural behaviour. The application of NLFEA for the optimum analysis and design of in-plane restrained concrete slabs is explored. An accurate material model and various equation solution methods were assessed to find a suitable finite-element method for the analysis of concrete slabs in which arching action occurs. Finally, the results from the NLFEA are compared and validated with those from various experimental test data. Significantly, the numerical analysis was able to model the arching action that occurred as a result of external in-plane restraint at the supports and which enhanced the ultimate strength of the slab. The NLFEA gave excellent predictions for the ultimate load-carrying capacity and far more accurate predictions than those obtained using standard flexural or elastic theory.
